This Dunkin' location receives high praise for its friendly and efficient service, particularly from the night shift crew (Jessica, Brianna, Amy, Emily, Kirsten, and Marcus). However, some customers have reported inconsistencies in food quality, rude staff, and incorrect orders.

I asked for something they wasn't able to make at that time, but it was only one thing on the whole platter I really wanted, and my server figured out how to make my dream come true. I got two teriyaki grilled chicken breast with rice. The food was amazing it was so good. I will be back to try more things as soon as my lip heals up better. If she sees this message she is a great server, and im so thankful she was mine. I can't wait to bring my ky friends up to eat their. My poor aid baby will be forced to sit in my car when the weather breaks but we will be stopping in to get her a treat as well. Shes my girl that loves good food like her mommy she'll savor her bites. I must add the photo is of what I had left to take home. I got two chicken breast with tomato, lettuce, a pickle spear, rice and coleslaw. Well worth it.
Ordered the Patty melt was very well cooked, plenty of cheese the onions were just right , nice side portion of fries all in all a good meal
This diner in Goshen was very good. Very reasonably priced service was excellent. I would recommend anybody in the area here grab a bite to eat well worth it.
Seven of us popped in around 1:30 on a snowy Saturday and were quite impressed. They’ve got a massive menu and plenty of space, so no trouble getting a table. The atmosphere is great—proper old-school diner vibes with a bit of an ’80s feel to the décor. The place is clean, the tables are solid, and one thing I really liked was the seats—they’ve got wheels on them! I don’t recall ever sitting on wheeled seats in a diner before, but honestly, everywhere should have them. Makes moving around so much easier. They’ve also got a nice kids’ menu, which makes things easier on the littl’uns—a handy touch if you’re coming with family. Our server, Elena, was spot on—proper professional and polite. All our food arrived together, which is always a bonus, and we only waited about 20 minutes, which is decent for a group our size. I went for the boiled ham sandwich (not entirely sure why), but it was actually pretty decent. It was missing mayonnaise, but I made do with a bit of butter and some of the complimentary coleslaw. I also had a waffle and asked for a side of Nutella—they didn’t skimp on it, which was a nice touch! All in all, the bill came to £98 for the lot of us, and we all left full and happy. Much prefer this place to a bog-standard fast food joint. Worth a visit!
Service first......it was fantastic!!! The diner was packed and our waitress was on top of it! Drinks we're never empty, and dirty plates were immediately removed from the table. Second....the food was incredible! The portions were great and pricing was on point. It was amazing how quick our meals came out considering the amount of patrons in the diner. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area, or not even close but want a great meal with amazing service.
This place is a hidden gem, at least for, Brooklynites. We’ve been here twice, six months apart and it has been very consistent. Staff was very kind courteous and cordial. Kitchen was quick to serve food which was also piping hot. Food was delicious fries are extra crispy. I like how they give you extra sauce in abundance. Desserts are delectable. Comfort food all around. Juan was our server. He was the coolest. Attentive. Very considerate with our children. This diner is only 8 minutes away from Legoland. Much better alternative than paying theme park pricing for food. Will be back here every time we go back to the park. Perfect.
Juan was an awesome server. Attentive, knowing what we needed, he there when we needed him. No rush & great attitude. — also happy there’s gluten free pancakes!
Great diner! The food came out fast and was delicious. My server Karen was very sweet and delightful! I would definitely go back there.
Love, love, love, Dunkin! Food is good. Service is quick and nice. Atmosphere is normal (chill).
Long John donuts have no filling. 11/25 $13.99 a dozen
This location is a hit and miss. Sometimes its really good and other times it not. Alot of new employees working at this location so I get it takes time to train.
Update: Not sure if it was a today issue or if they do all time. Ordered a toasted bagel. Looks barely toasted and I have to put cream cheese on myself. This is still my favorite Dunkin spot. I will have to ask for extra toasted. Love this place employee are so nice. Love that their restroom has paper towels! Coffee is ALWAYS strong and fresh They have pup cups my babies love them!
