6:12 p.m. Friday order, dine-in. Took about 10 minutes to receive my food, that's fine. It's peak traffic & I ordered a salad which takes longer to prepare. Food flavors are fantastic as always. Got the Teriyaki char & BBQ salad along with a drink. Areas of improvement: One of the refresher limeade drinks was out with a sign on the dispenser, & the ordering tablet I used was out of order. The tablet did not display an error until I was going to start the payment so that inconvenienced me as I had to stand in 2 lines. Restrooms could have used a sweep also. That said, it was a good experience and the quality was great as expected. Staff looked a little burnt out. Consider raising their pay, I don't mind more expensive meals if that improves moral for the staff's hard work.

Good Burger, chicken sandwich on sourdough is the best! Great location right in heart of Glendale, at a big outdoor shopping center. By Ross, Michael’s and TJ max. Nice clean tables, beautiful outdoor area. Customer service was fast super friendly and professional. Parking is shared at the big shopping center. Little walk from the car if you need a quick pickup consider the time walking back and forth to the car. Otherwise great place for quick bites and dine inn. Alex is a good example of a great customer service. Sharp, quick,professional and friendly! Anyone can make mistakes, but having the courage for finding solutions is not anyone’s work. You become great when you reach that level. Great job Alex. I always say People do make a difference!

Been here many times for the past 11yrs ..but " JUAN" is the Best Of all and shall I Say...He is The Only ONE".... Today [ Sunday, 3/1 ] .. HIs Outstanding Friendly Demeanor and above beyond Guest Service Was 10stars. We only have a short encounter But He made a huge Impression. He was consistent thru out the transactions... I've waited for my order for 3mins...and I saw him how he interacted and accommodated each Customer. To The Head Quarters! Recognize Your TOP NOTCH and Productive EMPLOYEES so You Can Have Great Quality of Service. Some of Us come Not for the Burger...But For the People who serve. Give him a Raise or Promotion. Delicious burgers and both Glendale and Burbank store have the best team members !! The issue I have with habit burger is the way they handle their on line ordering process : 1. You Can’t order a day in advance and have to place your online order the day of - this is super inconvenient especially when you have to organize your business a day before and take care of your lunch orders a head of time . I provide lunches for my offices few times a week and need to plan things ahead of time not on the day of ! 2. Your on line orders can only be up to $175 per transaction- often times I have a large order and need to call 2x to place my order … Why not one time and be done ? Super inconvenient especially!!! 3. If you place your order and need to make an adjustment to your order , YOU CANNOT!!! When you try calling the local store number ( someone in the call center answers ) they tell u you need to go online and Email them … why ? You have a customer care line for a reason … I placed an order online and since I had to make 2 x separate orders for a lunch order of $400 … I made an error on the time to pick up for my first order - I tried calling the local store to be told : they Can not help me and I need to email - I couldn’t take the time to email so I picked up cold boxes of burgers and fries - … I don’t understand why the call center couldn’t call the store to adjust my pick up time !!! Or allow the customer to make adjustments on line - your system needs updates. So please make adjustments to make your ordering process , it’s time to change ! Otherwise , you have one of the best burgers in town!

The portabella char burger was dry and absolutely not jucy. It definitely missed some sauce inside the burger, onion ring and something sour. The chicken club sandwich was good. The sprite was kinda smelly, didn't tase good. The customer service was excellent. The inside was clean.

Tried the chicken avocado club! The bread was very oily but loved the sandwich as a whole. Fries were also good and the thousand island sauce was super delicious! Will be back to try other stuff.

The food: I ordered a combo with 1/2 Santa Barbara (a double cheese on sour dough- my go to), small salad, drink and nuggets. $10 is fair. Nuggets: just like Wendy’s EXCEPT, one was cut down the middle. When I asked why the staff told me it was to make sure it cooked all the way through. It looked gross. Salad: limited dressing options (no Italian or Blue Cheese) Burger: The “1/2” burger is really a single that doesn’t cover the bun. NO CHEESE?!? It’s only one patty not two. The patty was not even room temp and tough. Understaffed and messy (all empty tables were a mess) I used the self-order kiosk and staff didn’t give me the ordered salad dressing, sauces or napkins. Habit found a bunch of ways to cut costs and make my meal a real bummer.

