Always fresh salad bar, always amazing pizza, always exceptional service from staff, always clean restaurant. All at a very reasonable price! Atmosphere is family oriented and there is a large back room for parties. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Oh and they offer delivery too! I recommend King Arthur's Supreme with garlic white sauce and salad bar. Mmmmm!

I have ordered delivery and dined in at this Round Table many times. Every experience I have had has been consistently amazing. The pizza is made with quality ingredients, the service is friendly, and the garlic knots are to die for. They also have a salad bar if you dine in that is fresh and has just about every topping and dressing you could ever wish for. The atmosphere is cozy and what you would want from a quality pizza parlor. The larger pizzas are definitely better than the personal. Definitely recommended and will be back!

Stopped in for lunch over the weekend. The food was great. The service was fast. I got a medium combination pizza. It was delicious and I was pleased with the price. I also love the Christmas decorations up throughout the restaurant. It's so festive!

We were from out of town to watch our goddaughter's softball game and stopped in afterwards to eat. It has a small town feel, but these spots are the best because people tend to be friendlier than city locations. The service was great, they had patience with us and were helpful with our menu questions. We came in as a group of about 25 people but some of us ordered separately. Salad bar was fully stocked up and they even had a little beer bar too. Very nice service and food tasted fresh and delicious.

I just want to give a shout-out to Carson (sp?). He was so helpful with my delivery and suggested additional address markers for my house to ensure a better delivery experience. I had the opportunity to speak with him over the phone after my delivery, and was able to easily add an additional tip amount for his outstanding service. I truly appreciate his thoughtfulness and attention to detail and expressed my encouragement to keep doing what he's doing (Even though he already has 15 yrs of experience). Anyway, just want to express my gratitude and hope I'm lucky enough to interact with Carson again.

I've gone here for years. They have THE BEST bread twists in town. I don't know why I've never rated them before because whenever I'm around the area and hungry I'll pop in for some. Tonight I ordered doordash and the breadsticks were a little burnt and dried out, which was not anything id ever experienced with them before... so I reluctantly called to tell them (I didn't really want to but it was so different then what I normally get). They immediately told me they couldn't issue a refund since it was through doordash, but they could throw some fresh ones in for me and either I could pick up, or they could send it with their next delivery. The delivery driver was so nice, she opened the box to reveal PERFECT delicious replacements, and they even threw in more ranch and cookies. I love these guys. They absolutely value quality and customer satisfaction. I'm so glad I called instead of thinking their quality had just declined, as the driver informed me that their oven had been having issues earlier. Totally made sense as to how that happened. Thank you for being great!

Round Table out-did themselves with our pizza It was the best-tasting pizza we've had in a long time. We had BBQ chicken with white sauce, fresh tomatoes red onion, and pineapple. Delivery was faster than expected. Everything was great.

Great employees, great 🍕 , awesome pizza sauce, great wings, fantastic bread twists! The only negatives would be the salad bar~doesn't have everything it had pre Covid_19. Also, no more lunch buffet. But they do have good deal lunch specials ( on the menu).

Pepperoni pizza was ok. Just waiting over 22 minutes for a pizza and six bread sticks when I called it in was a little bit much for me. . usually it's only 15 minutes for waiting .

I have always loved the buffet lunch at Round Table. The selection was good and the store was clean. The staff really has a family feel with each other and their customers. A good deal and good food.

Round Table is pretty good. Food is never the issue. It's a little pricy, but worth it for the food. My only complaint about the service is regarding their ranch. Their ranch is delicious, and 1 of the main reasons my family goes there over another pizza spot. But they are stingy about it (although Mountain Mikes is worse). In any case, my complaint comes in when placing orders online or over the phone. We ALWAYS order extra ranches. But every time we pick up the order, they never give them to us. We usually need to ask for them. Sometimes the person will ask if we ordered extra ranches, which is a courtesy I wish occurred more. But cmon, it is 2024, almost 2025. We can get a computer to use AI to create a Round Table jingle in the style of Eminem, but we can't track a ranch order?? This would be 5/5 if when I picked up my pizza, ALL of my extra ranches are also waiting for me. Or there is a slip telling the person how many ranches to grab from the fridge, so they stay cold. Like something! Anything? I can't be the only person who this frustrates.

