I love this location. I actually would rather drive here than go to the cedar hill location which is less than 10 min from me. They are pretty quick and have great customer service. I recently had an issue where they messed ip my online order and the manager was so nice and remade my order quickly despite it being packed. The only con is how small the parking lot is but obviously the employees can't control that. Overall a great location!

The line may not be quick, but Jessica in the to go section has been on point every time I come in. Always dedicated, working diligently, and even while focused on orders, STILL takes a second to ask if her coworkers checked in on me. (In one case they had not, walked right past me like nothing, and she stopped her 6 orders to ask). In a world where top notch customer service is more than the money you make, people like her are going to make you stand out. From a previous Chipotle manager, this one is a dedicated keeper.

Came in 15 minutes to closing like I really normally try not to do, and really don't recommend you to either, just sharing my experience. The lady who made my burrito had to go get tortillas from the back, meanwhile the whole staff stayed very kind. My joking and smalltalk was met with smiles and kindness. there was plenty of ingredients left to get a nice yummy burrito made. Thank you very much to the ladies up front!

Whoever has been on rice duty needs a raise immediately!!! It’s so flavorful. You can genuinely taste the cilantro and lime they advertise. I even found a full bay leaf in my bowl and I’ve missed finding it!!! My food has been made outstandingly for the past 2 weeks I’ve been going there after work. I usually go around 6:00p-6:45p. Keep up the great work everyone 😭🙏❤️

The staff was pretty incredible, kind and efficient at this location, my burrito was very fat and gigantic; I guess my distant memories of my last time at Chipotle didn't prepare me for that 😅 honestly everything tastes good, the tomato is a little wet and with the cheese sauce it makes the whole thing wetter than I would have liked so I guess in the future I would just double wrap it 😅 the carne asada was really good (fattier and softer than the normal steak) and better than I thought, as well as the red chimichurri - though this is on the saltier side though! Overall nothing is skimpy, they are quick and nice, and the food is decent, better than what I remember 😂

Luv the food. Service is usually ok. Parking is a problem. On to the food. I was turned on to this place several years ago by a friend who said it was "good for you". I don't care if it is "good for you", I want it to taste good. Well it does. I usually get a steak bowl with everything on it. Except guacamolle, not that I don't like it. I just don't believe in paying $1.80 for a little scoop of it. Service has varied over the years with different crews. What bothers me is the ammount of food per visit. It just isn't concistant. Parking is not enough. They can't do anything about it, but it is a problem.

We got our food as we ordered it. There was a line but it moved quickly. The only reason why I wouldn't rate it 5-star is for a couple of reasons: 1. My dad wanted brown rice, saw they didn't have any and got white instead. I wanted brown rice too, but I told them that and then had to wait a few minutes before they brought out some more. 2. Most of the places to sit had dirty tables or dirty counter tops.

I always go to this Chipotle & I am happybwiththeir service. The only issue i had todaybis that the brown rice was not cooled completely. It was a bit hard. Other than that I have no other issues.

This is by far my most visited Chipotle location. The staff is always friendly, and they work very fast. I like it here because of the cleanliness the countertops, they are always clean. The serving area of the restaurant seems to be well kept, with clean rest facilities. My only complaint is the food is spicier than other locations. They seem to add extra jalapeños to their salsa’s, and more chipotle seasoning to their meats. There are times that I cannot stand the heat level of the food. Otherwise, great location, and I will continue to dine here.

We'll start with the good. The food was very good. Now the bad. The service was very slow, ALL of the employees were very disorganized. My order would get reversed on the line and then given to persons behind me. There was no urgency even when 6 other people arrived behind me. All of the tables were dirty. We had to clean the table the best that we could to sit down. Not a very good job by the staff.

The quality of this location is quickly declining. More often, the food isn't fresh and wait times are longer. I think this location needs some better management. It seems as if it can't keep up with the increasing population of the area. I ordered on line for 7:15 pick up time. I didn't receive my food until 8:00. People in line were getting their food quicker than I was. Defeats the purpose of on line ordering. Kudos to the employees who are busting their butts dealing with so many customers and keeping their composure.

