This is the most great place I have been at and the Service Was beyond awesome excellent and just downright all amazing the worker was so nice and they were very good at serving me. This was the best I would come back again and again and again.
Small location, yet I noticed that the staff seem to know their regular customers. It was almost like "Cheers", but with food. Friendly and polite staff. Would definitely stop there again if in the area.

This McDonalds is amazing. It got seats and the employees are nice. I ordered a combo meal, (big mac, double quarter pounder, fries, and soda.) They served it under 5 minutes.

Good Morning reader's, I only ordered the fries and nuggets cooked to order. That's it. Unless I have my nieces and nephews with me and they want it all. Frosties, Kids Meals for all 4. Oh, and the ATM fees are cheap. Also, get the McDonald's App so you can get points and then free food for your children and yourself. Have a wonderful and safe day🤗
Fairly newly renovated… the place is kept very clean and staff has always been friendly. kiosks make checking out your menu and placing an order easier if paying by a credit or debit card. Plenty of parking located at the rear of the building. But you must pay for parking during the week in the front
I ordered takeout. I used the McDonald's coupon to redeem a deal for buy one, get one free big Mac. You go to deals and click "redeem in restuarant" and show the code to the server. You can only use one deal at a time. I got 2 big macs for about $6. The service was fast. There is parking in the lot at back and also at the front of the store. I also tried the double fish fillet, and it was good- warm and delicious. I highly recommend you download the McDonald's app. They have coupon code deals you can redeem (one per order). You also get points there for each purchase that you can redeem for rewards ie free food. I have received 50% off purchases before many times. I also used a .50 double cheeseburger code. You have to ask for napkins and sauces.

This is by far the best Mcdonald's I have ever been to. The employees are very kind and helpful. The food is always hot and tastes so good. I go to this location over the one that is closer to my house. Parking is in the rear shopping center.
I went there early in the morning and got the breakfast sandwich special from the app. The person was very efficient and courteous.
we’ve all been to hundreds of mcdonald’s, but i have to say this is the best one you’ll ever come across. The staff are super supportive, polite, compassionate and professional. The environment is very clean and the cherry on the cake is that your food comes out pretty fast. when you are at the kiosk they will even come up to you for any help. i’ve never experienced such courtesy in any other mcdonald’s. the management here are doing a excellent job. please keep up the great work and thank you for serving our community :)

This location is fairly clean and the staffs are very nice. I saw a lady struggling with the kiosk and a staff immediately went to help her. My only complaint may not even be their fault -- they don't have curbside pickup. It could just be the mall not letting them put up a sign.
Good service but since the pinpad was experiencing technical difficulties I had a small request of putting my 8 year old son's coned ice cream in a cup --- I was told that it will be a separate fee in a cup. New York vs New Jersey on this. Otherwise the store manager was courteous.
Can be very crowded even if you order ahead in the app. Staff try really hard to move fast. Wish it had a drive through.

The renovation is excellent, the service is friendly and nice, but they are slow. I'm not complaining, I just want them to be better bc I like the place. They seem to care, so helping them with efficiency training (or a refresher - positive encouragement). Thank you.

Everything is good except it looks older
I got a hamburger happy meal. Mainly because I exited out of the deal I wanted without saving those 4 digits the app gives! It was alright. However, I question how much I would want my child eating the hamburger I had. Two times was chewing and whatever it was would not dissolve like the rest of the hamburger. I’m really planning not to feed my little one until they know better.
This was a pretty busy location with a lot of school kids being kids. The staff does an excellent job keeping orders moving, I expected a longer wait. My fries were underdone and the bathrooms were locked. Oh well. I was still happy with my burger and coffee.
Service is too slow. They have too many workers multitasking on too many tasks here compared to other better runned McDonalds. The manager has this facility understaffed.
Clean and not too long a wait. Not four stars because of homeless man that sort of harasses you for money after opening door in back. And having food delivered to your table a little slow in afternoon with a hungry child is no fun and to not get order right to boot. Otherwise no issues with taste or cleanliness.
Every McDonald's here has there own rules about dine in or take out. Normally the place is spacious and generous with seating. But they are not allowing dine in during the Pandemic. Food is the standard McDonald's as you would expect but the lines tend to go slow. Ordering was quick, counter or kiosk. And the mobile app if you have but still slow to get things out. Parking lot available, shared with the shopping plaza in back. Conviently located steps from the library and Post Office.
The place looks clean they have an A rating. Comfy seats. Lots of people inside right now. The girl brings the food 2 your table. They have the latest in ordering technology
It’s McD not expect much. Here ‘cause of the kids. Food is mediocre at best but at least it’s consistent. What sets it apart is the high price for fast food. It’s no wonder casual food places are winning. I would recommend a local burger place which has high reviews and often you’d get better quality meat and cheese for similar prices and better seasoned fries. But kids want their happy meals… btw, funny how google review has an option for Burger King Chicken Nuggets dish selection for review of McDonalds lol
No drive thru and always a line even using the app. Limited seating but lime does move quickly. Plenty of parking though.

