I mean, as long as the staff is great and the bathrooms are clean, a Starbucks is a starbucks. You know you're gonna get delicious things and a comfy place to enjoy delicious things. I love me a good place to pull out my laptop and work and snack till the Starbucks staff starts mopping and putting up chairs. waking up the next morning and opening my laptop bag once again to get the waft of coffee magic from the night before. But this Starbucks experience was of a different variety. Old white ladies duelling it out in the parking lot, who got there first who needs their sparkly sugared up caffeine 2 minutes before the other. The gods of Karen suburbia shed a tear of pride when the lady who folded and let angry aggressive SUV lady take the lead after a squawk or two out the window, she gave up the drive thru lines went inside, and came out with her order while aggressive drive thru lady was just about to hand the Starbucks lady her cash... or card... who carries cash anymore. You can't see this anywhere else but in a Starbucks parking lot.

So far my favorite. Pretty amazed that brewed coffee is cheaper by few cents.

Made great drinks & in a timely fashion. The white chocolate mocha, white hot chocolate & vanilla cold brew were all delicious! Just wish they were cheaper so I could buy more :-)

took a little longer than usual because it's busy but I love Starbucks. I have a delicious drink that I get: butter beer (Harry Potter inspired ) its super sweet and yummy. order a vanilla bean frappuchino, add 3 pumps of toffee nut syrup, 3 pumps of caramel syrup, whipped cream, and a caramel drizzle!

Had a special Pink drink. Delicious but pricey. But I didn't care how much cause I had a gift card !! Friendly, quick service.

Great service. They make your order without ice and don't 🤬about it. Great flavor ice brown sugar shaken espresso and he put cinnamon that no other place has done.

The layout is nice with decent amount of outlets to keep your various gadgets all charged up. Coffee is great depending on what you get one of the few areas that has both reserve and nitro brew which is pretty nice. The area is kept very clean including The bathrooms. The only draw back is that it is next to a high school so if you want to come around 3pm to 6pm it can be difficult finding a seat or studying due to the large number of people that are in here. But other than that it is a really awesome starbucks that I will continue studying at or just hang out with friends.

I came in for a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino but they were out of any kind of Frappuccino. I was so disappointed... so, I had to order another drink, the Strawberry Açaí Starbucks Refresher. To my surprised, I like it! It will be another one of my favorite beverage on my list.

And i think they have expanded hours of operation here because I'm sure I can remember driving past here at night and being surprised to see they were still serving customers at the drive-thru. Nice spacious sitting area with nice lighting. Service is swift and orders come out great. Lots of parking spot, spacious seating and drive thru makes this ideal for popular crowd.

I love this one. I go there sometimes just to relax or study and it's a good place to be. The staff is really nice. The only issue I see here is homeless around, but as long as you are aware of your surroundings, you're safe.

SB discontinued their popcorn pack with chips. Miss the popcorn but the chips.are.really good. What does this have to do with coffee? Absolutely nothing. But it's one of those extras that make it pleasant to go to SB for coffee.

One of the better Starbucks where you're going to get great service and a great tasting drink never have any issues here and I've been coming here for more than 2 years it's a little out of the way but I don't mind driving the drive-thru does get a little bit crowded so you have to come in from the side that's not the parking lot side meaning if you get stuck in the parking lot people won't be able to pull out behind you but sometimes the lion can be a little wacky after the kids get out of school around 3:00 is she can get packed with kids but it's always fun to look at the kids I want to say their high school kids or middle school totally harmless just gets crowded

This is a great Starbucks to do your work at if you want to get out of the house. There a lot of space and if it gets too noisy, just put on your headphones. I stopped by here while waiting for my tire change across the street. Their drive thru line gets pretty busy but they didn't have much people inside. Their hot chocolate is okay to me but it's not the best. Best advice if you don't want to wait long is to put in a mobile order if you're near the area.

This is a great Starbucks to do your work at if you want to get out of the house. There a lot of space and if it gets too noisy, just put on your headphones. Good Starbucks that's always open late and has a drive-through. Sometimes the drive-through gets ridiculously backed-up out onto the street, but parking and going in can get you your order much faster.

