Opinions de Poké Cafe Glendale
Seriously, great service. They were really busy and I had placed an online order in advance and wanted to add some more toppings to my order and they totally accommodated me. Very professional, you get your money's worth and the food is yummy and healthy.
The amount of food for the price is amazing! I come here when I'm starving and it fills me up, and then some leftover. The people are very nice. The drink choice is ok. Lots of options but ones that I wouldn't grab at. But that's me being picky. It's a very nice place.!
I Love their Poke Burrito! Bobbie helped me pick the best choices and the burrito was amazing. The customer service was great. I will definitely be back.
Absolutely one of the best poke establishments in Los Angeles, Poke Café sets itself apart with generous portions, fair pricing and fresh, delicious ingredients. What truly separates Poke Cafe from the rest is one simple ingredient: the choice of soba noodles as a base - something I haven't seen elsewhere but which adds an exquisite freshness to the dish. Forget the other poke establishments nearby - Poke Café is the clear winner.
Best poke I've had in LA. Plus it's affordable and they have generous portion sizes!
If you dont like fish or raw fishi this might not be the place for you but if you enjoy the taste of sushi why not have it as a "salad" totally recomend! btw staff is sooooooo nice like omg they are very polite and you can see they care
My favorite poke place so far! I used to go here for lunch when I worked in Glendale so got to I watch them grow. They just keep getting better!
A great little poke shop, fast service and lots of ingredients to choose from. The medium is actually pretty spicy so watch out.
Small joint, with friendly employees. Excellent quality and the place is CLEAN. love their sauces, I recommend the garlic wasabi and spicy poke sauce. Very good value for the money, and it's the only poke place to go in downtown Glendale. Trust me, I've tried em all.
I'm sure one Poke shop is pretty much like all the rest, but the Poke bowl I got from here was stellar. Mine was medium spiced, but some bites were super spicy. Be warned! But that's not a complaint. I would definitely enjoy another poke from this place.
Only place I know that has soba noodles. Out of the 10+ poke places I have been to this is the only one with soba noodles as a base option. They have quality fish and a great selection of toppings. Their regular size (3 scoops) is generous and their large size (4 scoops) is super generous. Thank you Pole Cafe for your quality food.
They have an ordering form you fill out and hand to them. In my opinion, much better than the system where you stand and verbally direct them what you want. The lemonades are amazing, fresh fruits mixed with carbonated soda, very rich flavors.
Food was delicious. I tried spicy tuna bowl and have been getting it every time I go. Really flavorful food!
This is by far my favorite poke place in Los Angeles: it is the perfect balance of variety, freshness, cost, and delicious. Before my job moved offices to Burbank, I would walk here for lunch multiple times a week and have never grown tired of it. There are several choices of base, fish, toppings, and sauces. The sauces are the true stand-out at Poke Cafe - a lot of fun flavors and levels of spice. Poke cafe gives you a highly customizable poke bowl at a very reasonable price.
Very good portions and a good selection of toppings at a good price. The toppings especially are what keeps me comming here as they have the more Japanese-style options that I prefer and very little of the unusual options that clash with Poke. Definitely a standout among the Poke spots in town.
This is one of my fav poke restaurants and places to eat in Glendale! I'm a regular and eat here at least once a week. The fish is fresh and wide variety of toppings (and the crab doesn't have mayo added to it or it is very little!!) it's a great place to eat if you are health concious too!
Delicious food, fast and friendly service, reasonable prices, and they don't skimp on toppings. I recommend salmon and/or tuna with white rice and the spicy sauce. Be adventurous with your toppings. Try the sriracha mayo on the side.
Amazing place. The regular bowl is more than enough to satisfy your craving. Everything is fresh. I eat here at least once a week if not more. I won't go to any other location.
Great place to have a healthy and tasty lunch. You can make your own poke bowl, choosing what ingredients you prefer or you can make a burrito bowl. This makes a good option for vegans and vegetarians.
This place is small but man their Poke is always on point!! It always hits the spot and cures my craving for sushi when I just can't make it to a sushi spot. The raw fish is always, from my experience, fresh and oh so delicious. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I always look forward to coming back here 😊✨
CROFFLES!!! Yes, croissant waffles! They stick an unbaked croissant in a waffle iron and top it with fresh whipped cream and fruit compote. The blueberry one was so buttery, flaky and delicious I inhaled it! I think this place also serves poké?
Ordering a poke bowl or sushi burrito is easy. They are fast and fresh foods. Big portions too. This is a great poke shop for sure. As Arnold would say… I’ll be back! 🤖
The fish was fresh, the poke bowl was ok I would recommend it, The poke burrito was great I would for sure get it again I put shrimp tempura and salmon and it was a great combo. Would for sure recommend if
I missed this place. I was transfered to our Irvine office for almost 1year and now I'm back in the Glendale. Lunchtime I went to my favorite POKÈ CAFE. Always fresh and affordable. GREAT Service. I recommend the regular half rice/noodles with tuna & spicy tuna. Don't forget the spicy mayo on top. Two thumbs up👍👍
So good... Partially because you design your own bowl, so you make it to your tastes. I loved it, but of course it's better if you know what you want. The spicy tuna is real! Had the entire rim of my mouth in fire, but I loved every bite. They have a new acai bowl on the menu. It's delish! My friend went back 3 days in a row. I would have too if I were in the area.
Amazing poke, delicious albacore tuna, prawn, salmon, lots of goodies...like beetroot noodles...cylantro

