Mangiare Italian Restaurant is an absolute must-go! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels relaxed, inviting, and perfectly Italian without being over the top. It strikes that ideal balance of cozy and classy. The drink selection is fantastic, with something for everyone — whether you’re in the mood for wine, cocktails, or something classic. The menu offers a great variety of appetizers and entrées, making it easy for everyone at the table to find something they’ll love. The food was absolutely amazing! Generous portions, beautifully plated, and truly served like artwork. You can tell they take pride in every dish that leaves the kitchen. Service was just as impressive. Kyra brought incredible energy to the table, offered excellent recommendations, and genuinely seemed to love what she does — which makes the whole experience even better. Well done, Mangiare… well done! 👏🇮🇹

What a great experience! Starting with such friendly service from SamiJ, we rolled into great martinis, wine, and mocktails. (Amazing Antinori Classico Chianti). Most of us had the Bolognese, which was superb. One of us had a special vegan pasta dish that was also delicious. Upscale and classy…we all loved it! What a great place to celebrate a Packer win today! VictorB

I was looking for somewhere to eat on a Monday night and saw Mangiare was open. It has a nice ambiance, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Overall great first time experience! We made reservations and came a bit early, but the hostess was happy to seat us. Though service was a wee bit slow, everyone was incredibly friendly. Alison was our server and she was very nice and made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was quite nice, great music but not too loud. Food was AMAZING! Loved the chicken pesto gnocchi and the bread was great as well. Would come back again!

First time here and had the best experience for my daughter’s birthday. Sami was our server and gave great recommendations for all the food that we had. Add the bread for an appetizer, the Mangiare salad and For the main course, chicken marsala and Angelotti. For dessert lemon cake. Everything was delicious and can’t wait to come here again

Celebrated a friend's 50th birthday and it was my 1st time there. I was impressed with everything, exterior/ interior of restaurant, cool bar, friendly staff and we were all happy with our dinners. Maria was our server as she was prompt, attentive and she surprised us with complimentary birthday desserts! Will definitely go back!

Everything we ordered was fresh, seasoned perfectly, cooked just right, and DELICIOUS! Our server (Jenna) and the whole staff were friendly, attentive, and provided an extremely enjoyable evening. The trout was definitely the star of the show for my wife, and the blackberry goat cheese bruschetta was at the top of my favorite things. This is our new favorite Green Bay restaurant! 5⭐️

Very nice, small Upscale Italian joint. Excellent service! Relaxed and delicious. The saffron Sea bass is melt in your mouth delicious. Risotto de mare was excellent as well. Enjoy an espresso martini before, during, and after dinner!

The lamb shank was so tender and flavorful, and the goat cheese polenta was absolutely divine. Lobster and risotto were pretty good but the shrimp was a bit overcooked. We also enjoyed the bread and calamari too. Overall it was a great experience and we will be going back.

Amazing italian restaurant with a great vibe. Food is amazing. Great spot for a date night or meeting some friends. Huge selection of wine available and the service is great! Kyra was a wonderful server. The Sea Bass with apricot mostarda is delightful. Definitely will be back.

This was a great place with a great atmosphere. Our server Sarah was absolutely the best and the food was delicious! Go check it out and enjoy a glass of wine. And have a coffee and tiramisu!!

We came here for an anniversary dinner. This is the best food I've ever had in Green Bay. Our waitress was excellent, she really knows how to talk to people. After our appetizers and entrees, we got a complimentary dessert since I noted it was our anniversary when I made the reservation. Husband got the lamb, I got the chicken pesto gnocchi. Go. You won't be disappointed!

RIP Angelinas. It's been really, really tough to find solid italian in the fox valley area since victorias took a dive. So trying out Mangiare was a pleasant surprise - service was excellent, duck ragout and seafood pasta were both excellent, risotto balls were very nice, and the bread was excellent for complementary, especially. I'm not usually a "oh the atmosphere hmmm hwwwwf" kind of guy but it was really nice, dim but not dark with really nice big band and 40s/50s popular music stuff - it's not my thing but it's so nice to have appropriate music that's unintrusive and a normal volume to drown out nearby tables but not deafen you. I was really happy with the chocolate coated gelato ball desert, but I think they miss out by not showing you the ball and splitting it at the table, and I think that'd really yank tips out of folks who order it, too. The texture on the cake was close, and heavy. The canoli was great, as was the frosting on the cake, but it seems like the cake was either cheap or prepared a bit poorly, but by no means did that even remotely sour the meal at all. Cost is about 20-30 a plate for main courses, with some exception for the high end faire.

