Just passing through the other day, and was happy to know that this Wendy's like most has been here through thick and thin for a reason. There staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food came out quickly and accurately. The store was well kept and clean.
Went to Wendy’s for food and ordered through the drive-thru gave specific instructions and came home to find out they didn’t give us the meal we asked for and they charged me for frosty when I showed them the special on a free 2023 frosty. Manager was the one ordering I suggest her getting demoted because she cannot manage one order with no one else around in site inside or out.
This is the cleanest Wendy's I have been too. Lashunda helped us at the register, she was extremely upbeat and positive. We used some coupons that we got in the mail. 2 for 10 was a good deal.
Clean and cleaner than most locations I visit! Manager Oralia is professional, and nice!
My family and I come here often and always have a great experience. Workers are very nice, service is quick and precise. If any mistakes are made they work hard to fix it. :)
I enjoyed this Wendy's. Service was slow, but it was understandable because there weren't that many workers that day. I ordered the 4 for 4 chicken sandwhich. It was really good and you definitely get bang for your buck. They also had one of those Coca-Cola Freestyle machines which helped to improve the restaurant's already sleek design. The place felt new and the bathrooms were relatively clean and usable.
11:40pm last night, drive thru. Our food was hot, fresh, and exactly correct!! We made a few modifications to our sandwiches, and it all came out fast, too. The attendant was very nice also. Will definitely start making this our late night, after work stop!
I visit 3-4 times a week i always have good service and food .the staff is amazing yonna have outstanding customer service .

I visited the Wendy’s at 2554 W Interstate 20 on September 17 at 7:33 pm and I think they did an awesome job! I love their food!!
I've only gone through the drive thru so I'm not sure about the inside but the staff has been courteous, quick, and the food has been good. Cooked well, wrapped decently and the iced coffee has tasted good.
The food was okay and considering we were famished, that's not saying much. It was fresh and that's what makes Wendy's stand out. This was drive-thru by the way so we ate in my car. Not too much ambience there lol!
We like this location. Staff just fine. Food seems to always be fresh. We live close so frequent here. Minus a star because always out of something... Toppings wise .
The renovations are nice. The service could improve attitude. Perpetual help wanted sign in the window. But that being said, it's a little above average for a fast food hamburger joint.
It'seems been a long time since I've been to Wendy's. The facility is nice and the young lady who took my order and processed was excellent and performed well. However, the quality of the food doesn't seems as good as I remembered it. I was disappointed.
Wendy girl!!! Dave has done it with this Southwest Salad w Avacado. I am so here tor it. The guacamole is edible and I would of never expected it to be so yummy. No "hell naws" about this salad it's definitely superior if you're looking for something late night with some flavor.
Wendy's has the BEST spicy chicken sandwich anywhere. This place is nice. Clean, fairly good service and friendly. The only negative is that they dont know how to spell Spartacus.
First time getting the spicy chicken sandwich and it was great! Also one of the few places to find cherry Fanta my favorite drink
Really good breakfast sandwich but the coca cola was mistaken and given another drink. Overall service could have been better but it's okay.
Cashier was not that friendly. It if felt as if I was disturbing her from what she was doing at the sink. I asked her to give me a few minutes. Then when I was ready, she tended to make me wait longer.
Gone downhill greatly. Door is always locked on lobby in the afternoon and evenings. Went through drive through the other night, and waited nearly 30 minutes for a few items. We got the items and they were all soggy, and drinks were watered down . Tried to go into speak to somebody but of course the doors were locked. We were not about to wait in line for another 30 minutes so we had no choice but to accept it. And corporate never got back to us either.
Went here for the first time and customer service was great she was very friendly got my food cause I went on my lunch break and it was okay but not like I wanted the bacon was cooked to hard and the fries were cold
Wendy's is Wendy's, hasn't changed much over the years. The new fries are actually pretty good, and of course, the classics are good. The staff at this particular location is decent, not great, but they still get the job done.