This use to be my favorite location. Service has gone way down in the last few months. Employees are very combative. I ordered Tacos at my last visit. Quality was poor. Lettuce just sitting on top of the tacos. They were dry as well. Asked for Pico, gave me about 3 tomatoes on each taco.

This is my go to chipotle but man do they barely fill your bowl when you order takeout. It makes sense that they give you fair portions when it’s served right in front of your face, but ordering takeout is definitely not recommended. They’ll always make sure you don’t get a lot of food so they can “save” their portions for other orders.

The food can be a hit or miss sometimes. The only issue I’ve had this year when I’ve stopped on my way to work is the amount of chips being bagged. I got a medium bag of chips and it’s not even half way filled. Not trying to be that guy it’s just common sense. You pay for food, people deserve to receive what they paid for. Just my 2 cents.

First of all, I came in to order and the guy barely gave me a scoop of chicken. My boyfriend ordered right after me and the guy gave him 2 full scoops of chicken … What is that for ? I was so mad cuz I eat more than him. Do they train the workers to give women less and men more or something?? Not the first time that has happened either . The food was decent. Typical Chipotle taste of course, but they short you on the portions. I asked for extra beans and they literally put about a tablespoon of beans. When it was time to pay the guy was busy talking on the phone instead of asking me if i wanted chips or a drink. So i just let him do his thing. I paid and got a cup of water which he through in the bag. I think he got mad because i made a comment to my wife about him talking on the phone instead of taking my order correctly. Take your personal calls to the back. Step away or pretend you need to go to the restroom buddy. Keep it professional while on the floor.

We quit going to this location. The food is often not very warm, portion sizes vary greatly, and regardless of how many employees are working, the dining room is almost always neglected. More often than not, the tables are dirty and and tea is empty, and on some visits I am surprised that this place hasn't been shut down by the health department. While the food here can be good, it just isn't worth the gamble.

The chicken burrito I had was small. Normally at Chipotle they load the tortilla with ingredients. I also ordered chips and guacamole, the chip bag they handed me was almost the same feel as you get when you buy chips from a vending machine. It was supposed to serve 2 people. Glad I was alone. I had to question was it just me until I saw a gentleman walk back in showing the manager on duty 3 containers of salsa, all of which were filled about 1/3 of the way. It was funny because all they had to do was completely fill up one container and use less plastic or were they trying to give off the illusion that they were giving him 3 salsas? It had been a while since I've been to a Chipotle and was not aware of the downsizing of the food but not the price. The food they did give me was good and should have been enough to satisfy me but I walked away hungry.

Whoever wrapped and stuffed this burrito needs to go through training again. After the first two bites all the meat was gone, and I had a veggie burrito plate cause the thing fell apart-- it's a little bit comical, but 2 stars for sure. Covid burrito season has been 0/2-- once at Carrier, and once at the Arkansas location.

Came in right around 8pm on a Friday night - & there was a bunch of chicken was sitting on the grill just burning with barely any protein in the containers at the food line. I asked for vinaigrette for my salad at the register. She went to go look but said they were out... I accepted my loss but then I heard the gentleman behind me ask for vinaigrette as well and they gave him 1 from the Togo bar. I overheard the employees talking to each other saying "this is for the Togo orders." I went back up and asked for vinaigrette and they are hesitant!! 1 of the employees tell the other employee "well you gotta make more now" Never been to such a bad chipotle location. Not everyone seemed as lazy though. The two young ladies with braids who ran the food line were nice and welcoming.

Let me start by saying this is the messiest and slowest Chiptole I've ever been to. My husband and I got there about 9:30 pm and there was 1 customer in the building. They had 1 person making food orders while everyone else was doing other things around the restaurant. I saw about 5 others, one was our cashier, one seemed to be restocking food bins and the other idk what they were doing. We had to wait about 15 minutes before he finished to start our order. I understand it was towards the end of the night but the amount of food on every counter, table, food serving area even the floor was ALOT! The drink area looked like it hadnt been stocked or clean all day. Our food bins even had food all over them. Definately wouldnt go back to this location.

