Always a quality experience with some great food and dessert right after! The staff is always quick and attentive even when they're at their busiest. The ice cream is the main attraction for sure, but don't knock the burgers either. I highly recommend the frozen yogurt as well!

Delicious and inexpensive burgers. Plus, fresh ice cream! Shut up and take my money already!!! I mean, i got a burger with cheese and bacon, fries and a drink for under $10 with tax! You can even swap that drink out for a handspun milkshake. What's amazing is all the memories this place holds. Ice cream after youth soccer or baseball. A summer snack of peppermint ice cream with my grandmother. I'd come here for that hit of nostalgia alone, but no need... the food and service is great, too. Bring your family. Start making those memories.

Ice cream was so good! Kids loved it. The grocery area was very attractive. Fully stocked and great products. 10/10 recommend. The drive thru takes a little longer so I'd recommend just going inside.

This chain of ice cream restaurants has always been my favorite. They never complain about a customized order. For my son they always make sure he gets his lime sherbert cone with sprinkles and a cherry on top. How fantastic is that?

It's an interesting place, it's a grocery store, but they sell burgers and they have ice cream like Dairy Queen. Fast service, and honestly everything was cheap. Got a double ice cream with brownies, chocolate, nuts, 2 big scoops for $3.89.

We live in a town without a Braum’s and I hadn’t been ti one since i was about 16yo. I took my family tonight (including 2 teenagers) and we all loved it. The ice cream is delicious and you cannot beat the price. I highly recommend the strawberry shortcake sundae. The place was busy but the staff was still very cordial.

Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant has such great service with mouth watering burgers served with an amazing mystery sauce that's just out of this world. Amazing. It can be a little busy and a bit of wait at times but it's worth the wait. Good times y'all. 🍦😊🍔

Best Braum’s staff in the area. We’ve visited so many from Red Oak to Fort Worth and this staff is by far the friendliest and most attentive with customer service. Seems like they’ve got good management - they don’t seem frazzled/hectic like other spots. Will definitely make the drive to visit this spot again.

Brahm's is a great place if you love breakfast and like to be frugal when dining. It's about 5 bucks for the breakfast in my picture. They have other simple breakfast items that are also reasonably priced. When I go to eat somewhere (that I haven't tried before), I leave my expectations at home and just go for an adventure. ...Expect to be surprised. Sometimes you lose - so what! ... Ice cream needs vs. wants… wants WON! This was a win all around. The Candy Bar Sundae was delish and the service was EXCEPTIONAL!! We were served by two amazing teens, Khaliyah and Carlos, who both displayed the highest level of commitment to excellent service! There was a young boy about 7 years Khilayah’s junior who approached the register and Khaliyah assisted him with the same warm, friendly vibe shared with the adults. The restaurant was almost full with families who were apparently enjoying themselves. This experience was much more than a struggle between needs vs wants. This was a feel good experience. Coming to Braum's always leaves me a little conflicted. The burger was surprisingly decent—fresh enough that I didn't hate myself immediately after eating it—and the ice cream was creamy in a way that makes you question why you don't come here more often, even though you probably shouldn't. Fries were fine, nothing to complain about, which is saying something these days. Service was quick enough, store was clean enough, and I grabbed some milk on the way out because... why not? It's not like this place is trying to ruin my diet or anything. I'll be back eventually, I guess. Worth a stop if you're in the area and don't overthink it."

I love coning to Braums. I also am probably one of few who like to sit outside. It is very nasty sitting out here. The tables are almost never clean and the patio gets pressure washed but it just needs to be redone outside honestly. Other than that the workers are extremely friendly and attentive. Like the grocery area as well. In case people aren't aware Bruams takes EBT(SNAP) .There is a sign outside on the door before you walk in that shares that info. Only for the grocery part though. Veyr good produce as I walked by to just look at the groceries. Bathroom needs to be revamped as well. One stall for a busy establishment is not really feasible.

They also always make what you order quick and like it should be made. I always get a shake or a frozen yogurt cone and always comes out great. When I can I try to go to Braums for my treats because they never miss.