The staff is moderately fast and the orders are typically taken down accurately. However, whenever I ask for ketchup, 90% of the time, they don't put it in the bag. This has happened multiple times and I've had to deal with eating their dry chicken nuggets plain. If it wasn't for their 4 for $4 deal, I wouldn't come back. If you have a craving and you're broke, take your money elsewhere.
This Wendy's has never one single time gotten our order 100% right on the first try. They don't give you a receipt, you have to ask for it. Food is ok though. The wait can be long for fast food.
Good food. Okay staff. Dirty floor. Dirty store. Normally I drive thru. Went in. Dirty tables. Floors so greasy and slippery you could skate on them if you can stand up. No complaints on the foid. Just normal Wendy's. They do have 100's of drink combos on the self serve drinks on the soda dispenser.
*-*It took 20 minutes to make it around to the window. They had no chocolate frosty mix. Majority of unfocused young people working on a Saturday night. It showed when I asked for no ice and got ice in my drink. They left out the BBQ sauce my daughter asked for to go with her spicy nuggets. It's sad that the workforce has come to those that just don't take pride in being the best at whatever you do. The person to person customer serve was so bad that I laughed at the young man who gave me our food. Wendy's you or the franchise owner, step up and do better.*-*
Food was hot and fresh. Only deducted 2 stars due to me being the paying customer and not being able to order my food the way I like. I was advised I couldn't order my nuggets half regular and half spicy which I always do at EVERY other Wendy's in Texas. I don't understand how putting 5 spicy and 5 regular nuggets in a nugget holder is such a problem. If you don't want to do it or are too lazy to just say that. 🤷🏿♂️🙄🙄
Out of the few times I've been to this location throughout the past year, service is always great and the people seem nice. But at the same time, the food is always bland, dry, and they sometimes even forget ingredients. Could just be coincidence, but that's only my experience.
Food is normally on point for a fast food restaurant. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because of customer service. Not that great .
The burger wasn't hot it was warm.
Super SssssLllllllOooooooWwwww!!! They need to either retrain the workers or get a new set with better fast quality. It took my husband no joke, 30 min to come home with a kids meal. We live 5 minutes away.
Went through drive thru - the girl taking orders had me repeat the order and slow down because she wasn't taking the order fast enough and repeated the wrong order back to me. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and ketchup for my numerous orders of chicken nuggets and were given bbq sauce only! When my daughter went back in with the bbq sauce the employee at the counter could care less and gave my daughter excess sauces and ketchup. Thanks for being a smart aleck Wendy's employee.
Didn't feel well after work & dropped by to grab a snack to bridge the gap until dinner. I ordered a baked potato only spread no sour cream and what did I get....SOUR CREAM only! Didn't think that was too special plus the attendant repeated my order correctly, smh. So much for today's customer service. Quickly reminded me why I dine at home.
Even after I had the employee repeat my order, they still managed to get it completely wrong. I shouldn't have to hold up everyone behind me in the drive-thru by sitting at the window and inspecting all of my food prior to leaving.
I made a mistake with my own order... I'm human.... I wasn't rude or anything but the lady that was the lead/manager whatever she was... was so rude for no reason.. a person in that position suppose to put out fires not spark one.... I'll never go back to that location.
I now know why there wasn't anyone eating there despite it being around 6 pm. The food was ready before we could even put ice in our cups, and we soon realized why - the fries we received were soggy and not hot. When we took our food we saw some of the tables were dirty despite there being only one other couple in the dining room, the sweet tea was empty, and when we asked if they could give us some from behind the counter we were told they were completely out. We have enjoyed eating here in the past, but today was a very different experience.
