Oh my greatness!! I really am a keto girl so their SF options are amazing but I really wanted a treat so I asked if they could blend my cold brew and they worked out the yummiest SF treat I have had in forever it was almost a milkshake 🤤🤤🤤 Great SF teas as well!! Edit: only sadness is that they do not have the SF peppermint all year round like they used to. It is a great I don't feel good tea! and I'm not the only one. And bring back the Heavy whipping cream!!

Love my neighborhood D-Bros! Always friendly staff and unique drinks will keep me coming back as long as they're around! Plus they spoil your best bud with a cup of whip cream and a surprise doggie treat at the bottom! So great, love this place!!

Always a great experience at Dutch bros! Great coffee and just great drinks all around! The lemonades are great! The employees are always so joyful. They all seem to really love their job! Always friendly and very helpful. Willing to give suggestions on new drinks to try. Don’t let the line fool you. Even if it is through the parking lot, they will get you through quick! With a smile on to top it off! You just can’t beat the prices here either. Bigger sizes than their competitors and it’s cheaper! I also really like the fact that Dutch bros is always doing something to giveback! They have many fundraisers they do for good causes. You just have to respect that! I myself am a customer forever!

Casual dude

Got a hot tuxedo (white chocolate + dark chocolate) with whipped cream. I love it. It felt too sweet initially which later on was fine. That's probably because of whipped cream I guess. My friend got iced grasshopper (white chocolate and coffee). He liked it too.

Second time I’ve gone to this location and the taller blonde guy with longer hair in a hat making drinks messed up my order after I repeated it to him twice. My drink is very very simple and no other Dutch messes it up like this. Won’t be returning

Ordered ahead on the app for pick up at drive thru, very disappointing experience. I sat in the same spot in the drive thru for pick up for about 30 minutes and no one talked to me. There isn't really anything good that comes out of ordering ahead when they aren't even ready for you. Plus, ordering ahead on the app has a tip already inputed for them, even though you haven't experienced anything yet. Made me late for work, no comp was offered, employees didnt seem to care when I explained politely. With all that being said, I am not happy with this location. The drink was good, and they usually have very good drinks, but the service and the care for the customers was not good. I recommend the one of Sunrise in Roseville, they are decently quick and actually have stuff ready on time.

Want to preface this review by saying I was a shift lead at Dutch Bros for 3 years so I am well aware of how rude some customers can be and would never act like that. Went to this dutch bros on Sunday June 9th at around 2:40PM and had by far the worst and most uncomfortable experience I have ever had. I ordered a dub shot over ice with cookie flavor and 4 cream, the guy outside that took my order was really pleasant. Got to the window and the guy handed me a hot drink, so I let him know we ordered it over ice please (I know this is a common mistake and the barista seemed new so no worries there). Then a person walks up behind him and starts asking about what we ordered, and the original barista is a little confused so the other person comes to the window and says “Is this them?”. The person says so you wanted it over ice? And I say yes. And The person goes “Did you like want the whip cream on the bottom or something?” I said oh I didn’t order any whip cream. The person goes “Yes you ordered a dub shot upside down with whip cream”. I was so confused as this isn’t what I ordered and I said no we ordered a cookie dub shot over ice with 4 cream. The person very rudely goes “We cant do 4 cream here” (This wasn’t a rule when I worked there and the person outside didn’t tell me so I was just confused but was like okay” So I’m like alright and she changes her whole posture and is very combative and almost laughs and is like OKAY!! almost yelling and looks scary. The person then turns around and I can see them point at me and making fun of me saying I am being rude. It was extremely uncomfortable just sitting there. So then the poor guy hands me an iced drink with white coffee and at this point I just asked if we could possibly get a refund because this still isn’t what I ordered (and I was uncomfortable since the other person was talking about me and being very combative for no reason) and the guy just asked if I wanted white coffee to which I said no and he then says he’ll just remake it again for me. This time it was right and we left. This other person made me so uncomfortable and was incredibly rude when I did nothing wrong. My drink was made wrong multiple times, I was understanding and simply trying to get what I ordered. Definitely not what Dutch Bros stands for or what I would ever expect, this person needs to be coached or maybe should not be in the service industry. Person was wearing loose black shorts and was holding a pink sparkly cup.

I’ve been a Dutch Bros customer for 10 years, but after what happened at the Granite Bay location, I’ll never be back. On March 16, 2025, I found a plastic object in my drink—something that could have been a major choking hazard. When I contacted customer service, I expected them to take responsibility, but instead, they locked me out of my account and ignored my request for a simple refund. Instead of addressing a serious food safety issue, they handled it poorly and left me frustrated. If this is how they treat longtime customers, I can’t imagine how they handle other concerns. Be cautious before spending your money here.

If you customize your drink prepare to be disappointed. I had the same problem before but thought it was a fluke, so I went back glutton for punishment. I ordered a large drink with very few ice cubes, mainly because I have an hour and a half commute and don't want my drink to get diluted. I now understand why they're called The Dutch Mafia, because the entire staff glares at you and states, the cup will end up being half full due to your ice request, almost daring you to say anything other than, "ok." I'm glad to know I'm the only one suffering from this treatment, seeing as how the car in front of me drank a quarter of their coffee, and handed it back to the window to get refilled before they left. Adding insult to injury, after I took the first sip of my half-filled coffee I regretted getting it because it wasn't even made correctly. It brings me joy knowing what my coffee loyalty gets me. P.S. I guess the extra cup for my not full coffee costs less than extra milk.
