Quick and fresh. Which is more than I can some for some other locations. There also polite. And the wait time is quick also just enough room too wait. Better to.call ahead if you want it made as fresh as possible and be ready quickly!

The best Little Ceasars hands down! Not sure how or why but these guys (and girls) make it better than any other LC I've been to, and I've been to , well more than I care to admit. But seriously, from San Diego to Humnolt, Grass Valley Little Ceasars is the one! Great staff , excellent service, amazing food. Makes me want more right now!!

Great service, they always have at least 2 different kinds of pizzas ready to go. And you can't beat the low prices.

Hulu Hawaiian Deep Dish Pizza , was hot and delicious.. this time perhaps a bit too brown around the edges, but still good. Cheesy Italian Bread , was perfecto, cheesy , gooey , cooked just slightly golden brown.. heavenly! Great job , Little Caesars , affordable, efficient, Hot and Delicious.. Thanks for Saving Me From Slaving in the Kitchen Tonight!!!!! ❤️

A few weeks ago, I had placed my order with a non-primary English speaker, so I think we had difficulty understanding each other. When my pizza was ready, it was not at all what I wanted or expected when I ordered. We discussed my order, which I thought was clear from the menu overhead, but he had inputted a specialty pizza on their ordering system based on what he thought I was asking for. The advertising was deceptive. Eventually, he realized what I wanted and had it made. He was slightly put off, as I myself might have been if I worked there, because an entire pizza was wasted…….. but it wasn’t what I ordered. I think, often, we don’t realize, just how important communication is, especially with so many people in the states where English is not their primary language. Good job Little Caesar’s, you made it right and a loyal customer walked away happy again!

Annually I come up around this area and place a very large order for a large group dinner. I have never had an issue, the entire order is perfect and on time, every time. Can't get better...this location is well run and on top of things.

They never seem to have plain cheese pizzas, there's always a wait, 5-8 minutes. Not terrible.

The pizza was at least MOSTLY consistent here, which is all you can really ask from a Little Caesar's location. If you just want quick cheap pizza it's good. Although last time the whole center of the pizza was smashed down by some cert of machine which uh, was odd to say the least, still tasted pretty good anyways. As long as that was just a one time thing then this location is pretty good.

The breadsticks are my absolute favorite. They taste even better when you heat them up the next day in your toaster. But if you’re looking for low calorie, low carb, food, then this is not the place for you

Ordered pizza through Doordash today. March 3. See receipt on box. I ordered the medium Supreme pizza with pepperoni..mushrooms..sausage and a little bit of veggies on top. The pizza was satisfactory but nothing special. With tip and delivery it was under 20 dollars. Not bad because other more established pizza places would have cost almost double! So basically you get what you pay for. It was a cold and snowy day so it was perfect to have it delivered! One slice was enough for me!

Good place for basic pizza. I like their new online ordering service, but the staff often complete delay orders too fast, or sometimes don't have your purchased items in stock or prepared. They are usually friendly, but I've had a couple who were somewhat rude and came off like I was interrupting their phone time and once like I was interrupting their flirting. They dont put enough cheese or pepperoni on their extra most best unlike other stores. Their extra most best is the same as a normal hot n ready unfortunately. Might need new cooks.

I really don't like the food... Walk in and there are 20+ pepperoni pizzas in a rack not in a heated door. The cheese was not natural. It was a $5 dollar pizza, and tasted as such....

The boxes were super hot. Yay, fresh pizza right? Wrong. The boxes were still hot when we got home but the pizza was ice cold and tasted like it sat for quite awhile. We set our pick up time for 5:45 and that’s when we arrived at the restaurant. And we picked up at 5:48 according to my clock. While this wasn’t an expensive meal it was a splurge and we are very displeased with it tonight. Usually our pizza is piping hot and fresh and today it was really bad.

I’m really quite disappointed in our food this evening. We prefer dominos to the other fast chain in town and tonight we got our pizza two minutes after we received the email for the pizza portal. First time and last time ill be coming here. No gloves used at any time and masks are just worn below their chins. Spoke with the manager about both and he sounded like asking why they don't wear gloves or wear masks appropriately was an absurd question to ask. Nope nope nope.

Ordered a 5 dollar pepperoni was told that it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes and that's fine so I return 15 minutes later and was told that they messed up my order so here's a cheese pizza and wouldn't fix the mistake very disappointed

The recent reviews of 5 stars are certainly going to be from employees of some sort. No honest person would say their 5 dollar pizza tastes better than a 24 dollar pizza, and after all bad reviews and their rating going way down, all of a sudden there's 3 five star reviews. Ya, that's not fishy at all! The customer service at this place is absolutely horrendous. I've had horrible experiences on multiple occasions and I rarely go here any more even though when I lived near other LC locations I'd go often. Once I was given a pizza that looked like it had a bite taken out of the crust. I didn't notice until I got home. I drove ALL THE WAY back to LC (little caesars) and pointed out the defect in the pizza. The guy who said he was the on shift manager told me it was just because part of the crust had stuck to the pan when they took it out, that's why it looks like a bite out of it. By this time the pizza is about 45 minutes old (cuz of driving back and forth) and cold. Did they give me a fresh pizza??? NO! They sent me home with an old defective pizza! They also refuse to substitute meat ingredients for vegetarian ones without charging me when I cannot eat meat. I really hate the way this place is managed. If good service and being respected and treated like a human is important to you, DO NOT GO TO THIS LITTLE CAESARS EVER.

One same man serves your order here always and it is VERY unpleasant this way. What it looks like is that every 5$ pizza is made by the same one man who is ALWAYS there..and he sticks his finger in every pizza so you don't come back. This one man is ruining Grass Valley and the value in a lil Ceasers..why no one will confront him I do not understand. I think he may be a racist and...I think I tasted curry powder too. Oh no eew!
