One of the few Chick-fil-As in the Greenville area that truly deserves five stars. Service is fast and my order is always delivered correctly. They’ve never “mixed it up” or forgotten something. Small things, such as napkins and the requested number of sauces are not overlooked. This location is very busy at lunch hour, but it moves fast anyway - 2 lanes always. Start to finish is usually less than 7-10 minutes.
The staff is very friendly. Items were omitted from my order and when I called back, I was treated very nicely and given several rewards for the mistake. I so appreciated the staff going the extra mile for me. Great location! I'll continue visit that location frequently! Thank you so much!
This chick-fil-A is a newly built building. We now able to dine in. Very clean and spacious very inviting and there is plenty room for gathering and for kids and family. Beautiful inside. Food is very good. Service is wonderful........staff is always smiling and always speaking with greetings. My all time favorite chicken restaurant.......that one of kind flavors.......which I love!
Love my chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. My husband and I eat here usually at least once a week. Totally addicted to the chick fil a sauce as well. This is my preferred location as staff is always friendly and helpful. Can be quite busy at times though, but they still get you in and our pretty fast.
Thomas has delivered twice for us and he has done a marvelous job! So grateful for the delivery service.
I love this Chick-fil-A location. They completely follow all the pandemic rules...no dining in....must wear a MASK. No sitting outside. You must order at the counter or drive thru. The food is great as usual and the service is wonderful!
Nice time, though very low on booths. The food is delicious as always and they tend to hire such nice people. If you order takeout they have specialized numbered parking just for that. There were even numbered tables. fairly comfy ^_^
What can I say? It's Chick-fil-A! Food is always best quality. Service with a smile and the atmosphere is top notch. Me and my family call it Jesus' chicken!
They saved my day during my conference in South Carolina! Most Chick-Fil-A’s do not open until 6:30. Extremely pleasant (especially at 6:02 AM) and super fast service!

This review is for Joshua! He went so above and beyond to try and help me adjust my order for a totally different CFA location when their phones were down. He called multiple managers, even when I thought it might be too late to make the adjustment, and this was during the breakfast rush. I would not have expected anyone to prioritize my individual needs to the extent he did during such a busy time, and the fact that he did really warmed my heart. Stay awesome, Joshua!! And y'all give that boy a raise!
Quick curbside pick up for breakfast. They are a very very very business location. They have plenty of signs, arrows, cones, paint on the road to help you find where you need to be. Whether it's dine in, curbside, or take out. The staff is very friendly, communicative, and quick. Great job team.
You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. Just wish the atmosphere was a little better but otherwise it was a great experience
In 8 and a half years of using this location before and after it's current renovated building, I experienced my very first mistake on an order today. Everything got handled. I had to come in and give a 5-star review today because despite today's mistake, this is by far the most efficient and most accurate restaurant in this area.
I had an issue with the app where it took my payment but the order just disappears on the app. The staff helped me, during a very busy time, and made sure I got my order. I really appreciated them taking the time to look at it with me and help me get it figured out. Thank you so incredibly much!
You really can’t beat the service in this place even being completely packed out. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The manager Josiah is keeping things moving in there like a freight train. I came in after a really muddy job a plumber. There’s not much I can do about my condition, but I put on shoe covers to ensure that I did not track inside through the restaurant. The manager noticed this he gave us meals at a heavy discount. Being in a company that lives of service to our customers this was greatly appreciated in this manager deserves some recognition
This Chick-fil-A is seriously the best around. The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly how you want it. The chicken sandwiches are perfect every time—juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor. And the waffle fries? They’re always golden and crispy, never soggy. The service here is what really stands out. Even when it’s busy, the staff is friendly and on top of things. They move the line quickly and always make you feel welcome. If you’re in the area, this is the spot to hit. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they’ve got it down. Fresh food, fast service, and great vibes every time. Can’t beat it!

I had to add to my review because Google doesn't have an option to make a second review. This Chick-fil-A is phenomenal at what it does. It doesn't seem to matter how busy they are. My order is taken promptly with courtesy. The management is great. The GM Auston is a fantastic young man. All of their managers are great, Alli D, Trent, Josiah, Samantha, Tyler, Anthony, and Larry, just to name a few. The employees are great as well. Mayah, Charis, Josh, Jeremiah, JN, Allison, Rutt, Stewart, Nina, Christine W, just to name a few. Everyone seems to really go the extra mile. I love to see their friendly and kind smiles when I walk in. They always put a bright spot in my day. Thank you, Chick-fil-A Lauren's Road Always a great experience. Great service and gourmet chicken on a bun. The employees always go far and beyond what is expected.
