I was passing through and decided to stop and have a bite and I was pleasantly surprised. I do not know about anything else but the cheese enchiladas were great and so was the service. Very friendly people. And I joined in when they sang happy birthday to somebody. Big ups Los Primo's!!!!

Food was mid grade, decent but not top in quality or value. Place was nice and decently clean, the staff was nice and friendly but not seen other than basic necessary duties of order talking and delivery of food and check. My party was there about 20 mins before I got there, the chips which they ordered queso (reminded me of velvetta and rotel but I didn’t try it because the chips were empty when I got there and stayed that way the entire visit. Food wasn’t ordered until I got there and we all ordered together. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place to go I would just expect lower prices to better match the quality and service.

Food was good, just don't count on a real serving of guac with your entree. It's so tiny. Tortilla's were fresh made and unique to some but authentic to me. The service that day took so long. It wasn't from a short staff or anything because we could see the waiter. He was snacking in view and would just forget. Again we could see him. He was nice just very easily distracted which caused us to wait without peices of the meal that he was already supposed to be getting. I am a very patient person but this had to be noted. That is why I gave a 3 versus a 4.

We stopped by this place while visiting dinosaur valley state park. I ordered the El Sombrero fajita plate and hubby got the special steak matador. Both were not bad but not something to brag about. The flavors were good but the meat was chewy. Also the service was really slow and sparse and we had to wait a long time to get even chips and water.

I wasn't overly impressed with this place which was very surprising because of the reviews that I read. The service was almost non-existent and after sitting there for ten minutes without anyone coming by for a drink order I had to go and get a server. They were not even busy. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered the ceviche tostadas as an app which were bland and whatever fish they used (believe it was tilapia) was grainy. I would not recommend those at all. I ordered the Bibi Platter for my meal which consisted of a beef taco, chili relleno, chicken enchilada, and a pork tamale. The only one thing I would change on that is the soggy chili relleno...the batter was not crispy at all and was overly soaked in ranchero sauce. My girlfriend had the chicken quesadillas which were actually surprisingly good, considering. The best thing about the place is the chips for the salsa. Not a bad place in a pinch but next time I believe we'll try somewhere else.

this place made me sick. The moment I walked in I was astonished by how nice this place was and how happy everbody was. Must be great! Wrong. Food? Flavorless. Chips and salsa? Plain chips. I don’t know how anybody would enjoy this! Another tip is to never get the queso. EVER! I couldn’t stop pooping for a week. Save yourselves. Stay safe.

***WARNING IF YOU'RE GROSSED OUT EASILY SKIP MY REVIEW LOTS OF TALK ABOUT ROACHES*** We came in from out of town, and come here every time we visit Glen Rose, it's usually AMAZING which is why we keep coming back!! We always have a large group, somewhere around 20 of us were there Friday night. Drinks were okayish, the mix/alcohol ratio for the margaritas/rox was definitely off, too much mix and not enough liquor tasted like we almost just had straight mix! Food..... great quantity,almost too much, but according to my family quality was skimming by!! I wound up being entirely too disgusted to eat!! Our server was doing her absolute best to keep up with everything! We can't say anything bad about her!!! Our biggest problem is your ROACHES!!! SO MANY ROACHES!!!! They were EVERYWHERE in the dining room meaning they're PROBABLY in the KITCHEN as well, I didn't eat once I looked down and noticed the 1st one! Then I started paying attention and realized they were EVERYWHERE!!! In the bathroom, crawling on the floors under the tables, and then we saw them crawling up some chairs on our way out. Not sure if we will be back again, it's depending on if y'all get a PEST CONTROL COMPANY out or not! Look, YES pest control companies can be expensive, but LOSING customers is gonna be MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE!! PLEASE do something about the ROACHES so we have a decent place to eat when we come out again in a couple of months!! PLEASE Thank you and again, our server did great!!

Where to begin. It was so hot inside you could not enjoy the food. The chips and terrible queso were just the starters. The crunch tacos consisted of ground unseasonably meat, stale tasting shells with huge amounts of lettuce and itty bit of cheese. My son ordered enchiladas which were smothered with the same nasty queso that came with the chips. I would not waste my money on this food again. The staff was friendly, I'll give them that.

Went for dinner and took forever for our food to be delivered. My meal was cold and the server never checked on us so mine was not resolved Asked to have meal taken off as I couldn't eat it and server said she'd get manager. Manager never came so I had to go find someone. They took off 5 dollars (meal was 10). Will not be going back.

Atmosphere was great. Chips & salsa was bad, didn’t think you could mess salsa up. We then ordered queso, big mistake, I don’t think this queso was actually cheese. Again I didn’t think you could mess that up. My sister ordered the cheese enchiladas, and when I saw her meal come out with that same fake cheese smothered all over it, I was so thankful I opted for the completely flavorless fajitas. Overall if you hate texmex food, you will love this place and give it 5 stars.
