My wife and I had a great time! We won so many prizes in the claw machine that her eyes were closed in the photo because she was laughing so hard. We had a tough time on the Busch Gardens midway we should have saved our money and spent it at D&B. I also had fun getting one of each card at the Star Trek coin pusher. I was able to get each actor except Checkov and I didn’t see any of him in the machines. This is the most fun we have ever had at D&B and we didn’t even spend our tickets. We will have to come back and play some more!!!

Food was delicious games all worked aside from 2 only thing was you need a lot of credits to get any of the prizes at the end. But we will definitely be back!

Was here for the Galaxy Con After Party. Staff was nice and everything was clean. Atmosphere was like any other Dave and Buster. Great selection of Games. Drinks were tasty. It was a bit busy. EMILY IS AMAZING. 🕺 Made the night memorable.

Came here last night with my husband to have some drinks, eat some food, and play some games! We had never been to Dave and busters before so we weren’t really sure how it worked but our waitress Jess was amazing and took the time to explain the eat and play menu to us so we got the best deal! She also made the best recommendations - the ribs were deliciouss! We will definitely be back!

A bunch of friends and I went here to have a fun place to hang out, eat and play the arcade. It was fantastic. It was a Saturday so obviously the evening was packed with people. The food was good and the service as well. This was only my second time at Dave's... And I enjoyed it even more the second time.

Went today to celebrate my birthday after 2 major back surgeries. Ask for manager and a very nice and professional gentleman came out and i was simply asking for birthday coupons via email. This gentleman was SUPER KIND and said that would be corporate stuff but he said we NEED TO CELEBRATE YOU AND HE FIXED EVERYTHING FOR ME. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY BIRYHDAY A DAY TO CELEBRATE AND UNDERSTANDING THAT I WAS TRULY BLESSED TO BE ALIVE. GOOD PEOPLE STILL EXISTS AND THIS WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU..

Our server was excellent. She is very helpful with everything of getting the kids the game cards and our food was excellent and she has a great personality. She needs to win this sermon.

My boyfriend and I went for the first time yesterday and we had a blast! We were greeted by Mark, who I think made the experience that much more great! His customer service was on point and he makes a FANTASTIC espresso martini! He is definitely a huge asset to this company! Thanks Mark! And thanks Dave & Busters for the fun! Our day date couldn't have been better!

We came here to celebrate my nephews birthday and had the joy of having Jess as our server. She was kind, attentive, and provided excellent customer service. My daughter has a severe allergy and she took the time and care to partner with the manager and help provide a meal that was safe for my daughter to eat!

I am rating this solely on the perspective of a kids birthday party. My kid said it was the best one she has done. The manager that helped us and the server were both great. I haven’t enjoyed the food in the past so I was very surprised and pleased in the quality and quantity that was provided. All the kids enjoyed themselves and the room was a great setup. Manager prior was responsive to all my questions. Would absolutely do this again.

The server Bradley was absolutely amazing going above and beyond. The food was fantastic with my steak being cooked exactly to perfection per my request. Filet is the good to and the lobster queso 😋

I had a good time, food was good, games were fun, the waitress/bartender Jessica? she was really friendly and pretty funny.. me and my buddies enjoyed ourselves, for sure would be back

• Our waiter was incredibly friendly and helped us with allergy issues, even offering to replace an item when we made the mistake of forgetting to ask for no cheese on something. • Although this is the smallest D&B we’ve been to, they managed to cram as much into the space as possible. • There were hardly any games out of order. • I HIGHLY recommend the Summer Pass! Although it’s near the end, keep it in mind for next year.

Dave & Busters has definitely come a long way. We used to dread coming here because the food used to be terrible. They have made huge improvements to the food. A lot more flavorful and better choices. Also they have better games! Definitely an upgrade from the last time we were here. I would definitely come back here

Most of the games are overgrown phone apps. But a good time if you go with others. Definitely not solo adventure friendly. The games are designed for co-op play. Also, can get very crowded during peak hrs. The food and drinks are a bit pricy but the games are supprisingly reasonable. The 35$ card particularly, is more than enough for a single trip. That will get you at least 2hrs unless you get kinda sick of the selection and burn through your credits which seems more likely. Or, other people are hogging all the games and you get sick of waiting your turn.. Which is the MOST likely.

