I live nearby this McDonald’s and drive-through every once in a while, and the drive-through service is always fast and accurate.
Best mcdonalds around hands down! They never mess up an order and the food is always hot! Love this place, thank you to the awesome mcdonalds employees who always make eating here such a delightful experience!! 💪👍
got “semen sauce” instead of ranch but it was pretty good so 5 stars, a bit salty though
I just wanted to say that Nicole (unsure of how to spell her name) was a very kind and considerate employee. She told us to have a safe night and I was truly touched. Although that may seem like it was minor, it really made my evening. You don’t usually meet people like her with a sweet spirit at a Fast Food restaurant…she went above and beyond for my mother and myself. I believe that she deserves recognition.The best part of it all was that she served us with a smile.😊
This is a very honest review, I felt that I absolutely needed to make a review on this Mcdonalds. This is the best one I have ever been too and I have been to different one in and out of state. Not only is the food always hot, but the staff is also very professional, very polite, the food is always correct, the machines are always up and running. I really can't say enough about this establishment. If I could give it 10 stars I would absolutely. I also said this statement to the manager in charge at the drive through window because I was not sure if he knew how great this location is. And the wait is literally none.
It's OK the drive threw is quick ...and if you oder and it's not a good like 20 percent tip ...your food well be very slow to get to you
Okay, so this place is a hit or miss. Generally, the staff are all pleasant and do help out with any issues. The food is definitely a gamble - we’ve been some times and things were a 10/10 and other times where it’s been like a 2/10. So, you just don’t always know what to expect. Our kids are younger so they love Happy Meals (esp the toys & nuggets). I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 for my review, but again, we’ve definitely had our fair share of issues over the years. Most issues have been over them forgetting items that we’ve ordered (whether it’s drive thru, curbside, carry out, DoorDash or dine in) - we’ve done them all.
I don't normally waste time in reviewing a fast food place like McDonald's but stopped by this one this morning and was compelled to do a quick review because they were getting crushed with online orders, walk-ins and a long drive thru line. There were only about 5 or 6 people running everything and they were very seriously doing their best to speed up service, but it was an uphill battle. This staff needs a pat on the back at a minimum. They were apologetic for the delays, thoughtful with their work and very diligent representatives for this Store and McDonald's.
When you get to the drive-through window, they don’t even remember what you ordered and after all of that waiting. I was asked to pull around the corner to receive my order. They didn’t want to ruin their precious clock time ,headquarters wouldn’t like that! After a long wait the quarter pounder with bacon and cheese that I got was instead a burnt bacon and bun sandwich.
The last 5 times I went there they got the order wrong even when I asked them to check it. I'm not going back. Terrible service and cold fries
I ordered a breakfast sandwich at 6:50 am and when I got to work I took a couple of bites and found a long piece of hair. I was so disgusting. I don't live in the area so I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. This is terrible customer service!!
Walked inside and asked the other customers how long they waited. Once one of the customers said "10 minutes", then I walked out. This McDonald's is slow, and the employees are nasty.
I went to those McDonald's last night at 10 (online it said close at 11, NYE might affect hours) I went to the speaker no answer so I drove around to the second window to see of they were actually close because you know sometimes the workers will take their headsets off prior to close and one lady closer to the front counter just gave me a nasty look and walked out of sight and then this dude came around amd just stood there with a nasty look shaking his head amd that's when I was like okay they're clearly closed and before I drove away this lady came to the windows without even opening the windows yelled "WE ARE CLOSED" and if im being honest I don't even care that they were closed they were just rude like it's not hard to come to the windows and be like "hey we are closed" I have worked in fast food I understand having to work on a holiday and being annoyed woth customers because you would rather be anywhere then work but that's not an excuse to be rude when a customer hasn't done anything rude to you
They have such a pathetic customer service. The GM is extremely rude. They admit they forgot to put 2 burgers that were missing in the order and yet had the audacity to blame DOORDASH for their own fault. I got reimbursed from Door-dash which was clearly not their fault and instead of taking the accountability they asked me they couldn’t offer me anything. Everywhere around the world McDonalds Franchise offers best resolutions with good deals. Such a big name and greedy tactics. Surely they are heading to hell for their bad attitudes.