I love Chipotle but this one just didn't cut it. I was highly disappointed with my chicken bowl. I noticed that the grill was extremely dirty and black with burned steak meat on it. That should have been my sign to leave, but I thought surely the chicken would be in better condition. Unfortunately I was mistaken. The chicken looked OK however I could not eat my bowl due to the burned flavor over powering the rice, beans etc. I also purchased a bag of chips and tried one chip before walking away from the register and it has definitely been sitting out and was a few days old. They gave me another bag and it was the exact same thing so I decide against purchasing chips. They then took my receipt gave me a refund for the chips but did not return my receipt. I going through the line was not as simple as other locations. The workers seemed quite confused as to what their job was. I will do my best to avoid this location at all cost even though it is close to my work place. I love to give praise, but this was not a good experience at all.

I wish I had seen the reviews before going, but the portion problem is so true. I bought 6 $10 burritos, and they seemed like taco sized. My family was still hungry after a $70+ meal... Go to a mom and pop shop or anywhere else, really, and see what a $10 burrito really looks like. If you come here, just come mentally prepare and get onto them about the portions. If they can mini scoop you, they definitely will.

If you're craving mediocrity and you've never had a quality meal to compare this to, this is your place. You get to enjoy the soup kitchen line while decoding the cryptic menu, only describing the components of an entree. Then, describing to a disgruntled scooper person how much of the bland stuff in the warmer to put into a bowl. Enjoy.

The location at 4095 S. Carrier in Grand Prairie should stop selling gift cards. This is my second visit were they’re not taking gift cards. However, they have a display selling them. Basically they’re stealing from the consumer because the food has already been paid for.

Not sure who owns this restaurant but I live down the down street and I visit once or twice week, and I’ve noticed the air has been out for quite some time. It was unfair and not reasonable working conditions for their staff. This location has the best staff members and the food is great. It’s unfair to have them working in those conditions and it 95 degrees outside. This staff deserves better and the air needs to be fixed ASAP.

Here goes another Chipotle location that sucks, do they all don’t know how to train their staff now to follow instructions and properly prep a bowl? My pickup order was all wrong.. I asked for no beans so they skimped out on my chicken which basically have maybe 6 pieces and added beans which says NO beans, and did not include my lettuce. This bowl is soggy and nasty because the beans juice soaked up all the rice. It’s like eating freaking bean porridge. SMH

Worst Chipotle. Went there last night and there were signs saying they wee taking online orders only and they were out of guacamole as usual. We placed an order via app. The food we received was cold and the order wasn't prepared correctly. It literally looked like they just threw the bowls together and didn't follow the order at all! I stopped going to this location for a while because the attitude of the staff is just horrible, restaurant dirty and I'm NEVER able to tell who the manager is. Corporate needs to send someone out to revamp this location quick!

Rude, Rude, Rude!!! Customer service here is TERRIBLE! Caroline, one of the cashiers, is rude! A young hispanic guy about 6'0 and a little overweight, also very RUDE! I will NEVER return to this particular Chipotle again, in LIFE! And judging by the reviews, they have had several issues with customer service and cleanliness. So where is the change, or does management not care. Food looks thrown together and unsanitary, staff is rude and VERY unprofessional. Are the employees being trained properly, or do they just hire and put them to work? This millenial generation, irritates me! Do they not know that we are the customers, the ones paying your bills? Why not treat us like you care? But it seems like they could care less, customers seem to be more of a burden, rather than someone they appreciate for choosing to eat at their location. Again, I will NEVER return to this location again. Why continue to pay your hard earned money to be treated rudly? Not me, not again!

My son went to pickup an online order at 659 p.m. and was told they were closed. When he told them why he was there they walked away and then came back and said name and then basically threw his bag on the counter with no words. First who closes at 659pm on a Friday night and basic customer service skills even basic manners saying hello and thank you are not difficult. This will be the last visit to this Chipotle.