Pretty much your run of the mill Starbucks. However there is one exception to this statement that can really bother someone if they're in a rush. Due to the proximity to the local high school, this place will get absolutely flooded around 3:20 p.m. Everything will come to crawl, Including the drive-through considering many parents are now getting drinks, and even some students with cars as well. And if you intend on going in and sitting down you might as well forget about it, As almost every Seat will have been taken by someone. Other than that this is a fairly good location.

I wish there was more room in this place because it’s always packed and so many people just spend most of their lives there! If you want to go for study I would recommend pick a less busy hour to drop by because it can get really busy and sometimes no parking!

I’ve been going to this Starbucks location (Zelzah & Chatsworth In Granada Hills) for a long time. Since the pandemic ended, and maybe new management, this location has been great. The staff are hard working and friendly and the place is clean. The only negative is the long car lines which block traffic on the streets but if you order ahead via the app, they’re always on time & easy to go in to pick up.

Great drinks, same as any Starbucks... over priced. Service is great, very pleasant. Only issue is mornings, the line backs up and stops traffic on chatsworth. But that's not a reflection on the business

Despite the drive-thru line that goes to the street at times, the staff is friendly and smiles. I am comforted in that; besides, you can't really rush a job well-done. Food and drink are very good. The ham & cheese croissants are great with the caramel lattes.

Place is clean. Drinks are good and staff need to pick up the chairs. The chairs are wood and make a lot of noise if you dragged them! please pick the chairs.

The drinks and food are tasty, and the prices reasonable. I enjoy their drinks, but the sandwiches are good as well.The staff are very cordial and good humored. The only area that presented some inconvenience, was the long drive-thru line, however, understandable given the virus and indoor eating limitations.

This is right next to my boyfriends work. This is a very crowded Starbucks if you have a second to stop off and grab a bite to eat I'd recommend coming here! They are very polite and aside from the line and the big crowds after school it's alright. I really like that it has outside seating!

The Coffee is fine, It's Starbucks. Parking is terrible it should just be a Drive Through. The inside of the store is actually very Cool but parking is anything but convenient. Very unfortunate.

The drinks are kinda hit or miss at this location. Depends really who's working. Drive-thru is convenient but can get packed and make it hard for the parked cars to get out.

I always have a good experience when I order here but in the past few months they have had their order thru the Starbucks App feature turned off. And the past few days they have been closed completely.

I love Starbucks but this place was just not up to par they were slow and my order was wrong and the mood was just off.

The time i went 2 different baristas help me and 1 cashier. Well i was not to happy about the service, i had questions about rewards that didnt get answered and well the matcha green tea latte was good add cinnamon and whip cream you won't regreat it. I would give 5 stars if rewards questions were answered.

Not the level of service I'm used to. I ordered my drink online and came in to pick it up. After waiting at the counter for a few minutes, not too long, I asked if one of the drinks on the drive-through window was mine. I was told no, and the young women closest to me asked for my name. She then reached below the counter overhang and handed me my drink. I would never have been able to see it, got no notification that my order was ready, and no one asked why I was standing there.

Both the Google and Starbucks apps indicate that this location is open until 10:30 PM. However, when I arrived at 9:40 PM on a Wednesday, the door was locked and only the drive-thru was open. I didn't check the hours posted on the door, so I'm not sure if the posted hours are incorrect or if the employees decided to close early because there were no customers. This issue needs to be fixed. The drive thru service was fine.

I used to be a Starbucks District Manager, so I feel fairly qualified to review this or any store. The store team is friendly, the store is clean - all very positive. Only constructive feedback - please turn the music down, it's way too loud. I measured it at a peak 90db and over a period of three different days and day parts. It detracts so much that it negatively impacted my coffee experience and I had to leave for good and seek out a different store to do business with.

I know its red cup day .. but mobile order at 6:55am.. and almost 7:25am and not ready yet.. had to push for it.. and just basic drink no specifics just a holiday drink!!!