An unusual drive thru pattern so be prepared, but the servers are very prompt and professional !
I swear this Chick-fil-A is the most efficient place on the planet! Just stopped by this location, two lines of course, no exaggeration must’ve been at least 35-40 cars wrapped around the building through the back parking lot at the movie theater, to the road… I was literally in line less than 5 minutes! From the time I pulled up, placed my order, paid, received my food, drove out of the parking lot - time 3 min and 41 seconds to be exact. lol 😂 Service is also always friendly and hospitable. Food always fresh and hot!
Great people. I was charged for a sandwich I didn't order. I called and asked if they could refund just the sandwich over the phone. The manager said he couldn't without having the card present but he could refund the entire purchase without me coming back. That was so nice of him. I was in town for my son to have back surgery at Shriners Hospital. That was his first meal after surgery. I really appreciate the kindness the employees all showed.
I have been going to this Chick-Fil-A since it had drive thru's on each side of the building and Checkers was next door. Has always been great and I hope it will continue to be great.
Delicious. The chicken biscuit could have been better the biscuit itself just fell apart when I picked it up and the piece of chicken wasn't much meat. But the chicken minis were delicious as usual

Chick-fil-A really does provide consistent, delicious, affordable, and fast food food. they have great milkshakes cookies and the diet lemonade is fabulous. Well worth $13 per gallon, not to have to squeeze the lemons and make a mess in my kitchen. Staff is always professional and polite. We need the people who run Chick-fil-A to get involved in government they operate with efficiency getting people through the line and on their way.
I love this Chick-fil-A. I came here today and ordered something and I got something different and I called and Josiah, who is an extremely nice man. I speak to him often rewarded me with all kinds of goodies and I just want to say his Customer Service and kindness went a long way, and I will tell everybody that they need to go to Chick-fil-A on Laurens Road without a doubt. This Chick fi La continues to keep the name brand moving. Come here for the last 6 months decently regularly and everytime is 100% perfect service. Everyone always has a smile and makes work seem enjoyable. Whatever yall are doing, keep it up. Keep having fun working
Sat at curbside watching. John Calvin Hustle and clear out the whole row of cars during lunch rush hour. Something rarely seen in a younger employee! He deserves not only praise , but a bonus ? Raise or promotion. We were certain to compliment him but his boss needs to know what an asset he is. He blessed us today !

This location is one of my favorites. Today, I ordered from the table and my food was brought out. I had forgotten to get a water and was really thirsty but also did not want to leave my food and other things at the table to go get water so I just decided to suck it up. As if by magic, an employee (possibly a manager because he was dressed differently), asked if I needed anything and offered to get a water for me since I mentioned forgetting it. This has happened a couple of times at this location which slightly elevates the fast food experience. And the water was much appreciated since I love salty fries. 🍟💛❤️
I love this Chic fil- a theyre always friendly one mishap they'll make it right with a smile One Manager look like he didn't want to help me and another came up right away and turned that situation around , I will always remember that . I hate I didn't snap photo but I had the chic fil a combo
I had an amazing drive though experience. There was this hilarious young man, I think his name name was either Tim or Jim. He was doing a wonderful and hilarious British accent and was very respectful. The employees got me in and out in an amazing time. This place was amazing. I got great food and everyone was overall wonderful.
I just want to give a huge shout out of thanks to this Chick-fil-a! First, as an aside, they’ve got the best playground for littles. But even more, my son got sick while we were there and the staff was so kind to him and to our family, especially the worker named Larry.
We stopped today for lunch (in the middle of the lunch rush) with a group of 12 middle schoolers. The manager jumped in and made our experience amazing. Even the first staff member I encountered, who wasn't sure how to handle that many people on one ticket, made sure to tell me that they appreciated our business but she needed to ask for help, was amazing! And our food came out quick...and everyone got what they ordered. So impressed! Thank you for a great experience!
