Honey Honey Honey Hooonnnneeeyy!!! Compliments to the chef and to the staff who all worked diligently and hard to provide 10 star rating customer service at its finest! I know good food when I see, smell, touch and taste and baby outback on Broad street did not go to work to play!!! I ordered the Aussie chicken and shrimp pasta w/o chicken just shrimp, spinach artichoke dip, and coconut shrimp. Those persons served! I don’t even know what to say other than thank you!

I love coming here. Everyone here has always been nice. When I pick up my order I love talking to Savannah. Shes always very polite and very nice. She makes sure your order is correct. Keep up the great customer service.

This restaurant is one of my favorites. The food is amazing, the staff is always friendly, and the environment is always welcoming. The prices are also very reasonable.

This was probably my third time at this location and our waiter. Peter was awesome! We went very late on a Thursday night. We had less than an hour before the kitchen closed. He was super friendly and did not rush us at all. He even told us we could stay as long as we want it because they had a few other parties in there anyway lol. The food came out great and we enjoyed ourselves.

The waitress went above and beyond for us. This was a wonderful experience in the snowfall. The food was okay...not the best, but awesome service.

It's been awhile since I've ate at outback,i ordered the fillet mignon and lobster tail dinner,I was disappointed with my lobster size the picture looked very good but when I got it, the lobster was a 2 ounce small piece of meat waiter said shipment has been coming in small size, the size should of been 5 ounces..I told her the reason I got it because picture looked amazing..I asked her could I get another one to see if it could be different size, after awhile she finally brought me another,it was a little bit bigger than the first.. if I was told that the size wasn't what I was expecting I wouldn't of got it, it was a $40 meal ... I don't mind the price I just wanted the same as what the picture showed..

To go order I had to track someone down as there was no one in the to go area. Order was correct. Food was good. My steak was burnt on both sides and was cooked closer to med rare than med on the inside but it was good. Salad was good. Bread was fresh. The sweet potato was small but had good flavor.

This was a great Outback visit. Service was good. Both my host and server were attentive and made sure our dining experience was matched.. They made up for my previous experience at the Rio Steakhouse earlier in the day. Those guys should take some pointers from the staff at Outback!!

Love the fresh bread and honey whipped butter! I think our family came here just for the Bloomin’ Onion. Three Cheese Steak Dip was pretty good. I was the only person ordered the steak out of six people. I have asked for medium rare, but it was more like medium well. Dover’s Ribs & Chicken Platter wasn’t very good. Bloomin’ Fried Chicken Sandwich was delicious.

During my recent visit, my family’s meals were served promptly; however, my order did not arrive. Although all of our meals were placed together, I was informed that my order had not gone through due to computer error. The manager acknowledged the issue and assured me that she would have my meal expedited. Unfortunately, my family completed their meals, and I was still waiting. Approximately 20 minutes after speaking with the manager, I inquired again about my order. Shortly afterward, the restaurant experienced a brief power outage for about 4 minutes. When power was restored, it took an additional 30 minutes for my food to finally be served. By that time, my family had already finished eating, and I had lost my appetite. I requested my meal be packaged to go, as the dining experience was no longer enjoyable. While I do appreciate that the manager removed my meal from the bill, the overall experience was disappointing and frustrating. I had intended to enjoy dinner with my family, but instead, the evening was overshadowed by delays and poor coordination. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and service efficiency for future guests

Door dashed while in town. Food, as expected from Outback, was amazing. Eating it with a pair of scissors I had in my suitcase was interesting. Silverware and napkins would have been nice, but it still tasted great. It seems like a little mistake, but it affected the meal drastically.

This location has really gone down the drain. Upon entering you’re greeted with the oh-so-familiar “ dirty dishcloth” smell. The interior could really use a best-in-class deep cleaning. We were seated promptly and our server was pleasant. She brought out bread and plates and when I picked up the top plate, an ant crawled out from underneath. I asked for new plates and received them. Our drinks were so-so and our appetizers were just ok- nothing to write home about. The worst part was our steaks- charred to a crisp on the outside, small and not at all worth the price. We don’t finish the meal, paid and left. Disappointed from start to finish. Manager was busy busing tables, one of the cooks walked past, made eye contact and didn’t bother to say a word or even smile. Clean your restaurant thoroughly, train your staff to greet customers ( or at least smile ) when you’re in the front of the house and cook better!

The onion was really delicious. The onion was cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce was nice. My shrimp had a odor. The steak was ok but it lacked seasoning. The Alfredo had not one drop of seasoning and tasted like nothing. Service was slow but the server was very friendly and appropriate.