Our first time eating here, the food was delicious, I had the Philly and Churros, very good. I'd recommend it for great food before the games.

I will try it once more. I was not a big fan of the drink options. Alot of sour mix. The food served were really large portions so left overs or share. Not the best food but it was cool. We had fun. Would be cool if the space was bigger. Great location.

Food was luscious. Service by Claire & Lisa Superb! They even set up the table again for birthday cake! Fun experience watching whole family playing games.

I Came here with my Wife to be for a Date while we are in the area. The Wait staff was a little bit slow but, He was Curdious And Knowledgeable which I appricated. Guessing by the fact there was 2 servers and it slow we on a weekday around 1pm it took around 12-15min to get our Food. So if you want a somewhat peaceful area there's your window. They Have a CANDY CRUSH Game where you can Win Tickets for those of you who are Awesome at Candy Crush. We got the eat and play combo which I was fairly pleased with. The Unlimited Play means 100 Tokens & Any Game that is a Blue Scanner Like the Walking Dead Game which was a HOOT and doesn't give you tickets is FREE. The food was Hot when it came out and the server was nice enough to let us Know our food was ready a couple times. Although I couldn't use my old D&B cards which is where a couple NOTABLE problems arose. 1. The Wings bone out were extra crunchy and semi-Tough after the 1st time like they were OVERCOOKED. The Bone-In turned out better. Their BBq 1 was Great like a Sweet Mesquite with a little Bite, The Buffalo on the other hand was nothing to Cheer about. 2. The fact they Got ALL New Point Cards for all there Games Will become a Big Headache for MANY!! IF you don't know the special trick. I found the Games manager and he told me The card Reading program is a Card Read problem. IF you BEND The card slightly Inward with your thumb like a Smile ☺ and put the card. The Device will read it Alot more. I got it to work more then My Sweetie did. As the Big Burly Head Games guy and He'll show you. He was Very nice and made us feel important. Fix the Overcooked Wing Issue and the Frequent issue with the scanner reading the card and I'll review again.

So I went for my 4yr old birthday. They enjoyed the food and drinks. The atmosphere was ok. Service was splendid. Getting the kids out of the door was a different task. On the ride home they're asking when can we go back.

Service is good to great depending on your server. The taste and variety of food was excellent but some things were over priced. Signature drinks, don't bother! If there was any booze in there, I certainly couldn't taste it, so NOT worth the money. We went for trivia on Thursday for the past 2 weeks & had fun! Overall would recommend especially for trivia 😁

We have our annual work Christmas party here every year and this year they closed the place for our company. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the facilities and arcade.

We had a pretty decent time with the family. I want to give the food a 4 but the gaming area a 3. Everything tasted wonderful. The food was fresh and hot. The chicken Parmesan was prepared nicely and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The wings were fried hard like we like. All vegetables were cooked just right. The drink wasn’t too strong but adequate for a family night. We had issues with the gaming cards multiple times. A lot of the games were out of order but we didn’t know until after swiping our card and using the coins/tokens for it. It was crowded but we still had room for personal space. The bathrooms were clean too 😬

SECOND REVIEW: I’m updating my review after giving this location another shot, especially since they had given a 50% off certificate when they were closed during our first visit. We went on a Thursday late afternoon, and while everything ended up being fine overall, a few things stood out. The place was nearly empty when we arrived, and although we were seated right away, it took about 15-20 minutes before anyone came to our table. My husband actually had to walk back to the host stand to ask if we’d been forgotten. Right after that, a server came over—and to her credit, she was great. Super friendly, attentive, no complaints at all once she took over. The food was also really delicious. My main gripe is the size of this location. It’s hands down the smallest Dave & Buster’s I’ve ever been to. It honestly felt more like a mini version. Luckily, it wasn’t crowded and we were visiting with our 4-year-old granddaughter, so it ended up being just right for her. That was the whole point of our visit anyway. That said, we definitely won’t be returning. It’s just too small for our personal taste and what we typically expect from a Dave & Buster’s experience. ------------ ORIGINAL REVIEW: Drove 1.5 hours (rain and traffic was terrible) from Williamsburg with our 4-year-old granddaughter, only to find a sign on the door saying the place was closed from 2PM–9PM for a private event (Capital One) and would reopen later that night at 9PM. No notice on the website, no heads-up on social media — just a paper sign when we got there. She was so disappointed. If I had known, I would’ve just gone straight to the Virginia Beach location. Now we’re stuck driving 2 more hours. Staff gave us a 50% off voucher, which was appreciated, but honestly, the lack of communication really soured the experience. Not sure I’d come back to this location.

