Amazing service throughout every aspect, from being greeted when I walked in, the online ordering, fast and delicious food, everyone with a smile on their face, all the way down to the gentleman that asked me to drive safe, or when I ordered online, the delivery driver "Joe joe" who, not only showed up right after I got the notification on my phone saying my pizza was being checked to make sure it was perfect, but he made sure I had plates, napkins, cheese and peppers, and even cups! He was definitely one of the best, fastest, and funniest delivery drivers I have ever gotten the chance to meet. ... I have been seriously impressed with how great this place has done since they were crazy enough to put a Domino's in a small rural town like this... thank you guys for the awesome experience and bomb pizza! You guys rock :)

Can't really speak to the atmosphere of what is essentially a take-away, cashiers countertop but the food is always right and hot and the staff has so far been cordial and accomodating which is more than I can say for most restaurants anymore. Thanks to our GV crew ! You guys rock!

Original order was not right. Call the store and spoke with Vaughan. Not only did he have the pizza remade for us and delivered to us, he threw in a little dessert for us. Much appreciated!! This is why we keep coming back. Do not have issues often, but they are always fixed quickly and the customer service is always above and beyond.

I love Dominos great pizza deals, as well as the fast, friendly service I can always count on! Their pan crust, Ham and Pineapple, with Ranch sauce ,is absolutely Heaven Sent! Hot, Freshly baked Pizza, oozing with plenty of cheese and toppings cooked to perfection..sinfully good!! Order on the app to save time and pick up with carside to go… Easy Dinner! We work a TON and this domino's has always been a great "last minute dinner" option. Their pizza is consistently good as opposed to some of the other "local" pizza places. All of their delivery drivers are great but JIM in particular is such an amazing driver that I'm still convinced he's actually the owner doing some kind of undercover boss shtick. Jim deserves a raise. He is kind, professional, courteous, fast, and even our dogs like him.

Amazing delivery service! Ishmael is the best delivery driver. Always so polite and kind. This guy definitely deserves a raise! Every experience nice encounter with him delivering my food has always felt like a friend was bringing it. He just has this aura about him. Thanks Ishmael. You are the reason I keep ordering from this place. Keep the good work.

They get 5 stars for my last experience. The food is always Domino's obviously my family eats it, so... I do love the sandwiches. Anyway, the week before this experience my delivery order took 2 hours, and I live close enough for that to have never happened before. So the next week I decided to use my free pizza coupon I recieved because of how late my order was prior. I found out, while there, it had to be ordered online and was delivery only. Delivery is a $6.99 charge. Might as well wait to use that one. I ordered something else( but that's niether here nor there). I was slightly miffed because of the coupon restrictions. I feel Dominos should have just refunded $7 that night and not given out a free pizza coupon. I do hope Dominos pays the delivery drivers, and pizza makers a significant portion of that $6.99 per delivery. I'm sure they got yelled at by plenty of hungry angry people that night. They were severely understaffed, and then again the next time I went in. The delivery driver was a gal and still maintained a positive attitude. The guy, Vaughn, upon my in-store visit was patient, and good hummored, with my stupidity trying to figure out my coupon. The reason I remember his name was because I was in there for a bit. I do remember what the delivery woman looks like though. My point here is the personality of your staff saved the day both times. I know Domino's is a corperation, but I sure hope you compensate your employees dedicated work. They deserve it for helping make you money.

They’ve up’d their game since we last had and considering you can’t order via app or website with Roundtable, without it telling you that you’re out the delivery service area, when you’re not and Mountain Mikes is only accessible for delivery via expensive DoorDash, you can’t lose. We’ve had food poisoning from Roundtable chicken pizza and they are SOOOOOOO flipping expensive, plus you have to call the order in for delivery and verbally give someone credit card info. Dominos ALL THE WAY!!! Glad they pushed the delivery need up in Grass Valley, and it’s moderately priced and by the way, GOOD!! So we are with them all the way now! Thank you, Domino’s! The pizza we just got was piping hot and very scrumptious, plus we got leftovers. Keep up the good work!

Im ordered my pizza just now. . And im not complaint at all. Employees here are amazing team. Very respectful, attentive, pizza is on time. James was very courtesy and smile at all .. pizza taste so good !!

Pizzas are reliably baked as-ordered, usually ready within a couple minutes of estimated times. For carryout at least, sometimes they'll forget your sauce cup or something (just ask).

Their food is always on point. It's always hot and for the price you can't beat it. You got some really cool employees right now and all in all I'm very happy with what I get when I order from there.

Well, it's Domino's. You shouldn't have too high of an expectation. It is considerably better than 'pizza pizza' and it's often times pretty quick, comparatively. There's a bit of a time warp over there, as their 15 minutes was 35 minutes. All in all, I thought the large pizza with all the toppings, can't remember what it was called, was really good. I'll definitely get it again. So totally recommend it.

Order not correct. 12 pizzas ordered for school event. Responded to "How did we do" email. Heard nothing back. Also issue the next day for another large order that was scheduled for delivery during school lunch period, teacher ended up going to pick it up when it was late.

Extra sauce is never really extra sauce, crust needs to not be so much like cardboard. Cheep and when staffed correct it can be a bit faster than other pizza chains, but all in all, my 13 year old is not a fan, and that can say a lot.

I feel like dominoes really dropped the ball on this one. The pizza was great the first day they opened but the quality has more than significantly gone down since then, to keep it light. I have honestly never had worse pizza before, it really is terrible. Making pizza really isn't that difficult. Maybe they messed up by putting this snot nosed kid in charge that has never seen a day of hard labor in his life. The food really is THAT bad. Do not eat here. You're WAY better off paying $5 more for lamppost.