At first the cashier was very helpful and gave us a better way to order our drinks. Everything was great until the soy frap we ordered. The barista messed up once and she caught so did it over; but then on the second time she was using the dairy blender when we requested soy. So we asked and she said it was soy. Everything was good till my sister got her drink and she is lactose, this drink messed and is not cool.

Never been to a more crowded, and bustling noisy Starbucks. However. Staff was very nice. Service and food was good. I don't know how some people study there. I went on a Saturday morning. No offence It seemed to be the baby boomers hang out lol. Not really a place to relax and read the paper/ phone article.

I think your experience will really depend on who's on staff on the day of your visit. Drinks are undeniably, consistently good. Food are hit and miss. I know the employees are essentially just heating stuff up when serving the hot food items, but some of the staff will nuke them way too much. I've experienced both nice and toasty, and hard and chewy food orders on separate occasions. Sometimes the service will be amazing... especially at the drive-through window. They're always super friendly and cheerful. Unfortunately, the staff at the online pickup counter inside aren't as kind. They sometimes neglect to address and help pick-up customers in an orderly fashion. I've seen Uber Eats delivery people elbow their way to the front, ahead of customers who were there before them, and staff members will go ahead and help them before anyone else. Additionally, I LOVE all types of music, but they always seem to be playing Taylor Swift and Arianna Grande on FULL BLAST. Considering the fact that some of their early morning, in-house patrons are elderly or have special needs, it would be more appropriate to include a little more variety in their playlist.

I usually get the exact same on the menu drink daily and it always amazes me how it can be so very inconsistent. Some days it's great most days it's watered down or just a cup full of creamer.

Barista didnt know how to apply my coupon on the purchase had me order it online, after waiting in line for 25min. Total wait 40min common man…..Please train them properly

For not being crowded inside, I was frustrated with the poor service and not having a simple iced coffee made right the first time. Not enough pumps of syrup then when I asked for two more pumps, he added four pumps. Pay attention! Then, when I informed him that I am also waiting for a scone, he dismissively told me to wait, fixed another drink, before I got the scone. 2 minutes to order and 10 minutes of waiting. If only there was another SB nearby that I could go to instead... Oh wait I think there is.

I've been going to this Starbucks regularly for years. The staff who worked here before were amazing. Knew customers by name and treated you like family. Currently the store has become less consistent. If you do a mobile order expect to wait up to 20 or more minutes for them to finally make your drink/food. And expect your order to be completely wrong as well. Sandwiches come out cold after being in the oven. Drinks made with ice when no ice is written on the cup right in front of them. Food and drinks are taken by other people forcing you to wait double time for them to remake your order. Last time I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. After waiting over 25 minutes for just two drinks and one sandwich I asked about the second sandwhich. By the time they made the second sandwich the first one was cold. The second sandwich was also cold. The drink with no ice had ice and the other drink was only filled 75 percent of the way. Really disappointed having come here sometimes on a daily bases for years.

When she drank her beverage, her blood sugar shot up and set off her Dexcom (blood sugar monitoring medical device.) 1 in every probably 3 times I order here, I get sugar in my drink when I always order sugar free. I get Starbucks every day. This is a medical concern and I find it negligent and extremely unacceptable. I've never had this problem with any other location. A couple of the employees at this location also have attitudes and are rude/unprofessional - including the woman who insisted my friend's drink was sugar free when it was factually not. However, I'm more concerned about the fact that this location serves sugar to diabetics repeatedly than the shitty attitudes of some of their staff.

Today 10/8/19 at around 6pm, my wife had a horrible experience with the supervisor at this store. He had no money on a card and only had cash of $100, and the cashier told us they do not accept $100 bills. My wife was not aware that they don’t accept that amount of cash. The supervisor came up to the window and said “we don’t take any $100 and this one is on me”. She then slammed the small window door on my wife’s face. We did not mean to get her upset, and the worse thing is that my kids were in the car and did not understand what did we do wrong. My family loves going to Starbucks, but now my kids are terrified because of how my wife was treated. I will never forget this and will never want to get any starbucks again. This is such a successful business but this type of treatment will just trow all the success out the door. So disappointed

Late shift employee wasn't paying attention. I ordered no whip and she asked me at the window if I wanted whip. Then she almost forgot my scone. Lastly, she forgot to give me my CC back. I realized it was missing and called the store 5 mins after they closed. The Starbucks employee made it seem like it was my fault she didn't give me back my card and didn't apologize. Will not come back to this location nor will I recommend it.

