Actually this review will apply to all of them as we have been to quite a few of them and they seem to be interchangeable. The food is made in front of you , it is fresh and reasonably priced. We like it. Some of our fiends do not find it authentic enough. But I think they just miss all the lard that they would get in an authentic eatery.

Very great place to go if you have a gluten free diet. The staff is well trained and versed about the gluten containing ingredients and cross contamination. One of the employees recognized me the second time going to the restaurant and changed the gloves and fixed me a gluten free bowl without me having to ask him. Not many gluten free fast food choices around the area. I'm happy that this place does it so well.

Second time eating at Chipotle (I'm from the UK) - I had the sofritas burrito with most of the fillings. It was very filling and tasty and I will definitely go back next time I visit!

Food is great-great customer service. The only thing I would recommend about this place. It could be a little cleaner in the inside. Every time I go and sit down to eat. It just looks like it have not been swept or tables, wipe down.

You would think ordering 15 minutes ahead would mean skipping the line? Think again. The staff looked like they worked at the DMV. I was waiting 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge there were people waiting for pickup orders. It would have been faster to stand in line and saved me a few minutes.

It's a Chipotle restaurant. You get what you expect. Often long lines, but always excellent tasting and good-for-you local food. Healthy is how you decide to make it. If in a hurry, simply order online or use the app to place your order and pick it up when you were there, skip the ordering line, and just eat it there.

good food, friendly staff and plenty of parking. only thing i can say is employee was being greedy with the condiments to my bowls. some has a nice spoon full of chicken and other bowls got like half a spoon only. same with guac and veggies, overall still good food.

Very nice and open, both in and out seating. Started off rocky but every new place is like that. Love their service and be cautious of the school rush when they're going home! Always remember the Fajita's and ask for extra if you like!

I don't personally like chipotle, I find it flavorless and often leads to "Hershey Squirts", but my lady loves it so I take one for the team. The staff here is friendly and the store is clean. They were out of cheese on this visit which was a let down, but if you like Chipotle this store front is a great one.

Who doesn't like Chipotle? If I need a quick burrito this is where I go. The burritos are huge (or at least when I get them they are, must be that extra meat I ask for). The lines can get long at times but that's what the Chipotle mobile app is for since you can order and skip the line once the order is ready. Yes I downloaded the Chipotle app, don't judge me bro.

Everytime I see this place I think about the brownfield it is built on. It was a gas station during the 94 earthquake and couldn't be touched for over a decade. I went to get a bowl and it was decent, not worth the price.

I have eaten at many different locations. I have found the portions to be skimpy at this location compared to that at others. The freshness and quality are pretty consistent with other Chipotle locations.

Food was decent. Meat was a bit over cooked and not cut in proper sizes for high standards. Chips didn't have enough lime juice.

We arrive a little before 9 pm but the food looked as if we arrive 2 minutes before closing. Food was splattered over and around all the containers and in low supply. It didn't look as if there were any plans to clean up the until closing. Having said that the burrito was tasty and customer service was good.

I love Chipotle with made to order fresh food. I was hoping to try the new steak item and went in at about 5:30 pm, which is normally a busy time. I think there was 3 customers plus myself. I was the only person waiting and I stood there for about 10 minutes. No one said a word to me. There were 4 employees and only one was helping the only customer besides myself in line. The food bins looked empty and abit of a mess, combine this with waiting too long with not a single employee acknowledging my presence, inspired me to change my mind and walk out to other options. One employee thought taking the trash out was more important than serving food and booking revenue for Chipotle.

This location is always out of something so if you want meat and rice your good to go. When I asked about the veggies and how long they would take she got hostile. I was more than willing to wait. 15 minutes for veggies isn't a problem. She told me it would be an hour and it wasn't happening any time soon. I asked if they had green salsa and she just stared at me. So I asked if I could have guacamole and she huffed and walked over to the order out side to get some. Everything they were out off is normal stuff for this restaurant and all the other locations seem to have no problems. I should have relized that when it was completely empty it was empty for a reason. Even the people picking up their take away waited for a long time and only one person was really working.

Really disappointed on how dirty the place is. They are not like in rush hour, however the floor, the tables are all dirty.

The girl who made my burrito put half a spoon of rice, I asked for more, but at the end. My burrito was significantly smaller than the burrito I normally get in other chipotles and other times at this specific one.

What's the point of ordering on the phone and getting a pickup time if it's never made on time. I walked in at 3:30 my order said pickup at 3:30 and they had not even started to make it??? And not a single person in line. Then the employee doesn't even check order and is asking me to pay for the order that I paid on my phone. Anyway not good service . This happened on July 20th, 2015.

