Came here with my best friend. I had a good time, and our waiter Joshua was nice and attentive, friendly with suggestions about our food. I definitely recommend the snake rattle bites, but a heads up the music in here can be quite loud

Went for dinner with the wife and we were not disappointed. Kaysi did a wonderful job taking care of our needs and we were happy with the atmosphere. Few birthday parties and lots of couples and families of all ages enjoying some good steak and BBQ. Those rattler bites are amazing. I suggest the ranch. But if you like that Cajun Ranch go for it. My wife isn't into heat, but the regular ranch balances the heat well. I got the 8oz Sirloin with the ribs, the sirloin I got well done, came out just right. The loaded baked potato and broccoli complemented the dish quite well. My wife ordered the New York Strip and she was ecstatic when she took her first bite. The seasoning is spot on and delicious. Needless to say, we will definitely be coming back again!

Visited on a Friday night and faced a 55-minute wait, but it was absolutely worth it. The steaks were perfectly cooked, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Definitely one of the top steak spots in the DFW area!

It was good the fried pickles could have been done a little bit crunchier but the stake and the ribs were absolutely delicious.

Stopped by Texas Roadhouse To-Go while visiting home in DFW for the week—was seriously craving their rolls! The service was quick, and the server was kind and made conversation while I waited, which made the experience even better. Overall, it’s a great option if you don’t want to dine in but also didn’t call your order ahead. Solid service and still got that Texas Roadhouse flavor!

We came here to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. We didn’t wait too long for a table as we used the online waitlist to add our name to the queue. The server was attentive and friendly as was the manager. The orders were brought to the table, two of us had sirloin steak and two of us that cant eat beef well or don’t ordered chicken fried chicken. The sirloins were cooked as requested and all sides on all the orders were good. The problem came with one of the chicken fried chickens. There was a straight black hair on the food. All 4 of us have either curly hair with the exception of one with very amber straight hair across the table not near the side the person set the plate down on. When the manager was made aware, he said, “I’m sorry, I assume you want it remade.” They did so but we did not eat there. We boxed everything ourselves to check the food was good. The server was apologetic and polite throughout. If I did come back it would not be when it was this busy as it was dinner time during evening traffic, and many graduates were there also, hoping to avoid such another hygiene issue.

Seems like a great place for families or large groups although the wait was insane. We were told 30 mins but it ended up being over an hour. I was really hoping the food would be worth the wait and I’m happy to say it was. I got steak and shrimp with a baked sweet potato and side Cesar salad. Everything was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. They had some yummy mocktails I had a cranberry one and it was fire. So all in all it was worth the wait. It’s just a shame they don’t do reservations but I can understand why. It’s pretty busy. I also thought it was nice they have a to go walk up window.

The food here was very good and cooked perfectly. We did, however, find a hair in one of our dishes. Management handled it perfectly, came to the table, apologized, fixed the order, and discounted that dish. The atmosphere is inviting. It was very busy this night, and the wait time to be seated was 1.5 to 2 hours. They do text when you table is ready so you can wait in your car. It can be loud inside, so prepare yourself for that. The prices are reasonable and not overly priced. The service, tonight, was not up to par. After we were seated, we got our drinks, then got our food. Never saw the waitress again until she dropped the bill. I personally judge good service not by how many times they stop to check on you, but can they waiter or waitress be almost invisible, but still make sure your drinks, sodas, btw, stay filled. All 3 of our drinks ran out and sure would have been nice to have them refilled, especially with the prices of a soda, which is where they make their money. Costs pennies per drink. Hope this helps.

Our steaks were undercooked. Then we were told they no longer carry A1 sauce. We had 6 people and were put in a booth too small. The bathroom/kitchen area smelled horrible like urine. Not sure how the employees don't smell it & think to disinfect. The only good this was our server was amazing. Never had a good experience with food here. I will not be back to this location.

Our experience at Carmelo started off on a positive note. The waiter was welcoming in the beginning and seemed attentive at first. However, as the evening went on, the service noticeably declined. We ordered a steak medium, but it came out closer to well done. In addition, our food took an unusually long time to arrive, and we felt somewhat forgotten during the majority of the meal. Spending over $100, we expected a more attentive and consistent level of service. Although we still left a generous tip, the overall experience was disappointing. It seemed as though our waiter may not have truly wanted to be there, which affected the atmosphere of our visit. We hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

Tonight at approximately 9:30 PM, I had a very concerning experience at this Texas Roadhouse location. While eating my ribeye steak, I discovered a sharp piece of metal embedded in the meat. This could have easily caused serious injury or choking if I had swallowed it. I immediately notified the manager. When she came to the table, her response was extremely dismissive. She said “Oh, it’s just a piece from the grill cleaner,” as if that made the situation acceptable. She then looked at the server in a way that suggested we were overreacting, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Finding metal in food is a serious safety issue, regardless of where it came from. The lack of concern, empathy, and accountability made the experience even worse. This was not taken seriously at all, and because of that, I do not feel safe returning to this restaurant. I expected much better handling of such a dangerous situation.