The woman there ..I asked for sausage Meal with orange juice . She up charged me for OJ.. And never gave me coffee ..when I asked where's coffee she said oh I didn't charge you for that .. I said I asked for sausage bf meal plus oh . So now you're charging me for coffee and I already you already upgraded me or charged me for the arm and shoes because it's an upgrade to the breakfast meal and now I have to pay another $1.50 something for coffee? So I am done with this Mickey D's.. And leave annoyed .
Not what is used to be- Back in the days this place was always busy with locals. Staff were always friendly and the place was always full. Every seat taken! I have to admit that during COVID, they do fallow Covid protocols and sanitize daily. Chicken nuggets are always cold and soggy. Fries are also meh. Compared to the Mcdonald’s on marathon parkway this McDonalds is pretty bad. Homeless people also come in begging for money and asking costumers . Staff don’t do anything!
Most of the time if I order something with extra cheese they'll gladly charge me for it but fail to actually give me what I paid for. I've had to have my order fixed so many times that I've kinda just given up. That said, if you're not like me and just order things as they are then you'll have no issues.
The place is never very clean and its normally full of kids that are making messes, being loud, using up a lot of space and scaring away other potential customers. The food isn't too bad but the staff is quite rude but the manager is very nice and disaplines the workers
I ordered my food and asked if the restroom was open. The answer was no. I was on my way to an appointment and didn't have time to ask for a refund, so the food sat in my car until I was able to wash up in my appointment's bathroom. I'm eating cold cheeseburgers in my car. Also, I don't think their dining room is supposed to be open without a working restroom.
Its a McDonald but location needs a serious facelift. The playground should be redone for the kiddies which is a pro because many have removed their playgrounds. The food is McDonalds. But they also seems to miss things so I think their verification process is terrible if anything. Sometimes they missed apple pies in my order or salsa sauce for breakfast burrito etc. they always seem to get overwhelmed during the school rush.
I placed my order at the self service station so that no error would be made so imagine my surprise when I ordered one of the international burgers WITHOUT sauce or cheese (Gouda) To be exact I was in a hurry to get to work. The burger took time cook (I'm aware I don't eat bloody or pink meat EVER!), I get the double quarter pounder and there is Gouda cheese on it! With receipt in hand I showed one lady that I ordered it without cheese, then the one who appeared to be the manager (Spanish lady) I showed her and told her I ordered it without sauce & cheese. She starts tell me Gouda isn't cheese, the cheese on the burger is mozzarella, which was very wrong! I stood angry & waiting for what I paid for, and when it was ready the manager says sorry for the wait, handed me the burger which I checked again and the tomatoes I paid additional $ for were so small I only knew they were there because I looked. She included and order of fries might have been a medium. Very annoyed & don't like being told I'm wrong when I'm not!!!! Look up what is Gouda? You'll get the same answer I got... CHEESE! If you work at McDonald's handling, cooking, and/or serving food you should know what you're serving!
Still can't do a simple order, still putting mostly males in front. Not always friendly service. Still haven't learned from the last time when they got bad press by putting boys at the register and girls in the kitchen. And ordering a simple cheese burger is still very difficult to do. I only gave it a 2 star for the one time they got a simple order right and actually gave good service. At least when you do get the food it's good.
You can't order from cashier they declined orders you have to order from machine when a cashier standing next to you, bad management and lazy workers.
Used the self service machine. Then, went to the counter. Within a minute, the monitor showed that my order is being served. Yet, after waiting 10 minutes, I received nothing. After my order number was removed from the monitor, I asked one of the clerks for my order. He apologized and gave me my order.
I walked in and staff were having a conersation. I ordered medium coffee and 1.00 nuggets. My coffe tasted like hot water. I asked them to fix a fresh batch. Lo and behold 2nd cup.needed flavour and it tasted like water
Today at 6am I was forced to use the kiosk. The Indian lady wouldn’t let me order at the counter. So I had to order at the kiosk and pay at the counter. My choice was taken away. Not right at all 😡😡😡😡