I remember this habit being a lot better than it is now. I am very disappointed to write this, because I know at one point this habit was the forefront of quality and taste. I used to say that habit was better than In N Out. Unfortunately, the quality has vanished completely. On the double charburgers, the cheese just is not cooked properly.The buns are stale. The beef is overcooked. Maybe someone was having a bad day in the back of the kitchen, but this was not great at all. Charburger - 1/5. Sweet potato fries - 2/5. Flimsy, undercooked, no salt. I guess you can wash it down with ketchup and its ok. Regular fries 3/5. Had a bit more structure to them but need to be cooked more and have more flavor.

After receiving our order, I attempted to find seating outside with my children. Every table was occupied by groups of Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers who were smoking, spitting on the ground, eating sunflower seeds, and throwing coffee cups and trash into the surrounding bushes. The environment felt unsanitary, hostile, and completely inappropriate for families. When I politely asked whether any tables were available, I was told by multiple men that they “work here,” which made the situation even more unsettling. Their behavior did not reflect employees, yet their presence dominated the seating area and created an atmosphere where I felt unsafe remaining with my children. I did not feel comfortable staying, so I left entirely. This was not a minor inconvenience, it was alarming, degrading, and unacceptable for a restaurant that presents itself as family-friendly. Something needs to be done about your dining areas and the lack of enforcement regarding smoking, littering, and loitering by delivery drivers. Customers should not feel intimidated or driven away after paying for a meal. I expect this issue to be taken seriously.

I come here regularly for my lunch break, but there is almost never any seating available anymore. The outdoor tables are consistently taken up by groups of delivery drivers, often 6 people at once occupying all the chairs. As a paying customer, it’s frustrating to order food and have nowhere to sit and eat. This really needs better management so seating is available for customers.

We came in for dinner at 9:45pm knowing they close at 10pm. We understand it’s not ideal for someone to walk in 15 minutes before closing, but our options were limited and The Habit was our first choice among the fast-food places still open. Instead of being greeted normally, we were immediately told they were closing and that food options were very limited. The tone was unwelcoming and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than customers. If a restaurant is open until 10pm, guests shouldn’t feel discouraged or rushed for coming in during posted hours.

Never any parking and never any seating because of these creepy disgusting delivery drivers who loiter and take up all the chairs. How is this not enforced by management?? You can't even walk inside or eat without weird creepy driving staring at you. They aren't even customer, they just stand there in groups blocking the entrance. Please address this issue to the property owner, this is very disturbing.

I was very disappointed to not find any evidence of basil pesto on my sandwich. There was nothing that resembled the green shmear in the pictured advertisement. When I brought back half the sandwich (and the 1/2 / 1/2 onion rings/sweet potato fries which I had asked to be extra crispy and came out cold), I was told that the store did not offer refunds and would make me a new sandwich. I did not want a new sandwich, I wanted a refund. The manager continued to say they do not offer refunds, that I should have brought back the whole sandwich, that there was pesto and I SHOULD NOT EXPECT ANYTHING TO LOOK LIKE THE ADVERTISEMENT. I had come back to the store because I figured they would remember me since I had been polite and personable when I first came in. They did recognize me. All was going well until I made it clear I wanted a refund. I provided the food as evidence, I provided the video and photos. I asked for a refund in person so as not to escalate. The rudeness I received is what leads me to this post.

Who could be responsible for crafting a burger of this quality? It appears that the employees at this particular location are hurriedly assembling burgers without taking the time to read instructions, leading to a display of careless operations across the board. The lack of attention to detail is evident throughout the process at this establishment. This issue was particularly noticeable with Order # 01-1093.
