DD is not like it was many years ago when the donuts were made in each store by a baker that you could watch through a window, but the donuts are almost as good as then, so I still enjoy them.

I like going to Dunkin I love it and matter of fact.. when people go into Duncan people get their drinks you can see the smile and the happiness on their face.. I have and always will love Dunkin! The coffee is fabulous and their donuts mybkids can't get enough of. The crew that works there are super nice and I always tip the crew every time I go!

My son and I come here every single morning before school. Same order everyday, 2 egg and cheese wraps and a order of hash browns. Each morning they greet us with smiles, great customer service, consistence, and treat us like we are apart of the Dunkin family. The girls that work here are amazing and it is because of them that we come back each morning.

I absolutely love Dunkin donuts. Not to bad price-wise. My favorite sandwich to get here is, sausage, egg, and cheese. On a plain bagel toasted. With a medium iced coffee with espresso, cream and sugar. In my personal opinion, nobody does breakfast like Dunkin'!

Parking is impossible and if you do park inside the plaza you better hope they don't get a line cause it could take you 20 to 25 minutes to get out of the parking lot. A small parking lot is located across the street, but you chance getting hit by a car because people don't pay attention. Service depends on who's working. Some are very nice and others couldn't be bothered, hoping that you leave soon

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with cream cheese and i got to the window and they said they didn’t have any croissants then i see they didn’t put cream cheese in it, so i went in and asked about it and they charged me $3 for the cream cheese that they messed up because they said it “wasn’t” on the order

This parking lot is a nightmare! It's too small and the drive-thru line makes it impossible to park. Much better setup at the old location. The employee are good, though.

Usually decent quality as long as they don’t mess up your order, but they WILL mess up your order. I didn’t even get the correct donut and the one I received was nothing close to what I ordered and had some soft of fruit filling which I can’t have. Very disappointing when I was looking forward to it and now am stuck with a donut I cannot eat and I’m down the money for it.

They did not have very many donuts and the only had glazed ones and they tastes so old. And the coffee was nasty. Like drinking milk water. However, the young lady was very nice.

I literally used to run to Dunkin three times a day, since they've moved it to the new spa on the corner, The traffic is so bad You're going out into the street, but okay still I would wait for my coffee, until two times out of the three it was always the wrong flavor made wrong ect. Today I went there and they didn't even toast the English muffin The cheese was not even melted, The crazy part about it is what I went there a few days ago there was no creamer in my coffee so I hand it back to them at the window and I told them the coffee is too dark It doesn't have any creamer they give me an attitude lol ...I'm all set now I'll try 7 brew in Johnstown

I hate to say this but this place is WAY over rated. There are better places locally and they cost a lot less.

The parking lot is always packed dull of drive-thru customers. If you park in a space it's much easier and quicker to just drive over the grass as you can see others have done. Always new servers and if you go inside expect to wait as they see the drive thru as more important.

Was in line for drive thru 25 min gave my order then get to window and waiting for order and she say we don't have espresso n beans for my late...you didn't know that when I gave my order . gloversville Dunkin needs amanger that over sees this stuff..waited all that time for nothing

I went through the drive through everything flowed As usual and the person taking orders was able to comprehend my clear instructions(compared to some other locations). But oddly They couldn't make my cup correctly. I asked for 3 sugars and 3 creams and got it back tasting, extremely bland and flavorless. I looked at the ticket to see if it said, blueberry or not. And it did, but I tasted absolutely no blueberry, along with this, the cup didn't taste As if it had any sugar, but sometimes they just don't bother to mix it. Not having anything to mix it with, I drank through the plain bitterness in an effort to get a coffee in me before I clocked in. And to no avail at the bottom of the cup, there was no sugar or overly sweet The last few sips. It seemed as if they just hit my cup with a couple pumps of cream and scent, it out the window.

This is a large cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso.. The blend it, full the cup with mostly foam then dump the rest down the drain even after we ask them no to. They said on several occasions “That’s what a cappuccino is”…no a cappuccino is espresso and milk it gets foamy on the top not 2/3 of the cup. It’s $8!

I ended up leaving . I waited in line for 15 minutes . I left without I ordering

Always have a bad experience here. If I could rate it a 0 I would. Have had coffee squeezed on my arm and wasn’t even offered a napkin. Given the wrong change twice and wrong order once. Drive through is horrible, at least a half hour wait. Don’t go here if you’re trying to get to work on time.

The coffee is overpriced Brown water the food is processed food the donuts are made hours and hours before their delivered to the place so they're hard and crunchy bagels and croissants are coming Frozen already made brown and serve in the oven it takes forever to get your order and a nothing but old people there all day you can't even sit down and enjoy anything if it was any good

Everytime I get coffee it is burned and/or has coffee grounds. Tonight i got a frozen coffee and it looks like a cookies and cream shake there are so many coffee grounds. If you complain and go back they act as if YOU did something wrong so i just dump it and eat the loss of $6.

Can't fill out the survey because we went somewhere else the new location stinks the old location was great when the drive through is back up you can't even park to go in and get your food they lost my business which is 25-35 a week

People can never make an iced coffee properly. I was given someone else's food order. I ordered my son hashbrowns and I was given 3 breakfast sandwiches. He was pretty upset.

