The staff at this Dunkin are awesome. Rich is beyond friendly and courteous. It's always incredibly busy but I wait because I love the staff!

Good food. I went through the drive through. I got the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. My usual order for breakfast. Taste was as usual.

Out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to this one is the best around. My sandwiches are always put together nice hash browns are crispy and my coffee is always stirred, yes stirred, so no surprise mouthful of sugar at the end of the cup lol.

Even with the drive thru not working, they have you in and out in tops 3 minutes. The manager is right on top of it and everyone there is nice! The best Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

I hope someone from corporate sees this. I’ve never written a review for a chain before but wow, this is the best DD I’ve ever been to. I travel all over the area and to other states and yep, this location is the best. Firstly, they NEVER get my food or drinks wrong. Actually, they make the best coffee out of any location. For reviewers saying they’re slow, leave 15 min early before work to make it in on time. I’ve come here on and off for years. Generally speaking nobody can find staff and there are supply shortages, if you are not aware of this then you must not know anyone that works fast food. That being said, I’ve never had to wait an absurd amount of time. If drive-through is swamped park your car and walk in. It may make the process a couple minutes faster. if you’re leaving one star because your doughnut didn’t have sprinkles, check your stuff before you leave and if something is wrong, ask for a new one. If you’re annoyed someone is sitting on a stool, it’s not really your business - they may have a medical condition, be in training or need a second. The workers are humans not robots. Secondly, I’m writing this review due to staff. After all these years for whatever reason this location has AWESOME workers. Fast food work sucks. It’s stressful. But whatever they’re doing, it’s working and they clearly are happy and have fun. There’s a man, must be a GM or manager who is always super peppy and I see he makes his staff happy. They are ABOVE friendly here. They go out of their way for you, no matter who you get. Again I hope someone higher up sees this, because other locations can take notes. Good management/positive attitude = happy staff. Give the workers at this location a raise. They’re amazing. I actually leave the drive thru with a smile on my face most times and it kicks my morning off to a good start.

Staff is always friendly. Product good.remind staff at all locations, that avocado toast is suppose to be TOASTED. Sometimes it's not but I think it happens when there is a long drive up line and they need to keep things moving.

This place use to be extremely slow, like turtles smashing in peanut butter slow, but every morning i am greeted at the speaker by a man named rich and let me tell you he gets stuff done. who ever hired this man is a genius. He is determined and always has a smile when he hands me my drink at the window and without the rest of the crew who Is also hard working and determined this place would still be the slowest dunkin in troy.

This location is hit or miss... Sometimes the service is great and other times you sit in the drive thru for 14 minutes (literally) for a single iced coffee!

New ppl the service is good But when u order something with whip cream You must ask if they have cause if not they give you something so plain And I'm from the bklyn so it's a must...

I ordered an iced coffee something I get regularly here. It came up a completely different color than normal and tasted terrible. I went in and the lady who made it argued with me, telling me it was fine. Fortunately another employee sided with me and made me a new one. I left her a solid tip and thanked her.

The black lady with glasses and piercings has a very bad attitude when ordering she kept on rushing me I get your on a timer but we were there then less then 2 minutes when I’m ordering I should not constantly keep having to hear “do you need more time “ won’t be back , and also if the new vanilla frosted donuts have new sprinkles on for the month the originals one should not be advertised on the menu ….being that I payed money for something I didn’t get . Kind of disappointing

Service incredibly slow. Took 15mins to get 2 coffees. One employee literally just sitting on stool do nothing. 3 cars pulled out of line and still took too long. Coffee was very good tho! Cashier barely acknowledged me even after tipping after long wait no thank you or have a good day. Definitely needs training on her people skills.

There hasn't been 1 time where they haven't forgot something. That drives me nuts ! Not like I ordered 10 items. Very frustrating. Then I asked for salt n pepper at the window and when I pulled up it wasn't in the bag. I asked the lady and she yelled at me saying I need to ask at the intercom instead of the window that I'm holding up the line. I said I did and someone forgot. Grrr very frustrating 😒 😑

Service was extremely slow and mistakes were made. I heard the preparer of my order complain that this is why he didn't like coming in early, in reference to my breakfast sandwich and English muffin order. Service was friendly and apologetic.

