I can't tell how good the food was. Everything was cooked perfectly & excellent seasoned. Is average expensive, food & drinks (including beers) $200 x a party of 6 is not that bad. Our experience was excellent, we had great times as a family. Definitely we will be back!.

We went during the holidays when it was very busy. Stefan did a fantastic job and was very attentive. He refilled our chips and even washed our take home glasses and wrapped them. Great family experience for everyone. Glad we made a reservation. We were sat immediately. This place is a must if you have young kids. Very impressed with service, food and atmosphere.

Rainforest Cafe never disappoints! Love the food and atmosphere. Very kid friendly but also a great place for adults to go to as well. Service was great and the staff is kind and attentive.

Our waiter, Jessi was super nice and friendly to us. She was also very patient with us as well. She even went beyond and cleaned our plastic drinks to go. Very helpful and excellent hardworking overall!

Our server, Violet, was fantastic! She walked us through the menu with ease and always kept our drinks topped off. The whole place has such a lively, family-friendly atmosphere. The gift shop is definitely a highlight, so many unique things to look at! As for the food, it’s not exactly groundbreaking, but the playful names on the menu add some charm. Honestly, you’re paying more for the overall experience than the actual dishes, but it’s still a great spot for a family outing. Every half hour, there’s a fun little “thunderstorm” ⛈️ that adds to the excitement, and a photographer makes the rounds offering keepsake photos starting at $20. The restaurant was spotless, fully stocked, and well staffed. I’d recommend everyone try it at least once!

I had dinner with family and I ordered the crusted chicken with pasta and it was delicious and a large portion. The others liked their meals too, the black fish tacos and Korean lettuce wraps. Our waiter was very attentive too. We will go back again.

This was our first time going. Today was my son's birthday. It was a very interesting experience. The food was really good. We weren't able to finish it. I like that the alcohol drink come in souvenir glasses and you can get a brand new glass when you leave. It was six of us..Bill was pricey but it was worth it. I got Caribbean trio, ribs, shrimp, and chicken. The only bad part was the menu was VERY overwhelming. They give you three different menus.

Our server Amy was amazing! She did a wonderful job explaining the menu and making sure our drinks stayed full. The atmosphere is so fun and very entertaining for families. Their gift shop is incredible! The food isn’t anything super original, though they do have fun names for everything. You are paying for the experience more than the actual quality of the food, but it is a fun place to go with the family.

The service was good, but not very quick. I took my son for his birthday and luckily for us, the restaurant was not busy bc it was later in the evening. But it was slow to get refills. The food was very mid for the price you pay. The best thing was the cheese curds. My sons steak bites were very dry and over cooked so we had to send them back. The meal I had was ok, but not extraordinary. And one of my shrimps in the scampi was only a half piece with the tail, almost looked like a bite was already taken out of it. I know thats not the case, but looked that way. The atmosphere was really neat and fun. So if that's what you are looking for and dont care about price or flavor, then a good place. If you want an over all 5 star experience, I would advise to just go to the Magic Time Machine for birthdays or special occasions.

Online reservations said no tables available; we walked up to host desk and expected a 30-min wait but a table was available immediately. Definitely check with hostess versus using online booking. Angel our server was very prompt, energetic, and attentive. He had appetizers our quickly. The food was fresh and out fast. The fried shrimp was greasier than we prefer, about only complaint. Food was plentiful and tasty. We were celebrating a Birthday and the Volcano dessert easily would feed 4 or more! Highly recommend Angel as server. If you have a wait, there is plenty of unique shopping outside restaurant.

So glad my wife made a reservation. I had the fish tacos. WOW! They were amazing. The fish was so tender, the flavor from the slaw & sauce; just wonderful. Melted in my mouth. Makes my mouth water writing this. The best fish tacos I've had in a long time. The black beans were ok, definitely had better. Just not a lot of flavor, needed a bit more. The rice was under cooked & zero flavor. The tacos were the star of the dish. My wife really enjoyed her shrimp platter. Loved the portion sizes, plenty of food. Glad they do this since all dishes are a bit pricey. We ordered the volcano brownie for our boys. It was delicious. The brownie was to die for. We loved our experience. The balloon animal guy made an elephant & a sword for our boys. That was a nice touch, very thankful for that; they really enjoyed them. The picture guy also took a great pic of us. Again, great experience. Service was awesome & food came out fast & hot.

