I love going to this place, the view is amazing, the people are so nice and make you feel at home. This new dish is the sashimi with truffles and I’m so obsessed!

Dreamy atmosphere and I literally felt like cleopatra with my smooth watermelon hookah and fresh juicy fruit platter. Sushi is so tasty as well! Loved sitting over the city lights with great music

Pricey, but the view is amazing, and the food is spectacular. Plenty of rooftop heaters on a cold night. Lots of mood lighting, and who doesn’t like the ability to watch your chefs whip up your favourite menu item. Hookah is offered away from diners, and they have a vast selection of drinks on the menu! I would suggest reservations, especially on the weekend, as this place gets BUSY, especially after 8pm!

I had a wonderful birthday experience here the service was incredible the dress code was very understandable, and I loved every experience I had here! I recommend the oyster plate, it’s served with champagne and Shellis which is applied first over the oyster then with the squeeze of lemon and then TaBasco sauce and it makes them delicious from The shell. We ordered every one of the specialty plates which my favorite happen to be the chefs roll, the crunchy shrimp, and the rice cakes that had jalapeños on them I do not recall their names but they were delicious. The lamb chops ordered rare literally flew off the knife and were so easy to cut but each bite was so delicious we also had to have the pulled pork sliders with the sweet pickles which since it was my birthday I had all of them. For dessert I enjoyed the pistachio soft cake which didn’t have much time on my plate before it disappeared… For six people the bill was incredibly reasonable and again the service was wonderful and soft to Ashton young lady that made sure our needs were met and then all of the other servers that backed her up and made sure that our food arrived in perfect order so we had time to enjoy each dish before the next one arrived… This was one of the best birthday dinners I’ve ever had in my life although I’m trying to lose weight, I’ll enjoy finding some of it here before I lose it again.

Went the other night with one of my friends. Such a cute place with delicious food. The good food and vibes were the perfect combination for a girls night.

My sister had a birthday dinner here and I wanted to surprise her with something special, but I live out of state, so I called the restaurant and wanted to order a bottle and some cake to be brought to her table. Steph made it happen!! I was initially having some issues getting every taken care of, but Steph was a godsend! She made sure I was able to buy the bottle I wanted and even took videos to send to me so that I could see my sisters reaction when it came to the table. Steph went above and beyond to help me make my sisters birthday one to remember and I will be forever grateful for that!

I have been coming here since last year, and have not had one bad experience. I've had business meetings and casual gatherings here, and it is the perfect spot to enjoy great food, drinks, hookah and hospitality. The team here is very professional and attentive. My guests always felt like they were being treated very highly. Special thanks to Garen for being friendly, professional and attentive. To Mya management and ownership, this is the spot I have always been looking for and am happy to be your guest for all my occasions. When you enter it can be intimidating if you’re not dressed up but the staff have always been really kind. We had Garen as our server and he was patient and caring for the little things we had come up.

Mya Rooftop is a hidden gem. It’s our new favorite lounge where we can enjoy drinks, cigars, hookah and the city views. We had hosted an event at Mya Rooftop and I can’t say more wonderful things about Iryna. She was accommodating and attentive from the beginning of the process. She helped make planning the evening so easy. Great communication, professionalism and attitude! Would recommend Mya Rooftop for your next special event.

I recently visited Mya Rooftop in Los Angeles, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I would say one of the few rooftops around the world that offers hookahs on a Marriott property. The food is good. The service gets a little choppy. Prices are wild but understandable.

We loved the staff and food was delicious! Especially loved the view and sunset. Could see 360° around and so fun to see all the places I recognize from way up high. The parking cost $15 for valet. Street parking was free but you have to walk a ways and thats IF you can find a spot. The hostesses were gorgeous and sweet. The waiters were all very kind gentlemen and brought out the food quickly. I loked my steak a lot and my mom and friend enjoyed their food as well. The prices for everything were so high that i doubt we will come here again. But if you have money to burn, its a nice place. There is a full bar downstairs top with a lot of bottles of liquor. All in all a nice experience.