Bartender Brianna was very rude and nasty to my friends and I last night. We spent about $200 on food and drinks and she made the experience very ewww, because why are u acting like that 😭😔

Only thing I wish they would do is get better Arcade games. It’s been quite some time that you should have some cool arcade games now they’re not so much fun now. But still a good restaurant

This Monday night, they were extremely rude. The waitress was nasty and very rude to us. She had to be told on more than one occasion to watch her tone. She just had an attitude that was out of this world, we had to get the manager involved. The food was not at all decent and the alcoholic drinks were very weak. I won't choose this place for a birthday party ever again. They do the bare minimum if anything at all. Very disappointed in the service and the tension in the air. This was a horrible experience 😪.

I give it 2 stars. #1, this actual arcade area is TINYYYYYY. I'm not even joking. Now, I'm FROM Miami, Florida and I'm Miami there's a Mall called Dolphin mall. Inside the mall there's a Dave busters there. It's literally 5x bigger. #2, a lot of the games are messed up. We tried the SNOCROSS game and it's messed up. We told someone but, nothing was done. The Mariokart DX game was messed up and it took someone way too long to come, especially since the arcade area is so small. #3, my man got us a Piña Colada, to try it here. (We always do that in some places) and it was so BAAAAAD. IT WAS DISGUSTING. It was extremely watered down. It didn't take like liquor or Piña..... it tasted as if I was drinking a water slushies, honestly. The only reason it got 2 stars is because the service in the front desk was great and there are a few games that are fun and multiplayer. There's a four player air hockey but, everyone must pay for their own side. And there are a lot of big games like, 2 star wars battleship games. There's 2 separate ships, and you got inside of a small door, sit down as if you were inna real ship, and you shoot planes down on a HUGE screen. So, 2 stars. That's it.... sorry.

I’ve had TWO bad experiences here now. I will not be returning. Took my two nephews this past week. Decided to eat after gaming. After we sat down 15 min passed before someone even came to get our drink orders. One of my nephews ordered the chicken finger meal the other the Mac and cheese and fries it was about 45 min before the chicken finger meal came out. My other nephew sat there waiting for his Mac and cheese for over an hour. How do you serve one kid and not the other with an order so simple as Mac and cheese? Had they not been there I would’ve left but they were hungry. I asked to speak with a manager who never came. We never got refills. Our waitress was working the bar and the restaurant side. It wasn’t busy yet she was very inattentive. She did manage to get something taken off our bill. Just a mess. Bad business. Shame on y’all.

Came in at 1pm on a Saturday, took over an hour and a half to receive my meal AFTER the rest of my 5 top. Once I finally got my food it was freezing cold & raw (undercooked).

It’s hard to describe my experience at Dave & Busters, but let me try: This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my 39 years on this earth. Every single human deserves better. We all deserve not to wait 45 minutes because a floor of empty tables could not be cleared. We deserve a minimum level of humanity and common sense when it comes to serving people. We deserve not to be duped into playing in the arcade while staff drag their feet to avoid seating folks. Whomever is responsible for managing this restaurant and the organization of its staff needs to be fired. As a father of two (with a third on the way) and first time visitor to D&B, I’m happy to say we will never be back and my kids will not have any childhood nostalgia that may lead them to take their kids, and so forth. I’m happy to never have this vicious seed planted in my family. Dear reader, I tried to leave - but my kids were tired and hungry after a prolonged and unnecessary wait. I’m confident this company will ultimately go bankrupt. Oh dear reader - you deserve a better experience. Spend your money (and more importantly your time) elsewhere. Waitress was friendly though.