This is on of my favorite places to grab a chicken sandwich. This location is strictly a drive through location. They get the whole drive through concept right. There's great customer service here and just an awesome set of employees that definitely make the customer feel that they matter. This Pandemic has been rough on me and my family but being able to still pick up a quality meal on the go has truly helped to make it a little more bearable. I could go on and on about how great their food taste but if you have ever eaten thier food then you already know it. If you never have eaten there then you are definitely missing a treat, I strongly encourage you to give them a try. You won't be sorry.
Bought 30 piece chicken nuggets & 2 chicken sandwiches tonight. We divide the chicken nuggets evenly between the 3 children especially since no fries were ordered tonight. Each one gets their 10 pieces of chicken nuggets each. Our granddaughter says she loves Chick Fila chicken nuggets and she was the one who didn’t get her 10 pieces. No fries tonight in which they didn’t like that. (Of course, their granddad did not order any) Tyler fixed the problem with chicken sandwich husband ordered. He also fixed the count on the chicken nuggets. My chicken sandwich was good so no problem there. Tyler we appreciate your professionalism in handling this order with my husband. See you next week.

My food was prepared perfectly however service was lacking severely. After having to repeat my order at the drive thru a few times and struggling to even hear her repeat my order I then had to sit and wait for the young girl to finish telling her coworkers a story and her goodbyes. At this point she didn't even bother to repeat the order or prompt me to pull up for my order leaving me to sit and wait. Needless to say I never was told, "its my pleasure".
I know I order special but I communicate exactly what I want to order. Ordered a Spicy Southwesr salad and instead of the grilled chicken I asked to have the spicy fried chicken to the salad. Unfortunately this seems to be a challenge a multiple locations across multiple states. I'm very intentional in my order so it's disappointing to have to wait 20 minutes to get the correct order. Always go to this chick fil an and have never any issues-until today. I accidentally spilled my fries on the ground and I super super nicely told the lady walking around- Loretta- that I did that and asked her if she would like me to sweep it up. She just said “no” but was not very nice about it. I said thank you and went to play in the play area. I brought in a closed bag with a closed container inside full of apples and my water. She rushed in and told me I can’t have food in there. So I put my bag outside the door. Then she said “drinks too” and I said “it’s just water” and she said “don’t matter- can’t be there”. So then I put it on the floor outside of the play area…. Which seems way more likely to get knocked over. I’ve always brought my closed bags in there and always have a water cup— every week now for about two months. Just seems like she would have better things to do. If she had a better attitude about it, I probably wouldn’t have cared. But right off the bat she seemed very disgruntled.

Service was pretty decent, especially for being late at night. Got our rather complex orders right! Problem was, they didn't clean the frosted beverage machine between uses. My frosted "lemonade" tasted like a little bit of everything, which I initially didn't mind, but the person before me must have ordered a frosted coffee. I'm caffiene sensitive and was awake for the next 8 hours. Please, please clean your machines correctly! It has a bigger effect than you may know. I was lucky it was a Saturday night and not Sunday as I would have went to my manufacturing job sleep deprived.
The number of times they have messed up the order is unreal. On June 21, 2024, I called about a botched order and the girl that answered the phone hung up on me as soon as I expressed my frustration. No great customer service and always inaccurate orders. This location and the Haywood Road location must be run by the same person because they both have the same issues...
My fries were absolutely delicious! Hot and slightly crispy on the edges just as I like them. My only issue was the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was very lukewarm to the point where the cheese slice wasn’t fully melted. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until I got home and it was late, so I didn’t return it.
This location is not as polite and attentive as any other Chick-fi-A that I have ever visited. I purchased dinner about 30 min ago from here. When I ordered my food no one said the famous statement "I look forward to serving you at the next window or thank you" I ordered a number 5 meal with a large strawberry milkshake with whipped cream and cherry. After I paid for my meal I was informed that they were out of whip cream which is not a big deal. I drive to work and realize that they did not give me a straw.... They should pay more attention to detail and ensure that their customers have everything that they need and make sure they have enough supplies to ensure shortages in simple things like whip cream do not occur.
Placed order at drive thru, paid and no thank you or any comment. Got to window to pickup food, was handed food and all she said was my name, I said yes, she handed me my food and said nothing. No thank you. First time this has happened to me at any chick-fil-a.