What an amazing meal. Enjoyed my wife's birthday dinner with friends and had an amazing time. Our server was amazing, and the food was some of the best in the area.

This experience was nothing less than exquisite. It atmosphere was very professional and the service was absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. The food was beyond exceptional. Everything literally melted in your mouth. Cooked to absolute perfection. I don't think I ever stopped smiling the whole meal. Oh and make sure you come super hungry, cause they feed you a LOT of food. To experience this meal is something else and something you shouldn't miss out on. 5 stars across the board.

Mangiare is a decent place to grab a few glasses of wine and some appetizers. We stopped in last night and ordered a few things off the menu. The portion sizes were large and the price was affordable. I'd definitely come back for the charcuterie board alone. @dietproof

I’m from Atlanta and was randomly searching for fine dinning in the Green Bay Area. I stumbled upon Mangiare and decided to try it out. Man, was I so pleased. Seriously one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The atmosphere when entering is wonderful, the large open window with fresh air was so nice. The exposed brick with industrial accents was definitely super cool. The host who sat us, although our encounter was brief was very professional and nice. Our server Justin was the real star though! He was super friendly and by the end of the meal, felt like a friend. Despite me not knowing any Italian dishes, Justin was able to walk me through the menu and help point me into a delicious meal. My colleague got the gnocchi and chicken. Cooked perfectly and the pesto was amazing. I got a salad and the meat and cheese selection. The Fontina cheese is seriously delicious and I couldn’t get enough of the jam !!! Amazing wine list, loved my Chardonnay. We finished off the meal with the chocolate shell gelato and despite being so full, we finished the dessert because it was too good to not. We plan on coming back again this same week while we are in town. Highly recommend!!

We booked reservations online for our anniversary, and they started off our night with an anniversary card with a free desert on the table. Really nice way to kick things off. The atmosphere is nice, and the bar area gives the restaurant a more relaxed feel. Even though the food is really nice it doesn't feel like you need your best outfit on to eat here. The food was absolutely great! We had the arancini to start, then we shared the chicken parmesan and the chicken & pesto gnocchi, and finish it off with the chocolate hazelnut canoli. I would highly recommend all three! Great Italian food, we will be back!

We acually walked by this place few months ago on our way to Angelina's. First impressions were the inside was well decorated and great atmosphere! We had reservations and sat down immediately. Our server was Allison and she was top notch! Very friendly, service was quick and accurate!! Best server I've seen in a while! Our bread came out and let me tell you it was some of the best bread I've had! When the food came out presentation was incredible!! Taste didn't disappoint either, blows Angelina's out of the water hands down!! We will definitely be back, best Italian restaurant in Green Bay!!

Met the Chef of this restaurant while eating at nearby Delilah’s & decided to make a point to visit while we were in GB for a few days How smart we were! Everything was delectable & left us wanting more. Caprese salad, Beet & Fig salad, Chicken & Pesto Alfredo with Gnocchi, Duck Ragout, Olive Oil Cake with Berries & Lemon, Blueberry Lavender & Chocolate Hazelnut Cannoli, & Tiramisu What a wonderful restaurant for both special occasions or a very great end to your day.

This was our first time here and it was awesome! It has a relaxing, yet upbeat atmosphere with delicious food and drinks. We enjoyed bread service, Carbonara, and Lobster Ravioli. The waitstaff was welcoming, helpful, and all around amazing!

After a random search of Restaurants in Green Bay, I chose this one. Luck was on our side. The very professional host sat us right away. Server was pleasant. Place was clean and attractive. The best part... The food. The bread board was unique and tasty. I didn't know until the end it was a sister Restaurant but let me tell you, the Tenderloin was like butter. It took everything not to moan while eating it. The Chicken Gnocchi in Pesto was rich and flavors were all on point. The plating was eye catching. I wish I had room for dessert. Happily I had chosen the Fareast Old Fashion so I wasn't disappointed as a beverage for dessert. As a place I didn't know existed until 30 minutes prior to arrival, it's for sure a place I'd like to return to. The only, only complaint was our table was directly across from the double doors and it was an artic blast when people went in and out. Jackets were used and we kept on our delightful adventure.

