One of THE best dining out experiences ever :) and the food was so good I could go on about it for days. Shoutout to the amazing Emily B. who was THE best server! So so sweet and funny and had many personal recommendations when we needed some help deciding. Not to mention the birthday plate sparkler! 🥰

My husband and I had such a delightful date night last evening. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Jade, was so attentive and friendly, making us feel truly special throughout the evening.

We had our anniversary dinner at this location and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had thus far! Sarah was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. We had the Big Night Out and each meat option was so good. Drinks were even better! We highly recommend checking out this location.

Had a great time at Melting Pot today with my boyfriend. We had an awesome waiter, Feras, who was really fun to chat with and gave us great tips for how to best start with our entrees. This is definitely a treat, but we’ll be here again!

My husband and I celebrated our 2 Year Wedding Anniversary at The Melting Pot tonight, and we were not disappointed! It was our first time dining here, and our server Emily B was so helpful, kind, and informative on all that we ordered. The food was so amazing, fresh, and flavorful. We will definitely be back again!

I made reservations ahead of time and chose the 5 course meal option for our anniversary dinner. I selected a private booth with curtains and it was very romantic and private. I would have never known there were other people dining there because it was quiet! Don’t let the prices scare you because it is totally worth the experience! Our server Savannah was top notch! Since this was our first time here, she took the extra time to explain everything to us and she was very knowledgeable. She had a cute little bow in her hair and I just really enjoyed her presence! The food was delicious and the dessert was outstanding! Definitely recommend it to try it at least once! We will be back!

Natalie had to have been the best server I've had in a while. The food was amazing and the service was even better. I'll definitely be looking forward to a trip back here.

With the privacy table, this became the perfect place for date night or any special couples outing. The food and the service made it a perfect birthday/valentine's day celebration for my husband and I.

What a great concept and fun dinner! A romantic evening, a birthday, or any occasion, the melting pot is always great. We had dinner here tonight as part of a large party and the staff did a great job. The food was great as always. Dessert is the best. Melted chocolate that you dip all kinds of goodies in!

We came in to celebrate my husband's birthday and brought friends who had never been, our server was patient and attentive while explaining the process to them and the food and drinks were all absolutely amazing. She even came and brought us a champagne toast, everything was absolutely on point and I can't thank her enough for helping to make it such a great night for all of us!

We had a private booth and our server Emily B. at the Arrowhead location was so friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. The food is delicious and such a fun and different dinner. My husband and I went for a late valentines dinner and it was such a wonderful experience, the service and food were amazing, the location was super quiet and reserved, perfect for a romantic evening Our servers Ninos and Nahrent were fantastic, they had the best recommendations, had the BEST personalities, they truly made the experience 1,000x better Highly recommend doing the 4 course and sharing entrees between the table so everyone gets to try a different bite, their dessert course was the best, their macaroons are so yummy 10/10, cannot wait to come again

This place is absolutely amazing. On my first visit, I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Natalie, and she was exceptional. She was attentive, incredibly helpful, and genuinely outgoing, making the entire experience outstanding. I highly recommend requesting Natalie when you visit just ask at the front, and she’ll take great care of you!

Their service is what made our experience- very attentive, kind and they were on it bringing what we needed- and we were a large group and very needy lol. We appreciate their patience and reassurance when we realized we were still there way after closing time. Husband, son, and I had dinner this evening - our server was Natalie, she was AMAZING!!! Kind, attentive, and just all around great. The food was so delicious and we enjoy all of the options. Best part? The dessert. I could literally come eat just dessert. This is such a fun place to go for a date night or a fun night out.

Just had dinner tonight and our server was Alexis! She was so incredibly friendly, prompt and easy going- it really made the experience even that much better. We definitely will be back to request her. The food was amazing, there were a few changes to the menu but overall perfect as always. Thanks again :)

My boyfriend and I visited the Glendale location on a Saturday night. We made reservations and were sat down immediately and got a nice private booth. The atmosphere is one of my favorite parts about the restaurant, it has such a romantic setting with the lights and privacy of the seating. The restaurant was very busy but the host, and wait staff were very friendly. Our waitress was Alysa and she was an absolute peach. She gave us suggestions for our food and drinks and everything came out perfect. She was a very good and sweet conversationalist but very attentive to us and her surrounding tables. We will be back and hopefully get her as a waitress again!

