I visit this Starbucks everyday and can not say enough good things about it !!! Every morning bright & early I’m greeted by Hannah, Cora & the manager Katie with a warm welcome !! They are amazing & make my day , as well as several o of my friends!!! I also go in the afternoon too where I see Ryan & Alex who are nice & friendly too !! I travel a lot & this store is by far the best one ever, I’ve even been to Seattle twice too ( that was great too ) ! Please let them all know how special they are & appreciated!!! All the employees there are always accommodating & treat you like you’re the only one there !! It’s very clean & organized also !! Thank you all so much !!!

This review is for the Starbucks on Saratoga Rd in Scotia Glenville. Antonio took care of us and he was outstanding. He was genuinely friendly, worked quickly, and made all three of our drinks perfectly. Everything tasted exactly how it should, which is not always a guarantee at busy locations. What really stood out was that he had a little extra left over and offered it to us instead of just tossing it out like most employees do. That small gesture honestly made our day. It showed he was paying attention and cared about the customer experience, not just getting drinks out the window. Great service, great attitude, and excellent drinks. Well done, Antonio. 5 stars.

Clean and friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service, and delicious coffee! Starbucks could only be better if they started providing these new ecofriendly Cup Cucoon™ sleeves instead of wasteful single-use cardboard sleeves. These innovative dual-use sleeves unfold into biodegradable napkins, improving customer convenience and reducing the need for extra napkins. They also help absorb any drips or splashes from the open spout—especially handy since lid plugs are no longer available. Definitely something worth considering, @Starbucks!

This location has the NICEST employees & best experience of any Starbucks I've been to. This morning I went at the height of morning rush hour and I was in and out of the drive thru in under 10 minutes, my order was correct & the employees are always so nice and pleasant to speak to!

I had a few bad experiences at the competition, I did not want to go to other drive thru options for lunch because the coffee is always terrible. So I decided to give Starbucks a try, but I wasn't sure if they sold lunch. I now buy the ham sandwich or an egg wrap. I have always preferred the coffee, my go to cheat is a five pump mocha latte. So great product, but the service is impeccable! There is a perception of Starbucks employees being snobby and judgy, these folks at this location break that stereotype. They are warm and endearing, and they actually want to engage in a conversation with you outside of the transaction. Sometimes pleasantries make a big difference. I also really like that the employees aren't trying to stuff bags of food in my face while I'm putting the receipt in my wallet. I feel rushed all the time as a consumer especially two in two particular places; the grocery store (those self-checkout lines omg!) and at drive thru windows. Whoever Your general manager is at this location, they are doing a phenomenal job! You need every Starbucks to operate like this one! Justin Essaff

Best Starbucks in the capital region ​From the second you walk in, you’re met with a warm welcome and an uplifting, fun energy that brightens your whole day. ​The staff is incredible—they learn your name fast and always take a moment to ask how you’re doing. The coffee is consistently perfect, the food is always warm and fresh, and the entire shop is spotless. If you want great service and a positive vibe, this is the place to go!

The best Starbucks around. Excellent customer service. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. I usually do a mobile order and they always say hi and have a nice day when running in to grab it. Most other locations don’t acknowledge you at all when picking up and order. Occasionally my drink may not taste right but they are always happy (they probably aren’t really happy but they act it at least!) to redo it.

I think this is the best Starbucks I’ve been to. The drive thru line was long, but moving so fast. I think it only took me about 5 mins from entering the line to leaving. The barista that was at the drive thru window, Katie, was so sweet and welcoming. She definitely put a smile on my face.

My experience this time was okay.. Ordered online but they clearly made my drink super early even though the app said 9-12 minutes so by the time I got my drink it was so melted it the whipped cream was not even recognizable and for the price of the drinks here this was unpleasant.

Decided to ban this place. Last 2x there ordered coffee with less ice and received a cup filled almost entirely of it. Thy cant follow simple instructions. For what we pay there, this isnt acceptable. There are too many other coffee places that listen to their customers. Bye bye Starbucks!!!

Ordered toasted coconut shaken espresso. Tasted like patchouli, but maybe I'm just too stupid to taste the coconut. 10/10... dollars.
