Very unprofessional & rude. Every single time, food is great but miss lady needs to find a job where she isn’t so miserable because “she came in when she wasn’t scheduled “ & take it out on other people. If she wasn’t so rude maybe she wouldn’t have MULTIPLE PEOPLE that she “has to let other people deal with” SHES the problem

Don't order a salad! I ordered double meat and I would hate to see what a regular order of meats looks like because there was only two slices of meat each. They forgot the Italian dressing. For a almost $9 it really isn't worth it. Subway used to have bigger salad bowls and a salad cutter bowl to cut up all the meats and cheese but they did away with those at this location obviously because they cut it by hand and literally count each slice at a time.

The manager here is a complete smart alec and totally rude. This place is only open because there are not a lot of other choices. Avoid if you can.

When I walked in the big back girl with glasses that must hate her job asked me what do I want I said can I have the special of the day and she looked at me like I was dumb and then I repeated it and then she told me you mean meal of the day and I said yes sorry meal of the day. Then when she asked me what kind of cheese I said shredded and she looked at me again like I was dumb and I pointed at it and she was like ok. She then left my sandwich not toasted and walked away.

TURN AWAY !!! Just save your money and eat at the pizza store next door. Some short lady with glasses was a employee not a manager. She was on the more husky side. Was taking my order. When I was asking for my toppings she kept slamming them onto my sandwich and my meal was almost a flat bread sandwich. When I was eating my meal my sandwich fell apart due to her big wreck it Ralph hands smashing the topping onto it. Save your money and leave !!

The meat is too little. Barely 1/2 of other subway gave. Terrible.

Brandi has to go! She's rude, so unfriendly. If I have to go I will but I go somewhere else instead of dealing with the customer service at this location. She is only nice to people who know her personally I've noticed. I do not see how this qualifies her as a manager. The assistant manager is just the same. Michelle. She is rude. Not friendly what's so ever. I dont even know both of them personally but everytime I walk in there she is so blunt and unfriendly to ME but the next person in line gets the friendliest greeting. She is kind to them. This is a evey time thing when I go in there. I AVOID THE SUBWAY IN PALACIOS BECAUSE OF THEM!
