The people at Carl's Jr. were super nice! They smiled a lot and helped me quick. They even gave me good advice on what to order. It made eating there really cool and fun. Overall, the staff made my day better! ☆☆☆☆☆

The employees in this restaurant are amazingly polite and with patience. The food comes out fresh and fast, and always ask if I wanted any sauces or anything else. Never had that and I’m glad i got to experience this, great restaurant! Way to go Carls ! Will be coming back to this restaurant again!

This is my go-to fast food restaurant. The food is delicious and has a wide range to choose from. I really enjoyed my famous start with cheese and waffle fries. Fresh too! Definitely reccomend to those who are traveling. The staff is nice and welcoming

I recently visited Carl's Jr., and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and prompt service in an impeccably clean and inviting restaurant. I ordered the Famous Star with Cheese, which exceeded all my expectations with its juicy, flavorful charbroiled patty, fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and perfectly melted cheese. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the hand-scooped milkshake was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The quality of the ingredients and generous portions offered great value for money, making Carl's Jr. a fantastic dining experience that I will definitely be returning to soon!

Customer service was great! Staff was kind and friendly when taking our orders and one of the workers came up to our table to make sure everything was served. Food was really good and tables were nice and clean. 10/10 recommend to stop by and eat here.

The food is great, and I can't complain. The service can be better you would think when you are getting your meal they would ask you if you needed Any Condiments (napkins, Ketchup, straws even?) And please when we ask for extra ketchup? We mean more than just one packet. Because apart from that 1 packet, there's no other ketchup inside the bag to begin with Especially with some of the prices that are being charged.. But apart from that the food is great.

Beware when you order through their app. If they're out of an ingredient or item, they alter your order without really saying anything and expect you to be ok with it. Got the queso burger with a slice of swiss cheese instead of queso...

Found a couple hairs in my frys... called but couldn't get through to anyone. Ended up throwing the food away. What a waste of time and money. Do better Carl's JR, WEAR HAIRNETS! & answer the dang phone.

Was going to eat here but the staff doesn’t want anybody to use restrooms. Open, clean and dry, but they don’t want anyone to use them. So I would suggest that you stop literally anywhere else where people act normal. Didn’t bother eating because obviously the staff are obviously distracted with other things. Like keeping people out of the perfectly fine bathrooms.

I visit this Carls Jr often with my family and I have encountered this employee ,who’s always nice and courteous, but to my suprise was pulled out to the center of dine in during what looked to be a very busy dine in area. My children and I were very taken back as we heard the manager scold the employee for taking a water cup, correction he called him a thief who stole a water cup, repeatedly. It’s a shame that Carls Jr will treat their employees with such disregard for their great service and commitment. It’s heart breaking and I will offer to pay for this young man’s drink, shame on you Carls Jr.
