Stopped in to grab a late dinner for the family it was a cold rainy night. After getting home to central Arlington we discovered part of our order was incorrect unfortunately. Which is bound to happen from time to time but where they stood out was in service after the fact. We called in spoke to manger on duty Claudia and after just a short explanation. We where reassured out would be made right same night or another night if we didn't want to get back out. In a time when so many places give you such a hard time and some flat out refuse to fix their mistakes this was a welcome surprise. Claudia was outstanding the next evening for us and we would definitely take our business back.

Wasn't busy when we got there but quickly started getting busy. Food was pretty good except the XL Chili dog. Chili appeared and tasted old and over cooked. And the hot dog was very light colored leading me to believe that it wasn't beef. The tacos were really good as was the chicken strips and gravy. Service wasn't bad. And I liked dealing with a human rather than a computer monitor.

Went thru the drive-thru. Great service. The blizzard of the month & the new holiday shake🤤🤤😋 Amazing Update. Went again last night(10/18) & realized why I didn't know about the Fall Line-up blizzards. It's because they have 0 signage up of it in the drive thru. That is a crime against humanity. I had to Google to see the correct name of the new shake & blizzard of the month (which are on the drive-thru menu) & discovered the Fall blizzards. Unacceptable. The drive-thru employee said he didn't know if they had signage for it in the lobby because he only works drive-thru. Get on it! Had this same issue in February with the Red Velvet Cake blizzard. The boy didn't flip any of my 4 blizzards upside down either because they were already runny.

It's your typical Dairy Queen. Service was ok. I don't order food from them, I dont like it. The burgers taste like vegetable protein pattys, and the frys never have any taste. The tacos are horrible. I will only get an ice cream and a drink when I do stop in. Most Dairy Queens are understaffed. This one seemed to be as well. However, my order was filled quickly. Most due to me being the only one there.

30 minutes for my meal was crazy! & the Dr. Pepper was trash but I didnt even want to say anything about it after sitting there for that long.

This location has food consistency issues depending on how busy the restaurant is and quality and service varies throughout the week. Usually, the food is appealing to the eyes and tastes good. But I've noticed presentation suffers when there's more than 5 cars in the drive thru. The DQ app is worthless bcuz they constantly have internet issues. Sadly, this is the only location close to my house so options are limited. Consumer beware.

Ordered from DoorDash and the first person brought my food and I noticed the ice cream sandwich was missing so I let Door dash know and they recorded my food again and then the food came and yet again the ice cream sandwich was missing yet again. If it wasnt available they were surprose to call me but I got no call either time and the second time DoorDash made the order. But it was exactly the same. But not only did the forget and item twice but there was a funnel fro. The fountain in my drink. My mom at the second order and the only reason she found this is because she wanted to eat the ice but to her surprise it wasnt ice in the cup. I have pictures as well. Smh DQ...SMH!

Ordered online ahead of arrival. Food wasn't even started when we arrived (about twenty minutes). Took an additional 30 minutes of waiting to get it. And they didn't give us all of our $80 order. I write this for whomever owns or manages this. Get your house in order. This is not an acceptable way to run your business. Will not return. About 2:40-3:20 Sunday afternoon 2/15.

There is a sign in the window and a sign on the menu board for the $7 meal deal. I went to the drive and order the $7 and the person on the speaker said "We don't do the $7 meal anymore" The guy was polite but just ignored me when I said it's on the menu still. There are literally 2 huge $7 meals signs right now. The food was decent but I paid $12 for what should have been $7.

I recently visited Dairy Queen and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The chicken strips I ordered were coated in old, soggy breading and chicken was incredibly dry. The French fries were also a letdown, as they were served cold and soggy, completely lacking any crispiness. To make matters worse, the fountain drinks were lukewarm and flat, with no ice to be found. While I understand that it's a fast-food restaurant, the quality of the food should not be this abysmal. Overall, my dining experience at Dairy Queen was incredibly unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal. Management should really look into training staff and checking food quality

This chicken taco salad was so small that it actually offended me and made me mad as hell...$7.29 salad wasn't worth $4...they didn't even have the respect to fill up the salad bowl...I won't be back... They have already raised the price of their food all across the board and now they are starting to cut portions from dismal to disrespectful amounts.... It's not the dairy Queen I grew up on... They used to care about their customers. Now it's the all mighty dollar they care about... Welll they won't be getting any more of mine. Shame on Dairy Queen for selling out their down-home country ethics. Now they are just another stingy corporate cheapskate... Thanks for taking a good deal of my money and giving me nothing for it.