Regularly no longer have enough staff to function properly. Shut down their only line tonight forcing those in it to the back of the only kiosk line, since their second kiosk was broken. This is my second terrible experience in what used to be a decent establishment. I won't be back. Avoid.
Worst, most disgusting workers at this location. They are rude, and non understanding of their customers. They have me a coffee cup that was burning hot to the touch, and I asked for a sleeve which they did not have (for my grandmother) so then I asked if they could give me a second cup to double it and they told me they would have to charge me for another coffee. I explained their coffee was too hot and that it was for senior citizen, but the nasty Indian lady behind the counter just kept repeating the same thing over and over “I will charge you for another coffee” I will be contacting corporate about this and if my grandmother burns herself I will take legal actions against this store.
Worst McDinalds ever. No ketchup packets is ridiculous. They had to put tiny portions of ketchup in plastic containers. I was third in line when I entered location, and it still took twenty minutes to get my order. There was a man blocking the entrance soliciting donations. When I attempted to exit the store to return to my car, the man blocked the exit with his hand out. I would have rather gone hungry than ever go to this location again.
Came a little before 10 and saw this sign. Doors locked. Google showing open. Drove 15 minutes to get here. Very disappointed. You can't do this overnight? Update: I just decided to give it a 2nd try and they don't have mayonnaise in the entire store. Not sure how this place is open honestly.
I have never been a more confusing McDonald's or any store like this ever. The register people would take you to kisko to place your order because they didn't know how to take orders or make change. Then someone from kitchen would come out to make change if necessary..
Your manager said she didnt care about anything. Right off the start. I didnt want to order from the kiosk and I was told I don't care,leave. And then she told me to email my issue...so here I am. The female manager at 7 am this morning would not give me her name after that and then walked around talking about me... she also got my order wrong while using the kiosk... it is in the glen oaks shopping center in queens ny 11004....take this as you may but this place is BAD and very badly run.
This McDonalds is dirty. The floors are disgusting. All they really focus on is rushing the food out . But , uhhh, yeah!?!!! It seems that most of the people that go there are family oriented or old pals just wanting to meet up at mutual location . This is the after school teens hangout spot. One time I saw a teen smoking in the McDonald’s while people were eating the owner was present and pleaded for him to stop. Nothing happened of course! I think that a McDonald’s police crew needs to be put in place. Or a security guard during the hours of 2:30 pm - 5pm. Some of the customer service representatives aren’t friendly which leaves a bad memory leading me to not return. I cringe sometimes coming here , but I go because I’m hungry and traveling by bus. It easy for me to get off the bus and grab a bite .The quality of the food I give 7 out of 10. This McDonald’s in particular the staff primarily stand behind the counters . You know, there is always something to “ like clean”. While sitting and observing I could feel the murky disgusting atmosphere. The workers give express moments of meanness which is bananas because they are the ones’ we are receiving our food from .I really hope change take place.
The lady behind the counter is rude and shouldn’t be in customer service. She also replied she doesn’t care if people buy from the that Mcdonald’s. She likes to argue instead of doing her job. I won’t ever go to that location again: I ended up not buying anything because all she did was run her mouth.
I went to this location with my kids and husband. We ordered food almost for $50. We also ordered caramel frappes. The girl that was standing in the lobby (forgot her name) greeting everyone then went inside to serve orders. My daughter went to get food from her when our number was called. She told my daughter hold on I got it. She never gave us straws. Then we orders so many nuggets which should have came with barbecue sauces, nothing was in the bag. There was a boy at the register also kept saying the sauce is in the bag. Then he asked the girl who served us. They kept claiming the sauce is in the bag which our bag was empty. Then my husband had to go up to the register to claim for the sauces. He did mention that we ordered food for $50 and you guys are complaining about A SAUCE 🤦♀️ We come to this location all the time, but this day we were not happy at all. The teens they had up front tried to ruin it 🤦♀️🤷♀️
I have gone here once I didn’t notice any homeless people. I might not have noticed been searching them out. Listen all of you commenting on the homeless people. Tonight went you go home to your nice warm house with food in the fridge. Don’t forget to thank God this isn’t you. But you never know about tomorrow!!
Horrible service. Mobile orders are supposed to faster. Simple order, sweet tea and fries. Tell me why the lady who came in few minutes behind and placed her order with the cashier, received her order faster than I did??!! Replace the crew at this one.