This new manager that's been there about 2 weeks now is RIPPING THE CUSTOMERS OFF!!!!! I've watched this guy and now have personally experienced this dude have his staff give you a half scoop of ingredients then charge you extra for just getting the same bowl that you would normally get. I've been coming to this Chipotle 2 times a day for the last 2 years, but I WILL NOT be coming back to this location as long as this guy is manager.

If I could give zero stars I would . Every time I’ve come here for the past two years the customer service and the food have been horrendously disappointing. Today I had undercooked rice and I waited 5minutes before anyone greeted me to take my order. The employees visibly saw that there was a line but continued their own conversations amongst each other while not serving ANYONE! HOW DISRESPECTFUL. It’s time to clean house and start from the ground up .

I used to like this location, but haven't been there in a few months. Last week I decided I wanted a burrito. As they were making it, I noticed they had gotten quite stingy with the ingredients. It ended up being about 2/3 the size of a normal burrito. Once I got to the checkout, their system was down and the were filling out carbon credit card slips for card customers. Being very cautious about identity theft and my card numbers, I left without getting my food. The staff was not nearly as friendly and they were in utter chaos in handling the computer issue. Obviously, the new Manager there is not doing a very good job. This location has seen the last of me. Never again.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. Felt rushed through my entire order. Girls were more interested in talking to each other rather than getting orders right. Wasn't asked if we wanted guacamole. Had to have the guy at the register ask the girl working that section for it. But WORST of all is we had our order to go. Got home picked the bag up to only to have our food fall out of the bottom because the girls didn't shut the bowls right. My wife went back to get our order again, against my choice. She got home and the SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED. Twice our food ended up on the floor because the employees didn't close the bowls correctly, and to top it off a bunch of meat and bean juice leaked all over my car seat. So now I have to get that cleaned. Will never be back to this location. EVER.

Even though I love the food and have been patient I seriously have to say this in hopes that whoever is the manager pays attention. I live near the establishment, come here at 2-3 times a week and I constantly noticed this: - always running out of sweet tea. Every time I go there is never sweet tea ready. NEVER. - tables are not attended nor cleaned after. - always crowded and slow service even though they have bunch of people working. That tells me that the manager lacks attention to details. - the grill always dirty always. That is all.

Ordered through app, as I have done several times at different locations, including this one on Carrier a parkway in Grand Prairie. My $30 order was incorrect. I received a veggie bowl in place of a veggie salad. Mistakes happen. I was prepared to add my own salad mix to fix the issue. The biggest problem is that our bowl and 2 burritos were ICE COLD. The bowl and both burritos felt as if they were prepared with food straight out of the refrigerator... cold. The order was still being prepared when I arrived, which was no problem at all, so the cold food isn’t because it sat out on the shelf too long. I had a 5 minute drive to my destination ( usually I drive 20 minutes home with food from Mansfield location and have not had cold food), so that wasn’t the problem. I don’t give poor reviews on public forums because I believe that everyone is doing their very best every day. However, someone intentionally filled my order with ICE cold food. I took 2 bites of my bowl (supposed to be a salad), just hoping the first bite was just salsa, but no, the rice and black beans were ice cold. The 2 burritos were 1/2 eaten by 2 teenaged boys ( who usually eat the entire burrito and chips and guacamole) because food straight from the refrigerator does not taste good. I called the restaurant at Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. I was kept on hold for 20 minutes after briefly and kindly sharing the experience with an employee, before the manager hung up on me. I will not be returning to this restaurant. I have used the app for pickup several times at different locations and this is been my only unacceptable experience.

Horrible management. There 5 employees at the front and only was working. His name was Enrique, everyone was else was too busy trying to close 55 minutes early. I arrived at 9:05 and didn't get my food im until 9:25. The reason why Enrique was taking so long was because he was about 5 online orders behind. His crew mates were not helping him at all, there was one guy being trained which I understand.But the guy training was spraying a chemical on the wall to clean it and I saw the white chemical get all over the food, which is considered a health hazard. So not even the trainer is trained. But there were two more employees just walking and ignoring the fact two guest were waiting to get food. At one point there were all just standing there talking except for Enrique.By the time I got my food there were 6 more people in line, and yet no one else was attending the line. Honestly as a general manager or even a manager I would be embarrassed. Please train your employees properly.

