Very clean store. Staff is friendly. The worker there, Shaleah always suggests new sandwiches to try. They are always very tasty. We enjoy visiting the store for a quick bite to eat that is not greasy fast food.

Granville location was clean, food was well portioned without needing to ask for extras. Bread was fresh and in my situation, toasted perfectly. I received the guacamole my sandwich comes with, this is a issue as some locations. Overall positive besides the price.
I always order the same thing whenever I go to Subway. I have been to this one several times already. I want to say this is the cleanest place I have ever seen. It's immaculate! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their product. They always make my sandwich exactly as I like it. Subway is always good, but this one is exceptional.
The store was closing early for Memorial day weekend but I didn't know it. I arrived and sat in my car talking on the phone until someone from the store knocked on my window and told me the store was closing. If not for her and her excellent customer service I might have missed getting my dinner. Good job, and that you for your effort.
Clean and quiet on the evening we went there, but looked like there was just one employee there. She was excellent and quick, though. Very clean, good service.

My husband and I ordered footlong subs last night and they literally were the best subs from subway we’ve ever had. They were fresh and had perfect amounts of ingredients on them. We were impressed!!!! Thank you!!!
We were there after the tractor parade and it was busy! The young man was by himself . He never lost the smile on his face..was very professional and very kind to everyone. Manager came shortly after and after realizing that he was alone ( there were multiple call outs) jumped in and helped him out. Both of them were very fast and eager to provide great customer care despite the situation. I am a former Subway manager and field rep and I was impressed by the level of service I received. Kudo's!
Kendra has helped me several times at this store and she is fantastic and nice. She always goes above and beyond I hope she gets a raise

Their food and their staff, wasn’t too pleasant. I decided to give it another go about a week ago. There is a younger girl that works during the day. She is all smiles. She answers my questions. She’s wonderful about making my sandwich. Just overall an absolute gem for the few minutes that I’m inside the restaurant ordering my sub. To you, young lady, thank you so much for being so pleasant.

The new Italian sausage sub was on sale footlong and was delicious it's hard for me to give four stars to a fast-food joint but it was well done and they gave us a free cookie 4 the Wait since they were awfully busy
The owner of this Subway should run up and see how the Whitehall Subway store is set-up. I think it would make this one a much better store.
We had a sandwich late last night that was outstanding. The service was spectacular, the food delicious. So much that were back again for lunch today. However, the area manager that initially helped us was lacking any personality and was simply unpleasant. Very, very unfortunate...
The service and staff were really great. Quick and timely with orders and very helpful. The shop was kept clean and nearly spotless. My one and only criticism was this: THERE IS NO AC! There’s one fan for the entire place, and it gets hot and muggy in there fast. Corporate or someone NEEDS to give their workers a good working environment, because this is inhumane for them.
My daughter in-law ordered online, they can’t read because none toasted , forgot lettuce yet make big money. I think it’s easier to just go there and watch them from now on to make sure they get it right. On the receipt says toasted, lettuce and everything.

The girl working was rude. She didn't know how to make a wrap and ripped it. The other girl made the second one. And the first girl seemed to have attitude that she was asked to make a wrap. Sorry lady it's part of your job. Deal with it without giving customers attitude.

The vegetables were either brown or dried out and sure they just mopped the floors,but they had music blasting that I had to repeat myself 5 times for the young lady to hear my order. And they didn't even have change , our meal was $26.74 I gave them two $20bills and they were like we dont have change for that.
I ordered the turkey bacon avocado wrap and added a extra smash avocado and barley got any avocado never had this problem before but I also order from the Rutland VT and queensbury restaurant also the sub I ordered for my boyfriend barley had anything on it highly upset will not be returning back to this restaurant

Always out of veggies or just don’t listen to what the online order says. Was supposed to have onion, black olives, green peppers and pickles.

1★ I’ve had consistently bad experiences when Destiny is working. Service is extremely slow, and she often seems focused on unrelated tasks instead of the actual orders. More concerning is that she doesn’t listen to customer requests, which leads to incorrect or poorly made sandwiches. The biggest issue is hygiene. I’ve personally seen her lean directly over the food and put her arms into subs while preparing them, which is very unsanitary. Today was especially unacceptable. She dropped jalapeños between the sauce containers, then picked them out and put them into my sandwich. When I pointed out how unhygienic that was, she completely ignored me. It’s also worrying that there are multiple other reviews mentioning similar hygiene concerns, yet nothing appears to have been addressed by management. Everyone else at this location has been great, but based on repeated experiences, I would strongly suggest avoiding ordering when she is preparing the food.
Maybe change the hours on the site since I’m here at 811 with 3 other ppl in the parking lot and they are closed?!?!

What a joke. Put a 100 dollar DoorDash order thru and they cancelled it at the store. So I called and some kid answered speaking in an Arabic accent which was obviously fake because a girl there was laughing the whole time. He was so rude and told me oh well and hung up?! Like seriously?!?
As another local company my store always tries to support local when it comes to our luncheons but this is the most unaccommodating subway I have ever been too. Its just odd that sometimes you can call there and ask for 2 platters and its not an issue you may just have to wait a few hours, which is fine I know it takes some time to put them together, but other times you are made to feel like your bothering them and are told you have to have 24 hours notice. I mean its granville and I've been in there multiple times. Its rarely so busy they cant pull themselves away long enough to make 10 subs for 2 platters. You would think they'd appreciate any business they can get but I guess they just cant be bothered. Oh well guess we will go somewhere else in the future.
The only reason Subway deserves 1 star is because the employees are innocent in the mess that is this company. I decided to go in to try the new menu. I ordered a Cali Fresh turkey as advertised. Everything is an add on now and cost so much more. You didn't even have the fresh mozz which is the only thing "fresh" on the menu. My husband got a plain Salami with pickles. 25 DOLLARS!!!!!!! My sandwich alone was 15 and thats without the ADDON of MOZZ. Are you kidding me. I can get a prime rib dinner for 17 down the street. I wanted to leave right then and there but i feel for the employees. And my husbands sub lacked the normal amount of meat. So overprice and skimmping. And you can tell the employees were uncomfortable with all of this. Im sure they know its garbage. Both sandwiches were flavorless. We tossed them when we got home. I never fill out Surveys but i did right away and ill be calling the number. I want a full refund. What's sad is Mcdonalds when you break it down is prolly healthier. Never again.
The sloppiest place ibhave ever gotten a sub. Every time I order its falling apart, slapped together like they didn't even care, and it's never done the way I ask. Don't bother cause your just gonna get one sloppy meal!
I ordered the cold cut combo with double meat and cheese, the sub only had turkey bologna on it, no turkey ham, no turkey salami, and this was at the granville ny store
Food was good until I found hair in my sandwich. I’ve been ordering subway for a while and this is the first time this has happened.
Came in today to get two foot Kong’s. 4 pieces of Turkey on a foot long. I used to work for subway and it is 8 pieces of meat on a foot long. Not impressed. Will not be back anytime soon

Noticed the spinach was soggy, slimy and dark colored with some yellow pieces mixed in - politely asked the worker to remove the spinach (she had JUST set a pile of it on top of my wrap, I asked if she could take it off before she put any condiments on) and her response was that she didn’t see anything wrong with it and left it on anyway. Threw the sandwich away when I got home as expired spinach often contains harmful bacteria including E. coli. My own choice to still purchase the sandwich, yes, but had decided not to be rude to the attendant and have her make a new one although her response was far from kind or professional. Hoping a manager or owner sees this review and makes changes to avoid anyone getting sick from this poor customer service and hygienic concerns.