Standard dunkin donuts drive thru, people have no consideration for anyone else, ordering sandwiches that take 5 minutes to cook, go inside already.

Coffee is ok , but the menu for sandwitches are gone yes you can get a breakfast sandwich but nothing for lunch so sad.

Since when do frosted donuts not have sprinkles? I got the strawberry frosted donut just for the sprinkles (I'm a bit of a sprinkle fanatic) and it was naked, kinda weird. Caramel coffee was sweet to the point of disgust, I'd take it easier on those caramel pumps. Female employee at the register was kind of rude/unfocused had to ask four times to get a total, kinda off-putting. Not coming back to this one.

We wanted to get some coffee for the long ride home. The time was 8:45 pm. I pulled on the door, it was LOCKED, two associates looked at me and turned away. We went through the drive through and no answer. The store closes at 9PM!!!! It appeared that the kid in the store thought it was funny. Thanks a bunch! Hoping to stay awake for the long drive home, terrible way to run a business!

This use to be my favorite DD. Not anymore. The se staff are rude. The over charged me and gave me the wrong food. I ordered the Bacon,egg and cheese croissant that is on sale for 2for$5 they charged me $7.95 Plus tax. My complete order came up to 17,85 for an ice coffee and two sandwiches. I had to call corporate to file a complaint. Still awaiting to hear back from their manager. Jennifer D.(server) Needs to go. Very rude and obnoxious. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she closed the window in the drive thru and walked away leaving a line of cars in the waiting on their order. I saw her leave out of the back of DD smoking a cigarette and on her phone. The police were called and had me come out of the drive through. When they were made aware that they didn’t even give me my food. The officer was furious and retrieved my food from them. The food I didn’t order). It was cold, and because of the way they handled things I refused to eat it. What a loss) I give DD in Green Island 👎👎👎

Worst experience at a DD ever. 22 minutes in line at the drive through, with 2 cars ahead of me. Got to the window and the order was wrong. They remade the small coffee I to the large I actually ordered and it wasn't made right. Long wait, wrong order, no apology or explanation. I will avoid this location.

Very poor customer service and the 1 bathroom Never open when the store is open And I've been there multiple times around 7 or 8 o'clock, The atmosphere is the same in the morning. Unpleasant Or conversation Hostage. Very unprofessional, Today will be my last visit to that store.

I love Dunkin Donuts for their Frozen coffees they're called Frozen coladas they have been out of the coffee for that for 3 weeks like I don't understand why nobody can order it but no I will never go back there because they're not friendly there at the one on 19th Street in Watervliet they're not friendly they never have what you need or want I walked in they're all cussing with each other having conversations nobody wants to hear that when they're walking into a store

If you want a Dunkin donuts that you can frequent I know that your always gonna get your drink tasting the same every time and not getting ripped off roughly a $150 a year. Stay away from this Dunkin donuts. Today samer's most. Order to latte's when caramel craze and 2 frozen chocolate milk. To give me 3 frozen chocolate milk to regular latte's and one days even have to freaking caramel in it. Complete ways to $6 this is an every other day occurrence. Your better off going to any other Dunkin donuts but don't go to the one in Watervliet either cuz they are owned by the same person

I've never left a review for anything but the man behind the counter who literally yelled at me for ordering a Tea with a splash of dragon fruit in it. I'm not a regular Dunkin customer so I wasn't aware . He yelled at me and was so rude. I get that corporations have rules but this person should not be serving the public. What a horrible embarrassing experience

Whoever the woman is that makes sandwiches and always has an Airpod in. She is one of the rudest people I've ever interacted with. She forgot to give me my hashbrowns. I walked back, politely waited, and asked for the hashbrowns. She then yells at me from across the store, "I put them in the bottom of the bag!" I double-check the bag, and they're not in there. She then yells "well he must of took them out in his car and wants free ones!!" She then throws the bag of hashbrowns on the counter in a fit. Incredibly unprofessional and unwarranted. Edit: It gets even better! See attached photos. They left the paper on the cheese as well......

This Dunkin actually gets my coffee right most days and the staff is wonderful. However, the plaza owner has made it so I won’t shop here again. Towing vehicles who are paying customers of the establishments is just wrong. I won’t be giving any one of these businesses another dime. There goes my tanning membership as well.
