When ordering a veggie burger, you typically don't have high expectations. The burgers are meh, and taste ok at best. However, Chapps sets the standard when it comes to burgers! Everything about the burger was just PERFECT; right from the grilled onions, and jalapenos, to the slightly charred taste of the patty, and the fresh and soft buns. The cajun fries were crisp, nicely seasoned, and extremely flavorful. The portion size of the fries was quite generous as well. Overall, if you are someone who enjoys a good burger, this place is a must try!

The onion rings are definitely a must! The burger was a Nolan Ryan it was juicy and flavorful in every bite. The turkey burger was also very good so were the sweet potato fries. The service was great the place is not noisy and it's a view of the shops around you.

Fried egg as a topping in a burger is the best thing since sliced bread! Came and tried the knockout burger, and my hunger was definitely knocked out by the burger! 🍔 The loaded fries were somewhat disappointing. The toppings were good, amount of fries was sad.

Got some good burgers and fries for not a bad price. They can cook the burger patties to order if you're wanting it medium rare or redder. Good portions and great burgers, 10/10 will come again.

Got what we wanted. Basically good food, just not exceptional. Therefore, not a five star. Service staff was pleasant and attentive. Pricing was a bit higher than we like, but is in keeping for a gourmet sandwich these days. Good spot for a dinner before going to the local movies nearby.

First time here. We got two burgers, 2 orders of fries, 1 drink and it was $31. So the burger was a decent size and. really juicy. It was cooked just right, but It wasn’t flavorful, it was pretty basic tasting. The Cajun fries were so highly seasoned, it just ruined the fries and couldn’t eat them. It was empty when we ate here, food took about 15 minutes which was fine since it’s not fast food anyways. The guys behind the register were friendly and the place was really clean.

Although recently this place hasn’t had the best reviews, I wanted to give it a shot as I drive by it almost everyday and have been interested. While it wasn’t a horrible experience by any means, it’s not somewhere I’d need to go back to. We ordered takeout - two 1984 Burgers and an order of regular and Cajun fries. The fries were okay, but definitely seemed like the end of the batch and overdone yet cold. Overall the burger was also okay but had a soggy bun as it looked like it wasn’t toasted at all. What I wasn’t impressed with the most was the over ripe avocado on both burgers. Just a bit frustrating when paying for a $12 burger - was hoping for fresher ingredients. The girl at the desk was friendly and helped my promptly.

I love Chapps, but I dislike coming to this location although it is closer to me. I typically drive to the location in North Arlington off Green Oaks. This location can never seem to get my order correct although it’s a basic order. My burger was made incorrectly today and they simply wiped off my burger patty, slapped a new piece of cheese on the patty, and toasted a new top bun. I’ll continue to drive across town from here on. The two girls at the front were nice though!

Ordered grilled chicken sandwich and said no cheese. Blue cheese was added. Ugh! I also ordered sweet potato fries that were string fries and were burnt!

The owners review wasn't an apology at all. Look at the pictures and how long I've been eating here and that's what they said to me. Yup you definitely care. This wasn't my first bag meal there just the worst. I've been eating here for almost 15 years. But this place must have new owners. See photos... It's of a turkey burger and sweet potato fries. The burger was greasey and tasted like it was cooked in red meat grease. Cause I don't eat red meat I could tell. But I was hungry so I ate some not all. My daughter got a quarter pound burger with cheese and Cajun fries. Fries looked burnt to me. We ordered the same size but she had twice the amount I had. But my biggest issue is the prices. I paid almost $28.00 for this meal. Now if they were gourmet burgers and my food tasted worthy I don't mind paying those prices, but not for this. 5 months ago that same order was under twenty books. We won't be back. That place was like a ghost town. They're about to go out of business. Sad....

Customer service is excellent. But the burgers and grilled chicken are horrible and way too expensive. Wendy’s burgers taste better than there’s. Chicken was rubbery and dried for being grilled. Burger was horrible. No flavor at all. Tasted frozen. I won’t go back and y’all don’t go and waste your money there. Going out to eat is already expensive. Don’t waste what you have left there. Go somewhere else. Go to Chili’s there’s is better and cheaper plus they have better deals there.

Had to be one of the worst burgers I have had in some time. The meat was over cooked, dry and burned on both sides. The fries were soggy with what appeared to be old grease and just had that greased taste to them. The egg I requested and paid extra on the burger was over cooked, burned and had no runny yoke. Very disappointed for a $30 meal.