I recently ordered a poke bowl for takeout, and it was an awesome experience. The portions were excellent — super generous and definitely worth the price. Everything tasted fresh and well-balanced, with each ingredient adding great flavor and texture. It’s the kind of poke that leaves you satisfied without feeling heavy. Overall, a really enjoyable meal and a spot I’d happily order from again.
This is my go to place when I'm craving poke. I've tried other places but it's not the same. Not only is the poke fresh and delicious but the place is clean.
This is by far my favorite Poké place in Glendale and the Valley. They have a bigger variety of protein option than most places I’ve been to (e.g. octopus, scallops), and the fish is fresh and chunky. They also have plenty of sauce options that aren’t sticky sweet (the yuzu shoyu is bright and refreshing - my personal favorite). The veggies are fresh and crisp as well. I’ll be dreaming of the croffle with whipped cream and strawberries for months to come… Great place for those looking for a balanced and healthy meal as well as those looking for a sweet treat.
The actual space is narrow but the dine-in experience is perfectly fine. You don't miss anything getting it to go or delivered, though. The actual food is great, be warned the ingredients may still be a little separated, so you have to sort of mix it together with your utensils.
Clean place, fresh food, and friendly staff. Every time I walk in, the place feels like it was cleaned just a few minutes ago. Everything washed and wiped down. No spot that's grimy or dingy. My appetite gets going, therefore. Biting into the food reassures the freshness I saw while picking out my ingredients. Crisp, firm, and smooth. Oh yeah! Smiles and mellow attitude from servers. No drama nor attitude. Just friendly service getting delivered.
This place has got to be the best "healthy" choice you can find walking down Brand. They give you a large number of choices for your build-a-bowl style meals, and everything tastes great. Their sauces have deep flavors that pair really well with the proteins, as well as the toppings that you get to select. All in all, Poke Cafe has been a great find in a congested area that is competing for your lunch dollars.

Very neat. Good customer service. You have to park on the street. I had a poke bowl. They have other options on the menu.
Soo delicious and healthy, was my first. But for sure no tha last one I totally recommend to the people who love the sushi. Thanks
Delicious options. Great staff. I didn't realize they started charging 60 cents after the first dry topping :c. I miss getting all of them. The scallops are so good (first time trying them).
Solid Poke bowls for a pretty decent price. You could easily miss it if you're walking around the dining area. It's tucked behind the corner occupied by Johnny Rockets.I had a bowl with salmon and yellow tail. Both are solid choices. The large was filling but didn't feel too heavy. As of 9.26.16 they didn't validate but there are other places you could drop by to take care of that.
One of the best poke spots around, a little pricey but the food it fresh and the portions are good.
I love this place. I've been to dozens of poke spots all over LA and this one is my favorite. It's super fresh and they never run out of ingredients. Now they have Acai bowls which are pretty good too.
Fairly quick. Slapped together some stuff, and it was easy on my stomach. Great taste! Not too heavy with the sauces.
Very decent poke, but a little expensive for what you get. Good service, quick, good quality ingredients, flavors were mostly on point. The only thing that makes this four stars and not five is the food/price ratio. Even in LA, $17 is a bit high for the amount of food you get.