While I don’t visit this store as frequently as Pelham Road, Greer or Taylor’s locations I can say it has almost always been a let down. From cold chicken, lack of sauces, to incorrect orders. Having everyone so immersed in the drive thru process makes it nearly impossible to go back for a simple correction. For example, this receipt clearly says ketchup and Polynesian. You try to convince a spoiled child to eat without ketchup. 😱. Cold chicken? Pure yuck!
The bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup has been lacking chicken and noodles the last two times we have ordered it! Before these last two times it was fantastic!!
This location usually never disappoints me as I usually use the drive through, HOWEVER the last couple of times I’ve been they’ve gotten items with my order: sauces, etc. I also went recently and got my in app order slightly changed at the drive through a bit and the ones at the window did not fix my order like the worker at the drive through that initially did. They’ve been slacking lately a lot.
I have been to a ton of Chick fil A's in many different areas and this was by far one of the slowest ones. Not sure if this is the norm, but it was a complete turnoff knowing how well they usually operate in a more efficient manner. They also only filled my large fries up half way. When I questioned it, I was told that was how they fill them. So not only did I wait 20 minutes in line, my order was lacking.
I work at Toyota of Greenville, for the past few months, i stop at this location EVERYDAY before I go to work, the 1st couple of weeks, the service was fast and my food was correct, but for the past month, my food has been wrong 2-4 days out of a week. I called and spoke with a team lead on Tuesday, got a free meal on yesterday just to go back this morning and my order is wrong and I know what everybody is thinking, "I should check the bag" but who wants to hold up a line checking food that is suppose to be checked multiple times before being handed to the customer and I use to work for a chick fil a chain and we checked our bags 3 times before going out the window! I always order.... Plain butter biscuit with egg whites and colby jack cheese hash brown lemonade Simple right? It's the simplest order that gets messed up with either a chicken filet being added on or putting a regular egg on my biscuit or putting the egg white and forgetting the cheese, I just can't anymore, this morning did it for me, MY ORDER WAS WRONG AGAIN THIS MORNING, and I won't be returning to this store again! The staff has always been so nice and kind to me..... T!
The line was super slow which is to be expected, but the Chick-fil-A in Anderson handles traffic way better. The lady who took my order was super nice so I’m giving this Chick-fil-A 2 stars instead of 1. They didn’t give me a fork to eat, gave me like 6 straws for 3 drinks, they barely filled the fry container, the fries were hard and chewy, the drinks they gave us had a ton of spilt drink all over the sides, and a ton more was wrong. Stuff happens, but this much shouldn’t go wrong. The employees are great, but the manager needs to do better.
For the most part the service was good, except for the girl that was making the drinks. All I asked for was more ice cream than coffee in my frosted coffee and she said in front of me and another employee “I wish the customers would stop telling us how to make their drinks”, i along with another employee were shocked when we heard her say that. However most of the employees we kind and the food was great. Shocked I had to deal with a rude employee at Chick-fil-a.
Placed a door dash order and left one item out. Called the Chick fil a right after I hit place order and asked if they could add it to the bag and I could pay over the phone or do whatever I needed to do. It was one biscuit that was left out but I was told they could not modify the order. So instead I had to pay 12 more dollars to have it delivered to the same location. Chick fil a is great and I have never had problems before now but it just did not make much sense considering the driver will end up picking up both bags at the same time anyway.
Two weeks ago I would have told you this is one of the best chick fil a’s out there, however the past THREE times that I have gone to this location they have given me zero sauces despite the fact that I have them entered on the app. Two of my three orders left without sauce were salads, so unlike other circumstances in which I could find substitutes I really was just left with a bad meal. It seems as though the Lauren’s Road chick fil a needs to find a way to learn how to balance efficacy AND accuracy. All of this is to say, check your bags if you end up at this incompetent location.