New and improved Braum’s. Boy oh boy what an amazing upgrade. Can’t go wrong with ordering a #1 and a butter pecan malt, hits the spot just right. Outdoor patio nice and spacious your able to eat and dip out from the outside without having to go back inside to leave. Plenty of parking and handicap parking available. Restrooms were clean,high chairs available for dine in, and plenty booths to sit big families. The dairy store was fully stocked and very well put together. Shopping carts and baskets available for shopping. EBT and option for payment in the dairy store. Only thing I was bummed out was the drinking/ketchup station was not fully stocked for a busy Friday night. I was pumping away for dear life tryna fill up the mini ketchup containers. I ended up having to hit up the front counter for packets. The tray that was originally given to me was full of water the paper was drenched. Before I could saying something he could read my face and immediately gave me a clean and dry tray.

I've been here several times and it's consistently good the food is good I like the french fries and they make a really good hamburger. They make the vanilla malt correctly where The Malt is actually mixed properly. The service is usually good especially when the manager is there she's a very nice lady. They used to sell the best raisin cookies here but unfortunately they've changed their vendor and these cookies are subpar. Otherwise an excellent place I will go here again.

We went at a busy time and it took about 5 minutes for them to take our order. We ordered burgers. We told them that we were eating there and they still put our order in a bag. The burgers were cold and the French fries was hot. I understand that we are hiring teenagers but there was not an adult on the front counter to make sure that all of the playing by the employees was minimized. I will still go back because this is the first time I have had an issue.

Waiting in line was not bad since they have amazing ice cream. However, the fountain drinks tasted horrible. I did ask for a new drinks and they were given. But you guys should check the fountain drinks for taste. Also my fries were not the best. *Update 04/12/24, okay 2 things I need to address. 1.) Great ice 🍨. 2.) Please use gloves when serving ice cream and dont touch your hair! One of the guys kept scratching and touching his hair and serving ice cream with no gloves. No, he didn't wash his hands at all. Braums needs to pay attention to these kinds of things.

I wanted to give them more than a 3 but not quite a 4. Breakfast burritos are petty good and they're very inexpensive, worth a detour on your way to work. Same goes for simple ice cream cones for the kids, not for breakfast but when you have some time with them, after school or on the weekend.

The food was amazing. The service on the other hand was bad. Very rude and messed up almost all parts of our order and when we asked if we could get it fixed they said it was our fault and argued for fifteen minutes about it. As someone who works in the food industry I know how to order and approach these situations properly. They need more extensive training.

Simple order of fries and a couple of milkshakes. Both were supposed to be mint chocolate chip since Braum’s makes the best mint chocolate chip ice cream on planet earth. Noticed at least five orders of MCC get served to customers that arrived after we placed our order. When the small order of fries came out after 10 minutes, they had forgot make the two shakes. Then they discovered there was only enough MCC left for one shake. There half gallons available in the store but the manager said we’d have to buy a half gallon in order for them to use it for the shakes. Finally agreed to use a different flavor for one of the shakes. This was on a very busy Sunday evening. I grew up working for Bill Braum at the farm in Tuttle OK and know how much he cared about customer service and product quality. Still love Braum’s products but this location does not meet Braum’s customer service standards.

Really long lines, both in drive thru and inside. We opted for drive thru, so atmosphere is non applicable. Service in drive thru, for us, went quickly, but there were many cars pulled off to the side, waiting for their orders. Burger was incredibly bland. Fries were fresh, hot & seasoned nicely. Drink, with combo, was child size.

Employees helpful and hard workers. Inside was really hot, the manager need to bee more proactive and Interact more with the employees regarding the customer service in order to be more efficient and make the awating shorter, other than that, a nice place to stay.

I love Braums, but I suggest not going there before closing and getting anything more complicated than a cone. I ordered a banana split and a triple dip sundae. They were not pretty and just a little on the skimpy side. I only have this happen when it gets late.

Slowest drive thru ever. Long line every time. You place your order and find out no cars are in front. You drive up to pay and second window. They just slow at taking orders. Food is great just slow! 20-30min wait every time.

There are way to many kids working at this location. They have not concept of service or quality. Our order is wrong more than right we always have to go wait until the order is ready but it is hot. Even the iced tea is always hot and they don’t understand extra extra ice so when the tea is still hot and I order it with extra ice don’t tell me you have to charge me for the ice because you failed to complete the request correctly

I usually love this Braum's. But I came in tonight at 9:15. They close at 10:45. I was told that I could only get ice cream because the kitchen was closed. Why can I not order food from a restaurant an hour and a half before they close? Ridiculous...

