Fantastic lunch! We had a wonderful server named Krysta...and having a great server makes everything better. Had the Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork and it was excellent. Been here a few times for lunch and it has been great every time. Great food. Great beer. Great atmosphere. Fireplace roaring. Love it. Especially being in the shadows of Lambeau and TitleTown. Definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere and a wide variety of house brewed beer to sample and try. Loved the fireplaces, very cozy for winter in Wisconsin and fun vibe. Food was good and our server was super attentive and nice. I was not there on a game day, but it is right across the street from Lambeau Field so very convenient to pre or post game

Very good service and decent beer. Food was marginal. My Caesar salad did not include romaine but arugula and mixed greens. Pork was okay. Felt the food was pricey for what you get.

Attended a corporate function in the private party room (towards back of restaurant). Hinterland is the type of place where you can be super casual but also enjoy a more elevated dining experience. The main dining room can get very loud on busy nights so I appreciated the more closed off space for a large dinner event. The caveat being we received spotty service - for example, water pitchers were set in the corner and you had to get up to pour your own water. At minimum, it would’ve been better to just leave pitchers on the table directly for faster access. Food was hit or miss. While we loved the appetizers, half of our table found their main entrees to be MEH. For example, my halibut arrived warm but the curry was room temperature. My colleague said her burger was one of the worst she’s had. My other colleague said his steak was mediocre. People who ordered pizza loved it. An unfortunate mixed bag given the lively environment and nice ambiance. I’d come back again to give it another try because the menu rotates enough where I’m sure I’ll land on some better food options next time.

Came here for the first time on a recommendation to get the pizza. I will say the wood fired pizza was excellent. Our server was very good as well, friendly and attentive. I would have given 5 stars but the price of their cocktails lost them a star. When I got the bill I felt like I was in New York. $14 for a double cocktail is ridiculous for Wisconsin. Most places in Green Bay charge half that. Atmosphere is kind of loud. Not a good place for a peaceful meal. I would definitely come back for the pizza but I will drink water next time.

Edit 2nd attempt: Went back second time thanks to a manager reaching out. Service was MUCH better this time. My wife had the burger and salad again. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was really good. The shrimp appetizer was good as well. I had a nice mix of beer flights, and would use those to experiment with more beverages. The atmosphere in title town was nice, and it was a nice place to walk around. First visit : We had the hinterland burger and fries for myself. My wife had the burger and salad. The food was good, but not super special. The service was horrible. The server was inattentive, seemed to dislike our whole table, and then literally threw one of the other couples debit card at them after she forgot to bring it back with the others. I’m usually very understanding for servers because of my prior experience as a server. This was just not a good server experience. The order was placed around 6:30 PM, and we didn’t get our order until about 7:45 PM. It is just a place to visit because of the location in title town and the stadium, but I would NOT recommend it. The other parties got a pizza it was ok, the ribeye steak was good, and the antelope loin was good. If from out of town and want a brewery experience next to a stadium try it, but there are much better places to go.

Alright...so we've been here a few times. Food is pricey, drinks are ridiculous...but the food has been pretty good...until today. My husband order the pastrami, but what he got was an experience in large slabs of slimy fat. It was disgusting. We did mention something to our waiter. He said, "okay". That's it. Pictures don't do it justice. Definitely do not order the pastrami unless you love slurping up greasy, slimy globs of fat.

Good beer, friendly and efficient waiters but very disappointing food. The effort at gluten free cheese curds was nice, but the breading became soft and chewy almost immediately, and they were overcooked, perhaps in a failed effort to keep them crisp. The brisket chili tasted good but had only a few small pieces of brisket in the entire bowl. All beans. Most disappointing by far was the smoked pastrami sandwich. It looked great, thick (actually too thick) slices of pastrami on nicely tasted sourdough, with sauerkraut, Gruyère cheese and a horseradish sauce. Sounds great, but had no flavor! The meat seemed to be boiled - completely bland with tiny hint of smoke flavor, but no taste of pastrami at all. It also had unappetizing streaks of brown in the meat, definitely NOT from smoking as it was in the middle. There was very little sauerkraut and it too was so mild you couldn’t taste it. And there was NO flavor of horseradish at all! I asked for some mustard to give it a little flavor. Really bad for a $24 dollar sandwich.

Ambience great. Sports TV viewing great. Table service average. Food taste good. Food quality poor. BBQ pulled pork sandwich bottom bun so soft and soggy I could not pick it . The apple vinaigrette salad dressing was so lightly drizzled that only to top layer of the salad was slightly moist. The bottom lettuce was untouched and dry even after mixing it up. Not planning on returning here again to eat.

Good food and service just lacks care when it comes to execution. The price on the bill does not match the menu prices. Explained to manager and they said they change prices for game days, however we were there on a non-Packers game day. Menu descriptions also don’t match menu items and they said it was a “typo.” For the price this restaurant charges they should take more pride in their work.