October 2022 - Reservation for 4 around 5pm on a Friday. Did dine in LA amd was celebrating a birthday. Food/Pricing - Overall the food was delicious! Personally I didn't expect the steak to be precut and with so much sauce. The tasye was fine but quality could be better. I understand that establishments are trying to catch up monetarily due to the pandemic but I was bothered by the 3% appreciation fee on top of the dine in LA automatic 18% gratuity. We honestly would've given more tip but that extra 3% didn't sit well with us. Service/Ambiance - Our server was absolutely the greatest! He was very attentive and on top of our requests. He offered to turn on the heat lamps when he noticed we were chilly, gave us great recommendations on food since it was out first time there, and tried his best to move the umbrella when the sun was right on our faces. Absolutely the best server! Parking - Street parking is recommended. They have parking there but as far as I saw, it was only valet.

We visited this hookah lounge yesterday, and overall, the experience was great. The venue itself is beautiful and stylish, with a very cool atmosphere. The dessert we ordered was absolutely delicious, and both the waiter and the host were friendly, professional, and attentive. The service from them was truly top-notch. However, the hookah experience was extremely disappointing, especially given the overall quality of the place. The hookah itself was very low quality, looking and feeling like the cheapest possible option, which didn’t match the vibe of the lounge at all. The hookah master gave us little to no guidance when we were ordering. Then he brought the hookah, just dropped it on the table and walked away, without even waiting for us to try it. When we finally did, the taste was completely off burnt, harsh, and barely any flavor was noticeable. When we called him back to let him know, he responded with sarcasm and dismissiveness, as if it couldn’t possibly be a problem with the hookah, and that we had simply picked a bad flavor. His tone and overall attitude felt condescending and disrespectful. This was really upsetting, because everything else the food, the staff, the vibe was at a high level. But the poor quality of the hookah and the rude behavior of the hookah master really took away from the overall experience. What made it worse was that we specifically came to this lounge not only for the view but also for the hookah and in the end, we didn’t even smoke it.

We had a great experience dining at Mya Rooftop. Upon checking in for our reservation, the hostess asked if we preferred smoking or non-smoking. I'm glad we were able to let them know, didn't mind the hookah beside us. Stephanie was our server for the evening and she was a charm. Overall we enjoyed our experience, would come back to enjoy the ambiance.

Per my understanding very famous place to socialize, but dang food is just horrible here. I heard many of my friends been here and recommended this place. I was meeting my friend and she picked this place so I didn't mind. I read in reviews sushi isn't the best here but my friend was ordering them and we end up sharing everything. It was worse sushi in my life. Salmon tasted not fresh and it was fishy. Tuna was the same. Flat bread also didn't tasted good was very dry but cheese flavor was strange. The only good things was burrata salad. 2 stars only for excellent service and burrata salad I would come here only for drinks