McDonalds quality has really plummeted. I bought two burgers and one order fries from the Union Tpke Glen Oaks location and was shocked to see all I got was a really thin meat patty (1/8 inch thin or maybe thinner) on a bun with a tiny tiny slice of pickle. That was all. I paid $10 for my order. It was the most tasteless burger I’ve ever eaten. Last time I will ever buy from McDonalds
They constantly get things wrong over and over. No matter if you go in and order or place an online order where it is written out for them.
I waited 20 minutes to get my order. What kind of fast food place takes 20 minutes to get your food from the time of order? I might as well go to a restaurant if I am going to end up waiting so long to get my order. Once I asked for it and told them that I had been waiting for 20 minutes, the employee brought it from another area which is not the area where the orders are prepared. I think it was almost ready to go, but it was missing an item, someone put it aside away from the almost ready to go orders and forgot about it. Terrible service. Avoid this place!
Came to pick up a coffee and some how they missed the order and I was told they weren't going to make it after I was waiting for a long time. This is unacceptable. You guys should get familiar with uber and the other apps. I had to cancel the order and you won't get paid for it. It's lost for both. The customer and the business.
Sorry this was for the McDonald's on Springfield and Hillside. Just left again, missing drink, usually never get fries in my son's Happy meal, always ask for a boys you and always get a girl toy, they really can't get an order correct, and when I come back to correct to order I get the same mistake again, I never complain but really annoyed that same issue happens every weekend, please manager on duty help your staff so they can help public better. And please order more toys for each gender.
This place has really gone downhill. The employees barely care about customer service, many of the orders come out slowly yet are usually wrong or incomplete, and the bathroom is always dirty and disgusting despite being locked most of the time. The employees are mostly burnt out and it shows. Most of them barely manage to yell out order numbers for pickup above a whisper, and are almost unhearable during peak hours with a full restaurant. Many of them are friendly when the managers aren't watching them like hawks and will give you a sauce for free, but if any of the managers are around they become silent drones that stick closely to the rules about nickel and diming customers for condiment packets. Worst of all is the owner/head manager. She's been witnessed yelling at customers, throwing food in their bags as if she's dunking a basketball when someone complains to her, and being generally unpleasant to talk to. The last straw for writing this review was witnessing her charging a family extra for wanting a bag with handles to help carry a large order, as well as for extra coffee creamer and sugar for their coffee, all of which is supposed to be free according to corporate mandate. Do not go to this McDonald's. The one on Hillside and Springfield Blvd is better staffed, cleaner and much more organized in general.
Terrible manager. 6 people waiting for use of restroom with no knowledge of needing to go to the counter to get access. The counter person thought it was funny that people were waiting so long thinking someone was inside. Insensitive and irresponsible. Manager needs to be retrained in customer service. A simple sign on the restroom door indicating that you need to go to the counter for access would be too easy
They don’t open at 5:30 cause the workers are lazy and old. Made me wait for breakfast for no reason while they stood around talking and did absolutely nothing.