Amy, Jessica, and Brianna were so amazing. We came in 30 minutes prior to closing on 11/23 and they greeted us with warm smiles and great attitudes! Amazing ladies! Thank you so much! We love you guys! ❤️❤️❤️
This dunkin has always been my favorite! Jessica in the evening makes amazing coffee and always has a good attitude. Marcus is also always in a cheerful mood. Definitely recommend this dunkin. Just wish there was a better drive through, being one of the best there is always a line out to the road.. not safe
My wife and I go to this Dunkin’ location very frequently. It is the only location we will visit, the service and quality of food & drinks is spectacular! The night shift crew, especially Jessica, Brianna, Amy and Emily, are always the friendliest and make our experience amazing every time we go!
Great service, delicious food, huge portions. Stopped at this local restaurant when I was out of town and was glad I did. The food was fantastic and the service was friendly. They had so many menue options it was bit hard to choose. Portions were generous, the Greek dressing was authentic and delicious, and the rubben sandwich was good too. My kids enjoyed getting dessert with their kids meal too. Would definitely come back if I was local.
This is so far one of the best diners I’ve been too since I moved up here a few months ago. Decently priced and the food was great. Eggs and omelets fluffy, home fries were perfectly cooked. A lot of menu options unlike other places that want to charge more for add-ons. The staff were smiling and attentive. This is my go to place..
Now this is how diner food is supposed to be served. I don't know if anyone has read pass reviews about the diners I've experienced but this place right here serves it up nice and hot. Walked in sat in the vestibule area waited to be cold. They had two blackboards on the outside of the main doors into the diner which all patrons had a chance to read over in case they wanted the blackboard special. This made for a great way to deter your stomach from reminding you that you are hungry. So once we were called to be seated by the hostess we had already viewed the menu and knew what we wanted. I was pleasantly pleased to know that my meal was not as expensive as I thought it would be and I received so much food that I had to take some home with me. My girlfriend thought the buffalo chicken wrap was the most absolutely greatest of greatest of greatest buffalo chicken wrap she had ever experienced. I don't know about all that but if she says so, lol I never tried it. I can only judge from what I've actually experienced. I enjoyed the Belgian waffle. It was prepared near perfection it was a little light on the color. I could have dealt with it being a little darker but still nonetheless it was fluffy all the dough inside was cooked and the heat of the Belgian waffle melted the butter until the little pad was no more lol. Perfectly done the eggs, bacon and sausage. delicious. I did not experience any dirty dishes I did not experience any cold food. On our way out we paid the bill and of course that's where the cheesecakes were, right in the refrigerator at the cash register. Always something to tempt you to make you want to buy a slice. They look very good but I didn't buy anything. Nonetheless I'll leave the picture for your eye pleasure. I believe I will visit here again. I'm not on this side of town often but at least if I do come back I'll know where to sit and snack.
First time here and a nice spot for breakfast. Food was good, and served quickly. The staff was helpful and friendly. Prices were decent.
The atmosphere was nice, and the decibel level was high. Alice was a good server and made sure the food was brought to the table hot. Offered extra coffee. If you're driving in the area or going upstate it's a good place to stop. Footnote two gas stations are outside of the restaurant parking.
I just had foot surgery and my husband and I both have colds so we decided to call call the Gochen Diner for a Turkey Dinner. It was delicious. Better than the first class Restaurant we went to 3 years ago. Great Dinner!
Good old fashioned, classic home style diner. Good food overall, huge menu (usually a sign of frozen foods and microwave prep) so I'd stick to the diner basics to ensure it's fresh. The brown gravy I use for dunking my fries at every diner was very bland which is what kind of held back their rating a bit for me anyway. But still a decent spot to stop for a bite.
Please proactively greet your customers when they walk in. 3 employees saw me one said hello and he was retocking food supplies. I left without ordering. I will give them another shot. Maybe just way too busy at the time
Seems like its the busiest place around so I pulled in for a late dinner. I ordered the open face turkey sandwich with a cup of cream of broccoli soup. The amount of turkey was intense and seemed wrong. Seems wasteful. The mashed potatoes and gravy were the best part. Missing cranberry sauce to make this what it should be. The sandwich was served with frozen mixed vegetables unfortunately. The cream of broccoli soup had almost no taste and after 3 spoonfuls I decided to save my calories. The meal was $18 and if sized down could be more affordable and a good size meal. The young man who waited on me and the waitresses elsewhere in the restaurant seemed good and attentive.
