BRO! Okay so it’s past midnight right. Got hellllaaa munchies like I’m the most hungry I ever been in my life and I’m like damn what’s open right now?? You know Jack got that 24/7 so I had to slide. I see they have this 12$ cravings box so I said lemme get that. I asked for an ultimate cheeseburger and the two tacos. Then the worker says, “what would you like as your second side.” I said, “Whaaaat??? TWO SIDES??” Amazing. You know I got that curly fries with the extra ranch for surely. Then bro asks what I want to drink so I asked if the size will affect the price and he tells me he’s pretty sure it will so I just said “Lemme get that’s root beer n I got water at home.” Price comes out LESS THAN 12$ like $11.50! Dapped the homie up at the window and went home n munched. So so good. Great price too. I love you Jack!!!

Food was good we parked across the street to eat a big ole parking lot with space for an rv. If you are veggitarians say it and specifically what you don’t want on your meal. They didn’t put any tomatoes on my veggie taco. Didn’t have the curly fries and no impossible burger choice

Usually this location does a pretty good job overall, fries seem to be the only thing that are perpetually not fresh. But everything else tends to be really good. I ordered last night and got a text to leave a review, otherwise I wouldn't have brought this up. But a few months ago, I placed an app order for pickup, arrived and was advised the order shouldn't have gone through as they were servicing equipment and were not cooking anything at the moment, it would be a few hours. So, I submitted a refund request. Within a day or two, I received an email asking for my mailing address to provide some type of "we're sorry" complimentary coupons. Normally I wouldn't particularly care, but since it was brought back to my attention by the text requesting feedback, figured while reviewing the above average food for the location, I thought it only fair to add this ball being dropped by Zandro Villamil (DM).

Bathrooms void of toiletries. Drink fountain was out of mant selections and flies were everywhere. I ordered 2 tacos & onion rings. They didn't taste like they were cooked that well. Nor were they hot. Awful experience. I will not go back!

Drink machine is a little dirty, the very back seat next to the Drink machine is a little wobbly. Floors are also dirty, staff are atleast really nice and fast.

Had a HORRIBLE experience last night, came in ordered over 20$ worth of food. They only gave me 4 tacos not my order which no big deal tried calling to see if I could get my money back I live 30 minutes away and wasted money and gas. The “shift leader” was very rude when I called. A simple “let’s fix this problem for you” would have been great. But no she was highly unprofessional, said it’s not that serious order mess ups happen which yes they do but give me money back and say how your going to fix the issue don’t try to down play it your a manager. Do your job. But no she chose to be condescending call me babe and if I’m going to be angry she will just hang up. She then hung up on me 3 different times. A “manager” then I spoke to a very kind gentleman named Anthony who was very professional and said he understood my frustration handled the situation like a MANAGER should! Meanwhile she is screaming in the back at him “hang up you’re not a shift leader” excuse me? He’s the only one willing to be professional and handle a situation with respect like a manager should. It’s so crazy she is a shift leader thinking it’s okay to yell and cuss at customers and employees. Do better. Anthony is great and I hope he gets a raise he’s professional and knows what he is doing. Shelby a manager called me this morning and was also very respectful how a manager should be and took care of the situation for me. Anthony and Shelby both deserve praise for their professionalism and I hope the “shift leader” working last night (who refused to tell me her name) never gets a job in costumer service again horrible attitude. Would be one star review if Shelby and Anthony weren’t working here.

Paid $17.50 for my meal and a slice of cheesecake. The real reason I even came here was for curly fries. And they gave me the smallest amount possible. It was absolute garbage. Also watched a staff member eating with their gloves on. Skip this place.

The chicken supreme that you so-called was like it was 50 years ago. There is no way ever that even comes close. It was dry, un appealing, and tasteless to say the least. So start over and try again!

Always very TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Every single time I come here they say there shake machine isn't working which is not true . They are just to lazy to make it . Also I have never waited in a drive thru line for so long. I was in there line for a little over 45 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me the whole time.

I came here around 1 AM after getting off of the night shift to pick up a couple milkshakes for myself and a colleague. For absolutely no reason, the only teenager working in the drive-through window said “you must be drunk, huh?” And then started sarcastically laughing. He then said “you better not get pulled over“ and started singing the “bad boy, bad boy, what you gonna do when they come for you “ song as I drove away from his horribly depressing night shift. This was at 1 AM on February 11th. The employee’s name is Anthony. I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism even from a high school teenager at a Jack-in-the-Box drive thru in the middle of the night. That kid should be fired or severely reprimanded and not left to run the drive-through alone. His voice even cracked when he was mocking me (for no reason) as I drove away, ironic. And for the record, I was stone cold sober, coming off of a night shift

We ordered the food waiting in the parking lot. Our order came to 47.00 and the food was HORRIBLE. What a waste of money. Came from out of town to visit and bring lunch for 5 adults . We ordered 8 burgers and 8 chicken sandwiches. Of coarse they were out of tacos, which was disappointing but understood. The wait was 20 min and they had a nasty attitude when my son went in to finally get our food. They didn’t even make it until he went in and said something. The girl said , wow that’s a big order and it will take a few minutes. After already waiting 20 minutes.. we didn’t realize how bad the food was until we got to our destination 10 minutes later. And of course, didn’t wanna go back and deal with that. Anyways, don’t waste your money at that Jack in the box and I felt sick just eating half a burger and half of chicken sandwich too SMH.

Terrible line, it’s not even a rush hour at 7:30, and there taking forever. Always out of product and a coin shortage. RUN TO THE BANK. Don’t Recommend. They will have one customer and it still takes them 10 plus minutes. This is suppose to be fast food. I’ve been waiting here about 25 min now.