I am very disappointed in this McDonald's. I sent my son all the way from Brooklyn because I am hospitalized at LIJ. just came off life support and able to eat a normal diet now. . So he goes to this establishment for the the order to go thru charge me and then say the money came right back. No it didn't and I have proof. When I tried to call to rectify the situation no one would answer the phone. This isn't fair I could of just spent my money somewhere else. At least Wendy's would of went the extra mile . This McDonald's don't care who they keep as customers. Get rid of the kiosk if that's your problem cause that's not on our end, that's yours
Ive lived in this neighborhood for many years. Ive seen this very same McDonalds go through 2 renovations. With that being said I dont think I will frequent this location as much anymore. This is with the exception of the two younger males who are always very accommodating and one older indian lady with glasses who works very hard. The rest of the staff dont care at all. Ordering through the app for pickup doesnt save time because no one is available to hand you your order. They WILL ignore you. One staff member in particular has a very nasty attitude (a short Indian lady) She always acts as if its a bother to her that customers are trying to order or ask a question. They do not have an efficient system and its far too frustrating standing around not being acknowledged. I am going to take a break from this location for awhile. Will go to Dunkin for my breakfast needs. They are far nicer there
From the moment I walked in, my experience was terrible. I told the manager I had placed an order online, but she insisted there was no order under my name and claimed I was at the wrong store. She then began yelling at me, telling me I needed to learn how to use the app, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional—something I’ve never experienced before. Eventually, another manager was called over, who confirmed that my order was at the correct location and explained I simply needed to indicate that I’d arrived in the app, which I wasn’t aware of. The manager with glasses, however, remained very rude throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, my pancakes were cold. Given the cold food and poor service ! Worst service ! Better training !
This is by far the worst place to order mobile pickup. Totally wrong items, missing items and an incompetent manager who clearly doesn’t care. Food is terrible esp the nuggets which were chewy and stale. Go to Little neck or Springfield mcd’s where they have drive thru as well!
Terrible customer service! The chicken in the spicy chicken hamburger only comes half size of the bun. When i tell the employee, she just laugh and says it is normal and it just comes like that. Thats the smallest chicken sandwich i ever had in mcdonlads. I will never go to this location again
I placed a mobile order for pickup that included two large meals and an additional medium fries. When I asked for a single BBQ sauce, the manager refused to give it to me because I “didn’t pay for it.” Normally, I’d let something like that slide but when you’re spending that much money on food, it’s frustrating and frankly ridiculous to be denied one small sauce packet. This isn’t an isolated incident either. I’ve had multiple issues at this location in the past, including wrong orders, cold food, and extremely long wait times. On one occasion, I waited 40 minutes for a simple order. The customer service has consistently been unhelpful and unfriendly. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast, consistent, and customer-focused. This location continues to fall short on all three. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, because right now, it’s incredibly disappointing.
this location has 2 bathroom stalls, one has literal poop stuck to the toilet and is absolutely filthy. As a pregnant woman I was unable to even be in that space for few seconds. I went to the register and asked them for the key to the other stall. I was denied to use a clean bathroom by Halima and Natalia. The cashier was sweet to have apologize and tell me where I can go instead.The Health and Safety Code in NYC requires food facilities to provide clean toilet facilities in good repair for consumers. This is absolutely filthy.
My order #1638 was my worst experience. The food was terrible and I love McDonald’s breakfast! The hash browns were greasy and tasted like they were a day old and reheated and still not hot. The BEC sandwich I ordered tasted like it was a few days old. Nothing was fresh and I frequent McDonald’s (not this location). I was so disappointed with my food and did not enjoy it. I would have returned it but I was already on the highway when I started eating. Just very very very disappointed. Do not go to this location at all!
Customers service was horrible one of the workers refused to take my order at the register she wanted me to use the kiosk I said no please come to the register because iam paying cash her response to me was no iam not going and your order will not be taken. Then she walked away and never came back i ask her what's her name and she refuses then I ask for the manager she said she was the manager. McDonald's u need better training for your supervisor especially to the customer I could imagine how the staff feel working under her leadership
This is what I was served . This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary !!!!!!! The top burger bun was bitten notice no bite in the bun though . Glad I opened the sandwich to adjust the pickles or I would have never noticed the disgusting , contaminated food I was about to ingest… mind you bitten by a complete stranger that could’ve been sick or have herpes , who knows .
