I've been coming here since about 2011. I was 11 years old coming here with my older brother almost every week to eat pho. We would always get the number 7 which back then was the Steak and Brisket Pho. When my brother moved away, I started coming here a little less often, but I would still order the number 7 every week to go. There was this time I had a really bad throat infection, and I had a difficult time swallowing any type of food. But when I would eat pho, the warmth would soothe the pain going down. So, for the next couple of days I was only eating pho, but it truly was a gift to be able to swallow again. Nowadays, my mom and I love to go together. The music, combined with the amazing customer service, and the instant smell of the best pho on Earth is why this place will always be my favorite pho place. My mom used to order the Lemongrass Beef or the Beef and Shrimp Vermicelli, but recently she's switched over to the Mi Ga sub rice noodles. One of the coolest things about this place is that if you're on a diet or have some type of allergy, they go all out with the customization options. The Mi Ga originally comes with egg noodles, but my mom loves to have that pho with rice noodles. Or if you don't like beef broth, you can choose to sub with veggie or chicken broth. I know a lot of people don't like Cilantro or White Onions, and if you ask for them to not put it in, then it won't be in the soup. Also, if you ever get a really great tasting sandwich from this place, they have chicken and tofu options. Another secret I'll share is that if you don't want noodles in your soup, then you have the option to substitute veggies at no extra cost, but if you want extra meat or soup then it'll cost you. I like to order the Steak and Brisket pho Large (I still sometimes refer to it as the number 7) Extra Onions and Cilantro (I love Cilantro and onions), Extra Meat on the side (I love adding this later on after I finish everything inside), and sometimes I like to ask for extra limes because sometimes my mom and I may need more because we're Mexican or at least she is, I'm half. Oh yeah, almost forgot about the drinks, I recommend the Thai Iced Tea easy Ice (you can ask for no creamer, but you're missing out if you do). They also have limeade which is freshly squeezed and extremely good. If you want your limeade carbonated, just ask for the soda limeade. The coffee here is super strong and you can ask for it hot or cold, but I think it's better cold. This will always be my favorite restaurant in Glendale, the servers remember your name and they also remember your order if you're a regular customer. I highly recommend dining in here, it's one of the best.
Great customer sirve Fabio he is the best I will come back. Thank you for your great service.
I like their pho but not so much with Thai tea or Vietnamese coffee. Thai tea hd weak flavor or different tea type than I usually drink. And coffee was packet. I could taste corn syrup solids, too instant, they don’t brew their coffee. Pho noodles were premade and put in the bowl got ready and then when they get order, the broth is poured into. Noodles were stuck together and bit cold, so you have to stir it up with your chopsticks. The chopsticks are Chinese style. Long and think and rounded square. Not ideal for good grip to get slippery noodles. I prefer wooden chopsticks or thinner. Spring rolls were premade I noticed. But it was good. I am celiac so I asked for the sweet and sour fish sauce along with peanut sauce (usually peanut sauce has Hoisin and that is not gluten-free). I got shrimp. The content was decent and my 1 year old liked to chew on it. Broth was good but not impressed. Good amount of meat in the combination pho. I like the chewiness of tripes. Condiment veggies, they gave extra onion and spring onions and cilantro. I like that. Service is great. They are kind and thoughtful with kids, they brought high chair, little scissors, small bowls and small utensils for little kids. (I have 1 yr, 5 yrs old kids) Parking on street was easy on Saturday lunch but it was after 2pm so it could be busier around noon. Street parking uses coins and app called ‘paybyphone’. Using app is easier to pay. (Who carries around coins these days, anyway?) Overall nice restaurant, good service and food comes out fast. I did not get sick from eating. (I am hyper symptomatic) I will be back with my family again!