He made excellent recommendations and made us feel like a guest in his home. We look forward to returning.

I absolutely loved my experience here. Everything we got was incredible! We did the 50 yr Anniversary dinner and from start to finish, we loved everything. The restaurant was beautiful and the waitress was amazing. We cannot wait to come back again, but make sure you come hungry if you order the 2 course dinner.

We went for my 50th birthday. Great experience. Great food. A bit over- priced. We were a bit confused with the menu and feel like we got talked into the most expensive dishes, the 4 course meal but it was delicious. 😋

My wife and I recently visited and had a mixed experience. The cheese fondue was the clear standout—rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. It was the highlight of the meal, and if that had been the focus, I might have left more satisfied. However, the rest of the meal was just OK. The additional courses—meat, seafood, and dessert fondue—didn't quite live up to the cheese. They weren’t bad, but nothing memorable, especially given the hefty price tag. For over $200 for two people, I expected a bit more in terms of both quality and quantity. While the ambiance and service were pleasant, the overall value didn't quite match the cost. If you're craving exceptional cheese fondue, it's worth a visit—but for a complete dining experience, you might want to weigh the splurge carefully.

I know the whole of appeal of this restaurant is cooking the food yourself, but it wasn’t great. There weren’t really any options for a vegan, so that was disappointing. We had the grill as the cooking style for the “protein” and the smoke was wafting in my face the whole time. The ravioli they give has to be grilled. Who eats an uncooked grilled ravioli? The decor is right out of the early 90’s / late 80’s. The staff was really nice and the presentation of the food brought to the table was pretty, but I had to eat food when I got home as I was still hungry. Kind of a bummer when my boss spent so much money on a company Christmas dinner there.

Went for a celebration dinner. Had to have the menu explained to us. We did a "Big Night Out" deal that was $140. Started with choice of cheese fondue (we did the Wisconsin cheddar and it was sooo good), served with breads, fruits, and vegetables. Next is a side salad for each person. Next is the main course that was a variety of meats/shrimp/salmon with vegetables and dipping sauces. This part was difficult for us since it is hard to tell when the meats are cooked (especially when the base was red wine and stained the meats) and you cook it yourself. The only directions were to cook the meats for 2-5 minutes. Honestly we would skip this course in the future and just do the cheese and dessert. The dessert is a choice of chocolate fondue served with fruits/dessert. We got the original and it was amazing. All of the food is served in a fondue pot on the hotpad in the middle of the table and it is cook it yourself with skewers. Also we were the only ones talking - it was dead quiet even though there were multiple couples.

Went out for a birthday night celebration. Service was less than ideal, we waited over 15 minutes even after arriving on time with our reservation. Our waitress was not friendly. Service aside, The small bites was literally a fork with a cherry tomato and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Cheese fondue was delicious! Salad and entree were pretty mid, dressing was over-bearing and meats were average grocery store quality. Desert was good but we were too full to enjoy.Overall, a fun experience, but I wouldn't pay to do it again.

Food quality has gone downhill! Salads were not fresh and meat quality was poor. Definitely cutting corners unfortunately. Better choices ot there for a special occasion these days. Service was average for the price of the meal.

We have celebrated numerous anniversaries here and we walked in at 3pm on Saturday and were turned away for a table, despite the restaurant being empty. The hostess was cold and stated we would only be able to sit at the bar without a reservation. Needless to say disappointed.

I made reservations at the Glendale location for the first time. I have been to the Awatuekee location and absolutely loved the atmosphere there it was very romantic. So last night my wife and I arrived for our reservation and there were no romantic booths with the privacy curtains! It was more like being at a Dennys no privacy at all. Right across from our table was a woman with a new born child, everyone's conversations and stares filled the room totally drowning out any opportunity for romance! Needless to say my wife and I were completely deflated and decided to just leave without eating! Totally DISAPPOINTED