A Starbucks long time original VP customer member and prior leadership associate; Ordered a tall Java Frap for my husband (walked into this Starbucks-had never been). All customer experience out the door (what happen to the headquarter leadership expectations at this Starbucks?). The ice was melted and over flowing when presented the drink on counter. This was the worst frap I ever experienced. The associate could not say my name (four letters) and did not say what the melted drink was? As a prior leader of Starbucks, chosen to fix operations at a Starbucks; the oversight of one of the busiest of the regional Starbucks (across from Taft high school) there is No excuse for this terrible beverage experience. Drinks are to be presented to customers with high quality and consistency. This Starbucks requires an audit of operations.

Hello, today was Happy Hour from 2-7pm at Starbucks. I took my daughter after school through drive thru to the Starbucks off Chatsworth and Zelzah (17901 Chatsworth St, Granada Hills, CA 91344). I placed my order for a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and a Venti Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino with almond milk. When I arrived to the window the associate did not greet me and right away scanned my Starbucks app from my phone. She also didn’t ask me if I was there for happy hour. She took it upon herself to charge my gift card. I had asked her what she charged me she. She said didn’t know. I asked her if she could please check. Then she said “I charged you $11.80.” I had $15.15 on my card, so she took $11 from my gift card. I asked her, “Why am I only getting back less than what I had.” I was missing $0.80. She then said, “You owe me $6.05.” She charged my gift card, then she gave me the wrong drinks. I was getting something completely different. It felt like she was trying to get me out of there quickly. I told her I didn’t order this, so I repeated my order and she got bothered. So they made the correct order but the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino was missing caramel. I told her it was missing caramel and she acted as if there was caramel, when there clearly wasn’t (I’ve had this drink plenty of times before from many different Starbucks’ so I know what it’s supposed to look like and caramels suppose to be in the bottom.) She got the worker who made the drink and they both lied to me saying the caramel was there. They treated me like I was stupid in front of my daughter. I wasn’t going to argue because the cars were already honking and getting impatient behind me. The customer service was one of the worst by far. I also started drinking my matcha green tea Frappuccino and it wasn’t blended properly. I had sipped huge chunks of ice and it was regular milk instead of almond milk. I have a digestive problem which doesn’t allow me to drink regular milk, so I had to throw the whole drink away once I got home or else I would’ve had severe stomach issues. The whole experience was terrible, issue after issue, and seriously left a sour taste in my mouth. I had higher expectations from Starbucks and today was a let down. I’ve never experienced bad customer service from Starbucks. The employees usually go above and beyond for the customers but, not this time.

Do not question the customer ! I show him the order twice !!!! He offer to make but by then this to late I did the mobile order because I’m in a hurry to get to work!

“Coming right up!”, said Hansel as he took my order for a grande cold brew after waiting in the front of the line for almost 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, no cold brew. Although several people who came in behind me or ordered online had their complex concoctions served up fresh. Jazz was the only one barista making the coffee, while others milled around behind the counter. I finally asked Jazz about my coffee, he looked around confused. I left without my coffee. The service here is abysmal. Avoid this Starbucks!

Most likely the worst Starbucks in the whole San Fernando Valley. Not only are their employees extremely slow and dimwitted, but annoying. I also don't care for the 30min+ long drive thru wait times.

The girl taking orders and at the window was ride. She either isn't s morning person or woke up cranky . Either way I work in customer service and regardless you always have to show your best face to the customer. You always have to have a great demeanor. I have never ever had a bad experience at Starbucks before and I go everyday. They always hire very friendly faces I'm not sure what happened this time.....

I have been a semi-regular customer for over 5 years now. However, while I was waiting for the bus, I needed to use the restroom. Apparently now, you MUST buy something in order to use their restroom. I will not be returning to this location. Very bad customer service.

