I Love Teriyaki

Food was really good!! Service was good a well. Ordered kids a noodle dish and wasn't expecting it to be a big plate but overall it was good because i had 3 kids and a baby with me. I ordered myself 2 sushi plates and a California roll for my girls.

The Chicken Teriyaki is always fresh and delicious along with the sides (salad & rice) they skimp on the dressing so I always ask for extra and they never charge extra or give me a hard time. They allow for pre orders which makes it nice to call ahead and just pick up

This place has some of my favorite noodles. They always do an amazing job putting the meals together. Every time I come I get the chicken noodle place mild spice. Never gets old. It's plenty enough to feed 2 and leave full. Always my go to place.

There is nothing close to what I could get up there in California that I have found that matchs that tell I stumbled upon this spot. When I say I miss teriyaki I travel from Oakland CA to Sacramento just to eat here. The food is great the custome service great and most importantly it hit the spot. Every time I'm in the area I stop. It's so good that my family not request we stop on are way to Reno/Tahoe regularly. 10/10 recommend it here.

I really love teriyaki 😅 (this place), people here are very friendly, food is always delicious, any bento box and beef noodles are my favorites, The AC doesn’t work so hot days the lobby will be a sauna make sure to get a take out 👌

A few months ago, I had a less-than-perfect experience when I spotted some cockroaches while sitting near the walls. I mentioned it to the staff, and they were genuinely nice and apologetic, but it left me hesitant to return. However, today 8/14/2025 I decided to give it another shot, and wow! The place was clean, organized, and the service was absolutely fantastic.It wasn't too busy, and I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements. Maybe I’ll be back for more teriyaki goodness. Recommended and we will be back again.

I love this place. The chicken is really tasty and quality way above other places. They are really quick with service even when they are pretty busy.

The staff was super nice and attentive. They were really really busy and backed up and they still made sure that we were taken care of, made sure we had everything we needed and brought out food outside to us because we were sitting on the front patio area. They were so kind and made us feel very welcome which is getting harder to find lately!

I agree the dining experience is not amazing. Some odd behaviors here too such as eating in the kitchen where all the food is . . . I thought that was against health code? But the food is fantastic and sushi is definitely good price for the size of the roll. Tofu noodle plate was a great portion too.Also the plate was broken with chips all around the rim. It's like this place is notorious for its great food but it's served out of a hole.

I've been to several different I Love Teriyaki stores. This one was horrible! The food is usually so good, and here it was only okay. The restaurant smelled of something burnt. The person working at the front counter was extremely unwelcoming. I will not go back to this store.

Yall have a bad habit of turning your phone off with still hours to serve.

The food is okay at best and the staff that works the register are pretty incompetent and don't seem to understand the difference between tofu and seafood. Asked for a tofu noodle bowl and they gave me seafood and charged extra.

Great food and fast service. But a restaurant is only as good as it's dining experience, and from standing in line for 20 min for a teriyaki bowl I was able to notice that the chair I was leaning on had such caked on grease that I was able to scrape off the black substance to reveal the brown wood underneath. The walls are covered in grease and the dust that sticks to it. Just don't eat in, the food is great.

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, which is a sign of what condition the kitchen is probably in. Also, playing super loud latin music from the kitchen that you can hear the moment you walk into the restaurant in the dining room, which completely took from the intimacy of enjoying dinner with my family. The food was good but the dining experience sucked...

This place is great but the cooks blare their music with heavy bass for everyone to enjoy. Give them earphones! Other than that..great

Overall 3.5 stars. - Calamari plate: I was a bit disappointed on the amount of deep fried calamari. It was mostly deep fried tentacles instead of calamari rings. However, the pieces were crispy and perfectly cooked (not rubbery). The rice portion was generous. My favorite was the salad dressing: delicious! The veggies for the salad were fresh. - California roll: good roll for the price. My kid devoured it.

