This is my go-to Carls Jr. Their food is always hot and made fresh to order. Never have I had a bad experience here. The staff is kind and I feel they represent Carl's Jr. In The best way possible. Thanks Carl's Jr. for always getting it right.

The lettuce and tomato is always so fresh! It may not seem like much but crisp lettuce is hard to find in fast food so it's greatly treasured. The staff members are all so kind!

Drove through and got tasty Carl's Jr burgers, fries and zucchini. Quick and accurate. We have been going there since we've lived in the area for 20 years. This location very rarely has any errors with our orders.

The location is truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The dining area was impressively clean and meticulously maintained. The friendly and accommodating staff, coupled with the spotless environment, elevated my dining experience and made me appreciate the fast food more than I normally would. Overall, it was a truly delightful experience.

I’ve always like to eat at Carl’s Jr.. The food is made fresh and they have plenty of innovative sandwiches. They’ve also done a great job of catering to certain diets. You can get their sandwiches lettuce wrapped in skip the bun. And they were one of the first to market with the beyond meat patty. I think they’re beyond sandwiches are the best in the market. I get a California classic and replace the burgers with the beyond patty, remove the cheese and add pickled red onion. It is one of my favorite burgers. The reason for four stars is that often they do not remove the cheese.

Food was delicious but the service barely accessible.

Great sandwich, fries were fresh and hot.. Drink was good.. Clean place.. The only issue I had was the cashier assumed I wanted the 1/2lb or something like that and charged me.. I had to explain to her that it was not what I ordered and please make it a normal size. Trying to sneak a more expensive burger in did not set well with me..

Went for an afternoon snack. Waited while the chicken tenders were freshly cooked. The fried zucchini were inedible as they were so greasy & over cooked. Seems like they were dunked in hot oil a 2nd time. Here’s a picture of the bag & how greasy it was.

Burger was cold through and through. I went to the drive-through since I was in a hurry. The attendant was cordial and professional. No red flags. But, after stopping 1 minute later to eat my burger I found that apparently the two patties had been cooked long ago. They were dry. Perhaps the addition of the cold ingredients made the patties actually cold. But, I can tell you that the in the entire sandwich no warmth of any kind could be found. I had to return immediately, walk in, and have them remake it. Not fun. Nothing was comped or any apologies given. It was only a two person crew. The “cook” in the back was audibly upset at re-doing the order. The front attendant had to actually ask that she make sure that the order be hot and fresh. (Isn’t that what should always happen?) A miffed cook. A crew that apparently cuts corners. That kind of thing makes me worry about what they might do to my order. I am concerned about ever going back there again.

I went through the drive-through today and got home and had no meat on my burger. Was not in the mood To go out in the heat again and have it fixed. But the person that helped me was very nice.

She was talking bad about customers and making fun of them and she wouldn’t even take my order until another worker came and meanwhile, I was eating in there. All she did was talk about Customer Badly. it kind of look like she’s a manager as well. She speaks Spanish and English.

I would give zero star if I could. I went to Carl’s Jr after the super-bowl to get the free hangover burger, but the lady working front, called Tania was complaining to her co-workers that it’s embarrassing for people to get a free hangover burger. She said all this while I was waiting for my food, she didn’t know I was a native speaker of the language she was speaking . She had absolutely no respect and still was complaining while I was eating at the restaurant. The food was great but Tania was very disrespectful and she made me feel embarrassed.

I finally get my food and i ask for a side of mayo and she tells me they dont have mayo yet my burger had mayo on it.... the dining area was so dirty and litterd with trash i hope the food doesnt get me sick. I would avoid this location total lack of professionalism.

came in to get a refund for my food. and they decided to speak spanish thinking i didn’t understand saying i already ate the chicken, but yet there is half left. chicken sandwich was perfect until I got to half of the sandwich.
