Good food and good portions. The lady that took our order was cool. The California roll/ noodles / combo plate was delicious.

Excellent food. Steamed broccoli was to perfection. I love that teriyaki chicken had incredible flavor and that the sauce was on the side without even asking. Definitely a healthy choice when you want it to be. The service was incredibly good. I definitely recommend this place.

They were almost pushing us out of the store, even though we called 20 minutes ahead to order our food. And then proceeds to lie about only charging for the teriyaki sauce And said that they charge for teriyaki sauce and Sriracha packets when asked about the charge on the receipt. Shady and rude after almost spending a 100 bucks on take out

Been coming here since I moved to the area when Covid hit back in 2020. The staff is always friendly the food is great! And it’s affordable 👌🏼😋 Try the 🐉 DRAGON Roll it’s the best 🍣

Saturday, 5/3/2025 - I Love Teriyaki & Sushi at 2310 Sunrise Blvd # 4, Gold River, CA 95670. Quick and easy. In and out. Foods are good. We come here every once in a while. No complaints.

My husband and I were looking for a spot for lunch and decided to head on over to I Love Teriyaki. I ordered the vegetable tempura plate and he ordered the chicken teriyaki plate. For the vegetable tempura, I would probably say I would want the pieces to be a bit smaller. They were hard to eat with chopsticks specially if they're close to half of my face so that's a con. The side veggies they were talking about was just cabbage and not much else. In different branches they would usually give yakisoba noodles and rice as the combo plate but here it was cooked cabbage and a fresh salad. I tried the chicken teriyaki and it was good and I sure wish that's what I got but there's always next time. Pricing and portion of the protein and rice, I would say it's on the pricier side than what's around Rancho. Service wise, it's pretty good. They were all pretty welcoming and attentive. Even when it gets busy they manage so that's always a plus for lunch spots! Overall, I would visit again and maybe try something else!

I Love Teriyaki is always good! They really have stepped up their menu definitely alot more options to choose from! From the Spicy Thai chicken to the original! So good!

As a fast food restaurant, the food is good. I most appreciate when you eat in the restaurant they serve with reusable plates and soda cups. That reduces waste and pollution significantly! Every restaurant should do that. Including fast food restaurants.

I Love Teriyaki never disappoints. The food flavor and quality is always so good. Spicy chicken is my favorite but I'll eat all styles. The atmosphere could use a face lift and service is set up with efficiency in mind.

I got the #1 Teriyaki chx and it was great. Staff was friendly to me and other customers but seemd like they yell at each other in their language. By the expressions on their face it seemed to cause them stress. The place was clean and pleasant but busy. I sat at the bar and had to move the plants out of the way to enjoy my meal.

I like to order food here. Always tasty and fresh. The last time cabbage in teriyaki chicken was not very tasty. better to add more fresh salad.

I visited this restaurant years ago and was not impressed. I found myself here again to satisfy someone else's appetite. The California Roll was really good, but I don't think I would go out of my way to get anything else. Portions are pretty good. Restroom smells pretty bad. Inadequate ventilation. My opinion is still pretty much the same. I can normally order sushi reliably from this chain but tonight my salmon is still frozen, the roll has the same sauce as what they normally put on the salad, and the taste overall just isn’t what I’m used to from their other locations. THE MANAGE rubbed me the wrong way. She was so rude and acted as if I was supposed to know that they charged for their sauce when I asked her. She had an unnecessary attitude. However, when I went back again, she wasn't there, and the young man behind the counter was very pleasant and offered me a free extra teriyaki sauce since his manager wasn't there. I didn't ask for free sauce because I was already prepared to pay the $0.50. However, he acted as if he was relieved that his manager wasn't there. SMH. The MANAGE WAS VERY RUDE. IT DOESN'T COST ANYTHING TO BE KIND.

tempura is NOT tempura batter so don’t bother…tempura shrimp look like they came out of a supermarket freezer, tempura chicken was heavy battered & salad looked days old. Try Teriaki to go up Sunrise-it’s actually authentic tempura

Got spicy fried chicken teriyaki plate to go. The chicken was dry and hard with no sauce on it at all. They give you a tiny sauce cup. The sauce is not spicy at all, kinda bland. Definitely not enough sauce to use for the rice or chicken. Boyfriend got honey chicken which was actually cooked in the sauce. It was better but still not much flavor. The salad was ok but the coleslaw was gross. I also don't like coleslaw though. Overall not going to come here again, I'd rather cook at home.

