Love this new store! Very light and airy on the interior, lots of windows, nice outdoor patio. Following lots of COVID precautions. Friendly, young staff. Glad to have this expanded store nearby.

Efficient and friendly staff. I’ve only done the drive thru since this location opened because of COVID but it’s a vast improvement over their old location across the street. They must have gotten new staff or retrained their old staff. Drinks come out quickly and correctly.

Usually drive through, but met a friend to chat this time. Coffee was fresh and as expected. Super friendly staff. Order was correct and complete. Hot items were hot, colds were cold. If you are in the mood for Starbucks, it’s great.
This Starbucks is awesome. The location itself is clean and welcoming. The staff is incredibly kind. I came in on my own and with my toddler (so sorry guys) and they were welcoming and helpful both times. This is a great spot to work, grab the caffeine you need to parent....it's a 12/10 for me.

Great customer service. Took my daughter there in the Drive-Thru today and I ordered her the wrong drink. She took it back inside and then replaced it with the one she wanted no charge. I will definitely return Thanks Starbucks!

This is my favorite location, they (almost) always make my drinks really well and never really have to wait for my drink so long as you order ahead in the app.

Fast service. Friendly staff. Clean facility with lots of room inside. Sorta small parking lot, but didn't have any problems. Drinks were made just right!

I woke up on Thanksgiving morning with my house clean, food cooked and ready to be eaten and nothing to do but relax for the first time in my life on a holiday.Lol, so why not take a trip to Starbucks to add to the things I typically don't do. I'm being honest with you. It's because I never really have the time or make the time to go and in most cases its having the time. This year was perfect timing for a a Thanksgiving morning, relaxing trip to Starbucks. I ordered my tea and banana nut bread loaf. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a quiet morning and took in all the things I never noticed Starbucks had to offer. Such as, a bar table with an outlet, employees that actually look like they enjoy their job and the homesome feel I got being their. If you ever have a moment to sit back and just relax. Even if it is for a tea/coffee moment, take it with no regrets. Thank you Starbucks

I have added one star to the atmosphere rating since I posted the critique below, main because of the welcoming chalkboard and "Be Kind" sign that have been added. Thanks; it improves the ambiance! Over the last few years our neighborhood Starbucks has changed dramatically, and it has boosted their businesss. First, it moved across the street to a new Starbucks-owned building with in and out driveways. Second, it included a drive-up window and outdoor speaker for taking orders. Third, it along with numerous other Starbucks I've seen, replaced virtually all of the furniture that encouraged comfortable lounging, group gatherings to chat, and a laid-back atmosphere with hard wooden chairs to discourage customers from lingering too long. This Starbucks' only two small comfortable chairs are placed closely adjacent to the restroom doors. These changes have resulted in converting this Starbucks from a comfortable, friendly gathering place into a business focused primarily on speedy delivery of orders to its drive-up window, and a now-large staff constantly scurrying and bustling to provide drive-up orders with maximum efficiency. I can't fault management nor the on duty staff for outstanding efforts to comply with the altered corporate mandates that I'm sure have resulted in increased profitability, but I miss the old Starbucks atmosphere

I love this location and the workers here their great, but this going on strike thing is kinda ridiculous because this is the closest one to me I don’t want to travel further every time I want a coffee it kinda feels like yall don’t mind not making money.

The card reader was down in the drive thru (no big deal, things happen), so I had to go in to order & pay; but if they're going to make people come inside, the least they can do is be friendly.... The drinks were good though .
I'm not sure if other reviewers are mistaken, or if they've got the better customer facing staff working the counter away from the drive through; but, I've been to this location a number of times and every time I visit I'm greeted by a new low for customer service. Truly combative, unprofessional, and certainly far from friendly. I just want to order my drink and be on my way, so why is it that a question like "excuse me, but which drink is this" is met with a sarcastic and condescending remark to check the sticker *that wasn't even there*? Casually rude and dismissive would be an accurate expectation when visiting this store. The coffee is Starbucks no doubt, but it's not consistent, and their lack of care is evidenced by the "close enough" style of their drinks. I would rather park and walk into target across the street at this point. An otherwise aggressively mediocre coffee shop absolutely tarnished by inconsolably miserable service. Avoid.
Figure out your drive thru line. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to sit in drive thru at 8am. Never coming back here. What a nightmare holy f
Asked for no whip. Literally the first thing I said. Even printed it on the label on the drink. Still they put whipped cream on the drink. I order this drink a specific way for a reason... Incompetence at work at this location!
I hope whoever made my 2 drinks and willfully put them in these warped cups steps in bubble gum today or something else equally annoying. Both of our drinks have exploded all over us and our car. On a 6 hour drive. Not only am I sticky and smell like milk and coffee, I can't even drink my coffee until I pull over because the lid won't stay on. Beyond perturbed.

I’ve been getting the same drink for years a black coffee with just a splash of cold brew or iced coffee to cool it down so I can drink it right away. The lady at the drive through window today told me no we can’t do that. Okay, that’s fine I guess. I get to the drive thru window and she looks so annoyed at me that I just say never mind I don’t want the coffee if I can’t have what I want in it. Someone that works in customer service and hospitality should not be so unnerved by my request and instead of saying no we can’t do that… they could have been more accommodating. Instead of saying no, not possible it’s your job to give me other options to get what I want. I get it’s a price difference but there are steps that you can take to ensure I can pay and get what I want. Even though it’s just a splash of cold brew in a hot coffeee the least they could’ve done is charge me for the more expensive option. I’ve been doing this for years and have only had someone give me a hard time onve or twice which I kind of understand but the fact that I got an attitude and left with no coffee is ridiculous and there has to be a standard when it comes to people in customer service. It’s called that for a reason and I don’t appreciate how disconnected she was from her job
I usually stay away from leaving reviews but because I was unable to return to the location at this time I have to say something. I just left the drive thru at this location where I ordered what is arguably the worst breakfast burrito I've had in my life and that is not an exaggeration. It was supposed to have bacon sausage and egg but it was 90% egg. The egg had not even a dash of seasoning. No pinch of salt, pepper, nothing. It was just a plain egg with 2 crumbles of sausage and I did not see any bacon whatsoever. My drink was also bland, and I asked for an additional syrup because I despise drinks that are not sweet. $15 for this food and drink in this economy is outrageous. I feel like they are serving people leftover prison food. 1/10 and that is upsetting.

Been sitting in an empty drive through line since 3:15pm. Over 30 minutes at an open store or for a store that should be open too bad. They don’t have a sign to tell you at the drive-through just on the drive-through window when you drive around terrible customer service.