With fresh ingredients and an attentive staff, the Poke bowls here are excellently crafted and delicious. The variety of available ingredients seems to be plentiful most of the time. Everything is smartly organized as the staff constructs the orders. Bins are covered which shows some attention to detail. The pricing is a tad high for what you are getting, but the premium is in the details. The staff is completely focused on their work. I can see that much of their business is for takeaway and online deliveries. Expect to be not greeted as you walk in. Just fill out the order sheet and hand it over to the clerk near the register. A bit cold sometimes, but they are serving Poke.
Nice cozy place. Fresh fish and great topping selections. Put them all together and you've got a descent lunch (or dinner). Folks behind the counter were nice and friendly too. Can't complain about the price since these are sashimi grade (raw). It would have been nice if there were some halibut too. The seaweed I had brought me back to Hawaii as a kid, looking for that certain seaweed (or close to it).

Poké is very good however taking off stars because the description shows dine in but NO DINE IN AND NO OUTDOOR SEATING, ONLY TAKE OUT. I already paid for parking. You have to walk all the way around the block (location is in middle of the block) to use outdoor seating behind the building or walk across Brand Blvd to use public seating there. I would have done pick up and taken it to a park instead, had I known. Food was good however, just kind of spoiled out for me because I had to struggle to understand where to eat. Or I would have gone to the Ramen place next door but I ordered online.
There's a lot of handwritten signs like "no public restrooms, don't ask", "no quarters" and "these are not water cups". It's funny to think anytime they got asked a question they scribbled down a new sign to hang. I don't think I have boomer expectations of customer service but it is a little strange when there's like 17 signs warning me about all the ways I could annoy the staff. I don't know what it is about poke places but they're always the most hostile places and yet I keep going. But anyway, the food felt fresh enough it just somehow didn't have flavor.

This place is stingy as hell with its portion size I even paid for extra and I watched them put one extra piece of fish one! Cut up btw for 2.50 I can’t even taste the sauce I asked for it’s dry as hell not worth it for the price at all.
Absolutely atrocious!!!! I've never had a poke bowl this bad before!!!! It made me want to puke! I ordered it with Uber eats and it didn't come with chopsticks or soy suace!!
Hands down the worst poke I have ever had. The fish doesn't taste good (tastes old), shrimp is only one that is okay (not good, just edible), salad taste like it wasn't washed, brown rice taste old, avocado tastes old (and they charge extra for a small scoop of old disgusting avocado), cucumbers taste old. The octupus is too chewy. This place deserves 0 starts. If I get sick, I know it will be because of the old fish this place serves.
Unfortunately it’s the worse Poke I have ever tried, especially for that price range. Rice is so dry, like it’s a leftover from the previous day/week. One scoop takes a few pieces of protein. They have really go to see other poke places to check and improve their quality, like: Hope Poke, All About Poke, Poke Rainbow Very disappointed why it had 4.5 star rating
Avoid this place at all costs. My girlfriend got violently sick after eating here. she had the spicy tuna, salmon, crab, and albacore. Within hours she was throwing up, had awful diarrhea, and couldn’t eat or drink anything. Days later, she’s still recovering. Clearly, they don’t store or handle their raw fish properly. this is a major health hazard. To make it worse, the staff were incredibly rude and had a bad attitude when we asked basic questions. No concern for customers, no professionalism. The whole experience was disgusting from start to finish. Shameful!