First visit here and I'll definitely come back. The type of restaurant that you can have an anniversary dinner, businesses meeting, or just a casual dinner as my son and I did. Everything we were served here was top notch. Cocktails, bread, appetizers, entree came out perfect.

Mangaire never fails to provide superb service along with fantastic food. From the presentation, quality, taste, drink, atmosphere, and so much more, this place is one of our favorites in the Green Bay area. Definitely compares to that of restaurants in Chicago, etc. Every server here knows their stuff, but we always request Kyra if she’s working, as she is amazing at what she does! 100% recommend Mangaire! Keep up the fantastic work 👏🏼☺️

Went here for date night. Food was pretty good. Place is quiet and has a good vibe to it. Enjoyed the Italian old fashioned. Had the bolognese for dinner with Italian sausage. Was more than enough for 2 people.

Eric and Alyssa the main Chefs are truly incredible! We have tried a few of the appetizers…. All which were incredible! Burrata Toast and Arancini both were amazing! I got the salmon and my boyfriend got the meatball and linguine meal. The bean soup was great! We also got the desert! Definitely worth checking out!

Upon entering, you instantly are serenaded with “modern Italian” vibes as if you are in downtown Milan. Architectural elements like the exposed brick wall running the length of the dining room contrast with the modern bar and table setting well. Our group was greeted by Nicholas, promptly introducing the menu, pointing out house specialty wine and cocktails. After we got to know the liquid side of things, our table received an order of calamari, along with the giant meatball. The meatball is perfectly cooked and served bathed in a delicious marinara sauce. Wine pairing with dinner was dolcetto d'alba 2017 bruno giacosa. Light and fruity brought out by floral and spice with a taste of mocha. The bottle is a stupendous pair for the atmosphere. Main corse our group had a variety of dishes, chicken & pesto gnocchi, frutti di mare, porchetta, and veal Parmesan. Gnocchi is soft, chicken flavorful and juicy. Veal was the largest portion I have ever seen in a restaurant, bone in, cooked about medium/medium well. One mussel in frutti di mare was closed still, other then that minor detail, which I don’t view as a negative as it instills authenticity, perfect. Nicholas was outstanding. Very polite and knowledgeable. Assisting when requested and never letting out glasses go dry. Hats off to the kitchen staff as well. Mangarie will be a fantastic addition to the area, truly filling the void for fine Italian dining.

I stopped into Mangiare in Green Bay and had the chicken pesto gnocchi… without a doubt, the best Italian dish I’ve ever had (and maybe the best meal, period). I travel often and love trying local gems, but this one stole the show. I wanted to melt into the dish! What made it even better? Alexander, the bartender. He’s a total standout…incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, genuinely welcoming, and so smooth in how he handled the whole bar while still making me feel like a priority. That kind of service is rare and makes the experience. I’d come back to Green Bay just for this place…and to sit at Alexander’s bar again. Highly, highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The service was truly excellent, attentive, didn’t feel rushed, never had an empty drink, the waitress was excellent made us feel so welcomed the entire time! We started with the calamari and a bread spread it was the perfect way to kick off the meal. Our entrees were shrimp and chicken pesto, both were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Everything came out beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. And the desserts… we tried three and not a single one disappointed! Each one was rich, delicious, and the perfect sweet ending to an amazing night. Highly recommend the chocolate angel pie! Hit up this spot if you’re looking for outstanding food and top-tier service. We will definitely be back! 🤗

Extremely nice restaurant inside and very modern. The service overall was great and the food was delicious. We had the Veal Marsala, Saffron Seabass, and Chicken Parmesan. Portion sizes were perfect. For the sides we had the calamari and mussels. The calamari was good, just a bit chewy.

We had dinner here the other night and the service was fantastic. Food was really good but for the pricing we wished it was slightly better. It wasn't terrible but it didn't really separate itself too much from the pack. We both rated our dishes 7.5/10. The chicken in the Marsala was slightly overcooked but had nice crust. They made a special Alfredo gnocchi for us as well, which was really good. I'd definitely go back.

Mussels were good. We had the sea bass. Fish was good, however, we did not like the sides as well as 2 years ago. Very, very bland! Would not order sea bass again here.