I hate giving low marks. I tried my best not to but the experience cannot increase the stars at this point. Family lives in the area and avoids this place. We went against their opinion because Wendy's is a great place to eat. It was true, we took 15 minutes to get to the drive through window starting with six cars away. The voice was polite, acknowledgment of our order was good, receiving our order took eight more minutes when we got to the window. They handed our two kids' meals, full salad, and spicy chicken sandwich in spirts. It was like they started cooking the meals when our car got to the window. Everyone was nice as they worked with us. We checked our order and asked them to fix the side order in one of the kid's meal. That took 2 minutes and was given to us with half the amount of the other kid's meal side of the same kind and in a container that was twice the size. The salad was the last to arrive. Do they make the salad after cars get to the window? Kids loved their meals, the salad tasted good, the fries were great, tea was just right, the chicken in the sandwich was dry and difficult to chew through. I am sure we will not return to this restaurant. So sad, could have been better.
Normally when I patronize The Wendy's franchise the customer service being exceptional in the food be satisfying for the price. However the Wendy's in Arlington on Abrams st. Is poorly ran and the staff lacks basic communication skills. Especially when dealing with accommodating customer when there's a particular item out. That i can't Isn't envision myself ever revisiting this location in the future...
We ordered 3 4for4’s and only got two, then we ordered a 10pc SPICY chicken nuggets combo and we were given a hamburger and when we asked for the SPICY nuggets we received REGULAR ones, I was so excited to try the spicy ones but they took my dream away. At least she gave me ranch. I 100% recommended trying the tropical berry drink. And we asked way to many times for straws and finally got them when we were about to leave.
Tried the new saucy nuggets and was very disappointed. The company basically took the same nuggets that you can get for less than $2 with a sauce on the side and are charging $4 for them with the only difference being that they already have the sauce on them. It also didn't help that the nuggets were cold. Wendy's could've easily just added new dipping sauces to their menu instead of charging more for something that's not worth the cost. I certainly won't be buying the new saucy nuggets again.
I love Wendy's but this location almost made me sick. After biting into a grainy old tomato, I completely lost my appetite. Wendy's has some of the freshest ingredients..apparently the staff didn't get the memo.
My mom and I stopped at Wendy’s to get a burger and a frosty. I like to add pepper to my burger so she asked for some packets of pepper along with ketchup. Originally we were told they didn’t have ketchup and it turns out they were able to find some, and then they tried to charge us for pepper. The guy had the window misunderstood and thought she meant jalapeño peppers when she had clarified pepper like salt and pepper packets. So he charged her for jalapeño peppers and she said that’s not what she wanted, she wanted pepper like salt and pepper packets. So he then proceeded to hand her the jalapeño peppers that she was made to pay for and she said no that’s not what I wanted and was still charged for jalapeño peppers even though she meant regular pepper. So he gave us the jalapeño peppers and finally the pepper packets. But she should’ve never been charged for the jalapeño peppers when that’s not what she wanted from the get-go. She was very specific about which pepper she was referring to. Maybe suggest to your employees to confirm what type of pepper the customer wants, and make sure the employee knows before charging the customer. I know it’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle of the fact that she should not have had to pay for peppers that we’re just gonna throw away because we just wanted pepper, like from a salt and pepper packet.
I just left a Wendy’s and ordered a Dave’s burger, just the burger. I didn’t want cheese but they also left out the tomatoes and lettuce. I was at home when I noticed it. Wow I’m glad I didn’t order more food. I had no choice other then to eat eat.
Came here to get spicy nuggets & got regular nuggets twice & got into a back & forth verbal Altercation with a young lady about it. I go to Wendy’s all the time & know what spicy nuggets look & taste like. Terrible service there.
I had to have an order remade THREE times before the cashier washed her hands and made it herself to make it right. The manager on duty this morning (9am Sunday March 29, 2020) was unacceptably rude! While Cashier, Crecia, did amazing at trying to make up for the way this manager treated me, I would still not recommend this store off I20 and Great Southwest. She needs some SERIOUS retraining on people skills and how to treat customers. I feel sorry that Crecia has to work under such a horrible person! UPDATE ON 10/5/2020: Figured I'd try again since my last visit 6 months ago. I ordered a spicy chicken pretzel sandwich meal and got burger instead. I also ordered a single bacon jalapeno burger, and got something completely different. Waited too long for this order, and NO ONE answers the freaking phone there soi couldn't get it corrected. This store always seems to have issues filling orders properly. They should really get new management or how better employees. Wish I could leave another 1 start, because 3.7 average is a FAR stretch from every time I've been there. Good luck!
