the atmosphere is amazing so is the food everything comes out perfectly and you laugh a lot either the cooks or service make you have a great time while you're there and I'm always greeted and sent off with a good farewell.

The service there is spectacular. Employees talk to you like they see you every day. I've never had anything wrong with my order when I've gone. Great environment :)

In with a companion for a light meal. Had a slight wait for a booth but was offered the first one available after a thorough cleaning. Our food was good and prepared to our specs. The wait staff was expedient and checked on us periodically taking care of any of our requests.

This place really understands the kitchen. Bacon cooked just right. And toast is soft yet crunchy, enough to bring back memories. Everyone is kind and ready to serve up a good experience. I'm glad I stopped by

Miss Jo was great! She was the only waitress and was pleasant and very attentive even with the evening rush. She had a motherly way of making us feel comfortable and that was very nice for our family since it's the Holiday season. We didn't get the cook's name, but he was friendly and our food was excellent. Much better than other locations...especially during busy times.

Cathy showcases excellent customer service. At first when I sat down not one single individual said anything to me pertaining to taking my order. Cathy was the only person all while cooking asked did I want to order and I had been there for about 20 minutes. But she is the reason while I will keep coming back.

We came to this Waffle House 2 Sundays in a row, the first time we were taken care of by Aleah (I hope I’m spelling names right) and the 2nd time by Jasmine. Both times we were treated very well! As soon as we walked in, a young lady with a Louis Vuitton headband cleaned off a table for us and we were seated right away. Super please with customer service and friendliness, very nice people that work here!

Almost didn't eat here because the parking lot was full and looked very busy inside. Good thing I was by myself so I was able to find a seat at the bar. Despite how busy it was my food was served surprisingly fast. The whole crew was doing a great job. Nina was my server and I was amazed watching her work. She looked to be doing about 10 things at once but had it under control.

Quite possibly the best Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. Clean restaurant, employees who acted like they care, a perfectly made all star special, & overall excellent service. In and out in less than 15 min flat. Not sure if this was a miracle or just the norm for this location, but it was impressive none the less

This waffle house was so clean today! Unfortunately I do have to mention that prior visits have not been as clean as this time around. But effort and progress is the best you can do for your business, and this location is doing just that. Everything was clean everything was shining, the staff was friendly and helpful. I will be coming back to this location, opposed to The Waffle House that's down the street from my house.

Took my kids here for international waffle day because they'd never experienced a Waffle House and my waffle maker broke before I could make waffles for dinner. It was late, but the service was fast and friendly, the food was fresh, and the waitress was great about refills and such. Not a bad experience at all.

You hear about Waffle House on the news sometimes (for less than ideal reasons), but the fact is that the waffles here are very good! This location is no exception. I was in the door, seated myself, given a coffee and menu, ordered, and then enjoying a waffle with a side of bacon all within about 12 minutes. The atmosphere is certainly “bold” but I always find it interesting and welcoming. Good food, quick service, reasonable prices - very satisfied with this Waffle House.

Have been going to waffle house since I was a kid. Still rember parking out front in my brother 18 wheeler and go to waffle house for a waffle. One of the waitresses att his location still members me as a kid I am 43 now. It's amazing walking in and hearing some way say hey kid. And you see some one you could call your grandma. But service is amazing have not had a bad time or bad food all great hats to the cooks.

Picked up my order the first time transaction went very smooth. Notice my waffles were not in the bag, so I went back and they hooked me up with no issues.My granny said ”the pork chop, hash browns, toast and eggs was really good” & she is NOT easy to please. Overall 10/10.

Wait time was short. Food was well prepared, well presented and plates and drink glasses were clean. Food was served exceptionally fast and tasted delicious. The store was very busy and honestly I was not expecting the experience to be at this level. The team that is here today all were working well together and seemed very respectful to one another which is something I don’t see very often. I’m very happy that we chose to eat at this location today and this location should be a model to other locations on how to have your customers at 100% satisfaction.

Me and a couple of my friends around 10 of us got there pretty late around 10pm and we saw there was only one person Lashawn I believe is her name and contemplated on leaving because we were too many for one person but she made us feel welcomed and invited us to dine in, she asked for our patience and was so quick on getting everything out for us she was by her self but made it feel like a full team working, she did amazing even as more people walked in! She deserves a raise for sure.