Idk what’s up with this location but they are straight up incapable of making guacamole. I just got a massive hard half of an avocado. Like they didn’t even try to mash it. This has happened several times and only at this location.

Has the most depressing night crew ever. Usually really good, but this location has a tendency to “stop caring” when the sun goes down. It’s like at night time they immediately go into pre closing & have none of the options. The closing team should really stop “closing” 2 hours early every night. Night energy in this location screams they don’t want to be there

Visited on Monday 22nd August and both the rice and chicken were tepid. Food was very salty and gave me food poisoning. Have had a fever and vomiting ever since. I would not risk eating their average tasting food given the poor food safety practices in place. Terrible experience.

Got my mobile order wrong in every way possible and didn’t have it ready until 20 mins after designated pick up time. Didn’t realize food was wrong until I got home. I looked over the receipt that is literally on the food items and it it all right but the food inside is completely wrong.

I had the worse experience this afternoon. The service was poor. The cashier was charging me more for something I didn't order when I explained to her she directed me to the manager. Both manager and cashier had an attitude when I was explaining the issue. I had eaten there before and food was good service was ok but this time even the food was tasteless. Never going back!

Apparently the team the handles the online order can't fill the order properly. Ordered 3 separate times through mobile app and every time, one of the key ingredients is omitted. EVERYTIME!!! Really!!! Steak tacos are not filled with steak but cow fat chunks. Every bite is just full of fat chucks!!! Like many other reviewers... Chipotle has really gone from bad the inedible stuff...

Whoever made the AI for the phone when you call you are an idiot! You don’t know how to program anything. I called this place a millions times and the stupid robot kept asking “tell me how I can help you” after begging to let me talk to a team member for 5 minutes I had to say “an emergency” then they let me! Who do you guys think you are? Calling a place like this should never be this difficult. One of the worst experiences I ever had calling a place. Again whoever made the phone AI and how they respond you are useless and never should work on that. Complete trash.

Not sure what the point of ordering online is if the food isn't going to be ready at the pickup time. It would have been faster to wait in line at this point. I've been here over 15 minutes since my scheduled pickup time and seen so many people walk in and out. There are others waiting for mobile orders too and they don't put the mobile orders that are finally completed at the pickup area, you have to keep asking them about it. this keeps happening at this location... I don't think I'll be back it's not worth it.

This place needs to learn how to show customers the most basic courtesy with putting up some kind of notice with a typed or written sign saying they are out of key menu items with guacamole at the top which they are frequently out of but just let people stand in very long lines between 10 to 20 minutes and find out when it's finally their turn to have their item prepared and come to the end of the preparation to discover/be told that guac isn't available for a significant period of time during the remaining business hours or completely gone for the rest of the day. Since this spot is the closest Chipotle to me I do drop in now and then and have learned the need to go up to the front to check the sections I want to include as ingredients to see if they're out and at least half of the time they are indeed out of guac. They need to amp up and stabilize their supply of avocados and also, at mentioned before, show customers the courtesy of making a display visible from the back of the line if they're out of that or other highly desired ingredients.

Chipotle has gone really bad. The food was terrible. Portions were small, which I actually appreciate, but they kept running out of items. Also, nothing against this location, but Chipotle menu has gone south really fast. The new vegan chorizo constantly tasted like it would give me food poisoning. And it did!

Forgot lettuce, only 3 pieces of chicken, and the some of the chicken was raw. You could feel the raw texture, and the color was pink. It had not even one scoop of salsa. Mostly just rice and beans. Also forgot a whole burrito from our order. Added hot salsa to half our order even though we didn’t order it. Never going to this location again, they were very careless with their order preparation.

Bathroom was disgusting tables were dirty half of the soda machines not working the fresh drinks empty. staff was acting like children in high school, had customers waiting while their laughing in the back. the food made me sick I was there Aug 9th around 8pm disappointing.

My mom came here to get me an order of veggie tacos. A normal order of soft tacos is three and for some reason the person working asked if she wanted one or two. Stated most prefer two (ever since i can remember its three soft tacos). That aside after charging me for three chicken tacos i got ripped off for two veggie tacos. I will never repeat business at this location for taking advantage of my mother and for overcharging me on already overpriced food. I tried to call and was unable to get through to an actual human being. I contacted corporate and have been ignored. I know I'm just one person but it's one person this location will never receive a profit from.

Sadly, just about all Chipotle locations are declining with food and service and will be going out of business soon!

It felt like they didn't want me there.