Currently employees have a attitude and don’t ask if you’ve been helped even when they see you standing at the pick up section of the restaurant. Management is a joke if this is your staff. I usually have good experiences but I had to wait about 30 mins after the time I was given on the app and that’s ridiculous to me. Don’t advertise the app to make service “faster” if it isn’t going to be. Also - I was at restaurant there was probably 7-8 people in line (so not busy at all)

I have made several orders online at this location and unfortunately it’s never been ready for pick up. Today we ordered at 5 for a pick up say 5:45 giving them enough time to have it ready for pick up. Walk in to nothing being ready as usual. I see tons of people walking in and walking out ordering and nothing for us. Ask the cashier and she says we don’t have it yet we are working on it’s now 6:15. More and more people walk in walk out or door to enjoy their food and we still wait on our order. We ask again for an update and get told they still haven’t started and apologized for this. It’s now 6:50 and is still not ready ???? But again so many people have come in and out of line being served when I ordered over an hour ago now. This chipotle location sucks. The new location is where we will be ordering at from now on.

Terrible customer service. Literally nobody greeted us, ever. One worker smiled at us. They were “out” of white rice. No, they just didn’t want to get it out because it was 9:30pm and they were closing in 30 minutes. But then 7 other people got in line and wanted white rice and were told there was none. The store was also filthy. Do not recommend.

Stood there for about 10 minutes before even being helped. There had only been one person ahead of me. All of the staff focused on online orders and not the patrons present. They started my order and then stopped to focus on the online order and then it took them five minutes before i left because my food was just sitting out while they worked on others. One of the worst managed chipotles I've seen.

My biggest gripe of a chipotle is when they do not serve the proper meat portions. Asked for double chicken and received half scoops equaling one scoop not double as I asked for. Therefore I paid for triple chicken fry and get double which was unnecessary. But I did receive four scoops of white rice when I just asked for double rice which was not necessary. Do not recommend this location.

Went in around 8:30ish on Halloween to get my daughter a burrito and myself the vegetarian bowl. I wanted brown rice and the asian young man said they didn't have any so I had to settle for white. I got home and was highly disappointed. My bowl just tasted extremely salty. This was first time ever being disappointed with a bowl purchased from Chipotle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve lived in this area for 23 years and I’ve never had a bad experience here until today and I will not be back. The guy that did my bowls was extremely rude I had two bowls and he put the wrong thing on the incorrect bowls once I told him I didn’t want those ingredients on said bowls he literally started going off on me the employee standing next to him even looked at him crazy because of the way he was talking to me if i wasn’t buying the food for someone else I would have left I asked the young lady to finish my bowls since he was rude and when I told him he was rude he shrugged his shoulders saying he didn’t care and moved on to the next guest. I’m FURIOUS. I won’t be back.

Staff is not the friendliest.. customer service is hard to find these days. I quit coming here for awhile because they were always out of toppings or what not. Decided to give another try. Ordered from the app for pick up. I was there while they were making it (they were behind on pick up orders) they new this, and instead of telling me they were out of 3 items they just made the burrito… if I only wanted rice and meat I would have ordered that… just some customer service would have been nice letting me know your out of something instead of just giving me a plain $12 burrito….

So their card reader went down, the line was out the door. They told everybody to order online which I did, they took over 30 minutes to make my plate even though the online app said it was ready. Somebody is just checking off plates so they don’t look bad for corporate, but it was a mess. The restaurant was filthy, I almost didn’t even want to eat my food after seeing the mess. Then they completely messed up my online order and I didn’t get at all why I wanted. Chipotle usually is a wonderful experience, not at this location. Now I see why they have such a bad rating on Google. It’s a shame, I really love their food.

