First one we been to that doesn’t have a smell the moment you walk in!!! Our server was absolutely wonderful! So very sweet and kind! Food was amazing.🤩 The restaurant it self, was clean and had very good lighting, most are dark and cold! We will be back for sure!

I had a business lunch here. Both the hostess and Noble made us aware that they were busy with larger groups. Noble, no matter how busy, he continued to keep us updated on our order, refilling our drinks, etc. Very much appreciated this kind of attention and service. The salmon was simply delicious. A+++

We had the greatest experience at Olive garden! Not only was every meal spectacular, but our waitress Marilynn made the experience easy and enjoyable. Her service was quick, and the pastas that we got were so delicious. I tried the steak Gorgonzola and it was amazing and my mom had the shrimp scampi. They even made a mocktail for me and it was extremely delicious. Highly recommend this location, and it is very clean! And I’m obsessed with the house salad LOL

We had a larger party of about 10-15. The service was great. They were very accommodating. I had the build your own pasta with Alfredo with chicken and shrimp and but I should have ordered fettuccine noodles. I enjoyed the soup and bread. Fresh and hot as always.

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant continues to be a dependable choice for a casual, sit-down meal. The food was enjoyable and well-prepared, and the classic favorites never disappoint. The drinks were refreshing, and everything arrived looking just as good as it tasted. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable—perfect for an easy lunch or dinner. While the experience was good overall, there’s still a little room for improvement to make it truly exceptional, which is why I’m giving four stars. All in all, a solid dining experience, and I would definitely return.

I was meeting my family for an early dinner. They advised me that they'd alerted the hostess station that another person would be joining them, when they were seated. Upon entry, I advised the hostess that I was meeting already seated family. She then told me, "Okay, you can go look for them." I was taken aback, because they were advised that another person would be joining their party. Aside from that, Alice was our server. When I tell you sje was THE BEST, that wouldn't be enough. My brother had dementia and she was so patient and understanding when he didnt understand. She was simply AMAZING!!!!

Wife was ordering meals togo online while I drove there. I got there before she finished and she was having a hard time. A server came out, and asked my name I told her my wife was still trying to order. She offered to take the order for us. Very helpful. I go here often and have NEVER had this kind of helpful service. Once she took the order she got it out in a flash and it was correct, which was also very unusual.

I rarely eat pasta due to me not to much caring for it. My wife wanted Olive Garden so we came. The good was great. I was confused on what I wanted to eat and my waitress helped me out. Chadnei was amazing. She went above and beyond with her service skills. I even needed a bandaid and she assisted by retrieving me one. I had the Sicilian sunset and it was bursting with flavor and not over powering with liquor. The scenery was nice and elegant. Olive Garden helped me get a breath of freshness. And my taste palette was very satisfied. Hope yall get Chadnei when yall visit. She’s at the 161 location in Grand Prairie

Just like other locations of this huge Italian restaurant chain, this restaurant too is good, the setup is classy, service was great, food is good as usual! But I think shrinkflation has hit Olive Garden too! The portions have become smaller, complimentary food has become non existent. The venue can become quite crowded, which is understandable. However, the overall experience was impacted by the attitude of some of the servers. While it’s possible they were under stress, that tension seemed to carry over into customer interactions, which detracted from the experience.

If you are hungry, DO NOT COME HERE.! THIS RESTAURANT RUNS IN SLOW MOTION. When I got to the front it took almost 10 mnts to the 3 front ladies to figure out which table they will seat us.( The restaurant was almost empty. ) We were sat on the table and took them other 20 mnts to come get our drinks order. Another 20 mnts to bring them, mind you I ordered the food with the drinks, drinks are empty for another 20 mnts, waitress never came back for refill. She brought in the food but took them othe 20 mnts. In total was like an hour 😩

My family and I were there for lunch today from 12-1 for the first time. We usually do not get together, with our schedules but today we were able to. And the service was not good. Id like a manager to reach out to me. She asked are y'all ok when clearly our bowls and plates were empty, salad bowl empty. My husband told told her no we are not ok. Worst experience ever! The staff had attitude and the General Manager was disgustingly rude. As we were leaving she was yelling at one of the employees calling her names and belittling her due to what sounded like a kitchen issue bless her heart she looked like she was maybe 16. Honestly hate to come here and do this but this was the plate I was served yesterday…they saw this and still brought this out to my table. I would not recommend this place and the management Karmen did not help one bit. The service was great but the food was terrible I paid $20 for this under prepared dish
