I think that Panda Express is probably the best Asian fast food you’re going to get for the price. I’m pretty sure there are better Asian restaurants in the area. But if you’re looking to get in/out. Panda Express is your place. This particular location. The food was fresh, and the staff was efficient & nice. This one is probably my favorite

Zohrah the front woman was incredibly helpful! We ordered some fried rangoon and she noticed that it was a little darker than it should be without me saying anything she said hold on let me get you some fresh ones. The food was incredible the service was great the kitchen staff was very friendly and waving and had lots of smiles one of the best locations we've been to great job guys!

Right next to a McDonald's.... Deliciously delicious! Walnut shrimp and chow mein is to die for!! I wish they get more PLANT BASED CHICKEN and/OR STEAKS CHUNKS! And make it a permanent plate and not a test pilot! That is the only criticism i can give, and that way, everyone will be happy to visit!

Food was good, staff not so much. Refused to cut my chicken more and when I got it, it had one really large piece about as big as a silver dollar that wasn't even cut. Would help if these people could speak and understand English - I mean they are interacting with mostly English speaking people.

My favorite type of food is Chinese food, and although this is more American styled in taste, looks, and more, this is a great place to dine at or get take out. At this Panda Express location you were able to either dine in or get "take out". While ordering you're able to see all the different things they have right in front of you, which I love. The service was wonderful. I got my food quickly and was served with a positive and energetic attitude, which you can always expect here. I ordered fried rice, as always, and it was great, but really heavy on the vegetables. I still enjoy it though.

One of our goto quick dinners when we don't want to cook. It's consistent in quality and service. The price is reasonable and the food good.

Super friendly staff, not our usual PE, but at least "dine in" was open at this one. Food was ok, black pepper chicken was more like, black pepper onion...onions dominated serving by 3-1. Might give them another try in the future, being as just reopening of dining room.

The food was good as it usually is but they don't give you much. The portion really is dependent on who prepares your order. This tome the main difference in my last visit was that the staff was unfriendly and not engaging. Customer service was definitely lacking.

Good food but could do better with their vegetable options. I would hope that an eatery selling fresh cooked food would have a better selection of vegetable options. On this day it was limited to broccoli only. If that changes, it could be a go to for healthy and quick eats and at least another star!

It's your typical Panda Express. The food is OK but the chicken is of poor quality and mostly greasy, as to be expected. The parking lot is kind of cramped so I don't recommend trying to park right by the entrance. The employees are friendly but they can only do so much since the food is the same at all other Panda Express restaurants. I don't recommend eating here too much since it gets sickening fast due to the low quality of the food.

If the map and store hours say they open at 10:30, why are the doors locked until 10:55? The manager of this store needs to have a talk and check their staff to ensure unprofessional behaviors like this are avoided; they open at 10:30, and I was here at 10:50 to pick up my pick-up order that was already placed on the app, and both of the doors were still locked. They saw me waiting at the door but waited 5 minutes to unlock them when they weren’t doing anything. First, they opened a restaurant 20 mins later than the opening time and ignored customers at the door for 5 minutes when the restaurant is supposed to be open and operating. Food was good tho👍

Re: Broccoli Beef. No. I expected softer and larger bits of beef instead of the small salty char-grilled pieces I got. In relation to the huge stalks of broccoli, it was <1/3 beef to 2/3 broccoli. Oh. The broccoli. No piece was under 2 in long and it not in the typical bite-sized pieces. Sloppy chopping. It was missing the usual brown sauce. Halfway through, my mouth found a hair, disgusting. Unsatisfied, I served the rest to my dog. I'd ask for a refund if it didn't mean going around a bunch of people. Where's mah beef y'all?

No changing stations in either restroom, my son needed his diaper changed. I let the MOD know, she looked like she didn’t really care. My son got teriyaki chicken, there was no teriyaki sauce that we asked for. It was worse because my family and I have been moving the last 4 days, going back and fourth from up state to here, and this store was just opened so we were excited to come here. (It’s also against Virginia state law not to have a changing station in the men and women’s restroom)

The employee getting the food and the one in the back cooking the food weren't wearing gloves, masks, or hairnets. Then they pull the pan and put fresh food on top of old food and put it back out.

Terrible experience and I used to come here all the time. They claimed to have made my family meal fresh but the orange chicken was like rubber and the honey sesame chicken taste nothing like it used to. The teriyaki was blah and they barely gave me sauce for a family size. I used to visit this location so regularly they even knew who I was the old manager was way better and the team as well. I called and the guy was so defensive I literally have all the food that my family won’t eat and I wanted a refund and to bring them back all the food because I don’t want to be accused of trying to get something for nothing. TERRIBLE

You should never have an argument over an online order. I placed them online since they messed it up in person. Then they tell me that you have to check in when you get there even though you set up a time to pick up your food they're not going to do anything until you check in with them. ( so don't try to grab this on the way home it won't be ready )Mind you I've already paid for this. Another thing is this is Panda Express their employees at Diego is slower than molasses in winter. I went there at 3:00pm when it was dead and he had a line that's how slow he was. Management sitting on their chair sipping their bubble tea while somebody who didn't know how to make the food made the food everything tasted nasty my shrimp were basically mayonnaise puddles. To top it all off the manager called me a liar saying she's the only manager that worked there for the past year and a half when I talked to one they're less than 2 months ago saying how hard it was to find good help obviously he speaks the truth. Very sad experience will not return to this location for sure.

I normally have a good ratio with the rice and meat when I get my bowl. I went in today and got 3 hefty scoops of rice and a light spoonful of chicken. A better chicken to rice ratio would be nice or bring the price down since we are just eating mainly rice.

Watched a guy leave the line and enter the restroom with his gloves on. After several minutes he left the restroom with his gloves on and started serving customers food.

The food was God terrible The chow me in was under cooked and burnt the chicken was over cooked and dry the chicken egg roll didn't even taste like chicken it was sour I should had just went to McDonald's at lease the chicken taste like chicken. Never going here again Plus the price for that little spoon of chicken was way over prices they rather over load the noodles . Don't go if you are Hungary McDonald's is next door down

If you come here anytime after 6pm you’re screwed. Last 3 times I tried to eat here I had to walk out. They never have options and if they do it’s old. Tonight they had 3 entree options hahahaha AT 7pm!! “This is all the food we have left and we’re not making anymore” Trash!

Food was not up to par. It didn't seem fresh and tasted off. There's was no one else in the restaurant at dinner time, which was odd.

DO NOT GO HERE! WORST LOCATION EVER! I literally had my food go through three different drivers because the assistant manager named John allowed a DoorDash driver to steal my food and then refused to give me a refund. When I tried calling him back about it he literally told me that there was nothing that he was going to do to help me and he literally hung up on me and luckily I have that phone call recorded which I will be using as my evidence. I have never had this horrible treatment at any other location. Staples mill is the best location. Stay away from this one. They are liars and stealers. Also I have an uncle very high up in Panda Express that I will be contacting. Stay away from here.

Bad service. How dare they serve burnt chicken? It's bad for your health, it damages your stomach lining. I come to this store because it's the closest, but the service keeps getting worse. They're annoyed that we eat there. They start cleaning and sweeping to make us feel uncomfortable. So why do they put the tables up, just for show?
