I come here every Thursday night and Serwaa always gives me the best customer service. I am excited every Thursday to come and see her. Thank you for everything you do Serwaa. I hope Chic Fila realizes what an absolute gem they have with Serwaa.
I was given the wrong order by accident...called, was treated with the utmost respect asked to come back in within 30 days and they'd either refund or remake...Even made my sandwich into a meal... Very professional and very much appreciated!
Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect every time. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, and even when it’s busy, service moves quickly. Orders are accurate, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. It’s one of the few fast-food places you can truly rely on for both quality food and great service.
My friend and I visited this restaurant a few days ago. Although I have noticed that the Cool Wrap has not been prepared in the same way as always, evidenced by a lesser amount of chicken, the customer service we received was wonderful! In particular, Jacob and Tazia were gracious and interactive offering friendly conversation and replacement sandwiches. These two employees have gone above and beyond what many consumers today readily experience. Kudos to both of them and hope I have the pleasure of seeing them again in the future!
never any issue food always good the pace for as busy as they can be is great and the staff is friendly and helpful, and today i wanna give a special shout out to Serwaa :-) awesome person great job!
The staff at Willow Lawn CFA is what makes the experience so wonderful. Ms. Shirley is truly the sweetest angel and Serwaa was so very kind to our son with special needs. I shared my praise with one of the managers Shannan who was also so sweet to us. We will gladly come back to this location every time we are in the area.
We were there visiting University of Richmond on 8/14 around 1pm. I don't normally eat at alot of fast food restaurants but this establishment was amazing! Great customer service, clean, food was nice and hot. It was crowded but staff worked so quickly, getting customers where they needed to be, the crowd was gone in no time (we were gonna pass it up due to the long lines but my husband said lets go inside). I'm from Jersey and we don't have staff taking orders/delivering to tables, love this! I forget our servers name but she was lovely, professional and polite. Kudos to Chick-fil-A in Richmond! If my daughter goes to UR, we'll definitely be back!
Always great service and I always get my order promptly. My poor pup got overwhelmed and reactive and even though I was stressed they kept cool and i appreciated that they weren’t afraid of her 😭. The tenders are an unsung hero here. Skip the nuggets, get some tenders 🥰
I visited the remodeled store and it is beautiful. Very spacious and well cleaned. Avery, the greeter was absolutely wonderful. She had a plesant smile greeting each person, walked around to the customers asking if they needed anything, will obtain the item(s) if needed, and offered to throw that persons trash away. Jeana, HR Director, is always pleasant and greets you with a smile. Kyle Jones, my nephew and Team Member FOH, greets you with a smile also. He also makes certain the customers are not in need of anything and if they are, will obtain it for you. Chick-fil-A is a great place to visit for a meal, warm and caring atmosphere, clean store, and always busy with service to everyone. The drive thru now has 3 full lanes merging into 2 lanes and flows smoothly.
Bad parking lot due to Virginia. Once you find your way in, it's pretty good as far as Chic-Fil-A goes. I eat here all the time because I already decoded the parking lot. It's like solving the Rubik's Cube. You have to make that immediate turn-in or the cops may get you. Great fries!
Inside everyone is very nice, food is good, your standard Chick-fil-a. Outside, the layout is terrible and seems to be accident prone. Would not recommend going at any time where it could be remotely busy.
Just have given up on this restaurant. I know a lot of people like it and it's cool and trendy. But never had a quick or positive experience here. Ordering ahead never works becuase you arrive and it still takes 10 to 15 min to get your items. Then you order mobile to try and "skip the line" but then you get there and the mobile line is full and a stand still but the line to order food is empty.
Food is fine but check your order before you leave the drive-thru line. Especially if you have health challenges that limit the foods you can eat For example, it's not uncommon to receive a sweet tea when an unsweet was ordered. This may seem like nitpicking but for us diabetics it can be quite an issue because we have to dump the tea we paid good money for
They've gone significantly downhill since they tried this whole, "sit down and get a menu" thing. Food is still as good as you would expect from chick fil a, but the service is now obnoxious. Order accuracy also seems to have gone down since they did that. I've had to send more food back for being wrong since they did this transition too.