This has to be the worst Chipotle in the entire metroplex! I just stood in line with my family for 35 minutes, only to be told that they're out of what we're wanting to order. Keep in mind that it's only 6:30, so it's not like it's close to closing time. I understand that things like this can happen but this is not the first time I've experienced this at this location. Do yourself a favor and skip this location altogether.

the 2 teenage girls here are very rude , one of them speaks very low and gets mad when someone cannot hear her or even understand her, my boyfriend told the cashier we were paying with separate cards and when the other girl that had my boyfriend’s kid meal in hand, heard that she basically threw the tray on the counter out of frustration lol i gave her the dirtiest look . should’ve gotten the manager.

So I arrived today at 10:47am to order food, walked inside and noticed that the kitchen was still getting ready. This was fine by me, but the lady rudely said "we're not open" and I said, "the sign on the door says '10:45am'". She said, "but we're not ready yet".. which was evident. Then she turned to her co-worker and said "They're gonna have to go outside". So after not being ready at the time your restaurant is not open, your response is to put your customers outside during 39 degree weather? Cool. (Literally)

I usually come to this chipotle and have never experienced this issue until today. I came in for a veggie bowl and asked for more rice than the 1/3 scoop that the woman gave me. With an attitude, she told me that she would have to charge me for extra. I kindly told her that I didn’t want extra; I simply wanted enough to cover the bottom of the bowl at the least. She got a full scoop of rice and shook it until there was barely anything on it, added it to my bowl, crossed her arms, and began staring at me. When I asked to speak to the manager, I found out that she was the manager in addition to another gentleman that was serving food. I saw them exchange a glance, laugh, then the gentleman came over and asked what the problem was after witnessing the incident. He kindly expressed that they have a new policy regarding portions and I kindly explained that I understood however, as a manager, there is a better way to deliver a message. Upon the completion of our conversation. The female manager rolled her eyes and I left. Other customers were just as confused as I was. I simply won’t be back to this location. Best of luck.

My order was completed wrong. So wrong I don't know how it could've been so wrong. Only the rice meat and shredded cheese was right on it. Terrible. And I ordered a large chips and queso and they gave me a small.

VERY disappointed! These last few orders I have placed online at this location. They have SHORTED the meat servings! Barely anything. A steak burrito I order online only had about 10 small counted Cubes of steak. For the price I am paying for this RICE burrito is such ridiculous. I feel like they do it intentionally since the customers do not see the orders until the order gets home.

Was at the front of the line for 15 minutes. Took 20 minutes to actually get an order. Employee's working at a snail pace. Took them 8 minutes to get more tortillas from the back and the manager was complaining to them how they left spilled food on the floor without cleaning it up. By the time we left, we had a huge line behind us. Slowest Chipotle ever and we were at the front of the line. No sense of urgency and 6+ employees working there. If you want Chipotle, go to a different location. Do not recommend this location at all. UPDATED 3/3/2020 Don't come to this location. Not worth it. They don't listen, they have no understanding of cleanliness and their food sanitation standards are NOT up to par. Go to another location.

I was there today and was in the order line. The lady that was there started preparing my order. As I went down the line I told her that I wanted green chile but she managed to give me a large scope of red chile in my bowl. I told her that I wanted green. She tells me no you said red, even though I said green. In any case she was confused on what to do next and another employee came who was cleaning another area of the restaurant. She grabbed a napkin and was going to scope out the red chili sauce from the bowl. I told her that it had gone all over the bowl and if she could please make me another one with the right sauce. They both look confused but after telling them twice that I wanted a new bowl they made me one. The issue here is that they were going to scope out the red sauce with a napkin and did not think twice that there was anything wrong with that. I called the manager, whose name was Ron and he managed to tell me that I should of said something when I was there. I told him since they made me a new bowl, I just wanted to leave After thinking about it I wanted to bring it up to their attention. I told him that its unsanitary and disgusting to think you can scope out a large portion of red sauce with with a napkin and serve it to a customer. He was standoffish and didn't think there was a problem with that. I have opened a case with Chipotle but I doubt they even care. I will be putting in a complaint with the Texas Health department of Public Services. That was pretty disgusting that their employees would think that is okay. On another note, I have seen this done with burritos when they have issues with the tortillas breaking apart.