I called and ordered food for pick up at noon, the girl who answered couldn't tell me how much it would cost and she said it would take about 10-15 minutes. So I drove from work during my lunch to pick up my food, I got there at 12:15 and paid. She almost forgot to add the drink I had ordered. She said it would only be a few minutes and let me know when it was ready. I waited until 12:30 and went up and asked if my food was ready yet because I had to get back to work and eat before lunch ended. She didn't even know who I was or what I ordered so I reminded her of my name. My food had been ready and she didn't even tell me at all until I went up and asked! And she almost forgot to give me a cup to get the drink I had paid for 15 minutes prior! I said thank you and left. I didn't get a sorry for the wait or the confusion on her part. She never smiled one time. The only reason I'll be going back is because the food is good. Customer service sucked!

I get this place two stars because the chicken was OK, but the place is dirty and also they have loud vulgar music, and also the staff in the back kitchen. They constantly saying bad words in Spanish like a lot and they were really loud. They go to a restaurant and I pay money for my food. Let me enjoy my food peacefully. I don’t wanna hear your house problems. In the meantime I eat my food.

Favorite place to eat! Foods consistently great yet now that they’re on DoorDash $16.50 for a $7.99 actual posted menu price and standard cali roll $12.50 for a 7.99 roll as also posted on menu. How is this legal or okay?

First off they have a "Pass on Condition" tag on the window due to hygiene of workers and cleanliness of kitchen. We didn't see that until after we ordered and sat down. Can't honestly critic food cause after that we were very cautious and did not enjoy our meal. Update 10/27/2025: placed got shutdown because of rat infestation and it looks like e coli and something else risks.

When my husband and I came in, the entire place was empty. We placed an order and wanted to dine in. After our order was taken, we noticed our tag said to go. We never asked for food to go. The cooks in back kept cussing and being vulgar. I speak Spanish fluently and was uncomfortable sitting waiting for my food. Now the food, the food was horrible. The rice tasted like uncles bens minute rice and the chicken was literally so bone dry and hard, it was inedible. I will not be back. They also charge $15 for a 6 piece roll...joke. go to panda express instead.

As a longtime patron of I Love Teriyaki, I recently ordered their #21 veggie chow mein with medium spice level. However, upon tasting it, I found the heat level to be extremely intense, almost as if they emptied the entire bottle of pepper onto my plate. It's disappointing to note that the quality seems to have declined since when the owner used to run the place in contrast to employees now running the place. It now lacks exceptional customer service that was once a hallmark of this establishment. I tried calling them, and the person immediately hung up ( since they were closing in 5 mins). I called the second time and literally had to yell not to hang up and listen to why i am calling. While I've been a loyal customer for some time, I'm left feeling dissatisfied with my recent experience.

The one on foothill Blvd is much better … order food on the phone asked for no mushroom .. GOT THEM!!! The place had a bad smell like bad sea food … was nice and gave a tip even tho I got the food to go and was no happy with the food tasted blah for $77 dollars I would go else where sorry not sorry .. do better

They skimp very hard on the chicken. The ratio of chicken is about 1:7-8 Measured 140g of chicken and the noodles and rice are about 700 or more

I ordered the tempura combo with chicken. The tempura was not tempura batter, tasted horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The supposedly tempura batter was thick and nasty tasting. Not light, airy and crunchy like it should be. I will not be back to this location again.

Got the teriyaki rice bowl yesterday evening ... didn't notice till after a few bites that some of the chicken was still pink. Ended up getting the chills and threw up several times last night. Avoid this place. Will never be back

Paid $30 for 2 pretty low quality rolls. When I got there they told me "anything chicken related will be a 25 minute wait" and I responded, " well I definitely won't do anything chicken then" which is why I went with the sushi rolls, but even still had to wait over 30 minutes to get my 2 rolls! So frustrating. Specially when I got them and they weren't even good. Will not go back here.

Occasionally close without notification even do signs and Google says it's Open. It's Sunday 12:45!
