Came in or lunch and got a steak with green beans and corn. All three items were spot on in their flavor and freshness. Got strawberry lemonade. Mom got chicken taquitos and she said they were excellent and she got a fancy drink with an orange slice and an orchid in it called a tropical punch. Our waiter RAY was so wonderful and patient and efficient. We love this place. So big and roomy.. there are lots of choices of tables, booths, inside and out! And last we are members so we came for the half off lemon meringue cheesecake 😋!!! Parking was blocked on the second floor and there were no handicapped spots on the third nor fourth floors of the Americana parking structure..poor mom is handicapped and it made it hard to get there for her. Overall it was a pleasant lunch and nice atmosphere!!!

If you are traveling to Los Angeles, be ready to not know what to eat and fall in love with the amazing selection, and variety that exist here. Video sample below.

We arrived as a 4top at 6:30 on a Friday. It took less than 10 minutes to be seated. The service was superior! Our drinks were filled regularly. The food was yummy. I HIGHLY recommend the korean cauliflower smalp plate. Everyone was pleasantly surprised! We will definitely be returning. Parking is validated at the end of the meal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Americana, Glendale! I had a wonderful dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Americana Glendale. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Their warm hospitality really made the evening special. The food was top-notch, with every dish arriving fresh and delicious. From the appetizers to the mains, everything was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The variety on the menu means there’s something for everyone! The only thing I would have liked is for the espresso martini to be a little stronger and have a more polished garnish. But overall, it was a fantastic meal in a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service!

Very attentive & very accommodating. I had 2 Appetizers 🍄🍄 & 🍔🥟 [,I don't have the actual menu .. but it was stuffed mushroom 🍄 * Kinda Crispy Wantons or egg rolls but the Filing was delicious Juicy Beefy Truffles? ...sorry It was so tasty I forgot what I ordered. We had a great long lunch. Family of 4 went for lunch in a Wednesday, we were seated straight away and our server was lovely. We all enjoyed our meals and dessert and were not rushed at all. Yum!

I stopped by the Cheesecake Factory in Glendale last weekend and had a great time with the family. I usually go with the pastas, they have a wide and vast variety, chicken parmesan is one of my favs, the only thing is the menu at the same time is very extensive that sometimes I get lost, but as far as the taste and size of the dishes the portions are plentiful and tasty. This las time I was there I ordered the Chicken Madeira with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, and it was rich & savory. My mom got one of their cheesecakes for dessert which was creamy just like you’d hope. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt, even though the place was busy, definitely part of the rotation of restaurants I hang out at.

This place is wonderful and I had gone there several times. However, I met there with my friend and we asked for the green enchiladas. They were luke and quite spicy, making it difficult to enjoy, though flavoredful. I love their cheese cakes and I will always recommend people going there. It is pricey but it's worth the trip.

Amazing service and food they are fast even when is really busy, service was good and fast food great but silverware and plates 🍽 was dirty and the tables have to be better cleaned they validate parking witch is a god complement. We had dinner in the bar area and the service was great! Bartenders were attentive and friendly. And drinks were tasty too.

Food was good. What you would expect from a big chain restaurant. The bathroom was in need to be serviced. Only two stalls had TP and the trash cans to dispose of paper towels were both over flowing. The waiters were not very attentive. Was here on a Wednesday evening, so pretty busy, but not weekend busy.i would have expected friendly and helpful service.

Anybody heading to The Cheesecake Factory should be prepared for a wait—we had a party of six and ended up waiting about 45 to 60 minutes for a table. Once seated, though, we were quickly greeted by our waitress, who brought us warm bread within minutes, which was a nice touch. As for the food, the Cajun salmon was well-flavored and cooked perfectly, and the ceviche was extremely good. However, the experience was a bit mixed overall. My family rated our meal a 7 out of 10, but the spaghetti was a real disappointment, scoring only a 2 since it was extremely overcooked. The biggest issue was that the kitchen was out of several items. For our steak and eggs, we had to make odd substitutions because they ran out of eggs. For our second order of ceviche, there were no tostadas left, so we had to settle for bread instead. And when it came to drinks, they were out of two draft beers I wanted, leaving me with a Stone IPA, which I found pretty nasty. I truly wish I could give a higher rating because our waitress was excellent—extremely professional, attentive, and accommodating despite all the kitchen shortages. Overall, the experience was good but fell short due to the kitchen running out of key items, so I have to settle on a three-star review.