I decided to take my kids to Texas Roadhouse for a meal and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I checked in, I clearly told the host it would be three of us, including my toddler. We were seated in a two-person booth, with no offer of a table or space for a high chair. Since my kids were already very hungry, I didn’t want to complain about the seating at that point, but it was definitely inconvenient and uncomfortable. When I ordered the kids steak for my toddler, I requested medium well. It came out well done. The fries also appeared overcooked and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. I even asked the server what he thought about the fries, and he mentioned they needed seasoning. Instead of replacing the plate, he brought back the same fries with seasoning added. As someone who works in the industry, I know the proper solution would have been to remake the plate entirely. I rarely complain about food, but the seating decision and how the situation was handled were disappointing. I expected better service, especially when dining with children.

I dont knowbhownmany times i have been here, I even left a 5 star review for service and food from 2 years ago. But tonight, I came in at 10:45 and had my order in to the bar by 10:50. The bartender was on top of his gane after a month of me being away and he recalled my drink, then the female bartender asked me for my order. I gave it to her med rare porter house, side of brocoli, and cup of chili to go. She entered it, and I tipped the male 10 for recalling my drink. She comes back and tells me no rolls or butter as they stopped making it.... I still tipped her at 20% while I watched the manager exclude my side of the bar from conversation (she was having with a patron for about 10 minutes). The brought my steak out by this point I have lost appetite for the steak due to it being half the meal I most enjoyed. I told the male bartender keep the food and walked out. What good is half the food and service when you can't enjoy what your paying for. Keep the food and my money which is rang through, and I will keep my patronage where it is valued.....

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went here as a party of 4 on a Saturday afternoon and we did the online wait and checked in when we got there. They were extremely busy but I thought it would be fine. I was extremely wrong. It took a while to get service in general but we ordered and waited for food to come. About 30-45 minutes later the waiter Jacob came over and told my cousin he lost her order so she reordered. He then says oh can I get everyone's order. So we are confused because he said he only lost hers but then he says he threw the order away and needed to get them again to put the order in. The table next to us sat down after us and got their food and left before we had food. Both mine and my aunt's orders were wrong and had to be sent back. When I asked to speak with the manager he made excuses for the waiter instead of taking responsibility and comping the meal. Finally they took a portion of it off, I paid and we left. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I was extremely dissapointed. I normally live abroad and customer service is taken seriously where I live. I won't go back to this restaurant ever again. 0 stars do not recommend.

Today I had the worst experience and I was so looking forward to this outing. I used an email for free appetizers-ribs they were delicious. We both ordered 6oz sirloin I asked for sweet potato and chili. My friend asked for double chili. The waitress gave him two bowl of chili. So I told them he only wanted two chili for his side. So they took one bowl and said two cup will substitute the bowl they brought. Check come out appetizer still showing and two updated for the bowls of chili. So I tell waitress she go to back come back and say it’s fix. Still showing appetizer and one upgrade for the chili. She tried to explain why the upgrade. Ma’am it was his sides no upgrade. She walks off and comes with a paper receipt…it’s fixed and walks away. Receipt still shows appetizer. At this point I’m frustrated we sit for her to return. I say it still shows the appetizer. She grabs the paper receipt and walks off. Comes back with another paper receipt here it’s off…then walks off. I was so disappointed I didn’t ask for rolls Togo nor my peanuts I just boxed up my food and left. Worst visit ever

I went last night with my wife my steak had a long hair in it and my wife's vegetables also had hair in them. We notified the manager and they brought back new plates. However i was unable to eat comfortably at this point and didn't finish the food. When we asked for the receipt they charged us full price. I was not expecting free food but at least some curtesy after the unpleasant situation.

II ordered to-go from here Thursday night and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My steak was completely burnt, not even edible, and the mac and cheese had zero flavor. I told the employees and the manager that night, and was told someone would call me the next day — nobody ever did. No one offered to remake my food or even give me a refund. The fact that they didn’t care at all is what really bothered me. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and acted like it didn’t matter. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