Pho is one of those foods that is hard to do wrong. But its also has a high threshold of being good. I think Glendale Pho meets this threshold. You will expect to get a decent, delicious bowl of pho and thats one of the strengths of this place. Some restaurants you will go to once in your life and thats about it. Glendale Pho has consistently good pho and I guarantee it will be a place you frequent, especially if you live in the Glendale area. Pho tai Chin - 5/5 - A really good bowl of pho. What can I say. Its tricky with delivery orders because the broth can get cold. Best experience would be in person. If you do happen to order takeout, id put the pho in a bowl and microwave to heat it up. Still super good. 2 packets hoisin and 1 packet of sriracha later, the pho is warm and ready to go.
I wish they would move somewhere with more parking. Im sorry warren id have to disagree that there good is amazing
This place is by far one of the most amazing pho places I have ever been. There is always a lineup at the door and you have to put your name on a waiting list and wait a good 15 minutes or so usually, but I assure you, the wait is totally worth it. The staff are great and the food is just fantastic!
This cozy spot opens at 11am on Sunday. It starts off quiet, but within an hour or two, it gets busy, and the limited space fills up fast. The intimate setting is perfect for a relaxed meal, though the staff subtly brings the check after about two hours to free up tables for others. The service is friendly and laid-back, creating a pleasant dining experience. If you order takeout, you can easily keep the meal between $10-20, but dining in can quickly run $20-30 per person, especially with tip included.
Tasty food and quick service, one of my favorite spots in Glendale for pho!
A coworker of mine recommended this place and worth it. Tucked in a busy corner of Glendale, this marvelous place is best place for Pho. I ordered the chicken pho with vegetables which I highly recommend is the best ever. The broth is flavorful even without the side condiments. However, do try the chicken wings with sweet and sour sauce! Please note if you have a gluten allergies, the staff is very accommodating with your dietary needs.
Little tiny space but enough to have a family meal, child chair, and a good food
This is a great hole in the wall pho restaurant. Small but tasty menu, with everything you’d expect from a Vietnamese restaurant! The servers are so friendly. It is a very small dining area, so be prepared to put your name on the list to wait for a table. The food is excellent and has great flavor. It’s not bland or plain.
Actually I was quite impressed with this little Glendale of a gem. The soup was delicious! I also ordered the fresh spring rolls with a French ice coffee. Very nice staff. The restaurant was clean and noise levels were reasonable. Whenever I come back to Glendale l, I will definitely visit this restaurant again.
The Pho is delicious! Broth full of flavor, and they do give you plenty of meat. I can barely handle their regular sized Pho, so it's definitely enough! Courteous staff, short wait, and worth the price! Definitely recommend this place.
Tried this place for the first time. We had both beef and seafood pho, with egg rolls, spring rolls, iced tea, and iced coffee. Food was very tasty, the additions gave more flavor, service was excellent. Our waitress was very pleasant and explained the menu patiently and professionally. She even packed the left over pho in to go containers.
Really great experience. All of the pho’s tasted really great. The hoisin sauce is really really yummy, so I recommend adding it to your pho! the sandwich “binh something” is also tasty. Pho’s sizes, even regular is really huge, so if you want to take a side order (this sandwich for example) and you’re not really really hungry, take kids size pho 😊, it would suit you better. Overall really great food!
I liked it. Their foods were close to authentic. I mean they are typical of Vietnamese soup which some were not close at all. On the value side, for the price I think it was reasonable plus great tasting food in Glendale.
Small place with great customer service and food was delicious. Pho bowl was wayy too much for me I couldn’t finish it.
Delicious! Really good pho and bahn mi sandwich! Exactly what you’d expect, good service, great pho. What else do you need?

