Passing through I came in today and the service was awesome, even though the crew was super busy they all had good attitudes! My favorite person was the cute little blonde manager named Madeline, she was seriously the most joyful chipper person there, you can really tell she sets the mood for her crew and it shows! I will definitely be stopping in again to see her! Great food Great crew+ 10/10

I’m a regular here since I work nearby and staff is super friendly and gets my order right every time. Sometimes there’s a wait time because of the school nearby but they always get my order right :)

The staff’s dedication to quality was evident, and I found myself savoring every last morsel, wishing for another sandwich to magically appear. Long story short, I ordered a hot sandwich that I never had before (#26 Bacon Chicken Ranch) and when I got home it looked like my sandwich was incorrect. The meat was darker and looked like steak to me instead of chicken (I could have had better lighting as well), so I called and explained that my sandwich was incorrect. I spoke with Sara(h) who apologized and offered to make a new sandwich for me right away. When I arrived back to the store my sandwich was inspected and turns out it was really chicken in the first place. Womp >_< Regardless, the service and new sandwich provided was appreciated. Thank you and sorry to be that customer.

Love Jersey Mike's! I was so happy when they opened it in our area. Really, great sandwiches-really fresh and delicious. The bread is great, and the way they make it is what makes it special. They get the details right. You can order "Mike's Way" which I recommend(olive oil and vinegar etc). There is a really delicious relish that you can have on your sandwich that you'll love. The portion is pretty large so I can only finish half lol. 100x better than the competitor. By far my favorite sandwich place in the Granada Hills area.

We took a chance and stopped by and service and food has improved! We won’t go back! Don’t know whether the management has changed or just doesn’t care about this place anymore. When attempting to phone in an order there’s no answer. They’ve either unplugged or just ignoring the ring for the past few weeks. The last time we were in several of the customers said the same thing. When we questioned the dark haired woman and so-called manager that was there they stated specifically “BY LAW WE DON’T HAVE TO TAKE ORDERS BY PHONE”. REALLY, what great customer service! But the worst part of our last visit was that we observed them using the same rag to wipe down everything in back. No concern of where and what the rag was wiping. Additionally, they don’t remove they’re gloves to use the cash register!! They have plexiglass to guard against disease, but who’s guarding us against they’re filthy habits?

Better then subway, but pricier. The meat seems less processed and fresher as it's cut right in front of you, but of course it is still processed. The hot sandwiches are always good and the cheese actually has flavour. Not the best sandwich place but I'd you're craving a Philly Cheese steak this place will definitely hit the spot.

Better then subway, but pricier. The meat seems less processed and fresher as it's cut right in front of you, but of course it is still processed. The hot sandwiches are always good and the cheese actually has flavour. Not the best sandwich place but I'd you're craving a Philly Cheese steak this place will definitely hit the spot.

I'm posting this above my last review for this location, which was a solid review. But after several trips recently, I feel the need to change my review. The issue is ordering via the app. If yr not there, standing in front of them, the sandwiches come out sloppily and not as requested via special instructions. And it happens often. I get that sometimes the store is busy, etc. But the price doesn't fluctuate with these factors. It sucks that you can't count on the same quality each time, especially when ordering online. I still believe in the location! But hoping someone might read this and bring it to the attention of the people working there. Please use the same care when making the sandwiches as you would if the customer was watching you. It's not enjoyable when you ask for something and it doesn't end up on the sandwich. Or you pay for extra meat and the last half inch has no meat because they don't take a moment to spread it out. Or you ask for extra oil and vinegar and you get none, or very little. It might seem picky, but spending almost twenty dollars for a sandwich you don't even want to eat sucks. 😀 I do appreciate everyone's hard work. Super bowl Sunday they're totally swamped. But my sandwich was still good. Gotta keep an eye on one of these girls. This is the second time she barely used any meat and I had to say something. My favorite location though.

AT $12 PER sub...not a great value for the money and I'll leave it at that.

At the Granada Hills location, which I frequent on a regular basis, today I was told that the owner does not allow customers to use points with the jersey mike's coupons. I said how could that be especially since I do it all the time. As a jersey mike's member I get coupons and promotions that I've used at several different locations and I've never been told this. I was getting ready to walk away when the young man said he would do it this time as a courtesy. I was surprised to say the least. Also the sandwich maker didn't add the juice to my sandwich which was disappointing to find out when I got home. 😕 I guess I'll just have to stop going to Granada Hills then.

Two other customers raised complaints with a staff member, and when the manager confronted them about it he said he "wouldn't normally do this," and asked if these men had masks because a customer had complained. The unmasked men responded that they'd spoken with the complaining customer and that it wouldn't be a problem because he'd left. These men had not spoken to the man who made the complaint, and the manager didn't didn't attempt enforce the store's mask policy after this. I never want to put food service workers in the position of enforcing policies on belligerent customers who may become hostile, but this situation was unsafe and uncomfortable. I won't be coming to this location anymore so long as they allow customers like this to endanger their workforce and other paying customers by not enforcing the barest covid safety rules.

Please, please, please. I went to pick up an order and I was told it was not ready yet, and told me to wait for it. I waited for almost 15 minutes and they completely forgot about me. Food was sitting there untill one of them woke up and gave me the bag that was sitting there. Please don't do that again.