Just spent alot of money on food, wanted a frosty but "miraculously it's down" which means they don't want to clean it again. Donated money to get a free jr frosty upon purchase of an order. Hardly go to Wendy's anymore so I didn't even get to use it. Guy asks me to upgrade 2 orders so I do, cause I usually have a good experience at Wendy's. Get home and both orders of large fries are as old as can be, no wonder they asked me to upgrade my order. Then my one of my orders doesn't have bacon on it. Definitely the worst experience at a Wendy's I've had. Will not visit this location again or Wendy's in general for a long time.
Rude service at the drive thru. Lady got an attitude when I told her my order was wrong even though the order on the screen was correct. Then after rolling her eyes and saying "gimme the bag." She still gave me the wrong order. And it was cold! Like the burger had been sitting on the counter for a while. Come on Wendy's! If your managers have a bad attitude, don't let them work the window! (She was a manager)
Handed my order to me wrong three times! I said I’m allergic to bacon. I wanted a chicken egg and cheese croissant. Did not say it wrong not once they just wouldn’t listen to me. Then the last time the one at the window had a attitude problem. If she would listen to me she would have heard me. Then went to speaking Spanish to the other lady. I’m not even tripping on that. Or the fact that the chicken wasn’t fresh on what they tried to give me. Finally got it right and I can’t even bite thru the chicken. Is it even cooked all the way through? Not upset, just disappointed. Cross my fingers I don’t get sick. 🤮
I came in with 84 year old mom who craving for bake potatoes, there were none make and ask for 45 min. Wait. We have to order something else, very disappointed. The girl on the cashier was very nice that was it.
Horrible, asked for everything slowly and clearly and they still got it wrong. Never asked how we wanted our meals,never asked what size, and at one point even just had us sitting in silence for a few moments. The nuggets were stale the fries were burnt and stale. And the drinks were wrong. Severely disappointed around the time of this post.... With how employment and this pandemic is treating us I understand work is harder right now but we can elviate each other's upset and anger if we work together to get things right. Ask questions if you need to employees repeat yourself if need go over the order again. Thanks! It takes two yall!
Last night I went to order food and pulled up to pay for it. The young lady had her mask just covering her mouth. Then the young Hispanic man had no mask on and was bagging my food. I quickly ask for a manager and the owners phone number and he seemed to laugh and think it was a joke. I cancelled my order and drove off . We are in the middle of a pandemic with cases rising. There are signs all over Wendy's about mask and social distancing. Yet your employees are not doing either. I hope no one gets sick because of your negligence.
I went to this wind is location last night but up taco salad and I had mold all over it when I took it back to the manager he treated me as if I had put them all on the tomatoes on the cheese on the salad. I would absolutely not ever eat at this Wendy's again for the rest of my life. Even after I told him to go and get the mold off of the other salads he just told me the morning manager should've done it.
By far the worst experience ever! I went there today to try and get food for my family and once I placed my order and proceed to pay they told me that they could not accept my money which was 100 bill because they didn't have any change however they never mention at anytime that they couldn't except the $100.00. I asked to speak to the manager which name is Martin whom by the way treated me very nasty & rudely not for once did he even want to work with me he kept asking me to leave the line because I didn't have my change my poor child had to experience this horrible experience I will recommend this place to anyone I would someone for corporate to please follow up with me I will be reaching out to the GM & DM so they are aware of this poor customer service.

As you can see from the pictures, they gave us nearly half cup of coffee and the lid of that cup was VERY dirty!!! The girl taking our order messed up the order TWICE!!! She forgot to put jalapeno in my bacon "jalapeno" burger!! Hello??? Isn't it supposed to be a bacon jalapeno burger????? Then she gave me a single burger when I ordered double!!!!!!! She said that they don't have single bacon jalapeno burger when I was standing in front of the counter to order it, then she gave me a single!!!