Food is good, ice cream is great, service is horrible. Got a meal with a shake and let employee know that I was missing shake. They told me to wait and served 2 other people shakes. Family was waiting in ice cream line and the started to be served so stepped over and showed that I had already paid for a shake and never got it. Then the flavor was gone, so had to choose another. After they still tried to charge for the shake. Was a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this location unless your buying ice cream from the small shop area. That's about the only thing I'll do from this location now.

Imma stop going to braums. Every time I try to give them chance after chance, they disappoint me. Why do the scoops be like half scoops? Do y'all be running out of ice cream? If so I don't understand why you just don't say we're low on that ice cream. Do you want another flavor. But anyways it's marble slab for me now.

They made the place look nice but they still have the same horrible service. My burger fell apart in the wrapper. This was supposed to be a banana split. To many kids in there just standing around and not working.

I will never go to this location again. The line was wrapped around the building, I sat patiently for the drive thru. Once I got there. I asked for a single scoop of cookie and crème on a waffle cone, they informed me they were out. This is the second time this has happened to me. I asked if i could get m&m added to my vanilla ice cream cone, he said yes - for an extra charge. They gave me m&ms at the bottom of a cup with my cone upside down and a napkin over it. I was VERY annoyed and want my 3 buck. I know they are high school children running it, but they cannot be this loss.

I typically frequent this location. In the past, the orders have been wrong and food cold. I stuck with them, but today they are serving up day old COLD coffee. It is inconvenient to drive back, since I am at work now. Do better.

Normally I would give Braum's a 4 or 5 stars based on their great tasting food and their reasonable prices on ice cream... My recent visit though was less than ideal. The were out of ice, ketchup, table salt, and forks. One of the menu items we ordered came with cottage cheese and the one we were given was partially open, we asked for a replacement and it was visibly dirty on the outside. I told three different employees about the lack of basic items in the dining area before they filled the ice, but they just gave out packets of ketchup the entire time we were there (which could be due to closing 3 hours later and not wanting to bust out a new ketchup bag). Overall the food and ice cream was tasty as always. One of the employees seemed to be more interested in taking selfies and flirting with the male staff than addressing any customer concerns. The outside seating is nice 🙂

Employees do not present themselves as employees. When I placed my burger order I requested both mayo and mustard. When I received it there was a small amount of mustard on it. I went back to the counter to request additional mayo and mustard in containers. I was told by an employee, that obviously didn’t make the burger, that it had both already. When I tried to fill a container with ketchup, there were no plastic containers. Back to the counter to request containers, was asked if there weren’t any there, then asked to wait until they could give me one. They never filled the area with the containers while I was there. Yes, I was sitting by that area. The metal containers that hold the napkins are filthy. And I watched an obviously non customer drink out of all the fountain containers and open the crème for coffees and drink them at that area. I told the employees about that also. Nothing was done.

The entire experience was truly a bad one. KC a shift manager took my order and I wanted something extra added to my food. I even told him to communicate to the kitchen staff due to the same thing happened in the past. As I went to the "pick up here" area I wanted for someone attention. Granted it wasn't extremely busy nor slow, but the fact several employees by past without saying a single word. At least someone could have said "We'll be right with you" but management tonight was under par. There is a lot of young people which is a good thing, but leadership was more than poor.

iTs embarrassing how long the line is for ordering even when the worker is always giving attitude and bad looks. They all look forced to be here and the service is horrible.we also found a nasty mess in the restroom with a COCKROACH IN THE BATHROOM. Do not come it’s not worth the wait!!!!