Don't bother coming here if you actually care to have donuts. The last several occasions we've come here they're out of donuts. The previous time (in the morning) they were completely out of glazed and only had a couple frosted left and then all the unpopular ones. The second time on a Friday at 5pm we go there and they are completely out of them all. It's like every time we go here there's a less than 50% chance they even have anything no matter what time of day you go. We had to go to a different Dunkin' that actually kept its inventory stocked. For a chain that is known for its donuts and even used to have it in their name its ridiculous that they periodically run out of it. This will definitely be the last time we bother coming to this particular location for anything and I don't recommend coming here either.

I was the only customer there. Waited almost 10 minutes. Ordered a sausage, egg on a croissant with no cheese and 2 orders of hashbrowns. They still found a way to screw up my order. It was so easy, I decided not to check to make sure it was right, made it down the road and noticed it was messed up. I gave the food away rather than dealing with the outcomes of eating cheese. So incompetent, it's impressive.

This location is not worth it what so ever, poor customer service, young kids working unsupervised. No manager there at 1:40pm Saturday afternoon. I asked for a large coffee with just milk and I got hot chocolate instead. I went back to location and explained and showed what went wrong so they gave me another one but once again it was hot chocolate again. I got up set and one female worker said to me (it's not the big of a deal). I said yes it is when you're paying almost 7$ and they want 16 dollars an hour. So she says back you didn't pay for this one. I said ummm paid for the one you guys messed up on. It's all about paying attention to detail. That simple.

I finally had enough . .. I've been a loyal customer for 10 plus years going three times a day.... I stopped going when they moved it to the corner because two out of the three times I would go during the day my drink would be made wrong , so now I go once in awhile, A few days ago I went ordered my drink there was no creamer in it I hand it back to the lady and say it's too dark there's no creamer in it can you believe she gives me attitude and said we put creamer into it and I said but it's too dark can you add more creamer and she snatches it from me, when she hands it back she makes a snide remark saying there there's your creamer, today I go the sandwich bread isn't even toasted the cheese is cold and the egg is cold... I'm so done trying with this Dunkin

Their workers attitudes suck. They made me the wrong drink today so I went back and politely said I had been there a few minutes ago and got the wrong drink. I pull up and the girl has the most miserable face on and says absolutely nothing, just looks at me. I handed her my drink saying I wasn’t sure if they needed it back or not, she just nodded and turned around and left. No smile, no I’m sorry about that. Not a single word! Horrible customer service!

every SINGLE time i order from this dunkin', my drink either tastes like lake water or they make it wrong. whenever i ask them to remake it bc it's just plain wrong, they give me attitude. i always try to be nice to fast food workers, bc as one myself i know how stressful it can be. however, making an order EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. is absolutely ridiculous. especially when all it is is a frozen coffee with 2 mocha swirl. how do u manage to mess that up? it's actually getting so ridiculous that i might just stop coming here and start telling others to avoid this dunkin'.

I am a daily customer of the Gloversville location. If not twice a day on occasions I never complain. I never say anything. I don’t complain when they’re out of cold brew I don’t complain when they make my drink wrong but today I actually got very upset. I activated a coupon in the Dunkin app to purchase a drink and get half a Dozen donuts for three dollars .from the app I placed my Mobile order I did realize that only my drinks were in the cart so when I got there, I asked the girl if I needed to purchase the donuts separately for three dollars she cannot answer the question because she did not have the app. She did ask another coworker who came over. She did come over showed me how to do the app in the store and Asked what drink I wanted I stated I already ordered two drinks. How do I get the donuts? She completely walked away. I went over to get two straws and I heard her say I don’t know. Just give her something and she set my drinks up . I was standing right there I took that as I was not gonna get any more help and basically just get out of the store. I think these employees need work on their customer service. I would rather drive 15 minutes to Mayfield or to Johnstown and get treated nicely said hello to when entering or in the drive-through and their tip appreciated. I’m a daily Dunkin customer. Am there everyday if not twice a day. Went to the Gloversville location and the young female at the window was very rude and did not know how to do her job appropriately. Asked for one of there limited addition frozen drinks and at first she gave me just a plan frozen coffee and when I told her that’s not what I ordered she argued with me made me pay for extra after I already paid and then took it back from me and still made it wrong and was very rude about it. Will not be going back to that location. Poor service. Been ordering this drink since they came out and I’ve never had a problem before.

I am a daily Dunkin customer at this location, no more after this. I ordered a "Lemonade Refresher" that is literally the title of the drink. Now, in the past few days they are up-charging for the lemonade option on the "Lemonade Refresher" please make it make sense. I contacted corporate, and they told me that's the local franchise owner who makes the decisions on the pricing. No way, lol Well I will no longer be participating in someone's greed instead of whats right. Becareful they might up-charge a fee for coffee in your "ice coffee"

Walked in at approx 7 pm on Tuesday 4/1 . The store had one person waiting on their order. The girl begind the counter looked at us and walked away. She went back and forth, We waited. She came back with two 12 pack donut boxes. Set them up and still didn't even acknowledge we were standing there. Still we waited. Making direct eye contact she continues to COMPLETELY ignore us and starts filling the boxes. OK I get it, sometimes there are to go ordered or doorsash. That's the reality if ANY fast food spot. No biggie. But "hi, give me just a sec" or "I'll be right with you " would of been nice. Instead I get looked dead in the face and ignored. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked out verbally remarking on how rude she was and stating I would literally rather drive to the coramie dunking instead of continuing to be ignored. In addition has anyone else been completely turned off to even eating or drinking their food that comes through the drive through handed to you by the crusty lady?? I don't know what's going on with this location lately but I guess I'll be going down the hill to the better selections and GREAT customer service at THAT location