My to-go order breakfast is missing the meat. No I didn't check before I left. I made it to work and I'm trying to call them but can't get through. This is ridiculous. Edit: I was able to leave work a little early and go back. The afternoon staff is awesome! Now I can fully enjoy my cheat meal.

Normal Waffle House atmosphere and food, but the service was amazing. Nina was our waitress. She was probably the best waitress I’ve had in 5 years. They were slammed, but she had a great attitude, was very fast, and extremely polite. I would drive an extra 20 minutes to go to this specific Waffle House and request her again. In a world where majority of restaurant service is lacking, Nina was a refreshing change from the norm.

Couldn't be happier with the service or the place! This is the 2nd time we've had my son's birthday here & it was a BLAST! We got to celebrate him, but ar the same time got to relive my youth. The boys from my football team had never experienced something like this. It's fun to watch & play with your kids on games you grew up on. You can't beat $11 a person for free play! Oh I forgot to tell you that the pizza is GREAT!!!!

Food was delicious I had 2 waffles and eggs. My only complaint is the cleanliness I don't know why almost every Waffle House I've been to have this problem. A periodic sweep and wipe down of the tables will go a long way. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is fresh and fast. I order a sausage biscuit with cheese with a side of hash brown. The waitress was super friendly. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because they dont carry picante sauce.

The food is good and cheap. If you want quality service at clean restaurant you might be better off going someplace else and spend more money. Having said this, we stopped at this Waffle House at 11 o’clock on a Sunday morning. Could we have picked a busier time? Probably not. So considering the fact the place was packed, we still got in and out in a reasonable time.

The waffles are not the same but everything else was delicious and the staff was so nice. It was super clean. It was cold in there because the air was on and it was cold outside. Overall, I will be back.

I always have to order my All Star Special once a week. As the food is always great and they have fast service. Today wasn't the case. They food was still good, just service very, very, very slow. However the continued to apologize and even gave us 20% off of our meal so that definitely made up for it.

The food was good but they had run out of gravy! That's against the law in the south! And they close at 3 p.m.? I thought Waffle House stayed open 24 hours. The service was great and I appreciate the folks taking the time to listen to my husband tell of his Waffle House experiences since 1975. Lol!!

This place never fails to impress. Today (6-6-25) @10:30-11:30am the staff was very chill and relaxed. Had a nice flow. They were slow so the food was out FAST and hot. My waitress *I forget name. Short Asian women* was very sweet and professional. Her name starts with a "A" I'm sorry I forgot your name 😞 thank you for the smiles and positive vibes. They had the boom box playing too !!! Very nice meal. The only reason I took a star was because the cooks. I know they're "playing" and GOOFING off but when someone "jokes" about..... "I hope they take ALL your money and I hope you get a flat tire"... Thats harsh lol. I'd keep joking comments like that for in the back where the WHOLE LOBBY can't hear stuff like that .. it made me uncomfortable kinda and the family that was sitting by us made a face and looking back to see who said it as well. Very careless conversation and lack of care for who heard their conversation.. well be back but please be kinder to each other even if your playing around. Just keep it professional. The waitress and other staff members were great. Food came out in a timely manner and was cooked perfectly. My only cons were thr atmosphere was a little cold. I understand it was cold outside but if felt like cold air was still blowing inside. We tried 4 different booths and they were all the same. Even though the food was good, it came out cold. We did have a 4 person crew, so expected food would be cooked at different times, but I would prefer to have food sitting under a heat lamp to keep warm at least. Overall good experience, and I would recommend coming to this location. If I am in the area I would return.

Generally the place is great and the food is awesome. But lately their service has dropped when it gets really busy. They don't seem to know how to correctly prepare people if they have a wait list.

Our waitress was great but the cook staff was in no hurry to get anything done and had a piss poor attitude towards everyone. I guess Waffle House isn’t the most magical place to work..... The food was right when it finally made it all out.

This location is hit or miss. It's waffle house. If you know you know. Food is generally good. The evening we were there they had some sort of staff dispute. New shift upset with leaving shift. Store was dirty. New shift going around taking pictures of the mess left behind.

It was my first time visiting the waffle House. I was there after a memorial service to get a bite with family and friends and my first impression was it was loud obnoxious and over priced. I asked for extra ham and got one cube as demonstrated in the pics. The server was interrupted while talking my offer in which I think is poor on management side. Maybe if I was drunk horny and hungry it would have been a more entertaining meal.