This place wasn't even busy and I got the wrong order.. guess they didn't think I was going to turn around and bring the poorly put together so called burger... I love Wendy's, that's why it's hard for me to understand for this location to be in such a prime location but have such horrible service. Attention to detail matters! Probably won't be stopping there for the next couple years.
The manager there Elizabeth is completely rude and unprofessional. The young lady working the drive through handed me some ketchup which was completely covered in honey before I could ask for a new set. I sat there maybe 30 sec trying to clean off my hands. When the manager Elizabeth came to the window and was like what! I handed her the ketchup she snatched then sucked her teeth and aggressively handed me a new set of ketchup’s. She had disgusting behavior to be someone’s supervisor she also doesn’t know that I know the regional manager for the area and she will definitely be reported!
The staff need some customer service training. While taking my order they were extremely rude and were rushing me which makes no sense there was two cars in line, myself and the car before me. When I got to the window to pay the lady had an attitude the whole time. Idk her name but she shouldn’t be working drive through with that attitude.

I wanted to give them another try…Waited 15 minutes in drive thru to place my order just to be told that I can’t use my coupon because the scanner is broken…You can see the offer on my phone so why can’t it be honored? If your equipment isn’t working the consumer shouldn’t be told, “Try next time or go to another location”. Or management should have extra equipment such as a scanner on hand like any normal establishment. Every job I had in retail and fast food - THAT was normal practice.
Some of your employees need customer service classes and they also needed to stop selling cookies if they can't remember to add it to the customers' orders, I got charged more than 3 times for cookies I never even tasted because the employees never put it in the bag and by the time I realized I was long gone. This time I went back to get the cookies and get the messed order they gave me fixed and, instead of apologizing for the mistake the employee was arguing with me with my phone open on the order I placed online in front of her eyes, she could clearly see that they messed up but still argued. So, I asked her if the app told her to withhold my cookies to, she ignored my question lol. I hope it was worth it though I'll make my own burgers and cookies at home from now on or go anywhere else!
The manager was very rude and kept saying we should have gone through the drive thru when we had a online order that wasn't even ready. I like Wendy's food but will never go to that one again. That manager needs to be fired. If I hadn't already paid for the food I would have said no thanks and went somewhere else
Last Saturday night was a nightmare!!! The drive thru had people walking up to it complaining, they handed my drinks to the car in front of me and tried to convince me to take them instead of remaking them! I don't want drinks that were in someone else's car for 3 minutes, and it's not sanitary. The Manager and two other employees were mad because I didn't want the drinks, and then the manager was like, "do you want your food?" I'm like yeah I want my food, and then he tells the employee to just give me my money back! It was unprofessional and very unsatisfactory. That manager Martin needs to be fired!
Waited 30 minutes because I asked for fresh food . The drive through attendant was rude & she had her child in the store with her behind the counter. The child playing all over the store running back & forth to the front of the restaurant & back behind the counter…
Their service is extremely slow. The floors were sticky and gross. It took us 30 minutes to wait in line and get our food with one family of four ahead of us. I definitely understand why no one comes here. I could have gone to a major restaurant and received this slow of service. Not worth the hassle.
I want to give it zero. They are slow and do not even care to try and speed up. I am here for a DoorDash order. No one ever acknowledged me when I came in, they had company so instead of working was chit chatting, and I’m still waiting. 20 minutes is ridiculous. Then they overlooked the order. Just sad!!!
This Wendy's is ran worse than any other fast food restaurant I've been to. In the past year or so, each time I've gone there it has been a bad experience. Tonight I waited in the drive thru and they wouldn't take my order until there was no one in front of me. I was told they were short staffed and they were trying to make sure they did everything right, which I understood. They didn't have any drink carriers and handed my 6 yr old a random drink through the window. They gave me 1 bag of food, which was missing 5 items. When I told the worker I was missing fries and nuggets, he handed me a bag with 1 fry and 1 nugget. I then told him specifically what I was missing and he handed me a bag with 1 fry. I told him I was still missing 1 fry and 1 nugget so they handed me a bag with 1 fry. I told them I was STILL missing 1 nugget and the manager just handed me nuggets through the window with no apology or anything. Worst service ever!