Went into the new location last week, excited to see the update, and was very disappointed. The food was good and pretty fast (I came in later at night, around 7pm after supper rush), but the store was a mess. Tables towards the front entrance (facing the road) had obviously had a large group with several young children at some point, as there were food crumbs all over the tables, floor, chairs, and booth seats, with also dirty high chairs shoved back against adjacent tables and a pack of table wipes sitting openly on the booth. Several other tables around the restaurant were also dirty with food trash and trays still sitting on them. Customers were pretty much sitting at any clean table that could be found, which weren't many. The ladies' room was out of toilet paper and had no paper towels, and when my dining partner stood at the end of the counter where the mobile pickup kiosk was, she was ignored for a solid minute, even when an employee came over to the computer screen right in front of her. Employee didn't even look up, let alone greet or help her. Three of the four trashcans in the condiment bars were overflowing. Probably at least 8 staff members behind the front line too, with two people around drive through area, two people on registers, another person helping fill food orders on trays and bags, and then the rest of the staff were just wandering back and forth helping with small tasks only when directly asked by other employees but mostly standing and talking to each other. Employees that ran food to the tables in the sitting area (three different people) completely ignored the trash and uncleanliness for the thirty minutes my partner and I were there. Very unimpressed with staff even if the food tasted fine. If the customer area was that dirty, I can't imagine what the back kitchen looked like. I work in food service myself and know the difficulties of keeping up with serving customers and cleaning up after them, especially when short-staffed, but short staffing was definitely not an issue here.
Did delivery from here tonight I don't live that far away maybe 10 minutes. My fries were cold and they forgot my condiments thankful I was at home and had some from other times that I've ordered. I did it from here because the last time I ordered from one of the other stores they forgot part of my order they made it right and delivered my forgot food but didn't let me know my food was on my porch and it was cold when I found it.
Hire more delivery drivers or turn off the delivery option when too many orders are coming in. App said 29 minutes. It’s been 40 minutes and they haven’t even started preparing the order yet. I called and he said they only have 2 delivery drivers and those are also taking care of catering. Too much spread between not enough drivers. I expect better from CFA!
I have ordered multiple delivery orders from this location and never is the order right. Today I order a 12 count grilled nugget meal with a side salad and 2 chicken sandwiches. I received an 8 count nugget a salad with no dressing. I’m very disappointed that every time I order delivery I’m left without items or wrong items. And if you call the store it takes over an hour for them to rectify the problem. Order number 9065
I would give this chick fil a a bad rating. I have never waited 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 1 order of fries. I hope this location doesn't reflect other locations. I have ALWAYS got fast ,friendly service at other locations.
Tried to place an order for my daughter's school. Was directed to call and speak with Manager. Talk with "Q". Who did not identify herself. I was on hold and told someone would come back to give me pricing and take my order. I stayed on the phone for 16 minutes, no one came back to the phone. Out of curiosity, I drove to the location to see if maybe they were busy and they were not. Very disappointed!!!! I can say that this was my first negative experience with Chic Fil A EVER!!!!
This is the second time I've used this drive thru and the person taking my order was rude and couldn't get the order right after being told it more than three times. Today the lady at the window was rude and after asking for our order yet again they still got it wrong. We were also given stale biscuits. The sad thing is it's over the simplest things. You definitely need a better staff, the customer service here sucks.
No Star... The worst experience ever. My sandwich had nothing but bottom bun, chicken and nothing else. A to go order that I waited for. Lucky for me, I checked for extra pickles before leaving. The manager was not helpful. She acts as though I was a bother. I was very disappointed. Will never bother that place again... Bad Chick experience.
The parking lot & the drive thru is a complete disaster!!!!! Very dangerous!!!!! I pulled in the drive thru at 7:16am & didn’t leave out til 7:29am & that is ridiculous! I ended up being late dropping my kids off at school.. the young Chinese girl said that they were short on biscuits!!!! I don’t even know what that even means… very disappointed, I will not go back! I don’t have 13 minutes to spend at a drive thru in the mornings before school! This messed my whole morning up! I hope my day be better!
I was in line at 1028 it took the order taker two minutes to finish with the car in front of me when I pulled up to the order taker he said they stopped selling breakfast poor customer service
Monday 2/12/24. Absolutely terrible management. Making the employees stand out in the rain while taking orders. The rain is very heavy and consistent, so the workers are getting absolutely soaked, as well as inside your vehicle when they take your order. Very bad experience. Figured they would treat their employees and customers much better than that.
Why order on the app for take away if they don’t even start making it until you walk in? What’s the point of the app? I don’t even get my money back.
Tran Number:6857 CFA Bisc Combo Fruit Cup Lemonade The biscuit tasted like it was cooked, a week ago. The chicken inside, of the biscuit was cool. The hash browns were room temperature. I was not pleased. So disappointed! I will never return to this location. The worst Chick-fil-A EXPERIENCE!