What is the point of ordering online if the order will be wrong and will be missing items. We order two orders of extra sausage but they weren’t there. All the toast was supposed to be wheat with the exception of one that was supposed to be raisin but none of that happened. This wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t for the fact that we ordered to pick up passing through. Check your orders throughly before leaving. Or be prepared to be disappointed.

I sat at the counter for almost 5 minutes before a customer down from me told one of the servers I needed to order. She took my simple order of coffee and a side of toast. She brought my coffee right away. It tasted terrible. I wondered what brand the used. After sitting there for awhile longer, asked how much longer to get my toast. The cook gave me some off another plate he was preparing. It tadted off. I think it was the butter. Yuck. I paid and left.

Our waitress was a disappointment throughout the entire time. We had to remind her several times to bring missing food that was ordered. I think it was more important for her to stand and talk with her co-workers than it was to serve any of her 3 tables she was covering.

Oh my goodness this was one of the worst restaurant experiences that I have ever had. After hours there was a window that the representative serve you from and took your orders. The customer service to begin with with was just right out unacceptable. Dry attitude and this one employees act as if she did not want to be there or serve you. No smile no greeting how can I help you any of that. I ordered a pecan waffle with eggs. I asked the representative why were the process higher when placing the order then on the menu. She replied that's the price no explanation, no aplology nothing. Whatever again just bad customer service, she need to work somewhere it animals and that just not might be good enough. Let me rephrase that with WILD ANIMALS. Once I paid for the order and was handed the bag I looked in there for napkins, butter, syrup and plastic Ware to eat with. No butter & no plastic ware she added butter. I asked for plastic ware and she said we ain't got none. Come on Waffle House who is the manager at this location that allows your your company to run out of inventory normally its the managers job to pay attention to these details when items are getting low. Second who the heck want to eat some waffle and eggs with their fingers. The only reason I am giving two stars because the food was good and it was hot. I managed to find some plastic ware in the car. Come on Waffle House employee don't you think it's your job to let somebody know that you do not have plastic wear before they order. Yes if I did know before I placed the order I would have went to somewhere else.

Hadn't been to WH in a long time but remembered the fluffy omelets. Today however was not the case. Cook made it twice and it was still awful. Not fluffy at all and a slice of cheese just tossed on the top. Looked bad and didn't taste that good either. My wife had a waffle that was thin and not great either.

Horrible. I left hungry. Only saw the waitress in the beginning when she took the order and brought the food. After that she went to the back and was no where to be found. Hash browns were hard as a rock. No one ever asked me how my food was until I was paying. I said the hash browns were hard and he just said OK and charged me full price. There were dirty tables with tons of food still sitting on them for the whole time I was there. It was disgusting. Very dirty.

Two star for the food. Was ok. But what about cleanliness in this place? It is incredible how the waitresses are sitting using their phones and the tables, the floor and the establishment are super dirty. ¿They get paid to work or to use their phones? discarded napkins, spilled juices without cleaning up, purchase receipts, food remains on the floor. We definitely won't be back. Clean that floor, it's embarrassing.

Its 10:35pm Wednesday 08/19/2015 and I have been coming to Waffle House's since I was a little girl, before I could cut my own waffle. This is the worst serves I have ever received, EVER. My waitress is stumbling, she has knocked over a chair, dropped her ticket book, laid with her head on the counter and at one point was MIA with her boyfriend (whom she is constantly conversating with). We have asked for fresh coffee twice but didn't get any. So far, it has taken half an hour to receive our bill. We would like to leave. I'll find a different location next time. For real.

Hash browns were greasy, eggs not cooked the way we had asked, bacon undercooked, sent it back and came back pretty much burned. People are loud. I won’t be going there again.

Food is good..... grits are sweet which I find odd but service is poor. Yesterday the associates were arguing and the guy was too busy flirting. Today I called 6 times and no answer. I pulled in to the parking lot thinking maybe they were just busy but to my surprise they had 2 customers and 5 workers. I asked if the phone was messed up, I called the line while they were there and it rang loud enough that I know they were ignoring it. To be the cleanest Waffle House in the area and to ruin the profitable opportunity because of employee moral is horrible. And then they asked me if I wanted a drink while I waited as if it was a courtesy and then they charged me for it. Horrible service!

