I got a large, sugar-free, lite-ice, Golden Eagle Chai Breve. It was delicious and served with the usual amazing customer service. You could see the sweat soaking the order takers hair as she stood in the shady outdoor shelter but she was still chipper and friendly.

My location of choice. Getting in and out can be tricky. The staff are always polite and kind. There service is quick. Never disappointed with my drinks from here. I have taken two family members here from out of town for their first Dutch experience!

Passed by here earlier this afternoon just after 1:00PM. This is My first time going to this Dutch Bros location in Roseville. The service was good. I went to the walk-up window. I ordered a Large Caramelizer Blended with Whipped Cream on top and Caramel swirl all around it. It didn't take that long for My order to come out. The barista was really nice and respectful when taking My order. Honestly, if I have an opportunity to order some coffee, I will pass by this Dutch Bros location.

Just went to Dutch Bros for the first time and it was so good. Got a caramelizer and kicker! Both were delicious. Great blends of flavors in both. Definitely coming back everytime I visit the area!

Dutch Bros has become the must stop spot for coffee on the go for this absolute coffee snob. Although I actually prefer my self ground free trade beans from a local roaster in Davis made fresh in my French Press to any coffee you can buy in these streets, if I'm going to buy it or if the house Dutch Bros does the job. They have great fast service offered by smiling youngsters that come right up to the car to get your order started, rain or shine. I really like that they offer a lot of sugar-free syrups and oat milk when I'm in the mood for something cold and blended. A Sugar-free Nonfat Oatmilk Carmelizer is a great way to slip a quasi-desserty feeling something into my day when I'm having a sweet tooth but not looking to blow out my carbs!

Omg so good. The drive through line was pretty big and it went by so quickly! The ladies who helped us were fantastic and so helpful. I couldn’t decide on my drink and our barista at the order helped me choose. Loved the barista quiz at the window while we waited. Would go back if we lived in the area! Also a perk or aftershock Rebel and our Salted Caramel cookie thing are amazing!!!! Thank you ladies so much for making our day. 🥰

My husband and I had a hankering for some after-dinner smoothies, so we headed over to the Dutch Bros drive-thru and ordered a mango smoothie and a peach smoothie, both with whipped cream. It was my first time getting the peach flavor. I'm glad I took the chance, because it's so good! Of course, the mango one is amazing as well. I'd definitely recommend either. The baristas were very friendly, like always, and the wait wasn't too bad. A really nice experience! Edit: Just went again for the 100th time & got an Iced Vanilla Latte & one of their new Iced Vanilla Matcha Lattes...sooo good! Even during the Covid 19 restrictions, these baristas are super sweet!

Love their coffee but for the love of god stop writing my name right where my nose touches on the cap. I walk around with ink on my nose.

Always fast, and consistent and friendly... couldn't expect more from a drive thru coffee spot.

A trip through the drive-thru line is always a positive experience, with cheerful service that makes you feel like you're the one and only customer that matters. The Dutch Bros employees are happy and energetic. They should be, since some of them make close to $30 an hour. Dutch Bros isn't your average coffee shop. They sell products you are not used to seeing at your local Starbucks. Need some energy?!? The Unicorn Blood Rebel drink will hit the spot. This could be a good date spot to grab coffee, lemonade or an energy drink. They have outdoor seating to enjoy your beverage, while getting to know each other better. Worst Dutch experience! Waited a long time and the drinks weren’t properly blended. Undrinkable! Never coming here again. Abismal service.

The girl last night was very helpful and kind but please train your employees to not ask if I want my change. If a customer is supposed to get change back, they should give it back without asking if I want it! That is off putting and won't be going back.

Drink was fine. Service was lacking. Got there first and the girls just skipped me. Decided to go with other cars that arrived after me. Still waited in hopes of someone to get my order..

Usually when I go to this location this early in the AM, I’m out In less than 3 minutes. I had pulled up behind 2 cars this morning around 615, no big deal. First car was there before me and the other truck showed up. We Wait 10 minutes, no movement. I get out of my car cause it’s ridiculous and say “what’s the hold up?” and see the order taker holding the customers phone, talking and laughing. Not putting anything in the tablet, just taking forever talking. Immediately after seeing me out of my car she gives the customer their phone, they drive off and take their drink and leave. WHY ARE WE WAITING 10 minutes at 630am WHILE YOU ARE PLAYING AROUND and LAUGHING WITH a CUSTOMERS phone in your hand? It’s crazy cause the truck in front of me, and myself, order and leave In less than 2 minutes. No reason we should be waiting that long because of a conversation. Move the line.

I tend to go to the Antelope one because its closer to my house which has fantastic service. I go to to this one when im staying closer to my boyfriends house and I dont know if its due to understaffed or under training but 90% of the time i go to this dutch bros even if there is only 2-3 people in line im waiting well over 10 minutes for a drink. I've seen the Antelope one have 3× as many people and I get out in the same time frame. I only have this issue when I go to this one and its really frustrating when you order 1 drink with 2 people in line and have to wait over 15 minutes.

Not a great experience. Got in line and was next in line to order and were told “the other girl will help you”. After they were done helping their order, they went back up to the front and then began helping the person behind us. Then the original girl came up to take our order like nothing happened despite us being the next customers to begin with. After that, we order our drinks to where after leaving, found one of our drinks was completely messed up and not at all what we ordered but fortunately, one was perfect. No extras that we paid for were added and the drink was still messed up. Plus, drinks were watery and tasteless. Really disappointed with this visit and won’t be coming back. Other Dutch bros will make the drinks much better and offer better service.

Stopped and got my husband a EXTRA HOT LATTE $7 later he said it was NOT even Warm!! Disappointed is an understatement! ( and i even asked is this extra hot?!

Went here during lunch and it is 11:25am. They have a line out to the street and have no one out taking orders. Only taking orders one by one at the window. No other Dutch Bro does this! They have at least one if not two people out during peak hours to help with the line. This is also on a merch drop day and should be staffed properly.

OK, so this is the second coffee I’ve had in a week that was supposed to have vanilla in it and again it did not so kind of disheartening and also I was very annoyed that the girl overflowed the cup so when I went to open it up it went everywhere in my car Not a good idea. So that being said, I would never return and never recommend you. It was just a big waste of money twice and my time twice. In one week at the same location very odd.

I hate leaving bad reviews for one of my favorite franchises, but the bar should be set a lot higher. This location always takes at least 20 minutes longer than it should. I’ve come on different days and it’s always the same experience. Either staffing, training or process improvement needs to be addressed. And they got my order wrong. But I’m a little more forgiving of that than the lack of basic efficiency.

The girl who took my order at 3pm today completely messed it up. I had asked for a a small iced Double Torture Mocha with light caramel drizzle and whip, but she only put it down as an iced Double Torture, so it tasted completely nasty! I got the drink with no whip, so how was the total $5.05 for a small? I even tipped them. 🤦‍♀️ I ended up throwing away the drink after 2 sips. I tried to call the number on Google Maps, but it's only the phone number for their corporation. So how do I get my order fixed? The line was extremely long, and I ended up being in the drive thru for 30 MINUTES on my way to work, so I was not going to try and go back. I was afraid I was going to be late. This is probably my very first and LAST time I visit this Dutch Bros if no one contacts me to get my order fixed. ☹☹☹