They don't know how to make sundaes here nor pay attention to detail and the ones in Irving do way better than this location. I had a piece of cardboard in my son's Vanilla shake a couple of days ago. They need to be either retrained or get better employees to work there.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever at this Braums location. First, they made me move to the side of the driveway to wait for my food and I get it, need to make space for the other customers that have faster orders, however every-time they ask me to do this, they forget to add the essentials to my bag of food. Okay, fine I let it go every time. Today, however, the young lady came to give me my food and I asked her to just give me a second to check that everything was there and she gave me the worst attitude. Then when I checked the burger, I saw that it was burned. Literally as I opened the paper, the smell of burned just flew out. I told her it was burned and she asked me what part and I showed her where and asked that it be remade. She walked away pretty upset but as a paying customer, I’m upset because your cooks thought it was okay to give me that in the first place. If ai hadn’t checked, I would gone home with that. Then, they came back with the burger remade and I checked it and it had mayo on it when my receipt specifically says no mayo. I’m highly allergic. I just don’t get why they couldn’t get it right. The lady left after she gave me the second burger so I had to go back into the drive thru line to explain how my burger was wrong after they remade it, my other order items were cold at this point and my drink was watered down after so long of waiting. Again, 0 stars in my book. They made me feel like I was the problem. I just wanted my food. I only have an 1 hour lunch break and the whole hour was spent going back forth with them. Please train your employees better. No customer should have to feel bad for wanting the food they paid for.

Very poor customer service. Stood in line for 15 minutes being ignored by the staff as they waited on people not in line that came after us. Finally had to say something and was treated rudely by staff. Tables were all dirty and store was also. I've come here for over 15 years, it's really gone down. Need to avoid this location.

The service is bad when we got to the drive thru we had to wait for what seems like an hour and when we tried to order they always said “give us a second” and the second turned into half an hour!

Apparently at this Braums you get your food at one register and ice cream sales have to be processed at another register. So after you wait in line at food register for 15 ,20 minutes and pay you then go to the other line wait another 20 minutes the ice cream. There were 3 of us and 1 person wanted ice cream. We couldn't do one big order cause the other register can't process ice cream sales.

This restaurant needs to train/discipline the manager! They are not a great representative of Mr. Braum's vision. Employees standing around in a group by front counter, while others are working hard. Nobody that works there smiles a few show passion for their job. The girl in the drive thru is rude that gives the food. The front counter girl around 6pm 7/25 was rude, not happy ,standing around while I waited to order. You guys definitely need to up your hiring standards. It seems like management let things get out of control. I love Braums, but this location needs some attention from upper management.

Disgusting behavior by staff today. I had to call corporate. When you mess up an order, you have to remake it. I’m a paying customer and they left my shake, which btw, the shake was for my 93 year old client, they left it on the shake machine for over 7mins. It’s turned the shake into liquid. She finally got it off the machine and gave it to me and I opened it up and showed her, and she told me that it’s not that big of a deal and that it’s fine. I told her no it’s not fine…I need a new one. She dumped the shake out and WENT AND HELPED ANOTHER CUSTOMER. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! No way she did that to me! So I called corporate on this store. My client loooooves Braums ice cream. I can never go there for him again. I’m disappointed and disgusted. My mom was a manager at Braums for 12 years….like come on guys, I know what shakes are supposed to look like and I know that was not appropriate. And the customer service was a nightmare seeing her help someone else. You got to finish helping me first. The staff needs to be retrained.

Took my family to this location today. Floors were greasy. Ice cream was disgusting. All four of us threw away what we ordered. Save your money or find a different restaurant.

I have no horrible complaints of the staff, they were very sweet, but slow. The problem I have is the standards of cleanliness they have now. As a ex-fast food worker, I honestly don't think they would pass a food health and safety inspection. It was obvious their kitchen was a mess, but the worst part was that there was a cockroach crawling on the signs right when I came in. And we all know, if there's one, there's more. Not only that, but when the server scooped the wrong icecream and handed me the cup, he put the icecream BACK inside the icecream serving fridge to serve to other customers after I handled and breathed on it! And this is with COVID still in effect! I wouldn't eat their food here, and barely their icecream. This Braum’s might new management or a miracle. I don’t really blame workers because I believe leadership is ultimately responsible for the quality of the business. Lots of empty but terribly messy tables, long queues and slow service. The team ethos seems extremely low.

Stopped by after a long drive and stopped to get coffee and a meal. 1. They said they dont have coffee 2.Ketchup dispenser was empty, had to go ask for ketchup packets. 3. This place is so hit or miss…. They wait until they’re preparing my order to tell me they don’t have eggnog ice cream anymore…. Then they give us the drinks and they’re leaking, so had to clean up soda and chocolate ice cream inside my car… LASTLY, drove 30 minutes home all to realize they gave me 3 packs of fries and my daughter’s chicken tenders were no where to be found. Tried calling, but as suspected, nobody answered. I will be by tomorrow morning for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.
