It's Boba Time

Whether you order online or in store through their machine, or one of the cashiers, the order is prepared fast, having to wait just a few mins to be ready. There are options such as macaroons, cheesecake, and others available for those who are feeling hungry for something more than boba to chew on.

Pineapple Slushies are why I go to Boba Time. Hold the Boba. There's a similar whipped version at many an event but why wait for good 'Ole when Boba Time exists?! Partner is nearly fanatical about the Boba here, the name works in her experience. Me, I'm not about names and labels. This place got me like: "just put it in my viens" yet non-alcoholic. Maybe a better quote could be "get in me belly!" Both seem to bypass flavor so I'm just call the Pineapple Slush "good eats" as I savor every sip. Yummy on my tongue-y. Haha!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+⭐ 6/5 stars, I cautiously recommend as "all your ~pineapple slushies~ are belong to us".. 🤎🤎😁

This is a great place, gets busy & crowded sometimes. The staff are on the friendly side most of the time. However, can be distracted often as there are many people in the place. The smoothies are amazing and the atmosphere is nice.

What I really like about this place is the solid service and polite staff. Glendale is not a spot you go to for boba, and this place is pretty predictable and average, but you're not going to get a bad drink here, but you may not get an outstanding one. But then again, if you're going to a chain Boba spot, you kind of know what to expect. This is a great spot for kids though with lots of sweet options.

Girl cashier was in a mood and I ordered the tiger milk boba and it was basically a cup of milk with very little syrup or flavoring even after stirring. Usually they're pretty good

Glendale is not a spot you go to for boba, and this place is pretty predictable and average, but you're not going to get a bad drink here, but you may not get an outstanding one. But then again, if you're going to a chain Boba spot, you kind of know what to expect. This is a great spot for kids though with lots of sweet options.

It's a hit or miss with this Boba shop. Most of the time they mess up our strawberry matcha drinks because they put either too much strawberry and not enough matcha or too much matcha and not enough strawberry. So it either ends up tasting too sweet or too sour. The employees give you an attitude and mean looks if you ask them to remake it.

been coming here for the past year and cashiers dont even "cashier", they ignore people with cash bc they depend on the kiosk.. what do u even get paid for babes. and they are rude, dont acknowledge people or say hi or thank you. i bet the manager doesnt check up on this place. Theres been a few times where im the only person there an they take 10+ minutes. why do you hate ur jobs? u literally have to make boba dont complain.

I work at Glendale Adventist so you guys Are the closest boba time to my work location. last time I went in to fix my milk tea that you guys messed up once and you messed it up a second time even while I was in store. I went last night they messed up on what was supposed to be a large iced coffee and you guys made a small milk tea we keep wasting our money and unfortunately will not be back to this location due to all the errors and us unable to stop working to go in and fix these mistakes

Horrible service! They do not have any sign for accepted payments methods or ways! ..."we do not accept $50 bill... we do not accept AmEx, we do not aceept this that!!! Shame! Poor business attitude

I rarely if ever leave bad reviews, but this was a necessity. The kid that works the counter is rude, has no manners, looks misreable, and takes forever to make your order. If you don't want to work there, go find a job elsewhere. Otherwise, present a more pleasant environment for your patrons. There are hundreds of kids that could do his job better than he did. I'm extremely disappointed.

It’s really sad how lazy employees are in this location little goes a long way! From now on I will be stopping at the galleria it’s boba time. Hope this place learns to have a better customer service lost a good customer for not making it right

They have a new a new self-checkout counter where you can order and pay by yourself. I tried it and my card didn’t work. The Filipino girl told me “You know what, even if it’s not busy, you can use the self service counter” I am the only customer there and there are 4 staff who are just chatting and doing nothing. I told her I tried but my card didn’t work and she said “Really? even if you insert your card?” I said Yes. Terrible! Pilipino ka pa man din! Embarrassing! I know that their work is hard but to say that to a customer, it’s not good for the business.