Cool place with great customer service. The menu was pretty standard American foods, so the price is from the aesthetics. We really enjoyed the spinach dip, which initially we felt would not be anything to brag about. I'd actually get that again!! Love the theme of the restaurant, and the kids enjoyed their experience!

**NOTE: THEY DONT ALLOW SAME DAY RESERVATIONS ON THE WEEKEND ** SUUUUUUPER expensive.....$20 just for a burger $25 for appetizer plate. I get the concept and for tiny kids it might be cute. It reminded me of the old Show Biz / Chucky cheese with the animatronic characters. Just seems a bit outdated. Could use a bit of updates to the atmosphere. For what they charge they should definitely be able to afford it. I did appreciate that there were inexpensive items options in the gift shop and the themed cup my daughter got was reasonable. However, the drink apparently is an additional charge!? The server was absolutely fantastic. The host was amazing as well juggling the chaos even though he had a broken arm. All and all unfortunately with the $145.00 for 2 meals, 2 drinks and an appetizer we most likely wont be back. (I might make an exception for desert only with the grandkids) I think about those who would love to bring their kids there and wouldn't be able to affor anything. My advice would be adding at the minimum 1 or 2 affordable small simple options in order to open the opportunity to a broader audience.

Stopped in at Rainforest Cafe for a quick snack. The service was great and everyone was friendly and attentive. People really come here for the rainforest atmosphere and effects, and it definitely delivers on that — lots going on and a fun environment. The food was ok, but its more about the experience than the cuisine. One thing to note: it’s very loud with all the sound effects and activity, so it’s not the place if you’re looking for a quiet meal or anyone is noise sensitive. Overall it was a fun stop for the novelty, and the staff made the visit enjoyable.

Somehow Still Alive

The setting and atmosphere was amazing, the animal animatronics made sounds and moved quite realistically, small aquarium throughout, lightning storms (lights flashing and trees shaking) Our waiter/waitress did have moments of disappearing for a long while but it was dinner time when we visted so that was understandable. The food wasn't what was expected for the price. The BBQ burger was very dry and honestly tasteless and the bun was very hard, the cheese curds were okay but definitely expected more flavor for being over $10. The rainbow colada wasn't pleasing either lacking in any fruity or alcoholic taste. In my overall opinion it was too pricey for the lack of quality in food but the atmosphere was worth the price. Probably a better spot to take children for their birthdays or such.

I have never been to this location before. As a child myself I was taken to one in California. So I thought I would take my own child. I had higher expectations, we drove almost 4 hours and arrived right before 11:30am. We sat next to the bar in the corner, our view of the restaurant was restricted by the tree. I wish we were sat in the middle with a better view. The restaurant was still empty when we were seated. The waiter took our order but seemed like his mind was elsewhere. We got our food and no issues with that. He checked on us maybe two times, but never offered us refills or brought us new drinks while dinning. When he brought the check I was ready to pay to get it out the way. As soon as I gave him my card he came by and got my plate which was fine because I was finished with mine. But he didn’t ask if we wanted a Togo boxes or if we were even finished with it. I had to run to the restroom real quick and My wife was on her phone and he picked up her plate when she wasn’t looking, so we weren’t able to take our leftovers home. Other than that the atmosphere was great and my daughter loved the place. They do come by an take your pictures at the table if you want. It’s 1 picture $20 or two pictures for $30.

The Rainforest atmosphere was okay. I do recommend making an online reservation because it saves a lot of time and helps you avoid the eternal waiting. The service was fine, but unfortunately the food was not for the faint of heart. The shrimp was overcooked, and the steak was so tough it felt like chewing rubber. Considering the prices, the food quality did not match the cost. Overall, it’s not worth the overpriced charges.

Food was absolutely awful and took over an hour to get to us. Some shrimp was undercooked while the other plates were tough. The alfredo plate was all butter - how do you mess up Alfredo it’s melted butter, milk and cheese with seasoning. Never going back. Our waiter was really nice though and the atmosphere was cool.