Complaint Regarding Alleged Discrimination and Billing Irregularities at MYA Restaurant I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the recent experience I had at MYA Rooftop Restaurant. This review highlights potential instances of discrimination and billing discrepancies encountered during my visit, raising serious legal and ethical concerns. On the evening of December, 31, my son and I visited MYA Rooftop Restaurant to celebrate the New Year and my son's birthday. At 11:30 pm, I requested birthday greetings, a customary practice in most dining establishments, especially when celebrating special occasions with pre-arranged festivities. Regrettably, our experience took an unfavorable turn when the manager, upon realizing our non-Armenian background, prohibited the DJ from extending birthday congratulations to my son. This incident suggests a disturbing correlation between satisfactory service and one's ethnic background, potentially violating California laws prohibiting discrimination in public accommodations. California law explicitly prohibits discrimination based on nationality or ethnicity in public accommodations, including restaurants. The alleged discriminatory conduct at MYA Rooftop Restaurant is disconcerting, and it is imperative for establishments to uphold the principles of anti-discrimination legislation. In addition to the discriminatory incident, I would like to draw attention to billing irregularities that further compounded the disappointment. I made a reservation fifteen days in advance, adhering to the restaurant's policy of a $50 per person advance payment, totaling $100. This prepayment was anticipated to be deducted from the final bill, inclusive of a 3% kitchen charge, an 18% service charge, and applicable taxes. However, despite these specified charges, the prepaid amount was not refunded upon settling the final bill. Furthermore of all these, an incorrectly prepared fake A5 Wagyu dish, which was returned due to substandard cooking and taste, was inexplicably not removed from the final bill. The overall quality of ingredients, exemplified by a purportedly fresh truffle revealed to be canned and excessively firm, and the misrepresentation of Toro as Chutoro, raises concerns about the transparency of billing practices. Each item was invoiced at a premium, notwithstanding its failure to meet the advertised high-quality standards. These issues collectively underscore the need for a thorough examination of MYA Rooftop Restaurant's adherence to anti-discrimination laws and financial transaction transparency. The potential intersection of discriminatory conduct and billing discrepancies raises serious legal and ethical questions. This experience has left me profoundly disappointed, and I believe it is crucial for MYA Rooftop Restaurant to take immediate and appropriate measures to rectify these concerns. I sincerely hope that the establishment will address these issues promptly, ensuring fair and equal treatment for all patrons, irrespective of their background. This left me feeling deeply disappointed and, I think that anyone wouldn't want to back this place.

Horrible service, I’ve been there several time and every time is worse than another. Good is good tho but it doesn’t excuse a server that will come to you ones in 2 hours

Mother’s Day 2025 Ruined – Discriminatory & Unacceptable Experience I came here with my family for Mother’s Day expecting a beautiful brunch — instead, we left humiliated, hurt, and disgusted by the treatment we received. We had a reservation and were seated on the rooftop in over 90-degree heat. The service was fine not top tier but fine. He mentioned it would be a while for our food- not sure why maybe because they just opened. We said ok and After this I personally never talked to the server again. He never asked me for a refill or more drinks. We were constantly moving the umbrella as the sun was moving -Then the only umbrella shading our party was taken away mid-meal by staff and handed to another table — a table that already was under an awning. No explanation. No apology. I was like “um excuse me?” And was ignored. Just completely left us exposed in the blazing sun. My 3-year-old daughter ALREADY had a wet towel on her face just to stay cool before they took it. My 6 y/o daughter started getting sunburned. My elderly mother, who has high blood pressure, became distressed. This wasn’t just uncomfortable — it was unsafe. To make things worse, we had to ask for water, and were given only three glasses for eight people. Our server never returned to check on drinks or offer help. Meanwhile, other tables (with very different demographics) were being catered to attentively. We were the only Latino/Hispanic group dining there, and the difference in treatment was painfully obvious. It felt discriminatory — like we didn’t matter or belong. No regard for our comfort, no professionalism, and absolutely no hospitality. We ended up leaving early, not because we wanted to, but because we were left with no other choice. This place markets itself as upscale and inclusive, but our experience was anything but. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone — especially families or people who are Latino . Do better, Glenmark.

Oh where to begin, let’s just say that after my plate was served to someone else and partially eaten, the waiter has the brilliant idea of handing me an empty plate so that I can serve myself from the plate that I ordered… what?? BTW, my plate was a side order to begin with. Also, no refills on iced tea?? In short, service was horrible, totally untrained staff, hope you like the taste of smoke with your food. Smoke was so thick that my eyes and nose were burning. The view? Not unique. This was a definite thumbs down👎🏻

Service was absolutely terrible. Older gentlemen waiter just want present at all. Sushi was suspect to say the least....first order that came had a huge black hair on it. Drinks were good. Atmosphere great. But the restaurant itself is not good. There are many better options in Glendale.