I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. Simple right? Nope. The young lady working the drive thru had poor customer service skills. My order was not right and I waited 10 minutes and I was the only one in line.
The guy who was working the window should be fired ASAP!!!!!!!! He is RUDE and all the workers working the midnight shift should be fired as well. I drove up to place my order and he says something but i couldn’t understand him, the mic was very choppy… There were absolutely no other cars in sight so I just pulled up to the window so I could hear him better and to pick up my order( placed online). This guy opens the window and starts YELLING (literally)!!! He screams “SO YOU DIDN’T HEAR WHEN I SAID TO WAIT? WHAT DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND? LEAVE, LEAVE MY STORE”. I responded “ are you talking to me? I ’m just picking up a order. What’s your name?” He refused to give his name and he continued to yell and curse while his coworker sat back and ignored it as if this is was everyday thing. If you can avoid this location PLEASE Do!!
Well my order was taken correctly the first time at the speaker an as we were at the WIDOW they forgot half the order so we had order half they forgot. And when we got home, they gave my the wrong sandwich so we went back to get what I ordered the second time an one of the employees at the window was rude an haseted to call the manager then the manager messed up I'm order for the third time because he was bothered by my complaint and finally got my correct sandwich but management couldn't apologize for the mix up on their behalf we were offered cause that's b.s we did ask for , and if you don't like your job don't be their texas is full of jobs ..
Down Right Bad service. I love Wendys but I won't go back to this one. Forgot all the sauce for my nuggets, they put onions on my man's burger after he asked them not to and Undercooked the patty. I had a coupon and an offer and their code scanner wasn't working, Very unprofessional panicking done by management and crewmembers, Management did not compensate full coupon. Manager Took my phone into the back of the window, closed the window and walked away with it. Never go here HEED THIS WARNING !
I went to this location twice at night shift and I’ve been waiting on the drive-through just for someone to take my order for more than 10 minutes and then I left without make a order or get my food because people working at Night Shift unprofessional at all in service
My burger patty was thinner than the lettuce. Ordered at 1033am and left at 1057am with 5 biggie bags
Just overall terrible, the store is accepting door dash and not completing the order, which causes the consumer to wait for a refund that takes up to 5-7 business days. Not only that but also wasting the door dasher and the consumers time.
The workers clearly hate their jobs, no customer service what so ever. We spent a little over 60$ for our family of 6 and asked for bbq sauce and they handed us one. Get home and the wings were bbq when I ordered spicy buffalo.. waste of money. Then I come on here to see the other bad reviews. Won’t be back to this location for sure.
Drive through wait was nearly 15 mins and your food isn't fresh, but old is insane. Made my burger wrong. I let them know and gave it back. They used the same old burger to fix it and gave it back newly wrapped. A complete disappointment when you're hungry and you patiently waited. Hate I missed that In-N-Out exit.
Don't go here after 11pm. The night shift window clerk and manager gave the most distasteful service last night. I was so angry I started shaking. I tried to call to speak with someone this morning.....no answer. I will be making an appearance to the location. People think they can treat others badly and there's no consequences. Im going straight to corporate!

Manager said our Uber pick up order had already been picked up. A Uber driver literally came while we were there and said he had been given the wrong order. Even after this, they refused to give us our food and after 30 minutes of simply asking for the food we have paid for and being threatened to have police called They gave our food. Manager had an absolute attitude and ego for no reason for mistakes she had made.
The manager here is absolutely rude and lacking something in her head. The other workers are nice. Avoid this location until she’s replaced.
Just went into this place and the staff all saw me and another gentleman standing there waiting to have our orders taken. They COMPLETELY ignored us. Only one car on the drive through and no one in the restaurant. They were not busy at all. I looked at the other gentleman in line behind me and said, "I dont think they want to take our orders?!" He agreed. I left. I am now getting my dinner elsewhere.