Do NOT go to this location!!!!!!! This is what they served my NINE YEAR OLD son. He ate multiple before realizing. And yes, those are bite marks.

It's My grandsons Birthday, We got there @6:30 and it's 8:15pm. I've never waited this long for a table. People were coming in after we did and they we're being seated promptly..I won't be coming back to this establishment. No staff ever asked were we being helped. The kids had fun playing games but it's gotten so late and it's a school night. We have to try and find the kids something to eat somewhere else. They need to do Better!!!

Let me tell you why you shouldnt rven waste time on contemplating taking your kids to this establishment forst and foremost the food was tasteless,cold, and arrived too tough to even eat there was no consistency in the the level of service recieved and also there was a hair in our food. I will never visit this establishment again and hope no one else does either. The employer were noce enough but that doesnt excuse the lack of tact and preparation of the food being absolutely horrid.

Paid sixty dollars for a bunch of credits for me and a couple friends. Never have I felt so jipped from my money ever before. This place is SMALL. Much smaller than I’d imagine. Half of the games I played were either cash grabs, or just straight up took your credits and stopped working. The other games are just boring, play for two minutes and move on, slop games. Got nothing to say for the food or drinks cause I didn’t buy any, and the staff seemed nice, but was definitely obvious they rather work anywhere else. Will not be coming back and regret spending so much money in the first place.

Just ate Short Pump location for my first time and I was excited! For a Monday it’s not busy you can tell it’s under staffed as the bartender was also the server for the dinning room as a few more tables showed up. It took me 15 minutes to get a bottle of ketchup after my food came so I could enjoy my fries and I asked for a side of honey mustard as the sauce in the Boss Chicken sandwich was lacking and I never got it so I ate a dry chicken sandwich while my guacamole browned due to being under the heat lamps for so long and me waiting for a sauce to enjoy my lunch with my kids. We spent 2.5 hours at a table, never got refills or waters. The service here is lacking horribly.

On a Monday night with barely any other tables dining in, we waited 20 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us before asking the host to move us to a different table. Our server just so happened to also be the bartender and with only a few other people at the bar about 6 or 7 drinks got made before we could even get water. Talking to coworkers and other guests at the bar that seemed more like friends sitting at the bar instead of guests. We finally got moved to another table with a different server. We got our drinks and we got our food and we got the heck of here. This was not a fun experience and other than the host we were completely ignored the whole time.

This place is broken. So after getting our name on the waitlist for a table. We’re told it’s an hour wait. My wife asks me to see where we are in the queue. So I click on the link that was texted to me and instead of showing me how much longer like it says it just takes me to the open table home page. Really helpful!! So after spending 150 bucks for power cards it asks for my phone number for rewards or whatever. I click the link saying welcome to DB rewards and I get a website that says “an error occurred”. So 1 hour 45 minutes later we finally get a table for 4 people. The host grabs two menus from an entire table full of menus. Another 10 minutes to get two more menus. Another 15 minutes to even have a server come to our table. Only for him to tell us oh wait I need to go get something to write with. I mean seriously! Can’t come to the table prepared. So we got here at 7pm. It’s now 9 pm and so far all I’ve got is a Diet Coke. The place is full of empty tables and it’s an hour wait!!! I guess I understand why the tables are empty.

Our waitress was horrible. We waited over an hour to put just our drink orders in. The sad part is they weren't even busy. Then we told her to split the checks and that didn't happen. The food YUCK. The ribs I had were so tough that is not how ribs are supposed to taste especially when they are smoked. I took 2 bites and that was it. They brought another persons chicken quesadilla out and it was BURNT. The drink refills were non-existent. Then top that off with we waited over 45 minutes just to get our checks. I spoke to the manager thinking it would be better and I will say he apologized, but even still that long to get our checks. Then because there was more than 7 of us they charged gratuities. Even though we were separate checks. I would definitely find a different place to eat. Never have I experienced such incompetence and the prices are fine, but that means you should be able to actually eat it. Sorry, but pick any other place not this one.

All of the appetizer plates were dirty. The fries and fried pickles had a fishy flavor - perhaps the oil that they were cooked in was old. We received no refills. Not an enjoyable time.