They are usually always on par if not better, but tonight they had a birthday party (I get it it’s busy) but my MED and LRG pizza (that was supposed to be XL but ran out of dough? *it’s fine*) was doughy, and my garlic twists were burnt. I don’t want free stuff I just wanna let staff know a quality control slipped by them during the rush…which I get I work in retail as well and understand mistakes happen (I popped the pizza in the oven for a couple minutes and it turned out fine) 😋

This RT was ok, decent family/ traveling dining experience. They need to raise the age for the "kid's" lunch buffet. Otherwise no real complaints. PS. salad bar looked clean and appealing, although we did not order.

Pizza is always good - - zero complaint on the food or delivery service. HOWEVER - - they absolutely need to get their delivery map service area corrected on the RTP app and the website for online ordering. They deliver to our house but if I try to order on the app or website it states we are out of the coverage area. So then we always have to call in the order to get it delivered which also means we lose out on the point/rewards system. It's super annoying and I've told them about the issue in the past but 2 years later, it's still incorrect. If they fixed that issue, I'd give them 5 starts. Also, they have someone that takes orders over the phone who is very hard to understand because he mumbles horribly. They should probably not allow him to answer calls.

Wow, thirty-one dollars for a pizza? Wasn't even very big, and was primarily melted cheese. Service was good, smiles and pleasant. Pizza was ready in a reasonable time. But it was maybe an eighteen dollar pizza. Won't be going back.

The last 3 times I got a mauizowe pizza and 6 Parmesan twists. The twists have always been over done but the pizza had a good crust, not to thick not a cracker crust. This time both the twists and the pizza were burnt and the original crust was more cracker crust. So sorry but the food is going down hill 😟

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Total was $70 which i thought was a little expensive. While the pizzas were good the toppings were minimal. If your going to charge outrageous prices for a pizza at least put the toppings on it.

We went there for my daughters birthday party and literally every single game in their "arcade" was broken, no music just three big screen tvs. When we complained about the games they looked at me like I was from outer space and said, "there is nothing we can do about it, sorry!" I will say the food was decent but the service was terrible!! Another party left right behind us. This place used to be cool, it's really gone down hill! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

ordered a pizza xl and 12 twist took 2 in a half hours we work at a convalescent hospital not far from round table pizza was cold hard burnt and nasty nobody knew what was going on got 2 ranches for whole 80 dollar order wow! never been so disappointed. Called multiple times to only be told they were 5 min away only to wait 30 more minutes still no pizza. call to complain the supervisor thought a free pizza was appropriate for this disaster .

My family got food poisoning from this place. We will never step foot in here again. We spent $60 and ended up getting sick. Only pro about this place was the atmosphere. Waiting for a refund…….

My wife is in the hospital with the ugly C word, and always did the cooking. I went to Papa Murphys for $20 and overcooked my own pizza, so decided to order from Round table. Now for $50 I got a burnt pizza again. I hate complaining about small things in life like this, but $50. This sucks. I have pictures but this doesn't seem to allow it.

Called at 8:30pm to order take out. Answered the phone told me unfortunately they were closed......9:30pm is the posted closing time. Didn't even get a chance to say ok or anything just got hung up on. Is this how customer service is supposed to act? I'm super irritated. Do better be better. This is exactly how you lose paying customers. Prices are already high the customer service should be on par.

Why does google say you're open until 9:30 on Wednesday when I call at 8:59 and 9:03 to no answer? I literally planned when to leave my work tonight to pick up a pizza from you but you didn't answer to take my order. Now I'm stuck with Jack in the Box because you don't update your hours on Google.

Asked for the slice special, the Mgr on duty refused to make it. She said it was too late. 8:10 pm. Never had this problem before. I come in about 2-3 times per week. Not anymore!!!

Great pizza, TERRIBLE customer service! Two times over the past year they have tried to NOT HONOR a coupon they offer on the Round Table website! They've told me since it's not on their computer they can't apply it! I showed them the coupon. It was obtained on the Round Table website, is for the Grass Valley location and is not expired! How can this be? It wasn't until I got frustrated did they adjust the price. Why did it have to get to that point? I have been going to the Grass Valley location over the past 20+ years! I remember a long time ago when they used paper coupons, I forgot to bring it in one time and the manager still gave me the discount. They have given me reasons to take my business elsewhere!

Ordered pizza on line for 2:30 got it at 2:54 dropped off on proch never knocked on door I just happen to see him leave it 👎

Ordered the other night box was not securily closed and cold by the time it arrived also 70 dollars for a pizza and chicken wings called asked to speak to a manager n I help said contact door dash and hung up will never eat thete again garbage service
