Thought I walked into a Jamaican place with the ice cold silent stares lol. Atleast Jamaican spots greet you. Anyway, I was eventually serviced, the the girl was nice and did her best at speaking English. Food was good and loved the rice. I will return mentally prepared lol.

The food was good but I wasn't aware that they charge 5.00 sitting fee(no one is 👀keep your eyes on your bills) also, when I requested back my money they said it was on the menu when IT WASNT. Got my money back. Sad part they took it from the tipping jar. So I gave her 3 00 tip. Because I chose too not tricked in too in my bills and she don't get nothing out of that which mean she lost out well 2. 00 cause I gave her 3. Sad!!!

I’ve read a mix of reviews—some good, some bad—and honestly, both sides make fair points. It’s important to understand that this is not a five-star restaurant; it’s more like a fast food place. So, if you manage your expectations, the experience makes more sense. As for customer service, it really depends on the time of day and who’s working. You might encounter someone who’s not very pleasant, or you might get someone who’s actually quite nice. It’s inconsistent. To be honest, I wouldn’t usually stop at a place like this. But I travel from a bit of a distance, and when hunger hits, I don’t always have a choice—so I end up grabbing whatever’s available. Sometimes the food is not too good, and other times it’s just ok.

I’ve had way better dominican food, this was just ok. Lacking flavor, some people in our party found their fish and meat dry. I find the prices high for what it is. $20 for chicken rice and beans. Service was very slow. Ordered some food and by the time they went to serve it they ran out and asked one person in our group what they wanted to replace it with and not the other person that also ordered. Had to remind waitress of parts of order that were missing. Drinks were overly sweet. There’s no kids menu or portion either so if ordering for kids you are better off just sharing. You also pay more if using a card vs cash. Our bill was $12 more for using a card. There was also no soap in the bathroom and walking in smelled of nail polish or something like that. Took us around an hour to hour and half to get our food. Wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER They treat horribly anyone who is NOT Dominican. All staff are racist. They attend and serve Dominican’s first, even though I arrived 20 minutes before! NEVER AGAIN! Estamos en el 2024!! Con esa actitud no van a llegar muy lejos 😡!!!

Lady was rude. I feel like she was being racist. As I ordered my food she said it’s to go right ? I tried to pay for my food but I feel like she kept pushing a button for it to decline. After that I Literally went across to get food and it was nothing wrong with my card.

Went to this place to order some food and I sat there for like 10 minutes. They don’t speak English and just ignores you. They don’t have a menu with prices so I don’t know what they have to order. You have to look in back of them to see the food. I just wanted beef with rice and beans on the side. They said “don’t have” then look around and they have it. My second being there this happened.

I placed an order for 3 smoothies and 3 hours later I called to the store to see what happen and all I kept hearing was " I'm sorry Mommy " the boss took the order and didn't say nothing. So as I customer I never got a call back saying why this happened . Plus some guy came on the phone to tell me that they had no strawberries and hung up. I'm disgusted with this place and that very bad customer service. I will never order from here ever again .