3 Separate times now I’ve tried using my points all for it to suddenly not work and YET my points are gone afterwards as if they were used and not a single person in this location seems to even remotely try to rectify it. Don’t waste your time here seriously
Never get the food right! I have ordered countless orders on DoorDash and Grubhub and they never get a quarter pounder WITHOUT CHEESE correct!!! They obviously Do not Know what WITHOUT CHEESE MEANS!!!! I always get the incorrect order. Always. They totally suck!!!! Even in person orders!!! They never answer their phones!!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!! Do not go to this establishment!!! Worst McDonald’s ever!!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!
Went through the drive through and the guy working the drink machine stood over it scratching his dreadlocks while filling my drink….. completely unacceptable.
Did not receive what I ordered. I ordered two bacon/egg McGriddle sandwiches, but I received two sausage/egg biscuits. Also, I did not receive any napkins and they didn’t ask if I wanted salt/pepper packets.
MCDONALDS 13011 HULL STREET MIDLOTHIAN, VA The store I order from in Midlothian sends my order made wrong on purpose and the store, franchise owner, and corporate do not care even after over 100 reports from me including pictures. When I can reach them on the phone the morning manager has told me to bring the incorrectly made food in and they will remake it. I told them I order through Doordash because I can't drive there due to a disability. The current weekday and the previous weekday breakfast managers have made it clear that this is not their problem. Corporate will not step in and do anything and the franchise number if full of messages I left asking for a call to discuss this. The franchise has never returned my calls or answered the phone when I call, but if I call a McDonalds in the same franchise they tell me that their calls are answered every time they call the same time they call the same number for the franchise that I am calling. Doordash does give me a credit to my payment method or put a credit on my Doordash account, but b the way their computer software is written you are only allowed a certain number of credits and then they tell you there is nothing they can do. This means that since McDonalds is either making the orderscwrong nearly every time I order or the entire staff cannot read I do not get to eat and evety week I am on the phone trying to solve thid. Doordash tells me McDonalds chooses which which McDonalds fixes the food and McDonalds says Doordash decides. There is actually another McDonalds that is .1 mile further if you turn the oppisite direction on Hull Street, that almost never makes errors when making foid, appologizes if they do, fixes your order, often offers free food the next time you come in, and is owned by the same franchize. If I order from McDonalds app I have to pay fees and delivery costs to have DOORDASH deliver the food to me. I have a plan through Doordash that includes hundreds of restaurants and other companies where I am not charged fees or delivery charges. Why can't I get the truth? This is a clear case of violation of ADA law. The store is actually known for NOT making order correct if customers order something left off due to dietary restrictions. I have the pictures of some of these orders posted and have hundreds of thousands of views. The address is included in the posting. The managers at a McDonalds in the same franchise have told me recently and when I called prior to getting the previous manager taken care of that the store in question has a bad reputation for bad service, especially during weekday breakfast shifts, but there is nothing they can do. WHY DON'T THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS? WHY DO THEY ALLOW MANAGERS TO GET AWAY WITH VIOLATING LAWS? WHY DO THEY TAKE A REPORT AND NOTHING CHANGES? WHY IS THAT STORE THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES THIS AND WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE DURING THE WEEKDAY MORNING SHIFTS, BUT ANSWER THE PHONE DURING ALL OTHER SHIFTS? They have investigated this once, found it to be true, and taken action to replace and retrain employees. Many years ago this was a problem location and they brought in a female manager to whip it in shape. That is who went in the first time I reported it. I am told last month by managers in two other stores all the managers at the store in question are new and just went through training due to issues, yet the morning issues are still there. Even when we went through the drivethrough we had to send the drink back twice and the food back once due to them making them wrong, and the indivudual at the window and the manager both argued with us about whether they were made correct. When the manager handed us the food she thrushed it at my husband and rudely said HERE. Why don't they care or do something to chsnge this store, and then monitor it regularly, since it has a long history of issues of bad service? I have sent pictures to ylthem and called in complaints for nearly two years. Please forward this to everyone you know? Please do not go to this location ever Melinda Massa
The customer service was comical. I received nothing close to what I ordered. I ordered a McMuffin meal. I was given what looked like a sausage biscuit without a hash brown. I was not able to eat what I did get for a few reasons, but the most being it looked like it was scraped off the floor. It smelled awful too. I can’t get anyone by phone sounds like a fax machine after it rings a few times. I can’t call a general customer service number. I said no receipt so I can’t leave feedback. I was trying to eat before I donated blood so I didn’t pass out. So I can’t go back. I just donated money to McDonalds with no way to correct it. Do better!