I paid for 2 Classic cups (the lemon chicks and the 1967), i was not given them upon receiving my order, Had to ask an employee to get them. When returning home i discovered that both the cup that i asked for and said 4 times was wrong as well as multiple items in my order, i would not recommend this specific location to friends and family.
I'm not sure how long delivery orders usually take from this location ( I love about 5 min away), but the app said my order would be arriving at approximately 8:20 this morning. When it did not arrive I called the store and was told it was currently out for delivery no worries. My food eventually arrived an hour and 15 minutes after I placed my order. The driver did not get out of the car I had to walk to the street to his car to get my order. This was the first Chick-fil-A delivery I've placed and needless to say it was a disappointment.
Very sad product for the second time at this location. Usually chick-fil-a is on point, but this store is missing the mark on quality control. I don’t even wish to write this review because we are lovers of the brand, but something needs to be fixed ASAP. My wife was sorely disappointed with her 1/3 full kale salad soaked in dressing, and both fries were a little over half.
Chick fil a , highly disappointed in this location but truly not shocked. I received stale nuggets & cold fries. I told a young lady in drive thru that my food is cold and stale if theirs any way I can get these remake or perhaps warmed up longer. I was brushed off. I'm not sure who's the corporate is for this , but this location definitely needs etiquette. To many young kids with no manners .
The owner or top manager was on her phone wiping snot with bare hand behind counter just not acknowledging any customers I hadn’t been help or even addressed for 7 mins while workers stare at me. Also hearing a worker working drive-through asking another worker “why did you put on a mask” and her replying with “y’all are not about to get me sick” personally wouldn’t want anyone sick handling my food but that’s just me.
I came here staff forgot to put a spoon in my bad I asked for one kindly I was given attitude a manager at that saying that she put a spoon in the bag vs just giving the customer a spoon and leaving it be I was not asking for the moon just a spoon . All staff refused to give me a superiors number as the person was a manager. I was inside maybe 5-10 minutes I did not want to bring my six year old in so I let him sit in car with his food and his game an employee actually opened my car door and touched my son I felt so disrespected and wen I returned she would not she stayed at my car as if me running into the fast food restaurant was in anyway child abuse I had to get outside myself with anger just to get this woman to leave my car a man that worked with her actually had to pull her away from my car. Employees should never open a customer car door if she sat there waited till I returned and wen she sees the parent she should leave not stand there blocking a customer from leaving because he left his 6 year old in the car while the customer came into a fast food restaurant for 5 minutes
I've never been to a more poorly designed parking lot in my life and I'm including those wild free for all grass lots at festivals. So you pull in from broad then make an IMMEDIATE left, which you are going to miss, and then you're screwed. You have to drive through the lot now and pull into the road behind the restaurant and find a place to pull an illegal U turn. Go back to the same place you just left the lot, where you'll see a sign telling you to circle the building. Well, like we just discussed, the parking lot doesn't continue behind the building, so it's literally impossible to actually circle the building. So just pull to the front of the building and you turn right where you should have turned left in the first place. Then you IMMEDIATELY have to stop, because you have to cross the two lanes of other customers who just got their food. From here you'll be facing directly into an oncoming lane, but fortunately the lines on the road will show you the insane swerve you need to make then turn right to order. You might be able to figure out the rest from here.
If I could give 0 stars, I 100% definitely would!!!! Half way tempted to never step foot in a chick fil a ever again. Go to work, order on the app for delivery (free biscuit which expired today plus a couple things, order was $35.09 - REDICULOUS) It never came, called the store for hours and no one ever answered. Called chickfila CARES and they put in a claim i guess I guess I'll see what happens. Still doesn't help with my expired biscuit and me stuck with no food and $35 just floating around. They definitely took my money but didn't take my order. Extremely dissatisfied.
Arrived at 10:28 with a mobile order and the mobile order lane was so backed up we did not have time to scan the QR code before 10:30. Whoever was in charge said there was nothing they could do. How about making sure the mobile lane moves before the drive thru lane? There is no point in placing a mobile order if you aren’t given priority. If you’re thinking about going here, turn around and go somewhere where they actually care about their customers.