Best pho! I’ve been looking for the perfect pho and I found it. The broth is delicious before adding anything to it. I had the chicken pho and the chicken was soft and tender. Service is great, was received with a smile.

This spot has some of the most consistent pho in the area. Portions are generous, and the broth isn’t too salty. Service is fast even during busy hours. Parking can be tricky since it’s on a busy street. A reliable go-to for Vietnamese food
I enjoyed the pho. Beef spring roll is good. Chicken Bahn mi was okay.
Love love love, such a small spot but genuine pho Everything is delicious and we visit this spot every week with my gf
One of my go-to spots in Glendale when I’m craving pho. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. It really hits the spot every time! Only downside is parking — street parking can be tough to find sometimes, and the lot right next to the restaurant is private (not for customers). Best tip? Go on Sundays! Street parking is free then, so it’s way easier

I saw the great reviews online and thought to myself, great Vietnamese food in Glendale? To my surprise, the food was pretty flavorful, service was really good, and the place was pleasant enough. Definitely not the best Pho place I've been, but for this area it is a solid B+ to A-.
I had the shredded pork and white rice I thought the pork was very tasty My issue was with the white Rice. It wasn’t that fluffy a little hard and a dish like that would be perfect with steamy softer rice Fix that and it’s a 5 stars
I mainly enjoy chicken pho. I thought It was pretty good. I would have it again for sure. My sandwich and rice dish were both tasty as well. Overall I enjoyed my grub and will be back when I need my pho fix.
Very good attention and the food is delicious. Good prices too
Try this place. Food came out fast. They have a parking lot. I was feeling a little sick so I came here for the broth! The broth was flavorful I got chicken Pho Ga. It was peaceful in here (quiet, and nice view from the window.) The chicken could’ve been more tender! I will be back! Prices are okay… it’s LA right? I Paid $18 without tip! I remember when I used to pay $8 back in 2016 but then again… that was almost 10 years ago 😂😂😂 Check this place out!
pretty decent bowl of pho. they’ve made the menu really customizable, where you can add up to 3 meats to a bowl of pho. there’s an option for large, regular, and kids size bowl of pho. you can also mix and match the veggie/meat versions of the spring roll and fried roll when you get the combo. service was fast and friendly. i like that they give you scissors if you wanna cut anything.
Ordered the shrimp-pork rolls, which were good. But the vermicelli dish with egg roll and grilled pork was outstanding. Service was attentive and polite. Parking is a pain - street parking only, and at lunch time it can be a challenge.
Veggie pho was so great!! So many vegetables, crispy tofu and plenty of noodles. Broth was tasty too. I unfortunately have to take a star down because my friend ordered the banh mi and the Thai iced tea and both were a big miss. Their Banh Mi chicken was dry and inedible, and their Thai iced tea tasted really off and artificial (I had a sip and it really was weird.. had 1000s of Thai iced teas and it’s never tasted like that). I felt really bad that they couldn’t eat and just sat and watched me eat :( I doubt they will be going back but I’d come back for the Pho though!!

Pros: Nice, calm, clean place. Con: 70% of plate is noodles & soup, 10% vegetables, 10% meat & 10 fat from the meat. The soup needs flavor😳 If you are planning to get full, this is Not the place unless you get another plate with meat and veggies. Good to try only Once!🤪
Glendale Pho Co is a good choice for Vietnamese food in the area. Their soup broth is done well. The flavors are fresh and rich. The aromatics are subtle with fragrance. The noodles are fresh and not overly cooked, unlike many other places. Their meats are also good, with a variety of beef for your Pho, including Brisket, Rare Brisket, and Flank. Of course, you can always choose the standards from a Dac Biet variation and get Tripe. The only item I have not seen on their menu is the availability of tendon. Chicken and Vegetarian options are also available and delivered with equal quality. Vermicelli and Rice dishes are represented, but the star of the show is the Pho. Their Fried Egg Rolls are anemic. Their size resembles Lumpia, but the flavors are good. Spring rolls include the creative addition of Jicama, which I find non-traditional. The service is excellent. Takeaway packaging is done with detail, and the staff is very friendly. The only big concern is the value for what you get. Their pricing is on par with other nearby Vietnamese places, but the protein portions seem to be on a diet.
Food was okay, but the enviornment/ambience felt weird. Air conditioning was not on although it was upwards of 90 degrees, and the pho left something to be desired. If it’s your only option, it’s fine, but there are better options as far as taste goes.
I came a couple of time to this place. It is not that big, when you enter, you can smell a typical Vietnamese restaurant aroma. Sometimes you can get table fast, sometimes you will have to wait. I tried the shrimp spring rolls. It was okay, very standard filling: lettuce, rice noodle, cucumber, and shrimp. The peanut sauce dip has to be the bomb to make an excellent dish, however, to me it's just average. I was not impressed but I don't hate it either. Bun, I usually get the pork one every where I go, and this time I got beef at this place. The meal was okay too, the sauce I found it a bit strong. I can really taste the fish sauce, so it's a wee bit too much. Beef has light sweet taste, it's pretty good. I just wish its a bit moist. I ordered taro boba to go, and they make a bit different. It's not full of crushed ice and their pearls are really2 chewy and soft. I like it a lot. I will keep this place in mind if I want to get boba nearby. They only have 1 bathroom, small size. I think they can do better job in the future to keep it neat and cleaner. The last time I was there, the service was a bit meh and the one of the servers was not friendly. She took my order wrong, and when they said they could exchange it, they still didn't do it right. I didn't want to make a big deal so I ate it. But I didn't want to go there ever since. I'd rather go else where. Service is always important to me especially when I have to pay and leave decent tip!
I would rate this place as somewhere mid way in the range of all the pho places I've been to. Their broth is ok, a little bit lower than Golden Deli where I would go for Pho. A decent selection of food on their menu. Service is quick. Menu is on a QR code, but you can request a physical copy if you don't want to scan with your phone. There's a sign saying street parking only, but we didn't see that and parked in the lot next door. It was fine and we didn't get towed.