I got a strawberry Frappuccino yesterday, and within an hour, I started feeling really sick. I had to go to urgent care, and it turned out to be food poisoning. Really disappointing.

Went at 9:30p ordered through the drive thru. Was rushed through my order, lady didn't bother to repeat order back. No manners, it was a big girl with head set on. Then got to the window, got another rude girl with a smart mouth 'Diana', thought it was a chore to repeat back my order. They shouldn't have jobs

They where Friendly and provided good service .they just don't know how to blend drinks well here.i ordered my usual drink thr lady who took my oder completely messed it up.when they gladly remaid it for me after I told them what was wrong with the first one it still tasted bad .I kinda wanted to get a refund but felt bad and left .I felt like I over laid for a bad product, it was almost 9$ for all the addons the girl put

Just got my vanilla bean with whip cream on it ( I did not ask for whip cram actually) At the drive tru window the girl dropped the cream inside the sink after I says to her that I did ask for... The cup was full of dropped cram , she gave to me without clean around or say sorry. I think this people have to be trained better. I will never go there again . After so many years still they don’t know how to serve the costumer at Starbucks So sad

Team can do much better with pouring up a nitro and customer service. I spend thousands of dollars at Starbucks and this is the only one I have to review about all others know how to follow instructions 🙃

This is gotta be the world’s worse Starbucks that it actually made me write a bad review, got there at 9 pm they closed the door in my face I asked if I can use the restroom and order a chai tea they said no go to the drive through, it took almost 20 minutes to order in the drive through and when I got to the window I can see my drink but they are just cleaning and doing even care about it, by the time I got it it was slightly warm. But the first thing she asked is to choose the tip amount 🤦🏻 Horrible! I would go to any other branch

Went through the drive thru. My order was for a hot drink so they gave me an iced drink. I told them it was wrong. The guy at drive thru was irritated and took it back. Then when they came back and handed me the drink. They intentionally made it to hot that I burnt my tongue including they made the wrong drink again. I called the manager and of course their phone was statically. I told “Chris” what happened and he apologized and asked me to come back to have it remade. Which, I plan on getting it done right but my tongue is burnt so I can’t even taste anything. After my personal experience I will never go back. I spend way too much money at Starbucks to have to get burned taking a sip. Location staff is horrible.

JASON was awfully rude to my daughter. even though she's in a wheelchair doesn't mean he's allowed to make fun of her for being special needs. She was very hurt and we will not be returning to this location.

Two extremely rude male workers, always writing things on my cup that make me feel uncomfortable. Happened this morning.

I was DENIED access to the restroom here even though I had let the worker know I am 6 months pregnant TWO times and it was an emergency. She repeated that they made no exceptions and I had to make a purchase before she can give me the restroom code. Completely illegal and poor service. Why would I make a purchase when I had made a purchase several hours prior at a different location? I have been a patron for years and frequent Starbucks often — even for quick restroom breaks. This is the only location I have ever been denied to use the restroom because I had to make a purchase first. I had to rush out of there to try and find another business that would let me use their restroom. Completely unacceptable.

Door is locked more than an hour before store closing time. More than five employees in there and half of them just chatting and doing nothing much. They nod me to go get back in the drive through line. Oh, and they ask for a tip at the end!

I was at the drive-thru getting a breakfast sandwich and my coffee just like usual, when I was handed my sandwich in the bags it looked out of place the buns were on one side and the insides were scattered in the bag and I noticed right away because it was very visibly noticeable and I told the employee who handed me the sandwich if I could have a different one because this one looks like it fell on the floor and she looked at it and saw what I saw and said ok let me get you different one, after she handed me the sandwich back I drive away but after I took another look at the sandwich she gave me it was visibly the same sandwich just assorted back together and I have pictures of this said sandwich 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮so people if you reading this please don’t eat at this location they will throw your food on the floor and try to hand it to you and when you confront them they will just give you back the same disgusting sandwich back 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮don’t eat here who knows what they do to the drinks.