Waited 40 minutes for items that I ordered online They put a sushi roll in the same bag as a hot chicken bowl so the sushi roll was hot They need to hire some more people and get it together. I will never go back there.

Before ordering food, I sat down with a friend for a couple of minutes at the table. To which the worker persistently asked “you either to buy some food or go outside , this is not a restaurant to just sit at a table”. I am very upset by such rudeness and immediately left this place and will never come again and will not recommend to my friends!

They should change their name to I Love Food Poisoning. This place was absolutely disgusting. My wife ordered a Volcano Roll and the shrimp was raw. We ordered "Mild" Chicken Noodle for our son but they dumped chili sauce all over it so it was too spicy for him. Overall, pretty awful place.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and meet the owner who was very rude. She was rude with me and I saw that she was not behaving good with a door dash guy. Food was also not served properly. I will never go to this place again and never recommend anyone. Very bad service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only is the customer service mediocre, but the food is clearly not being prepared or not being stored properly. I have been to this location 3x (I’m a 3-strike type of person) and I kid you not, EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been to this location on Sunrise Blvd. I have gotten terrible food poisoning. And I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a bad day, or a specific cook or something, but honestly, they need an inspection immediately cus something isn’t right over there. I told my fiancé about this and that I haven’t eaten there in over 2yrs, but against my warning he tried it yesterday (at this location) and today he is in and out of the restroom sick as a dog!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS I❤️Teriyaki!! I recommend the one in Midtown or Folsom.

I though this was I heart teriyaki and it’s NOT. Gross and all I ordered was 2 Californian rolls and 2 sodas total cost $25. And the rolls has ranch dressing on the bottom and top of the roll. Gross. Never coming here again. Felt completely bamboozled. Only thing good was the Pepsi.

I ordered a bowl of sesame chicken and they charged me for a plate which is way more expensive then what I was asking for. When I received my food it was so bland and all fatty pieces I couldn't even eat it. I went back in to ask for my money back and they refused. Worst food and service I have ever experienced!! I will definitely never be back!

They have a really bad website that doesn’t save ur info and preselects a tip for a pickup order, like what am I tipping for? Does the owner not pay his staff enough?? Also they love to play CNN or Communist News Network every day. Only recommending to do takeout and even then it cost an arm and a leg for mediocre food.

Extremely rude workers. I used to come here weekly and this place has gone downhill fast. The old owner was great and was like family to me. But I got moldy brocoli months ago and the manager played it off like it was nothing. Since then I tried to give it another shot and came in when I was working nearby and was told I look like a drug addict so I can't use their bathroom. I've never been treated with so much obvious disrespect. The middle aged Asian lady who works the counter is extremely prejudice and I won't be supporting this place anymore.

I ordered teriyaki tofu and waited over 45minutes. They forgot my order, then said they ran out of tofu. Even the customers who came after me were talking about how long I had waited. When my order was ready the girl just handed it to me as though nothing was out of the ordinary. No apologies, nothing to compensate for the time I waited. I missed having dinner with my kids because they were done eating by the time my food came. When I got my food I lost my appetite and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

So, I pay, someone takes my food, they acknowledge that someone took my food, and too bad for me? I understand the need to coach your staff, but you (the manager) should first take care of the customer so they don't make a scene in your establishment. Thanks, aside from wasting my time waiting for an order that never came I now have to contact my bank to request a chargeback...

I found several pieces of short black hair in my sushi roll. I understand 1 piece of hair... just ignore it and move on, but this was gross. I couldn't finish it I was so grossed out.