The service was okay. The atmosphere was not nice. The condiment bottles were dirty, and the place was not clean and tidy. They don’t have a parking lot, either. And, the most important thing—the food—was very mediocre. The pho tasted watered down, and the spring rolls were mainly stuffed with vermicelli. I was extremely disappointed!
I used to be a regular here years ago but tonights meal showed how this place has degraded in all aspects: food quality, taste, service, overall cleanliness. There is a serious lack of pride and care in how this establishment is run now. Avoid this place if youre looking for a quality Vietnamese meal.
I was sick and craving pho last week. We have a large Vietnamese community here, so maybe my standards are high—but this restaurant was unfortunately underwhelming. The food wasn’t bad, but I brought my family hoping to introduce them to Vietnamese cuisine, and it left much to be desired. Everything was made with the right ingredients, yet most dishes lacked flavor and seasoning. Spring Rolls: The rolls themselves were fine, but the peanut sauce was watery and bland. It barely tasted of peanuts, which was disappointing since the dipping sauce usually carries the dish. Bánh Mì/ banh mi: Easily the best thing we ordered. The meat was flavorful, though the heavy gravy soaked through the bun. The bread had a great crunch and soft interior. 8/10. Chicken Wings: The wings were heavily battered but nicely crispy. Unfortunately, like most of the food, they were under-seasoned and relied only on the frying for flavor. The sweet sauce on the side was dull and didn’t help much. Pho: After a few disappointing appetizers, I hoped the pho would redeem the meal. It was average—about a 5/10. The broth tasted clean and fresh but lacked depth and seasoning. I usually expect a more aromatic, richly flavored broth. On the plus side, the service was kind and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. If you’re nearby and need a quick pho fix, it’s worth a try. But if you’re looking for a deep, rich, and flavorful broth, you may want to look elsewhere.

It was the most bland tasting food I have ever had, honestly save your money. We had the worst food poisoning after eating just a little, it kept us up all night. I really want my money back. I have had a lot of pho and it’s one of my favorites and just to taste what i tasted and to go through all that was so disappointing. The broth tasted old and reused and the meat in the spring rolls was not pleasant. It was a very sad dinner.
My family visited from SJ and we said to try this place because of the reviews. I gave the stars because the servers are nice. But if you’ve been to diff. Pho places here in California and of course if you know the authentic taste of Pho in Vietnam then this is a no go. My nephew who’s a pho lover took a sip and that’s it for him, same with the whole family, i don’t know what they are thinking but they need to change their recipe or better yet, their cook. They even forgot my order and the place is not even busy but seeing all of our orders aren’t good i decided not to remind them 😂 i just told them when we’re about to pay, they said if i want it to-go 🤦🏻♀️ of course i said nevermind. Oh and if you’re a vietnamese coffee lover, go find it somewhere else. It taste like water & milk. I don’t give bad reviews but seriously, not even 1 good meal, if their coffee or just even Nước mắm is good i might give them 3stars. Only the ones who doesn’t know the authentic taste of Pho give this place 4 or 5 ⭐️ Sorry, not being mean here but you can go and try it yourself.
This is the second time I ordered well-done beef and they gave me raw meat. I cannot eat raw meat for health reasons, and this mistake is not just careless — it’s dangerous. I even returned the food, and the manager wasn’t even there to take responsibility. Two times in a row is unacceptable. This place clearly does not care about customers’ safety or their own quality standards. If you value your health and expect basic respect for your order, avoid this place.

Pho was very bland, no flavor at all. Zero spices as real pho broth typically has in it. It was not good. Iwouldn't call this real Vietnamese, its terrible. Didnt eat but a few bites and left. I think it was just water not bone broth. The steak was like chewed up something, not sure it was beef. Spring rolls were ok but the peanut sauce was watery and again zero flavor. Staff is ok, a bit rude. For $32 I'd expect it be good but it wasnt even average. Good reviews are either fake or they dont know what good authentic Vietnamese actually is. This is not it. Overpriced for junk food that truly isn't got but not authentic at all.
WHERE'S THE COLLAGEN?!?! High-quality, authentic pho broth typically becomes gelatinous ( jelly-like and slightly wobbly ) when refrigerated. That texture happens because the broth has been properly simmered for hours with beef bones and connective tissues, releasing collagen that sets as it cools. It’s usually a sign of a rich, nutrient-dense, carefully prepared broth. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience with Glendale Pho Co. I’ve taken their broth home several times, and after refrigerating it, it remains completely liquid - like water. From my understanding of traditional pho preparation, that suggests the broth may not be simmered long enough to extract the natural collagen that gives authentic pho its depth and body. For me, the broth lacks the richness and slow-cooked quality I expect from real pho. I value transparency and traditional preparation, and based on my experiences, I won’t be returning. I also hope the restaurant reflects on the importance of preparing broth the traditional way and being open about their cooking process. Authentic pho takes time and care — and that’s what many of us are looking for.
