The best customer service I have experienced in Starbucks place
I happened to pass by this location on a whim and I have to say that it brightened up my evening. I was greeted by Al and Sade who where so comfortable to speak to and pleasant. The service was impeccable and refreshing. Thank you
Employees very happy, which makes the service amazing, inside and outdoors very clean. Coffee was made to perfection as always. Thank you for making my day better 🤗
My personal favorite Starbucks on long island. Come here all the time and come away satisfied each time. Good service and they come through during rushes each time.
The people that work there are friendly. Rob has my coffee ready before I even get up to counter! Tough crowd of customers for that area.... Kudos to the hard working courteous staff !

It's a Starbucks a bit tight in size but coffee is as expected. The staff is friendly as always. One upside is they're located in a terrific shopping center.

I visit this Starbucks 2x a day pretty much!! As I work locally . And the staff is nothing short of wonderful. Always smiling and every single employee always says hello to me when I come in. And if they aren’t busy my coffee is waiting on the counter ! You guys always start my day on a good note ;)
Sleepy town with fabulous people! These conversational and friendly folks & this cool spot really made my day. The service was great but the people made it best. Never mind the fact that I saw so many Italian cars I was speaking the language when I left. Money-Vale's what they called it. LOL #nice

I think I have been to all Starbucks in NYC. I like the ones that you can get your coffee fast. Here you sometimes do but sometime it takes too long.
Do you really need a review of Starbucks? You either like it or not. This one can get crowded at times but service is solid and moves quickly.
Nice Starbucks with knowledgeable baristas. Only complaint is that the place is outdated; they’re light years behind the Starbucks locations in Manhattan. Just sayin’

Not as friendly as other Starbuck I've visited. They need to smile more
Solid Starbucks. The outdoor seating is fine and it's a pleasant place to sit around with an iced drink.
Starbucks associates are great, customers who frequent the place as high maintenance. How do you come to the store ask for hot water classic syrup and warmed lemonade and not expect to pay for it. Or ask a barista to heat up milk so you can put in your own hot chocolate pack and not expect to pay. Seen both happen, two separate customers.
Not sure why I come here because they need to improve both the ordering and the coffee itself. The store is always messy and dirty.

It's a typical Starbucks there's nothing else I could say about it you've been to one you've been to a mall unless of course you go to the one in China that is absolutely incredible Shanghai
Ambience is great with the outdoor seating, however the service and quality became disappointing. When I first started coming here, the staff was very friendly and knew how to make drinks. Over 8 months, the staff changed and they increasingly got the orders wrong. If you use the app to order a drink with add ons, majority of the time they won’t have them. Have stopped frequenting this location.

It's Starbucks. Wanted coffee. Only choice. Bitter and over priced. Bring back the Chock Full O Nuts Coffee Houses!
The barista arrogantly said to me that they didn't have regular iced tea. "You want a flavored iced tea or what!!". Was surprised. My only below 5 star rating for a Starbucks.
When they ask the long line of people waiting for their mobile orders “Who wants a refund step over here” you know things are bad.
Co workers and I ordered and… one of them did not get any shots of espresso on his drink he ordered 6…the other one got vanilla bean instead of mocha…and I ordered 10 cups of Java chips and got 10 cups of ice instead that it broke my straw…this is really disappointing. They should Uber us new drinks….
Didn’t have the muffin. Didn’t have the impossible. Offered me meat options instead. Spilled coffee behind the counter. Terrible service, food, atmosphere.
The rudest people ever! I went in at 9:20, the guy at the counter kept mumbling that they were closing soon. I ordered my 2 lattes and he mumbled "really", sarcastically. I asked for one more coffee and he rolled his eyes and said "of course, when we're closing soon". RUDE! Never going back
my family and I went here yesterday and the barista was so unprofessional because he was talking to his co workers and not paying to the orders and was laughing with them our drinks were so awful the hot chocolates were tasteless and my dads coffee was cold never going back at that location because the help were a bunch of obnoxious people, going to Dunkin’ Donuts.what a waste of 11.00
Waited in line for my Mobile order and never be called even my coffee was ready(it was put away from table that I couldn’t see). Who knows my coffee is ready if you don’t call?
Rude older guy with snappy attitude. Should ry adjust attitudes. It was literally the simplest task that I wanted no need snap.
The food in the display case was completely filled with mold. Me and other customers were absolutely disgusted.

The employee who took my order was not as friendly as most of the Starbucks employees. However it was very noticeable how friendly and polite he was with the people behind me. Let’s hope this was not an action of discrimination.
My espresso drink was topped off with water. And three days in a row I pre ordered on the app and they opened at 6:30 when the sign says 5:30
They focus on the online orders instead of the orders for the people who actually come in. Update: They never took my name, never made my coffee, then lied to me and deflected responsibility by blaming another customer. Do not come here the employees are fully incapable.
It used to be my favorite store to go near by. However, today’s bad experience made me feel it won’t be the choice next time. The guy who took my order didn’t understand well or he might did not want to. In addition, he kept one of the order even though we have cleared told to remove. Very unhappy time there.
Spend a total of 20 minutes here today waiting on two drinks. I figured they were backed up and busy so I was being patient. There had to be about 5 baristas working behind the counter and it took several minutes for them to acknowledge me at the register. Then I heard as maybe 10 names were called as their drinks were prepared. My name was NEVER called. I decided to say something after 15 mins and I noticed two drinks with my name on it were tossed to the side, not even in the correct alphabetical location corresponding with my first name. One of the drinks were made incorrectly so I addressed this. I will not be visiting this shop again because I was disregarded as a customer, was not addressed as everyone else was, and I take customer service very seriously.
Very slow service and didn’t get the order correct. Furthermore I ordered a muffin and said specifically not to toast it, and they burnt it. Overall would not come again.
Doesn’t make a difference if it’s winter summer spring or fall, this store is always freezing. Instead of an enjoyable experience of having a cup of coffee you have to be miserable. I have asked store manager Mike, but seems my request is ignored. Too bad it’s the only Starbucks with convenient location for me. Other customers have also complained about the ice box temperature in this store. All in all a miserable experience but doesn’t need to be.
I would never go back to this Starbucks. They have an racial employee that works there Who disregarded I was even there, after waiting over a min an half were I had to get another employees attention to be noticed. There after an Caucasian walks in and gets her coffee without hesitation. That behavior should not be tolerated especially what’s going on in the world today. I gave a 1 star but it should be no star for discrimination. I will definitely be tweeting about this situation. It really has to stop!!!
Usually its v good. But this evening, man did a terrible job, when he gave me an old coffe by rewarming it. Terrible taste. Time was around 7 30 pm. Such a big organization should give clear instructions to not give old coffee to the customer by rewarming it. It spoils everything. I am v disappointed today.

He asked me to step a foot over to be in line even although there was no one else in the store at that time. When I placed my order, he said "we don't have it". Didn't ask would I like anything else. I left the store. I have never met a Starbucks employee with such an attitude. I won't be back.
This Starbucks has the worst Craftsmanship in drinks. I asked for a black cold brew with some foam on top, they basically gave me a glass of milk. And when I pointed it out they seemed very annoyed and miserable. I had to ask twice to fix it. $6 for a drink... needs to be well done.