It was wonderful! Melissa went above and beyond! The meal was great! The drinks were good! The food was delicious! The atmosphere was beyond great. I can't say enough about the atmosphere, we've gone to "upscale restaurants" and felt so minimizing, but here they only worried about our experience.

The clams and mussels had sand in them and it ended up in the whole Dish and could not eat. Please wash your shells better, otherwise the rest of the food was great and that meal could have been amazing as well if the prep work was done correctly.

So wanted to love this place. The chicken and gnocchi was actually quite good—comforting and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the experience as a whole missed the mark. My wife ordered the pasta with meatballs, and we were surprised to find it was spicy. There was no mention of crushed red pepper or any kind of heat in the menu description, and she has zero tolerance for spice. We had to switch dishes, which threw off the meal. To make matters worse, my old fashion had a fruit fly in it. I sent it back, and while the staff replaced it, that really shouldn’t happen. Also, the music choice was loud and felt totally misplaced for an Italian restaurant—more like a bar playlist than something you’d expect in a cozy or classic dining setting. It made conversation difficult and took away from the ambiance. Had high hopes, but between the menu surprise, drink issue, and the distracting atmosphere, it just didn’t live up to expectations.

The atmosphere look very nice and fancy but having people sitting by window is horrible idea. It was very cold to sit next to it especially in December. The waitress service seems be ok but mostly ignore us or me. We ask for something and she didn’t get what we need. The food were 2 stars. It wasn’t super delicious and taste like it came out of refrigerator or package to warm up. I mean sound like amateur cooker vs pro. I order meatball spaghetti and my taste undercook. I don’t think I will comeback again.

Undercooked risotto with "hair", the duck was extremely salty almost to the point of inedible, the risotto di mare didn't have lobster in it even though it was listed to have a lobster tail. The The bruschetta was an interesting take on it, not for me though. The patio door was open which was nice for temperature but I was blinded by the light contrast with the dark atmosphere inside.

We had an 8pm reservation and were seated on time. Our server took about ten minutes to find us, forgot to bring a drink, and was not around at all. As the restaurant emptied it was clear she wasn't busy with other tables. I feel certain this was a fluke based on the overall feel of the restaurant so I won't write it off for a second chance. But for an exciting night out it missed the mark. The bread service was a 5, the gnocchi hit the mark, and I need floss for the stringy veal (again, could have been a bad cut, cook was perfect so I'm willing to give it another shot.)

INCONSISTENT FOOD. ASK FOR YOUR LEFTOVERS TO GO! The first time we went here it was truly amazing. Sami was our waitress and amazing! The food was great, I ordered the chicken alfredo that had alot of garlic cream sauce and was just perfect! This last time we went, we had a different waitress, we ordered a drink and an app (Giant meatball w 4 pieces of grilled toast, we only ate 2 of the toasts) and then we ordered our mains. I ordered the chicken alfredo this time (which my husband heard me order and I saw her write it down on the ticket). I was looking forward to getting the same dish as I had last time. NOPE. First of all I was brought chicken parmesan, which neither of us ordered. My husband got his bolognese which def needed more sauce. (HIS DIDNT LOOK LIKE ANY OF THESE PICTURES IN OTHER REVIEWS) He reluctantly ate and I didnt, i waited and i waited, and i waited, she said 2 more minutes, i waited 10 more minutes. Then by the time my husband was done i just got my meal, i ate some of it and it was definitely not the same as the last time i was there, not garlicky, very dry, too many noodles, not enough sauce. When i asked to get the leftover meatball and TWO TOASTS, she looked at me like i just got off a spaceship. YES I WANT MY LEFTOVERS. PSA: ALWAYS ASK TO GET YOUR LEFTOVERS TO GO IF YOU WANT THEM! I only got one of my toasts when i went thru the bag when i got home. LIKE REALLY?! And for the dry dishes we got I asked for extra sauce for both bolognese and alfredo. I was charged for those. Like you brought me the wrong dish and i didnt get to eat with my husband and waited for ever, like no discount or freebee for anything? NOPE. Not going back to this place will give you inconsistent service and food. This place IS LIKE A BOX OF CHOCOLATES< NEVER KNOW WHAT YOURE GONNA GET. This place is waaay too expensive to not get consistent meals.
