Someone just sent me a text asking "whats that CheeseSteak place?" Easy to remember as my cat is Buchi. I see this place to submit reviews. My hubs and I loved the food. AND they have Squirt & Diet Dr. Pepper! My two favorites. Got to watch the game while eating. The place was clean and the staff was funny. (they were clean too) I highly recommend this place.

Bruchi's CheeseSteak & Salads is a sandwich and salad fast-casual restaurant. They offer delicious and reasonably meal options. The chicken walnut salad is light, yet satisfying. The marinated chicken on mixed greens with raspberry Walnut vinaigrette dressing, candied walnuts, dried cranberries and gorgonzola cheese. They also offer burgers, subs, cheesesteak sandwiches and half sandwich options. This is a good lunch date spot, since the booths offers privacy and there are plenty of places close by to extend the date. Is the temporary inflation adjustment charge really necessary? The place was clean and the staff were pleasant. Enjoyed the food. I got the turkey club and it was tasty. Bread and the bacon were the stand outs for me. Next time I'll try the BLT. The fries were also great. Just a heads up, there are no condiments or napkins on the table but there are plenty provided for you up front. It's close to where I live so I'll be back for sure.

The Philadelphia cheese stakes sandwich is AMAZING hands down . Delicious and the bread is made daily!!! Their special sauce is perfect with the French fries . Delicious, hot, fresh. Honestly just good food. The fries and fry sauce are killer too. They have some good employees there keeping it super clean, and making sure orders come out fast. Super glad I stumbled onto this place. Edit: I just want to update my review, as it is older and I have new information to share. Today I walked into Bruchi’s with a small appetite, and I didn’t think I could manage to eat a whole salad. I really wanted to do just a half order, which they don’t offer with certain specialty salads. The owner was super generous and kind about making sure I got what I wanted. I was more than willing to settle for another item too! The staff just goes above and beyond. Thank you once again for an amazing experience!

Came in to cross off another one of our foodie bucket lists. Very good. Ordered the Supreme and the bacon cheddar... A trove of finely chopped meats, peppers, cheese, onions, and mushrooms on fresh Pillow soft bread. Also, try the fries sauce 👍👍👍 definitely recommend it.

First off, alerted Maps that the pinned location within the TJ Max Shopping Center in Roseville is not in the correct area in the center. Hearing about Bruchi's by my Wife, who works in the general area and alerted me to Review it. I have. First off, in chatting with Troy as of 8/5/19, this particular store location has been open for 6 weeks. The sandwhiches we ordered were the 7" Steak Classic and the 7" Supreme Steak (Choice of Steak or Chicken), topped with Grilled Onion, Grilled Bell Peppers, Mushrooms and Cheese (Choice of cheese selections). Upon giving my order, Troy told me the the Supreme is the popular sandwhich as from the past 6 weeks, is 40% of sales. So glad I am with the majority. It is an awesome sandwhich and I will tell you why. The preparation and presentation for the Cheesesteak sandwiches are not all that different from then Charleys Philly Steaks around Roseville where they cook in an open grill where you can see your sandwhich being made if you wish. The bread is the main item that determines how that Cheesesteak will be in terms of getting to the other ingredients taste, texture and flavor. The Bread is very tender and perfect. The size or width of the bread roll is similar size to a Jimmy John's, the Bread shape and size are the same, excluding the actual type of bread. The Steak and the ingredients melted with that White American Cheese were tender to the chew , that nearly melt in my mouth. The flavor was typical from a Cheesesteak and absolutely delicious. The other menu items appear to be awesome too. I noticed some other fellow patrons ordered some Fries. Crinkle cut from what I had seen. They appeared to be lightly Golden, as if it were the arches to the Pantheon of Ancient Mount Olympus. I have to try next time around, because I like Crinkle Cut a lot. Officially, I give Bruchi's a 5 Star Rating especially, they honor Military of Past and Present. Thank you, thank you thank you. I love the place and will be back when in the area to try other menu items.

It's been a while since I have visited and it still tastes amazing with great service, totally worth the drive from Citrus Heights area. I love this place! I ordered the cheese steak supreme as suggested by the cashier and It was hot, fresh, and delicious. Their salads are amazing as well.

Let me just start with, BOMB .COM !! The owner of this restaurant, Troy, is the most KINDEST and generous man I have met! Keep in mind, The customer service was great! very polite and helpful! Don’t forget to dine in or leave with a 12” pepper steak cheesesteak!! Phenomenal taste and the pepperoncini gave it such a unique touch to it! 😍 definitely will be coming back!! Thank you again, he was even nice enough to hand me a cookie! Great man.

Nice place. The cheese steak and pastrami sandwiches are great. You truly only need to get a small sandwich. They are almost the same size as the large sandwich and bigger than described.

Even then, it’s still a very good cheesesteak. I usually order online for pick up and the timing is so consistent that if I do arrive too early the wait is minimal. We ordered 3 French dips and a kids burger to go. Added in a couple large fries, for the road. Everything was delicious! The large fries are huge, fry sauce is perfect.

Best philly cheese steak near me for sure. I've tried them all over, but its getting more difficult to find a cheesesteak place with fresh ingredients and fresh bread, but Bruchi's fills the bill every time.

Philly served on a house made roll, the reuben on house made light rye is a beast of a sammich, and crinkle cut fries!! Fry sauce is awesome touch and Diet Dr Pepper make this place worth going to. It's the staff that takes it over the top with their service and friendly attitude!! Update: Still going! Service awesome, food still great at Both locations in Sac.

I got the Chicken Malibu cheesesteak, and it tasted fine, but I didn't like how chewy the bread was and how quickly it got soggy. I feel like I would've liked their cold subs or salads more. I got a chance to try their fries, which were nice and crispy, and I loved dipping them in their bbq sauce. The cashier (tall guy that I think might've been the owner/manager) was super friendly and easy to talk to. Lots of unique choices on the menu. The sandwich sizes are pretty big so you could get easily filled up on just a 7" (seriously, the 7" reminded me more of a footlong you would get at subway). +$4.50 for fries and a drink is a little steep, but $8-10 for a sandwich isn't too bad for the amount you're getting on it.

I ordered the cheesesteak classic and this is how it arrived. Barely any meat and missing the peppers. The fries were stale and cold, as well.