Find another location. The service was not great as stated in previous posts they are more interested in talking among themselves rather than waiting on you. The restaurant was not crowded but had to wait awhile to check out. Several waitresses were not busy but chose to walk past me without offering assistance. I finally got a waitress to close out my check and she (Rita) was very rude. Usually the service at Waffle house is much better. Once again find another location if you want great service.

If I could leave no stars I would. Every staff member including the “managers” were yelling across the restaurant to talk to each other. They had all the tables/booths closed so their staff could sit leaving only 3 tables open to customers. Every single one of our meals were incorrect or missing items. We also had to remind the server and cook twice we were STILL missing items after we had already finished the rest of the meal while they were standing in a group talking with the other staff members sitting down on the other side of the restaurant. DO NOT RECOMMEND, however the Waffle House on I20 is a great alternative.

Whomever that little black dude behind the counter that tried to charge my husband $48 for 4 sandwiches,then corrected the price to $28 needs to be let go,obviously the brotha had no integrity and waffle house needs to start giving customers receipts. Furthermore my bacon egg and cheese sandwich looks horrible,bread isn't toasted and the bread so flat. Matter fact it's not even toaster bread. It's a breakfast sandwich,how can you mess that up?!!!!

Went here the first time and we waited 30 min for our food .. only one cook and one sat and talked the entire time we were there .. didn’t bother to help his colleague.. second time we went here there was a lady that appeared to be making breakfast for HERSELF… there were at least 6 cars outside but only her inside …. We walked in and were no greeted .. stood there for 5 min and left … I highly recommend the Waffle House on 287 and cooper .. this one is a JOKE

Worst service ever!! Waitress walked away as we were giving her our order, arguing with her coworkers while she was at our table, she brought us half our order and never brought the rest, and never came back to check on us only time was to give us the check. To top it all off she wanted a good tip -_- Wish there was a negative 5 star..this place deserves that!

Good was ok. But the fact that the cook never changed his gloves after getting raw meat out the freezer and he was touching everything with those gloves and touching all the food even pulled a dirty plate out and instead of him washing it or getting a new plate to use he just wiped it clean with the same contaminated gloves.

This was worst ever experience ever. First impression was that the counters were sticky and nasty, which should of been the reason to turn around. Next the lady after our food was bagged up rubbed her nose and picked up togo ketchup to put in our bag without gloves (during COVID-19) then and she was looking for togo steak sauce under the counter, she held our bag of food to the floor. This was on a Friday morning around 4am. Please do not even waste your time eating here. If you don’t believe me. See for yourself. Nasty nasty nasty 🤢

Horrible, our waiter spoke so quietly we couldn't hear anything he was saying. He got our orders wrong. The coffee was cold, and we asked for hard eggs and got runny eggs ruined my "I just hiked 2+ miles meal"!

Seems like it's only in the early morning you get good food and service. Once it's afternoon you have incompetent workers charging you for food that was never served. They're more concerned with walking out and talking to friends in their cars, even the other waitress was looking for the waitress who walked out. I guess we should only come early in the mornings to get served greatly.

I went on 6/26 ordered an All Star breakfast. Waitress brought my food to the table with a bug on it. I told her about it she said thats not a bug its a part of the skillet. She then went to show the cook and took the bug off. She then turned to me and said yes its a bug. I told her yes I know because I saw the wings. I will never go back again. This Waffle House is nasty.

Wife and I ordered breakfast sandwich and 1 waffle. They brought our waffle (we shared) and it wasn’t done all the way, super soggy. When they brought our sandwiches out, neither of them had egg in it. I guess they realized and the waitress brought 1 out and never came back with the other until I brought it to her attention. She asked if the other one had an egg (sounded like she doubted we were being truthful) and she brought the other when we were almost done eating. Guys the eggs were both extremely over cooked and crispy, the toast from our sandwich was burned. The bacon on my sandwich wasn’t not cooked all the way and my wife’s was burned. The hash browns were not cooked all the way through either. My wife forced herself to eat half the sandwich and a little of the hash browns. Coffee was old and cold and I almost forgot to mention the hash browns had a nasty after taste (like wet rag). Then after we had left I realized they had the nerve to charge us an extra 5.00 for eggs!!!!!! Wow For 2 people, breakfast sandwich, 1 waffle and coffee 35 bucks. I will not be going back to this location, it was also very dirty.