The first time I went in there they overcharged me and messed up my pizza twice the first one they noticed and just threw it in the garbage they tried to make up for their mistake by offering me a free pizza then I went in to get that free pizza and buy more and yet again they tried to charge more then the store advertised price. That will be my last time in that store. And when me and my son got in the car he looks at me and says they have horrible customer service.

I ordered breadsticks and it took an hour for it to be ready it said on the app that it was ready and I go in there and it hasn't even entered the oven very disappointed wish I could give it a zero star rating

My Fiancee ordered a pizza online and chose payment on delivery in cash, and over two hours later it hadn't arrived. We tried to load the tracker multiple times but it wouldnt load, so we decided to call the store from her phone, but nobody picked up so we hung up and tried again a few minutes later, again no answer. I then call them from my phone right away and someone is on the line immediately, they were deliberately not picking up the phone when they recognized the number from our order, which they told us was cancelled and that they had tried to call us but no one picked up which is not true at all! If you want to get a good review, DONT CANCEL PEOPLE'S ORDERS FOR NO REASON, and definitely dont LIE TO THEM ABOUT IT!

My most recent order was over an hour late and kept getting hung up on when I called to ask about my oders. Got compensated a 2 liter of soda... yay? They also gave me the hour and a half old order so I couldn’t Fill my own dumpster. Can’t say I recemond because of lack of food quality on top of that. It’s a shame because I normally put dominoes on towards the top of my lists for pizza places, but every time I give this one a shot I’m beyond disappointed.

Feels really lame walking in, ordering a pizza, and then watching two people come in and pay almost half as much as I did, for more. I think I'm going to just stick with papa Murphys from now on. They've never screwed me on prices.

This is the worst DOMINO'S i have ever ordered from ! Twice now i have ordered a pizza from this branch since i moved to grass valley and both times they have messed up my order and refused to correct the problem. Both times i have ordered from here there pizza is dry, over cooked and the dough tastes old. i ordered extra toppings both times and recieved a regular pizza. there customer service is the worst i have ever seen, i will be ordering from lamp post from now on and i am calling the main branch to complain.

Delivery driver was whipping around blind corners in my apartment parking lot as I was playing outside with my 3yr old. I came up and asked him politely to slow down at which point he argued with me saying he wasn’t doing what I just saw him do. Let him go and called the store just to deal with a manager who was more concerned with my verbiage than he was with the fact that his driver was threatening the life of my children. Also the food is awful.

If you like your cheese steak philly sandwiches to taste like cream of mushroom soup on bread with little bits of meat. And uncooked veggies. Then this is the sandwich for you! I would have fed it to my dogs but onions are poisonous for them.

I was so disappointed with my experience at dominos, it was an absolute nighmare. I called my order in (a large pepperoni and a small cheese pizza) simple enough right apparently not because when I spoke to the employee Marianna she obviously wasn't listening to my request as she proceeded to rush me off the phone with out a time frame when it would be ready or a total which I had ask for she wasn't only rude but very unprofessional, so when I arrived to pick my pizzas up about 30 min after I ordered I expected maybe a little wait but not to be completely ignored and waiting for an hour just to get the complete wrong order as I waited I observed serveal employees not wearing hair nets nor gloves and I saw Marianna the one that took my order I was appauled by her complete lack of respect for her job th guest and herself as she came walking in from a make out session right in front of the store with a obvious druggie boyfriend she proceeded to go behind the counter and get right to Makin pizzas without washing her hands yuck.... Never again will I even walk by that place.. get it together dominos

TERRIBLE!!!! Me and my boyfriend went here just to grab a pasta each and we were told it was going to be a 30minute wait . We thought that 30 minutes was as a long wait but we understood since they were busy. 30 minutes goes by and they said that it will be another 45 minute wait . So we asked for a refund . EXTREMELY SLOW. And on top of all of that they wouldn't even let my boyfriend use the restroom while we were waiting 30 minutes on our food.

Just order tonight, and I get an alert on fraud. They used my information to get Uber foods. Untrustworthy. Now I have to deal with my bank and these idiots.

I'm new to the area and have tried them twice. Both times I had to cancel my order because an hour after the tracker said the pizza was done, it still wasn't out for delivery. Try to call and they won't even answer the phone. It's unbelievable that they are still getting any customers at all. Do yourself a favor and spring for more expensive pizza that you'll actually receive.

Great food hot and fresh. The old man behind the counter has no personality and made me feel like I was bothering him by placing an order. Very unwilling to help me understand what specials are available. Then to top it off he got my order wrong so while waiting for the new pizza to be made I also witnessed this same old man treat fellow employees not like a team player would but instead when told that my order was wrong and no tomatoes add olives needs to be on the new pizza he answered with a smartass comment " well that's what the board says doesn't it" he wouldnt be my employee anymore treating people that way. A big thank you to Amelia for remaking the order and making sure I was happy and the pizza was correct.

Dangerous driving and could have easily been prevented with paitence or simply taking the next exit.

We ordered a pizza from store 7797 in Grass Valley Ca and asked if we could meet at a Chevron station near by. We were told yes and we went there. After waiting for 30 min I called the store back to inquire about the delivery. I was told that they attempted delivery and I wasn't there and that the gas station wasn't a hot spot, who ever had taken our order had taken it by mistake so the order had been canceled. I asked if I could come to the store and pick it up real fast and was also told no. I have 2 hungry boys in the house that were really looking forward to pizza. Very disappointing.

I don’t know what’s going on but the spinach cheese bread now only comes with 3 pieces of spinach. Sad. I even called and complained and got comped another one, specifically asked to make sure it has spinach on it and again, barely a few pieces. I want my old spinach cheesy bread I that actually comes with spinach!

Last 2 times I got pizza from here they have given my order to delivery guy and I have to sit here while they do a whole new order. And I'm on my lunch break. Thats why I order ahead.