Saddened today that this chick fil a chose not to accommodate to my health needs. Asked for just broth from the chicken noodle soup and they refused to do so. The anderson location has done it many times. Lack of consistency and care. Spoke to the manager and there was no apology. Y’all need to learn from Jon Holmes in Anderson SC.
This place used to be great but it's like as soon as the remodel happened it went downhill. The service has gotten horrible, the wait time exceeds any other location, they forget to give you several items, and the quality of the food has gotten horrible. I love Chick-fil-A but I wish that this location would match the other ones in service.
Extremely Disappointed – Coffee Was a Complete Letdown I ordered a coffee and was initially told by one employee that it would take about 10 minutes because they were brewing fresh. A minute later, another employee handed me a cup of coffee. Not thinking to double-check it, I drove off, only to realize that they had simply added hot water to the coffee – making it taste horrible. I should have checked the order before leaving, but this should never have happened in the first place. It's frustrating when you're promised fresh coffee, but end up with a watered-down, tasteless version instead. Very disappointed with the quality and service.
This is the second time that my order was incorrect when filled thru the drive thru, order taken correctly but filled wrong. Better check your order before driving off.I had to drive 10 miles to correct a mistake. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and got a chicken boretto and a small fry for $11.02. That is not acceptable.
All I ordered was a medium sweet tea and a sun joy with an extra cup of ice and I got a sweet tea and two sodas
By far THE worst Chik-fil-a in Greenville. Years ago I wrote about how they make you wait between 30-50 minutes at night while they goof off on the night shift, which is true. Their head guy called me and told me I was a liar and I removed the review so they would stop harassing me. This really happened. Things aren't really any better on the night shift, although day shift is better.
So I went to this location and had experience lady took my money so that I could of course pay for my stuff she snatched my money out my hand and then looked at me then she only brought one of my items instead of both like they normally do in Mauldin. She was not polite at allll. She seemed racist to me.
I waited 35 minutes for a curbside lunch order and was told my order had been lost. There was no apology or proactive communication, and because I only get a 30-minute lunch break, the delay caused me to be late returning to work. I ended up having to scarf my food down in the car, which completely defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. Very frustrating experience.
Never been to a slower and more disorganized chick fil a. very very disappointed this is not what you expect from this restaurant.
I placed a catering pick up order using the app to pick up the day of my wedding for my bridesmaids and the moms. The fruit tray was left off, which is no big deal, and my mistake for not checking the order before leaving. My mom called the store to let them know about the missing item and to request a credit for the missing item. I wish I had gotten his name but the man who called me back was so unbelievably rude. He called to say he watched the cameras and basically accused me of lying. His tone and rudeness was so uncalled for. I was getting married that day and had a whole lot more to be concerned with than lying about a fruit tray. He could have just left it at my mom’s phone call or simply said “I’m sorry but we won’t be able to give you a refund” and left it at that. The rudeness and accusations were so unnecessary and not something I expected to deal with from a random worker on my wedding day. Heads up to anyone considering using this place for any important events, save yourself the trouble and “displeasure”.
For the second time i have ordered delivery and for the second time i canceled my order. It begins with a 30 to 45 minute wait for Chick-Fil-A delivery which i can understand. Then and hour, then an hour 30, then 2 hours. Really? When someone is at work and can't leave, we sometime depend on delivery for lunch. I love Chick Fil A but I will not continue to order lunch from there because they obviously can't handle it. UGH!! #stillhungry
So let's rant for a minute. I just left this Chick-fil-A, which I'm not really on this side of town, so today I wanted to stop and grab food before I got my hair done. I ordered a meal, paid for it, and left. Getting ready to eat, the food was cold, so I called back up there and asked to speak to the manager. He said, 'This is him.' I said, 'Okay, well, I'm calling because I just left and my food is cold.' This is where it gets crazy, and he's going to tell me he can't do anything because I'm a flight risk. I'm like, 'What the hell do you mean?' I never come to this Chick-fil-A. He said they have me in the computer for always saying I have cold food. I told him he's a liar and I never come to this establishment, especially over here; it's too far. So, he just discriminated against me and basically lied. He said he was the senior manager, and that's how you talk to your customers? I will never spend another dime in this establishment. Unbelievable!!