The diner is OK. Service depends on what server you get. The food is alright. We've found the burgers and sandwiches to be a little bit better than the rest of their menu. We've gone there for years about once or twice a month after doctor visits so we've tried a lot of items off their menu. Breakfast food is also a safe bet if you stick to basics. My only real gripe is handicap access. There's only a couple of handicap parking spaces and it's a huge lot. The handicap entrance is not clearly marked and it's way off to the side of the building. It's also a very long ramp with a climb. To go through the front door you need to climb 3 wide steps, go inside and do 2 more steps. Those who struggle with mobility know this is challenging.
Been coming here for awhile now and today I get home & open up my box of donuts, and to my surprise, they are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. It's beyond obvious-- the donuts just move around everywhere in the box, sliding back & forth. There's way too much wiggle room in there. Soooo, why are they the same price then??? You already have the priciest donuts around so why are you charging the same ridiculous price now for much smaller donuts? Would appreciate an answer since you don't answer your phone there
ordered two wraps, one of the wraps tasted funky. the fries were fine at least. The calamari is alright. The water tasted like very chemically like chlorine. would suggest spending ur money somewhere else
Food was inedible i mean so bad we left our full plates eggs were raw and didn't feel safe eating them hash was cold not nearly done enough, ordered pastrami sandwich and bread was not toasted and falling apart before I even picked it up. Couldn't take a sip out of our drinks because they tasted so strongly of chlorine. Skip it
I don’t write reviews often but this just happened and it’s gross. Ordered a cheeseburger well done. Two tables over ordered medium rare. They brought my burger to the wrong table and the lady cut it open seeing it was well done. The waitress took the cut burger back and came over to apologize saying they are going to make me a new burger. 2 minutes later they brought out the same burger the lady had cut on a different plate (I didn’t know at the time). I thought it was odd they would have a new burger so quickly. I took a bite revealing the cut mark that the lady had made 2 tables over. Disgusting.
Bagels are always terrible. Never give napkins with to go orders. Undercook sandwiches. It’s gone downhill. Used to be my daily morning spot.
I hope the woman who wanted to call me a Karen for correcting your service sees this. You don't give someone half their order, then serve multiple people after them and then get shitty when I say it's ridiculous. You gave me food (not cooked all the way through) then had me wait more than 5 minutes for my drink, while serving others! I promise no one is afraid of a barista in their jammies. Maybe, just maybe, if your worked on your team more, maybe you'd get better reviews cause I see mine isn't the only shitty review
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. They will not answer your calls when you have an issue . They do not make their drinks like ordered. They charge for extra flavor and sweet cold foam but do not put it in. I am HIGHLY upset
Just now went thru the drive thru. Ordered turkey bacon because I don't eat red meat...got sausage. Just gross.
I ordered 2x this week at 530am, and got sausage egg and cheese croissants, hash browns, and large iced coffee. First day my sandwich was so stale, croissant was very crunchy and dried out, ingredients were cold, cheese wasnt even melted, hash browns were cold and very stale. At 530am everything should be fresh. Today i just got croissant, wasnt as stale, but still was, i didnt bother with hash browns, and i asked for light ice bc when they fill whole cup, you get ripped off and only 1/3 of drink, so i always ask for light ice, they still filled it up. Ive been a long time customer, but food is getting worse. Im done, biggby is always hot, they do what i ask, and take their time making things right. Dunkin sucks on pike street goshen. I dont have these problems at other one.
Staff is rude and not willing to make customers happy. I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts my whole life all over the United States and this is the first time I’ve ever walked out of one. I will never return to that store again. The only reason I gave it one star is because I can’t give it zero stars. I can always help the store manager actually does something about this because with those kind of attitudes you’ll definitely lose business.
I always go here and it’s been nothing but great with awesome staff who are kind. My cousins and I came at 6 am wednesday morning to get coffee and bagels. Whoever was taking our order was so beyond rude. She messed up our coffee order pretty badly. She forgot a bagel and continued to charge us extra for that. Even though we showed her the receipt! And the coffee was just kind of gross too.
Seriously? No line and you guys still screwed up a Chai latte. This was my go to- I guess not anymore. There was a woman that worked here who was awesome! Bring her back cuz she knew how to run it. Not these new people. Updated- Again! This is supposed to be a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. This coffee is wrong. And they burnt my bagel. How freaking hard is it to toast not burn a bagel? 11-7-23 Burnt crossiant sandwich today. Why do you guys keep messing up the easy things?