The service and food were horrible! The server kept getting our orders mixed up with another table, and our food was cold. My waffles came out so late that I had already finished my other food, and when I asked for a to go container, the server took my waffle back and never brought me a container. Second to the worst ever experience at a waffle house. We were skipped to be seated. One waiter argued with another about who got here first. Then it took 10 minutes to have another table to be cleaned so we can be seated. I had to flag down our waitress several times to get coffee, yet never would look or turn. I flagged the rude waiter and he notified our waitress and we waited another 5min. instead of maybe he serving coffee at the time since he was just standing. At those 5 min. Flagged the same waiter again and asked for our coffee and he said " I told her she never came to give you coffee ". I said no. Few minutes later she finally came back and said oh did you get your coffee. Our waffles showed up and I had to ask for a knife 2x. The food was wonderful but the staff was not. I'm usually one to complain but I had too today. Oh and the rude waiter started to being rude with the table that he ended up serving just because they sat to reserve a table before they got skipped like we did. Never again will I come to this location.

I wouldn't even give them a single star if that was an option. The table we sat at was sticky and covered in syrup. The coffee was colored water. My burger looked like something someone had stepped on and tasted aweful. The hash browns were the only thing edible on my plate. On the up side, the service was good and our waitress was an upbeat and pleasant young lady.

After seating, waitress instead of asking us for our drinks, she ask to wait, she attended other people and took about 15 minutes to get our coffee and drinks for my kids, no cream or silverware to mix sugar in my coffee, then she took food order from other lady that arrived after us, she took off to the back of the restaurant after I asked her to please take our food order, that is she I decided to leave the restaurant when she ignored us. I would not recommend this place and definitely never going back.

One of the worst dining experiences ever. Went in around 6 am and one of the cooks (maybe the manager not sure) was so loud! Yelling at/to all the other employees. Someone put on some music 🎶 and I thought that would help but then he started competing with the jukebox singing louder than the speakers. Could not hear myself think. The coffee was alright.

I always go to this location and have good customer service until today when I went to place a to go order I stood at the counter for 10 minutes just standing one of the cooks asked one of the waiters to take my order he kept walking by never took my order so that same cook ask this lady name Shawn who stated that we would have to just stand there and wait because they have to wait on the people thats dining in said it loud and rude to were people could hear her which is horrible customer service I told the nice cook I hate I didn't get his name that I heard her so he came and took my order it was also another guy that had already placed an order but didn't get his extra waffle she was rude to him. That type of service don't deserve 1 star.

Tiesha our cook was HORRIBLE! Was served a dried tasteless hamburger, burger tasted as if It was cooked By an old Lady at a school cafeteria. When I asked For Onions on the burger she screamed at our waitress said onions were on the burger. Normally the tall afro American male guy COOKS TO PERFECTION! Hopefully he returns soon !

I ordered a sausage biscuit with a side of gravy, and a ALL Star Breakfast. Everything was as expected, but the gravy was sour/spoiled. I only found out after getting home and pouring most of it on my biscuit. But, my biggest problem is not being able to call back and speak to anyone in the store. Even on the website, you can't even chat on line. It's very sad that they are so automated that you can't call and speak to anyone. No one could even call the store to warn employees about potential danger. Not only is this bad for customer service, but a safety issue for employees and patrons. BAD BUSINESS! Just take the phone out and off the website.

I had someone to go and get 2 plates of grill chicken melt with fried eggs and hash browns. I get my plate and start eating and start feeling an extra crunch in my food. I open up my sandwich and all these big eggs shell in my food. Later that night I go back to get something else to eat and the store manager or whoever he was, some African dude is on the phone with his employees. So I proceeded to tell them about what happened and show the them pics. He asked to speak to me, he tells me that he was the one that cooked the eggs that morning and he has never did anything like that. I tell him that if he is the one that cooked it then he did it this time and that I have proof to show it. I give the young lady back the phone, he tells her that if they remake my food that they will get fired. I don’t go no where looking for nothing for free and I guess that’s what he thought it was, but the crazy part about is I go there all the time and get the same thing every time and I tip good as well. I am done with Waffle House all together I will be going to whataburger from now on when I want something to eat late night.

I came to this restaurant pretty frequently late a night. Tonight was the worst I’ve ever seen this place. Never seen this cook/servers here but I can tell you they do not care how this place looks. LITERALLY every table is dirty including the bar top where we normally sit. These two guys honestly seems like they didn’t want people to stay and eat. Unfortunately this happened on my Bday as well. This is in regards to the crew 05/13/22 at 12:10am.