Nothing ever seems to change at The Cheesecake Factory—it’s the same old story every time. The food is consistently below average: portions are massive (which is the one upside), but the flavors just don’t deliver. The cakes and desserts are overly sweet to the point of being cloying—more sugar bomb than balanced indulgence. The menu is ridiculously long with way too many options, which sounds great in theory but ends up making decisions harder and the experience more frustrating. Nothing stands out as truly memorable or worth the hype. On top of that, the place is always uncomfortably loud—too many people talking over each other in a big, echoey space. And the dim lighting? It feels like they’re trying to hide something. Dark restaurants often come across as less clean because it’s harder to spot any issues (crumbs, spills, general wear), and that vibe just doesn’t sit right with me. Brightness would make everything feel fresher and more inviting. Overall, it’s a chain that leans hard on volume and novelty rather than quality or comfort.

On August 26, 2025, we visited The Cheesecake Factory in Los Angeles to celebrate my birthday. While this restaurant has a great reputation, our experience here was very disappointing. The food prepared by the chef that day was of poor quality, which unfortunately ruined what should have been a special family occasion. That said, I must give credit to the server who took care of us — his hospitality and assistance were 100% excellent. What makes this even more surprising is that we always order the same meals at The Cheesecake Factory in Washington Square, Portland, and they are always outstanding there. Sadly, our visit to Los Angeles turned out to be a failed experience.

Great Food, Tight Seating Really enjoyed the delicious Cajun salmon and the Raspberry Lemon Drop for lunch - both were excellent. Service was also good. The atmosphere was just alright, though. Despite plenty of empty tables, everyone was seated in one area, making it feel cramped and lacking personal space. To the Management Team: I visited your restaurant last evening with my 7-year-old daughter, and she ordered the Kids Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. When the dessert arrived, it appeared to be a single scoop of vanilla ice cream served with a soft biscuit. I politely asked our waiter if this was the correct item, as it did not resemble what we typically understand as strawberry shortcake. Unfortunately, the waiter responded in a very abrupt manner. He did not allow me to finish expressing my question and instead interrupted by asking, “Do you need a box for the rest of your food?” which made us feel rushed and unwelcome. More importantly, his tone frightened my daughter, which was very upsetting to me as a parent. After returning home, I checked your restaurant’s online menu and photos and realized that the dessert we received does, in fact, match how your Strawberry Shortcake is currently served. I understand now that the waiter was not providing incorrect information. However, the issue was not about being right or wrong—it was about the lack of politeness and patience in responding to a reasonable question, especially when speaking to a family with a young child. I would also like to offer a suggestion regarding the menu item itself. Since this dessert does not include cake and consists mainly of vanilla ice cream with a biscuit, the name “Strawberry Shortcake” can be confusing. Perhaps renaming it or clarifying the description (for example, indicating the flavor or components more clearly) could help avoid future misunderstandings and unnecessary discomfort for both guests and staff. I am writing because I truly hope my daughter will feel comfortable returning to your restaurant in the future. I would appreciate a response to this message, as her experience and sense of safety are very important to me. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope it will be received in the constructive spirit in which it is intended.

I’d like to complain about the front counter staff not only not honoring their closing times (we wanted to dine and it was 8:50 PM and they claimed the kitchen was closed at 9) but also, we were initially ignored when asking to be helped. We also were patronized and given dirty looks while being rudely turned away. We’ve never been here before and we’ll never return.