Im so sick of when i order from here lately my bowl isnt even nearly full. We pay 10$ for a half a bowl... and half of it is $1 worth of rice if that. You cant call any1, email only. Then you get a credit of a small queso. And 50% of the time half of the chips are stale! Must be pickup orders. Check ur order b4 leaving. These resturants want your business and are getting worse by the week!! BTW. CHRIS. Its a circus trying to email. I do believe my number is on my profile. I ordered a vegan bowl. The Service was terrible. The place was filthy, the countertops at checkout had food all over it. The rice was super mushy and stuck together in mini balls. The avocados in my guacamole were super hard. My chips tasted like they were cooked/over cooked in old grease and they were stale. I LOVE chipotle. But I will NOT be coming back to this location

Jenifer lied and said they were out of cheese, lettuce, and black beans. After she made my food, her co worker walked all those things up to the front for others food. I brought a large bag of chips with my order and majority of the bag had uncooked chips that were stuck together.

Worst Chipotle ever. Waited 20+ minutes over pickup time, multiple times. More often than not my order is wrong, to the point that online support requires me to take pictures for a refund because even they think it is unbelievable. Once I waited 15+ minutes in the parking lot for my curbside delivery, only to find it on the shelf inside. Cashier said they were "not performing curbside anymore today" as if I should know that. Final straw was finding roaches crawling around my food. They do not deserve your business; find a better location.

The two Mexican girls at the front taking my order were reaching over each other to make bowls I found it extremely unprofessional. I’ve managed at busier locations and never have I ever seen anything like that. Then when I asked for a side of corn the deployment employee tried to make it for me when I had already asked gloved up maría to make it for me 🙄. I honestly shouldn’t have paid but I’d been craving chipotle since yesterday. In summary, the service was so fast and hectic that it was almost disrespectful. You don’t have to go slow but you can give each customer undivided attention. There’s no need to be slopping food on bowls to get people through the line. Cause by going so fast on my order they were spilling sauces all over the next lady’s order. Just disgusting. And clean up after yourselves, it looks a mess on the line.

I ordered a chipotle bowl the first time I arrived there and the chicken was cold or undercooked, the employee girl didn't know what guacamole is and the service was slow. I ordered it multiple times again and it was through doordash. At first, I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt to give them a chance but this chipotle ain't it. One time, my bowl had a redundant amount of sour cream and the rice was undercooked. Another time, they forgot to put chicken, beans, and rice... my bowl only had guacamole, sour cream, cheese and beans. Charging me for food you didn't even put into my bowl is an out right scam. Poor food quality, horrendous service, never going again and neither should you.

Food was good but the young lady helping seemed agitated having to work & help me. Plus the music was too loud in the store. I had to yell my order for the young lady to hear. It didn’t help she was whispering back to me.

05/15/25 Afternoon (about 3:00pm). 5 young female employees (this includes the manager), line backed up towards door, one female was on serving line helping customers and ringing up the orders (just one person for all the customers who walked in) I could see another in the back, and one making online to go orders at the station on the side, but what gets me is that you could see the Manger and another employee mixing rice while giggling nonstop (are they making fun of us while we wait?, or is it they are high? Regardless, it is a lack of maturity). Again, one employee helping customers, including ringing them up, while the manager and another female mixes rice, personally I think they were high. The upside for Chipolte is that they can now market a third choice for rice, "white rice, brown rice, and giggle rice." I'm not sure of the managers name (young, petite, Latina), but I would assume it's safe to call her "Giggles".

Don't order here. They still cheat you on the meat portions. I ordered double steak and chicken and literally got less than what you get in just a normal portion. The is their second time doing this. I did not get the credit promised to my wallet on the Chipotle app either so I will be disputing it with my bank. At this point, it seems it costs less to eat out but I'll continue cooking myself before I get cheated out of what I paid for.