Ty women who takes the orders will start arguments over stupid things. She does not belong to me and customer service. I order no L or T she says so plain I say no I want mayo, she says so plain puts it in that way I get no mayo. Today something similar. Short Hispanic with short hair needs to cook or something. I live down the street and won't go to this location anymore.I said i want buffalo nuggets.She said, saucy nuggets, I said buffalo nuggets.She said, you have to tell a saucy.Nuggets, how stupid is that fire?Her second time she started an argument with me.I will never go back to you until she is gone
I am completely disgusted first and foremost whoever was in the drive-through. I don’t know if she was a manager or who she was but she was talking to the other girls on duty very nasty. It’s 4:46 PM. I just left and it is Saturday evening? Secondly, the reason why I’m leaving this review is because I found so much hair inside of my frosty I want to puke. I can’t believe that I can’t go to this Wendy’s anymore because now I know that they are not practicing the proper standards to be clean. I can’t even eat my frosty because I feel sick to my stomach looking at so much hair inside of my frosty. I’m definitely not about to pick it out. I have somewhere to go so I can’t turn around and file my complaint.
We ordered breakfast ahead on the app. We went through the drive-thru and they said they gave our food to the car ahead of us. So we waited another 30 minutes for them to remake it. Then they completely forgot a meal. They then argued that they gave it to us. It was not in there. They did end up replacing it while mumbling to each other the entire time. It was not my fault they were busy and messing everything up. I was very patient and kept my cool the entire time. By now we had spent 1 hour trying to get 4 simple breakfast meals. The first 3 were then cold but I just took my food and left. I really should have asked for fresh food all the way around.
Employees at this location are consistently rude during the night shift. I can’t speak for the daytime crew, but at night it’s a mess. They close the store whenever they feel like it, even though it clearly says online they’re open until 2AM. Around 1AM, they’ll refuse to take orders — whether you’re a regular customer or picking up for DoorDash — and they really act like they couldn’t care less. For context: I DoorDash at night and come to this Wendy’s often. I’d say 8 out of 10 times I end up having to cancel orders because the staff refuses to work during posted hours. I’m not sure if there’s an issue with their schedule or what, but if something changed, they should’ve updated their hours officially instead of yelling at people and being rude. I don’t know who’s managing this place, but it honestly feels like there’s no real management at all. And yeah, some people might say “well, it’s just Wendy’s” — but at the very least, I expect basic respect and service. Not too much to ask.
We drove a long way to stay in this area for just one night. We were hungry and expected food since we had already paid. However, the girl and the service were absolutely terrible. They didn’t give us the food we ordered, didn’t provide a receipt, and when we went back to ask about our missing items, her attitude was beyond rude. Instead of being kind or trying to resolve the issue, she outright refused to help, spoke to us with no manners, and acted like it was our fault. She had the audacity to demand we bring back the food to prove it was missing. Seriously? After driving for hours, with two starving kids at the hotel (thankfully my mom was watching them), she showed zero care or understanding. It was as if she went out of her way to make things more difficult. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced in the U.S. Rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.
I hate leaving negative reviews but, i tried calling and nobody answered. First off, the lady with the red hair working the drive through, was very rude and short. I had to repeat myself 4 times on everything. That’s not my complaint though. I know everyone has bad days. My entire order was wrong except my bacon cheese fries. That only had two small pieces of bacon and very little cheese. I asked for no tomato’s and my order had tomato’s. I’m highly allergic to them so i can’t just pick them off. My drink was wrong along with my nuggets. The manager of this store might be the rudest human I’ve ever had an encounter with.. absolutely zero customer service skills.
Bacon raw, too cheesy, greasy bread not toasted, stopped cause sugar dropped and didn't want to eat junk, but the sandwich made me sicker, and they say it's a combo but they charge for the juice, why ask what drink if you charge for the drink, ask do you want a drink with this to let people no it cost
