I love Taco Bell. But the service is hit/miss. Is it slow, but accurate? Fast, but order is wrong? Well, it sure isn't FAST with the order ACCURATE! It always seems to be a mixed bag here. Prices are right, and the food is good. Sometimes it is fast, but last time it was fast, they forgot my drink, gave me the order with the wrong topping removed, and found a hair in my food. The only reason it is 3 stars and not 1 or 2 is because they usually DO get my order right. And the hair in the food was a first time thing, and that's saying a lot. I wouldn't expect that to happen again. I'll keep going because it's still the best deal with decent food.

This place used to be my go to for food, since it's usually pretty quick and I can order online to ensure that I get what I want. However that has not been the case lately. It's been real hit or miss whether you actually get what you ordered, even through the app. Some of the staff is actually quite rude, telling me to stop ordering through the app, as well as just being generally unpleasant, even when I have to see them for less than 30 seconds. I can understand not being upbeat at all hours in a job like this, just... Don't be apathetic man. I'd avoid this place until they get their act together.

I’m writing this review not because of the food. The food is always the same. Taco Bell serves Taco Bell but the employees there I have no idea what’s wrong with them. They either can’t count or they’re just the lowest quality of workers but anybody in the fast food business I’m not surprised when they make a mistake. It’s just they’re fast food employees it’s probably what it is but when you ask somebody to take something out of a burrito and it says it on the board they should do it and then when you ask them for sauce and you’re pretty clear on it and they write it down on the thing and I gave you the wrong kind it’s kind of questionable you get the wrong amount you get the wrong sauce it kind of just baffles me.

Got charged for 2 drinks on that wall tablet. My mistake but staff just shrugged at it and didn't offer to help correct it. Then they allowed a pet (not service animal) into the restaurant. Cashier happily chatting about breeds of chihuahuas. Gross practices, underwhelming service. Probably healthier to eat elsewhere

Spent 40 minutes in line for them to get my entire order wrong!!! Wish i could go back for a refund!!!! For you to give someone beef who does not eat red meat is awful!!!!!

Horrible experience. Normally good. The food was cold. Our Mexican pizza was on the bottom of the bag smushed! No sour cream on our tacos/Gordita, and our requested meat was wrong. Let alone the gal did nothing but complain about her body pain aliments and that she was 10 minutes over her quitting time. 👎 NOT very professional in manner!

probably some of the worst food i've ever eaten. tonight i ordered a crunchwrap supreme and instead got the most limp, bland tasting thing imaginable. barely any stuffing inside. food got worse and prices got higher. support local mexican joints! or go to the penn valley taco bell instead. this place is a super scam.

My boyfriend got bad food poisoning he ordered 5 beef, soft tacos with extra beef and extra cheese. They were ordered via . He was throwing up and had diarrhea from about 9 PM to the early hours of the morning and still felt nauseous after he finally didn’t have anything left in him to release. He still feels nauseous and is completely drained. That is the only thing that he ate that I didn’t eat any of the entire day so we know it was the Taco Bell. I called the manager in the morning and she was more interested in getting the time that the order was made so she could tell her coworker then she was in at least apologizing which she did not do for the fact that their food made him severely sick. I’m more pissed at the managers reaction to this then I am the fact that he got sick. She didn’t seem at all to care about the fact that he was sick. It’s disrespectful and it’s not OK.

Drive-through clerk was stoned out of his mind, I asked him for two big handfuls of sauce. I see him pick them up and set them back down and not one ends up in my bag. 7:00 pm Sept 10. Unreal….

Went in for lunch today, employees family there (I know because I’ve seen them many times before) Apparently baby needed to be changed and instead of changing either in bathroom or an appropriate place they just changed the diaper on the table.. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN… TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!🤮🤮🤮

Love Taco Bell as a whole, but went in with the family and was met with a man and his mikes hard lemonade yelling and shouting things. He confronted both of my children, staff did nothing, why are they letting mentally unstable people drink in their establishment? Very uncomfortable won’t be back inside anytime soon.

Messed up our order. Fries were cold and hard. They gave me less than half a container of nacho cheese, barely enough to dip a single cold stale nacho fry. They gave me a hard taco instead of a soft taco, and barely put anything inside it. The shredded cheese was watery. My beefy cheese burrito had almost no filling at all in it as well.