Yeah I’m a snitch but he trifling. Okay, here I am again giving chipotle a chance, I’m starving like Marvin so this is what I decided on - I get here and this young man is on his phone and eating with the same gloves he touches peoples food with! This hand to mouth and handling other people’s food is unacceptable. Talk about stopping the spread… I just really can’t deal with this service these days. Well, first of all the place is nasty, tables and chairs dirty, not to mention the fountain soda stand and the floor. The employees are extremely rude, and the food looks like it has been sitting in there all day long, the meat is dry and no fresh anything.

This was a miss!! Mobile orders are kept behind the counter and not on the rack per usual. I wasn’t told my order was ready which caused me to spend 10 additional minutes waiting on it. Then I had to ask two different people for my order. I witnessed face scratching with their gloved hand 😮 and I almost walked out. The food was extremely spicy, I think it was the rice. The men were behind the counter at least 5 and the women I saw were talking out the trash. Overall I will seek another location for my orders.

The guy with the face tattoo working here has a horrible attitude! He got upset just because I asked for extra rice. He clearly should not be in a customer service job. I usually have good experiences at this chipotle but that was the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten.

I arrived at 9:45pm closing time was 11:00 pm, I wad the only customer I stood amazed that it was 3 workers noticed me but continued to clean different areas of the country ter and stove, no one said anything but they knew I was there. I didn't say anything because I just wanted to see how long it would take before I would receive service finally a young lady stopped came over without words and just stood on the other side of the counter. At that point I just told her my order, , she made it, first words I heard was my total, no thank you ate anything. I walked out thinking I was just in the twilight zone. The worse service I have ever received. 😫

This store needs more training as far as mobile orders. The app says they'll be placed on the pick up rack, yet the person working was keeping them behind the counter which is pointless. I waited 20 additional minutes past my pickup time only for them to realize it had been there the whole time. And to add on top of if, my bag broke and my food spilled on the floor.

Too busy trying to close the store than make money. Just go tot he arlingron locations way better. I will never be back .

This location desperately needs some help in teaching or training or both. The first issue with my order, I figured it was late and close to closing so maybe the staff was tired. Today, 7/21/25, got our order from online pickup, got home, and noticed it was all wrong. Mine did not have the guacamole that I paid extra money for. My son's order had such a small portion you could see the bottom of the bowl still. Completely not worth dining here. Side note, when trying to get with customer service the pepper AI just offered a reward that would be expiring rather than refunding the money. Poor customer service support.

A “double rice and double protein bowl”. Beware of this location, especially if you order online, they consistently short you on your portions if you don’t check while you’re there. I had to be at work and I decided to check my bowl and this is what my bowl looked like, had to have them remake the entire thing. Looks as if someone had been eating out of my bowl. To make matters worse on consistent occasions you can order your food online and show up 25 mins after the intended pick up time and the store will still not have started on your order, and on various occasions they completely whiff on my requested order by giving me the wrong one. If I could give this location 0 stars I would because of their lack of urgency and no desire to serve their customers. A true disgrace to the Chipotle food chain.

Where do I even begin? The employees are beyond rude and impatient! It’s filthy as hell in that place all the ingredients are pretty much mixed in with each other so good luck if you’re allergic to anything. They pretty much drag your burrito thru trash and old food as you order. My anxiety was thru the roof in here. Avoid this place if you can!

Worst Chipolte experience ever!!! All of the staff and manager need training on customer service skills. The meats were all empty, the service area was the worst and messy had not been cleaned. The manager who ever it was, would not come to speak to me personally when I asked to speak to a manger about my meal. It was so salty I couldn’t eat. I asked if it could be replaced and they said no because all of the meat was cooked the same, I explained I could not eat and wanted another choice of meat, they said you have to go stand in the back of the line and order again, if you order a different meat we will have to charge you. I went through the line and they didn’t have the ingredients filled and said I would have to wait 20 minutes. I then said I just want a refund, they said the manager went on break -and were all laughing. I waited by the register until she came back from break and got my refund! Never will I come back to this location!
